What do you like best about Vizzy?

As well as the fact that the platform is very user friendly to create your professional profile, it's also very helpful as a hiring tool and lets you choose which bits of a profile/application to share with your team or not. The friendly team are also always on hand to be able to help out if you run into any problems whilst trying to use Vizzy and issues are quickly resolved! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vizzy?

I love the Vizzy profiles it allows us to see the real person behind the application which helps the candidates fully express themselves and helps us determine whether they're right for the role. It says us a tonne of time writing up candidate profiles for our partners and it makes breaking the ice in the interviews easy because you know who you're talking to going into the conversation. What do you dislike about Vizzy?

Selfishly I'd like to combine Vizzy with the full functionality of the ATS, the backend could be improved to make it easier to review, rate, segment, organise and notify large volumes of candidates. What do you like best about Vizzy?

We have been using Vizzy for approximately 18months with nothing but praise for the product and the people involved. It was extremely easy to set up, the team at Vizzy took care of everything, compared to other systems we have implemented it was incredible quick in comparison. We provide childcare professionals to corporate venues as well as private households and the diversity of features and depth the team can go into the express their individuality to remarkable and helps distinguise them from their competition. The product is extremely flexible and has a lot of editable features. We use the product on a daily basis to show off our cadidates in their best light.

What do you like best about Vizzy?

We've been using vizzy for almost 2 years now and it is an absolute game changer! Our philosophy at fin-house is more human, less accountant, putting an emphasis on soft skills, its people and relationships first. Having the insight from vizzy and in particular the personality psychometrics has meant we can hire more culturally aligned talent and be able to identify key characteristics that simply cannot be determined from a CV. The experience for candidates has also been super positive and it just makes for a much better talent acquisition process for all. Where vizzy has come to light in even more of a unique way is profiling our CFO roster. Taking the key elements from the CFOs vizzy profile has created an instant way to showcase their ability to deliver impact and have the perfect cultural alignment with the business they're about to go and work with. What do you like best about Vizzy?

Our experience with Vizzy has been instrumental in helping scale our recruitment process. Our use-case is quite unique, but having worked with Vizzy for over 12 months, I’m confident that any business will benefit, from start-up to Enterprise. Saira Hospitality is a small non-profit organisation that trains marginalised community members in the world of hospitality and matches them with careers inside hotels and restaurants. As such, we encounter so many candidates that don’t have traditional career paths, educational experience or skills. Having used traditional CVs for years, when we learned about Vizzy we knew we’d found a tool (and a team) that could help us empower our candidates by helping them look at their own experiences from outside the out-dated lens of traditional employability tools. "Remarkable Vizzy - providing opportunities to the overlooked!"
What do you like best about Vizzy?

It is unbiased and unihibitive to our candidates. It is engaging and showcases the colourful, diverse and wonderful skill-sets of our students as they progress into the workplace. For overlooked talent, it is hard to write a CV due to barriers that restrict access to higher education and meaningful work experience. Through Vizzy, we have the ability to reach talent pools employers otherwise would not be cogniscant of.

It is a breath of fresh air for our hiring partners who can clearly see the benefits of using Vizzy as a recruitment tool rather than the archaic traditional methods.

At first, we weren't sure how Vizzy would fit into our remote-first culture at Flodesk, but it was an instant hit. It's become the virtual water cooler, where our global team can just be themselves and connect on a personal level.
