Best LMS in class **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ivan P. | HR OEE, People Analytics & PMO lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2022 **What do you like best about Cornerstone?** The best-in-class UI design, as LMS manager, it's very easy for HR to customize the experience and design the best layout that suits the company's branding/culture **What do you dislike about Cornerstone?** An easier admin setting would be nice as sometimes getting the right setting required many steps and testing. e.g. push learning contents to a targeted group etc. **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:** Cornerstone is definitely one of the best Learning Management Systems available in the market, even thought you might on other core HRIS, it's still worthy to explore it as dedicated LMS aside with your core HRIS. **What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cornerstone provides the best learning experience for our employees, it has a great UI design and user experience, easy to navigate and browse thru courses. The team's performance increase gradually after we roll our LMS in this summer. ### 2. Also, it is really unflexible, it has a lot of limitations on what you can do. Also, they tend to have a lot of bugs, and support takes weeks, which is forever when you area implementing a process in a business. **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:** I believe they area one of the best plattforms if you want integration, but they need to update, and to think of the administrator user experience. **What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use cornerstone to have an integrated talent platform, where we have performance, learning and development tools. This has been an improvement from our previous platforms. ### 3. I also like how it breaks them down well. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone?** It's pretty finicky and prepare to have to spend more time than desired to complete different sessions. **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:** It's a great place to consolidate trainings and also remind employees to complete their trainings **What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cornerstone let's you complete training before the launch date, but when the launch date occurs, it won't register that you've completed it so you have to redo it. I also turn on auto play but I still have to click to move forward. ### 4. An update to the certification UI would be an excellent enhancement for customers using these features. **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:** Work with a consulting company to ensure that you are getting the most out of your investment in Cornerstone. **What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?** My clients use Cornerstone to host, deliver, and manage training for their employees and external parterns. Cornerstone is able to effectively meet complex business requirements and offers an easy-to-use interface for the end user. ### 5. The content is easy to find and has built-in due dates for simple task management. **What do you like best about Cornerstone?** In my opinion, the best part about cornerstone is the transcript. It maintains a record of current, completed, and overdue training. Viewing the transcript keeps me up to date on activities I need to complete while maintaining the ability to review past courses. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone?** I dislike the search function in Cornerstone. I have difficulty finding courses with general terms or definitions that a course may contain. If you don't have the exact title of a course, it is tough to find. **What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cornerstone keeps me up to date on my required training, but it also allows me to explore courses to take and educate myself further in my field of work. The library is of great benefit. ### 6. The website is very straight forward and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone?** There have been a few instances where a training doesn't function properly on mobile but going to a desktop always works.
