Its in the name. I love how easy it is to do assess trainings to team members! By far the best user interface and so straightforward to use! The training videos are also all so extraordinarily well done! The voices and examples used in every video is awesome! This is one of the best training websites I have used by far and I am so grateful for its depth! You can really see the people that run this platform care exponentially and try their hardest to make very detailed trainings! The only thing I don't really like about EasyLlama is that you can click off the tabs when inside the training. If you try to click off the tabs then the training video thats playing completely stops until you click back onto the page. I am not a fan of this at all. Just because you click off the page does not mean you are not paying attention to the training. Its as if they assume you just aren't focusing which I can understand the idea of it being taken advantage of but it seems unnecessary and extreme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s very interactive, and it helps you stay engaged with the content, which can be tedious when it comes to compliance. The videos, animations, voice-overs, and activities make it easier to follow and get through. I love that it includes gamification and that it states how long the course will take before starting it, it will definetly improve our compliance rates.

We used to use Absorb and upload the Navex courses but now with the BambooHR integration is easier to pull reports and have employees participate at a higher rate.

I notices that it was AI generated but it didnt feel fake or robort-like.

The catalog that EasyLlama offers covers a wide range of topics that can not only help with compliance but with the performance an development of the employees.

Setting the courses within bamboo was super easy, very smooth onboarding, I was able to set everything by myself without any support.

The trainings are highly interactive, and the UI/UX keeps me engaged throughout each session. I would say the level of customization. It would be helpful to have more options to tailor reports based on specific needs. Also, occasionally the user interface can feel a bit limited when trying to manage larger groups or make bulk updates. For managing larger groups, it would help to have more robust bulk actions. Like being able to assign, reassign, or update training statuses for multiple employees at once without going into each profile individually. A more advanced filtering system (by team, role, location, or completion status) would also make it easier to quickly segment and manage groups. On the UI side, a more spreadsheet-style or table view with editable fields could make the bulk updates faster and more intuitive. Also when I try to assign a course, it is difficult to find due to the numerous courses with similar names and when I save it as a favorite, it is sometimes hard to find still and a bit slow when loading. I found that the courses listed on the site is great for corporate traning, But also the amount of clicks required makes sure that we don't passive consume the content but actively interact with it. This makes sure that not only have a understanding of the content but it also makes us recall it by the helps of quiz and others. Also a wrong answer on the quiz doesn't just tell you, you are wrong rather via audio explains why the answer that was selected was incorrect or partially correct in all of the options listed. Even though some interactions are necessary to make sure we are actively consuming the content. I disliked that every time i have select the next page button. EasyLlama was different than all the other trainings that I had to go through as it kept it short but very informative. Most people I know try to go through these trainings via skipping most of the material and guessing the answers or retrying the quizzes till they pass. The trainings created by EasyLlama actually engage the viewers and make you want to watch it and complete it properly. The only real downside is that the catalog could be even broader to cover more specific departmental roles. While the core Harassment Prevention Training is excellent, I would love to see this same engaging format applied to more niche professional development topics beyond just standard compliance.
