My Customer Success Manager provides me with updates on content and new Udemy features, whilst also putting a lot of time and effort into supporting me with engaging the business in L&D, helping managers make the most of Udemy, connecting me with other Udemy users, etc. **What do you dislike about Udemy Business?** The only downside to Udemy Business is that because you receive the top rated content, sometimes our employees are trying to access courses that aren't available through their Business licence. However, we can always purchase these if needed. Also, some other platforms have a feature where licences can be more easily rotated if they're not being used, e.g. deactivated if not used within X months. I went from a 21 hours course to a 45 hour course because he just added all the material on top, basically duplicated.
