**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

As well as the fact that the platform is very user friendly to create your professional profile, it's also very helpful as a hiring tool and lets you choose which bits of a profile/application to share with your team or not. The friendly team are also always on hand to be able to help out if you run into any problems whilst trying to use Vizzy and issues are quickly resolved!

**What do you dislike about Vizzy?**

Nothing really! It's been amazing for running our programme and it's been amazing to get to know the young people on our programme better by seeing their profiles and applications.

**What problems is Vizzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to keep applications anonymous, eliminating bias in businesses choices of the young people we work with. Additionally, it's benefitting us by cutting down the teams' time in terms of reviewing long cover letters.

**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

I love the Vizzy profiles it allows us to see the real person behind the application which helps the candidates fully express themselves and helps us determine whether they're right for the role. It says us a tonne of time writing up candidate profiles for our partners and it makes breaking the ice in the interviews easy because you know who you're talking to going into the conversation.

**What do you dislike about Vizzy?**

Selfishly I'd like to combine Vizzy with the full functionality of the ATS, the backend could be improved to make it easier to review, rate, segment, organise and notify large volumes of candidates. It would also be great to customise more elements such as the job board with our employer branding.

**What problems is Vizzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidate assessment, profile write ups and the candidate experience is incredible

**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

Ease of Use, Customer Support, Ease of Implementation. We've found it works wonders for finding more motivated early talent for our roles.

**What do you dislike about Vizzy?**

Nothing I really dislike about it. The team does a fantastic job at integrating any feedback you have about the platform and actively listen to your inputs to make it better.

**What problems is Vizzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recruit for companies like startups and SMEs who want really motivated candidates aligned with their mission and Vizzy helps us to filter out candidates that don't align with that.

It is a great platform to allow a candidate to demonstrate their whole self when applying for roles. Often young people lack the professional work experience recruiters want, but Vizzy allows these candidates to show more of their personality, skills and interests.

Some of the navigation isn't totally user friendly.

Showing the whole person in recruitment - helpful for our non experienced hire roles where professional experience may be limited

**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

We have been using Vizzy for approximately 18months with nothing but praise for the product and the people involved. It was extremely easy to set up, the team at Vizzy took care of everything, compared to other systems we have implemented it was incredible quick in comparison. We provide childcare professionals to corporate venues as well as private households and the diversity of features and depth the team can go into the express their individuality to remarkable and helps distinguise them from their competition. The product is extremely flexible and has a lot of editable features. We use the product on a daily basis to show off our cadidates in their best light.

The team at Vizzy are always on hand, in the rare scenario that something needs addressing they get it sorted promtly.

**What do you dislike about Vizzy?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Vizzy

**What problems is Vizzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vizzy takes the creation of a CV to a whole new level and takes the admin of doing so out of our hands, giving us a phenominal product whilst also give us time back. The profiles created are much better than any other CV out there, especially within our industry and we have seen families that are presented with a standard CV and Vizzy profile with pick the Vizzy profile nearly everytime, increasing our revenue.

**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

We've been using vizzy for almost 2 years now and it is an absolute game changer! Our philosophy at fin-house is more human, less accountant, putting an emphasis on soft skills, its people and relationships first. Having the insight from vizzy and in particular the personality psychometrics has meant we can hire more culturally aligned talent and be able to identify key characteristics that simply cannot be determined from a CV. The experience for candidates has also been super positive and it just makes for a much better talent acquisition process for all. Where vizzy has come to light in even more of a unique way is profiling our CFO roster. Taking the key elements from the CFOs vizzy profile has created an instant way to showcase their ability to deliver impact and have the perfect cultural alignment with the business they're about to go and work with.

Nothing! For how we're using it and the benefits, no negatives for now

**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

Our experience with Vizzy has been instrumental in helping scale our recruitment process. Our use-case is quite unique, but having worked with Vizzy for over 12 months, I’m confident that any business will benefit, from start-up to Enterprise. Saira Hospitality is a small non-profit organisation that trains marginalised community members in the world of hospitality and matches them with careers inside hotels and restaurants. As such, we encounter so many candidates that don’t have traditional career paths, educational experience or skills. Having used traditional CVs for years, when we learned about Vizzy we knew we’d found a tool (and a team) that could help us empower our candidates by helping them look at their own experiences from outside the out-dated lens of traditional employability tools. The result; our non-profit is thriving, our candidates are more confident about themselves and our impact is growing, all with the support of Vizzy.

So often we find that our candidates are overlooked when applying for new roles due to limited experience or education. **What do you like best about Vizzy?**

It is unbiased and unihibitive to our candidates. It is engaging and showcases the colourful, diverse and wonderful skill-sets of our students as they progress into the workplace. For overlooked talent, it is hard to write a CV due to barriers that restrict access to higher education and meaningful work experience. Through Vizzy, we have the ability to reach talent pools employers otherwise would not be cogniscant of. 
It is a breath of fresh air for our hiring partners who can clearly see the benefits of using Vizzy as a recruitment tool rather than the archaic traditional methods. 
Our students love using it and  we will continue with Vizzy forever more.

There is nothing to dislike about Vizzy.

**What problems is Vizzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to overlooked talent that is far beyond the reach of the archaic traditional recruitment practices so many businesses in hospitality use today. 
Vizzy benefits our students by highlighting their transferrable skill-sets and highlighting their passions through psychometric testing and easy to answer pre-requisites that we set. It is not biased, it is the most inclusive method to source, select and train candidates and we are really enjoying seeing more hospitality businesses follow suit with us.

**What do you like best about Vizzy?**

At first, we weren't sure how Vizzy would fit into our remote-first culture at Flodesk, but it was an instant hit. It's become the virtual water cooler, where our global team can just be themselves and connect on a personal level. Engagement levels are at an all-time high, individuality is celebrated, and frankly, work has become a lot more fun.

Nothing at the moment. The team has been incredibly responsive to feedback.

It's helping our remote team connect and collaborate.

Better Teamwork Across Borders: We've used Vizzy to really step up our team game, especially connecting our UK and US folks.

Awesome Icebreaker: It makes those first meet-ups way more engaging and full of insights.

Insights: Digs into different personalities and work styles, giving us all a clearer picture of each other.
 
Getting Everyone on the Same Page: The insights from Vizzy have been really useful, aligning our strategies and making sure we're all in sync.

Enables candidates to stand out and bring themselves to life. Especially at the entry level when they don't have much experience they can answer a variety of questions that demonstrate their human traits

**What do you dislike about Vizzy?**

Nothing, it's great! You might think candidates don't want to spend time completing it but we have found that not to be the case and it also shows who is actually interested in the role.

It's easy to use, the features are unique and there is a genuine excitement among the team to contribute. Onboarding was seamless - took minutes rather than the usual painful process of customisation

**What do you dislike about Vizzy?**

Tricky because so far they have engaged with every feauture reauest.

We use it for both recruitment (where it gives us a much richer and more holistic picture of candidates) and also for general staff rentention (where it allows us to tailor rewards and socials to peoples' interests). Love it.
