In just a few minutes, simply by talking with the AI, I can turn ideas into tests. It is a real time saver and very easy to use. The results of the first tests launched via PBX are convincing. **What do you dislike about Kameleoon?** When the AI does not understand my prompts but it is not really due to Kameleoon and/or when the desired changes cannot be made solely through the graphic engine or PBX, but again, this is due to the configuration of our site and the data layer not always being sufficiently provided. **What problems is Kameleoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** The results panel allows us to have clear insights regarding the performance of the tests conducted and to make decisions accordingly in order to optimize site navigation. It’s easy to go from idea to live A/B test, especially for copy, layouts, and CTAs on key pages. The mix of a visual editor for quick changes plus the option for custom code when we need it works well for our growth + engineering setup. Their support team has also been very responsive whenever we’ve had implementation questions or odd results to debug. **What do you dislike about Kameleoon?** The main downside is that the interface has bit of a learning curve (at least for me). Once you know where everything lives, it’s fine, but navigation and terminology aren’t always super intuitive. **What problems is Kameleoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kameleoon helps us determine which changes to our website actually move the needle on sign-ups and demo requests. Instead of shipping big redesigns and hoping for the best, we can test variants on navigation, forms, and messaging, then promote only the winners.
