## StackOne Reviews
  ### 1. Plug-and-Play ATS Job Data for Popp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrei B. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

* The unified API saves us from building and maintaining dozens of brittle integrations
* Excellent coverage and fast connector delivery—new vendors get added quickly.
* Support is responsive and knowledgeable; they don’t hand-wave.
* Great observability—logs, retries, and error surfaces make debugging painless.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

* Great API, but the SDK isn’t there yet: inconsistent naming, limited helpers, and outdated examples increase dev time
* Would love field-level selection and a clear ‘field matrix’ across ATSs so we know exactly what comes back.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abstracts dozens of ATS APIs into one—no bespoke connectors per vendor.
Normalized job schemas mean we ship features, not mapping layers.
Incremental syncs + webhooks keep job boards fresh without heavy polling.
Handles auth, rate limits, and retries so our pipeline stays stable.
Faster launches when a new customer’s ATS appears—flip a connector, not a project.
Consistent errors/observability cut debug time across providers.
Security/compliance offload (SOC2/GDPR) accelerates enterprise deals.
Lower maintenance: fewer edge-case fixes and less API-churn tracking.

  ### 2. Please do not choose StackOne - Read this review in detail, everything is evidenced.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

It's hard to think of any upside if I'm honest.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

You cannot market this feature because none of the integrations are ready to be used. As the customer, you are expected to QA every integration yourself.
Also: Their marketing website lists integrations that are not available.
Also: Many of their integrations do not contain data (such as Pay) which was flagged by us during the sales process as important.
Also: They only fix integrations once you ask them to - which there is no SLA for.
Also: You get very little or no testing credentials to any HRIS providers unless you're paying them upwards of £70,000 a year.

This renders the integration worthless, as it cannot be relied on to provide our clients with a good experience.

I have quotes from StackOne to evidence every point that is raised above.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to use them to provide us with smooth HRIS integrations. This has not been possible.

This is a reasonable expectation to have of them, as this is how they market themselves and how they sell themselves. "The Integration Gateway for SaaS & AI Agents - Build deep integrations with enterprise tools, fast. Connect via AI SDK, MCP, or unified APIs."

  ### 3. Exceptional Support and Flexibility Make StackOne Stand Out

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

StackOne has been very willing to provide support when we ran into roadblocks with an issue, and has also been willing to jump on a call with our clients to be a technical resource during specific issues that arise during the integration setup. Their willingness to do this and be flexible is what I like most about StackOne.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

There are a few key features that would be nice to have such as the ability to filter out records from integrations. Sometimes we run into timeout issues/errors and that has also been a challenge. I wish RaaS was supported over more partners other than WorkDay. I don't have an issue with StackOne as a platform at all, but there are a few features that would make my job easier.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to move customers off our flat-file drop and StackOne has been the vendor we chose to do that (moving them to API). This has been valuable to us during our transition.

  ### 4. Real-time HRIS integrations with exceptional partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Managing Trustee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

StackOne’s unified API dramatically simplified our HRIS integrations. It's one integration to rule them all. And their team bent over backwards to build custom connectors on our timeline. The real-time, no-data-store architecture means we can launch new integrations in weeks, not months, and their AI-assisted field-mapping UI cut our mapping effort in half. The dedicated solutions engineer and Slack channel support made troubleshooting and governance friction nearly disappear.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

A few corner-case fields required manual tweaks in the UI. Otherwise, their transparency and responsiveness have kept us moving forward.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne eliminates the pain of building and maintaining dozens of custom HRIS connectors by providing a single, unified API with built-in field mapping and real-time webhooks. This has slashed our engineering effort and let us launch new integrations in weeks (not months) so our clients always have up-to-date employee data and payslip delivery without any manual work.

  ### 5. Cannot fault the quality of the API and the support received

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Principal Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

The whole process of integrating StackOne into our product was smooth from start to finish. The API is polished with great documentation and we received fantastic support during the development process. The StackOne team was always available to take questions in a timely manor and also made amendments their side if needs be. The aggerate API they offered had all the endpoints we needed to complete our integration. StackOne also provide good debugging tools within their product that help you identity issues that maybe occurring with the 3rd party APIs.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Thats nothing to add here really as the product did what we needed it to do.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their unified API allowed us to sync courses from LMS providers and process course completions in our platform.

  ### 6. Our integration partner that has accelerated our go-to-market.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

StackOne has been instrumental in accelerating our product roadmap.

Building and maintaining in-house integrations for the numerous ATS, LMS and HRIS platforms our customers use would be a huge drain on our Engineering resources. StackOne's unified API has abstracted all that complexity away.

The API is robust and the documentation is very clear. The platform well designed underpinned with a thoughtful User Experience.

What's stood out to me having used similar products has been the team's responsiveness and collaborative approach. They feel like an extension of our own team which is super rare for a vendor.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

No much to contribute to the dislikes there are some more niche integrations that are less mature than the core ones.

However the team has been transparent about this and has been proactive in working with us to address any edge cases we've encountered.

It hasn't been blocker for us.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem for us was the fragmented HR tech market. Our customers use a wide range of ATS and HRIS platforms, and the prospect of building and maintaining individual integrations was a significant drain on engineering resources that would have stalled our product roadmap. StackOne elegantly solves this with its single, unified API. Allowing us to offload the integration burden as a result our dev team can now focus entirely on building out our core product features.

This has accelerated our time-to-market and expanded our serviceable customer base without the corresponding engineering overhead.

  ### 7. Reliable, Collaborative, and Committed to Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

We work with StackOne from a partner perspective, collaborating closely on integrating connectors that help make our clients' lives easier. Over time, we’ve built an amazing rapport with the team, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience throughout.

What stands out most is their willingness to go the extra mile. The StackOne team is always available when we have questions or need guidance, and their responsiveness and technical expertise have been invaluable in getting projects across the finish line.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

There’s honestly not much to critique—they’re great at what they do and truly feel like an extension of our own team. It’s rare to find a partnership that feels this seamless and supportive.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne helps us deliver on specific user needs where we require additional support or technical capacity—especially around complex connector integrations. Their platform and team enable us to move faster on areas that would otherwise take longer to build internally. It's been a huge benefit in helping us scale our offering and provide real value to clients without compromising on quality or timelines.

  ### 8. Unified API and responsive support unlock integration potential

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

The APIs and elements are thoughtfully designed. Their unified structure allows you to integrate with almost anything once you have completed a single integration. This significantly accelerates development and makes it much easier to add new integrations based on client needs.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Since it is a vert fast paced growth company , sometimes things are not working as expected and fixes might take a while

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to integrate with external HRIS and document apps like google drive

  ### 10. Seamless Integration and Reliable LMS Connectivity with StackOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane R. | Senior Technical Operations Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

What we like best about StackOne is its ability to simplify complex LMS integrations. It saves our team significant time and effort by providing reliable, consistent access to data across multiple LMS platforms. The platform is stable, well-documented, and the support team is responsive and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

not much, they are always helpful and the documentation is helpful

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne is helping us solve the challenge of integrating multiple LMS platforms into our Fuse in a consistent and scalable way. Instead of building and maintaining separate connectors for each LMS, StackOne provides a unified interface that simplifies data access and reduces development overhead. This allows us to focus more on delivering value to our users and less on managing complex backend integrations. It has significantly improved our ability to onboard new clients and sync learning data efficiently.

  ### 11. Great product and great service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsty M. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The StackOne product is fantastic. The value it provides is huge in being able to deliver an integration with such ease.

The team are responsive, open, and easy to worth with. When we need help, they're very supportive; when we give feedback, they're willing to receive it and they take action accordingly.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

We find that we often have to go searching for something ourselves rather than it being offered proactively. We would appreciate (and have worked with the team to get this) more direction on this areas which StackOne are such experts in.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to integrate with various different providers for clients and prospects.

  ### 12. Seamless Implementation & Supportive Team

Their team is highly engaged, proactively collaborating with us and even talking directly to our customers to ensure smooth adoption. They’re lightning-fast in addressing any issues, and our customers love how effortlessly StackOne plugs into their existing workflows.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

The LMS suite is still in its early days, so the number of supported learning management systems is somewhat limited. I’m confident this will improve as their offering matures.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne handles all our integrations seamlessly, allowing my engineering team to focus on core strategic priorities without dedicating resources to building or maintaining them.

  ### 13. Responsive Team and Fast Feature Turnaround

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

The standout aspect of StackOne is their excellent customer support. Their team is incredibly responsive and genuinely listens to our feedback. Whenever we’ve requested new functionalities or improvements, they’ve acted on them quickly—often faster than expected. It feels like a real partnership where our needs are prioritized and addressed with care.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

One limitation is the lack of testing or sandbox accounts to try out integrations before going live. It would be helpful to have a safe environment to validate our implementation without impacting production data. This would make onboarding and experimentation much smoother.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne eliminates the need to build and maintain multiple HRIS integrations. By integrating with StackOne once, I can support all the HRIS systems we need through a single, unified API. This has saved us significant development time and ongoing maintenance effort, allowing our team to focus on core product features instead of integration work.

  ### 14. Integrations live in days not months

StackOne is continuing to invest in partner relationships which will unlock more Partner Sandboxes

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching HCM and ATS integrations in weeks or days, not months. Enabling us to say "yes" to any customer or prospect integration request. Reducing our internal maintenance of partner integrations and Sandboxes.

StackOne's product just simplify the entire integration and make thing easier for our team, which is helpful and working with stackOne directly, they are fast to address the issue we raise, they also keep us update with the issue so we know the process.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

The downside that I can think of is stackOne is a unified API, so in a certain time, when there are update, it also breaks some of our function, which delay some of our process but this is quite rare.

StackOne help our product integrate with multiple ATS, which simplify the entire process.

StackOne enables us to integrate client HRIS systems with our own product, simplifying workflows and reducing manual work

  ### 23. Unified API saves time and hassle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Engineering Function Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Building once for multiple use cases is a huge benefit for us. Often we have to plan out integrations and even if they follow a similar integration pattern, it's difficult to schedule time per implementation. Using a unified API has removed a tonne of hassle.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

You do somewhat have to lock-in to the StackOne ecosystem but it's a worthwhile trade-off. By standardising our approach through a unified API, we will significantly reduce the complexity of managing multiple integrations, allowing us to focus on delivering value rather than maintaining custom connections.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne solves the problem of managing multiple integrations at once. Not only does an integration require a build per integration but that is maintenance required for life. StackOne takes care of that.

  ### 24. Easy integration with a wide selection of ATS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Engineering Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

The technical documentation was easy to consume and there was a clear focus on security. Using the StackOne dashboard was always very easy, the concept of StackOne Projects made integrating across our different environments a breeze.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

The Node.js SDK would on occasion fall behind the API.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne's Unified API allowed us to integrate once and gain the benefit of having deep integrations with a wide selection of ATS. It's much easier to reason about and maintain as a developer and has allowed myself and my team to focus more on our core product.

  ### 25. Exceptional Support That Makes a Difference

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

The support from the team is very helpful and insightful!

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Currently at the moment we are missing filtering capabilities from stack ones end.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us solve HRIS integrations in a streamline easy process.

  ### 26. Easy to integrate with great coverage of HRIS platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

We're the developers of Workpro case management for HR teams and we selected StackOne to use for integrating HRIS platforms into Workpro. We see the benefits as wide coverage of different HRIS platforms; great documentation and onboarding support; improved onboarding for our customers. They also have a good commercial model which ties in well with our product growth.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

More of an issue with working with multiple different HRIS backends, some less frequently used fields aren't already mapped in their implementation and it can take a little while for these to be included. However, they have excellent documentation which describes which field mappings are available.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supports standard Integration with multiple backends for Workpro case management.

  ### 27. Simple, effective and well-supported

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Facundo P. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

It gets the job done, lot's of integrations, it is not too complex, and the support was great when needed.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Gem stability: it's still pre-1.0 and the changelog is not very descriptive as it is generated with another tool, so it makes it hard to know what changed in each version, but at least they release new versions frequently

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackOne to simplify/unify HRIS integration with different systems, making it easier for my app to work with different customers

  ### 28. Saved time in implementation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Docs are good. TS SDK is easy to use.
Team around it was supportive and helpful.
Didn't want to spend time implementing layers of mapping between 3rd party providers, having a well thought out implementation that means you write code once that just works is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Lack of filtering options when getting lists

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using one interface to query data in multiple providers is extremely attractive and beneficial.
Having a low barrier of usage for end user is also fantastic.
For us, it solves the question of interfacing with multiple HRIS providers in a consistent way without having to deal with much of the idiosyncrasies of the respective systems.

  ### 29. Integrations Simplified

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Development lacks end-to-end manual testing (e.g webhooks cannot be manually triggered, yet they occur during specific timelines)

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne bridges the technical gaps between integrations, simplifying configuration management and proactively surfacing potential issues — along with solutions. It saves us time, reduces integration overhead, and helps us deliver a more reliable product, faster.

  ### 30. Seamless Integrations and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

StackOne’s Unified API made our integration process incredibly fast and efficient. Connecting with multiple connectors through a single integration saved us time and effort. The platform is intuitive and reliable. The support team is top-tier — they respond instantly, understand our needs, and suggest and implement improvements very quickly.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

So far, we haven't encountered any major issues. Minor adjustments were handled quickly by the support team.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackOne helps us integrate with various SaaS tools without building and maintaining multiple connections. It drastically reduces development time and simplifies maintenance.

  ### 31. Great product and team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linn T. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Quick to implement, very responsive and solution oriented team. We had been looking for a solution like this for a while and StackOne stand out for ease of use, incl. documentation, and overall functionality. We managed to set-up and run a successful POC within 1 week, confirming compatibility with our platform and key functionality.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

So far nothing, hoping to see the number of connectors expand quickly the coming year(s).

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to quickly integrate to more systems for our key inetgration use cases, without the need for scarce dev resources.

  ### 32. Great Support and Responsiveness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Great partners, always on hand to help and Charlie and Alex are super responsive

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

I don't have a specific dislike, but one thing we discussed on the last call that had already been addressed is more insight into the priority of integrations on their side.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ATS integrations at scale

  ### 33. Strong product, excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Helps my product integrate with plenty of ATS systems out the box.
It's easy to use and navigate through their portal.
They support is very robust, with quick responses and professionalism.
We use stackone daily.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Nothing per se, sometimes the integrations require refining for things to work as expected.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating quickly with ATS systems

  ### 34. Great API aggregation platform with incredible support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

The API is very sane and I don't need to care about peculiarities of all the HRIS and ATS APIs. The support is wonderful. Most times, you get all the help you need in a couple of days. The new UI to debug request is also great.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Breakages in the API do happen every so often. This is expected as StackOne aggregates a ton of third-party APIs but it's still a nuisance.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrate with a ton of ATS and HRIS apps. Previously, we built all integrations internally. So, we were stuck maintaining all of them. Then StackOne came about and we started using it for integrations. Enabling a new integrations is a matter of adding a couple of lines of code and enabling a few toggles. Most of the implementation and maintenance effort is gone.

  ### 35. Great collaboration from day 1

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Very intuitive and always adding new features. Additionally, the StackOne team has always been super helpful whenever we had a customers request.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

There is nothing worth mentioning here so far.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRIS integrations for our customers

  ### 36. Positive Customer experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

The StackOne team are responsive and helpful at all stages of the process, from trial, purchase, customer integration, ongoing development and collaboration on improvement of the service. The customer focus is forefront, us as a customer but also the experience of our customers.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

More support with partnerships and more clarity about which integrations require business partnerships would be helpful

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with a diverse range of LMS and ATS

  ### 37. Fantastic, supportive team with very capable technology

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

Integrating with StackOne has been remarkably smooth and efficient. Their API documentation is excellent, and the StackOne Hub is intuitive and user-friendly. The implementation team has been highly responsive and supportive, consistently helping us enhance our solution.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Nothing specific comes to mind. In the past, it was sometimes challenging to determine which endpoints were available in each ATS. However, with the launch of a new dashboard, this process has become much easier, making it a seamless experience!

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating with ATS systems for assessments and interviews.

  ### 38. Great tool and great service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

It really has helped us scale our product and whenever there is an issue the team is super responsive and effective.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Because it connects multiple platforms, sometimes there are still integration issues which can take time to resolve, but this is more an issue of the industry rather than StackOne as a company.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Focus dev time on our core functionality, not integrations

  ### 39. Extremely helpful and an all-round great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

They are always willing to help and are quick to respond to any request for help. Their platform is easy to use and it is simple to integration with due to this and their thorough documentation.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

There are very few, if any downsides to the product.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating client's HRIS API into our system.

  ### 40. Perfect for our use case

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

- Great documentation
- Very responsive team continuiously improving what is already a very polished service

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

Nothing, they've been very quick to answer any questions I had

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building an employee health benefit platform and wanted to allow employers to connect their HRIS system to automatically onboard and offboard users on our platform. StackOne allowed us to offer this functionality quickly for a large amount of HRIS providers.

  ### 41. Integrations made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2023

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

I am impressed with StackOne's API system - as a company that requires many integrations. The flexibility and convenience of being able to connect various tools like HRIS and ATSs with just one API has been critical in enhancing our product features and so, StackOne was a no brainer.

What really stands out is their commitment to collaboration, always ready to assist through any integration or update process. They are still small but that also means the support is more personal - meaning it is not just a service, they are dedicated to deliver exactly what we needed.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

It's hard to pinpoint anything substantial to dislike about StackOne. If I were to stretch for criticism, I'd say that being a newer team might raise concerns for some about their longevity or experience, but in my experience, this has been a strength. Their fresh perspective and readiness to adapt have led to an even better experience than many well-established competitors.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing a great API solution, they've eliminated the need to build integrations one at a time, a task that was previously time-consuming and resource-intensive - which as a growing startup is critical for us. We want to focus on our product, not integrations.

  ### 42. Fast/Reliable integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B. | C, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about StackOne?**

A collaborative and flexible team that is always on hand to support you through all integrations, updates etc. Their fast-pace and growth means they have one of the most competitive products on the market.

**What do you dislike about StackOne?**

There isn't anything to dislike, the team is relatively new which means they are on hand to provide an even better experience than their competitors who lack the support needed on such projects.

**What problems is StackOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of integrations to build to expand our TAM and StackOne is able to deliver these without compromising our product development. This is a massive time/productivity saver!
