"Royal British Legion Review"

5/5

What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is extremely configurable and flexible, which suits our varied needs as an organisation. The system is also very user-friendly for both our administrators and our hiring managers.

There are many additional features we haven’t yet utilised, so there’s still more for us to explore.

The Customer Support team is very quick to respond to queries and consistently helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

The backend of the system can sometimes be quite complicated to use and often requires more of a systems/IT expert. It also takes a little time to find where things are.

Also, I’d like to know more about what Eploy is planning or introducing from an AI perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

There are some minor tweaks but I think this is more about how we use it than the system itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eploy: User-Friendly Recruitment Powerhouse"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Eploy?

We find Eploy very user friendly and easily adaptable with changes in the business. It's great that it's operator-led, allowing our hiring managers full autonomy to track and process their hires. The team at Eploy listens to the needs of their clients and uses feedback to ensure new developments are regularly launched. I also appreciate that with Eploy, we can onboard and e-sign contracts for salaried staff, talent pool candidates, and handle volume recruitment effectively. The initial setup was really easy, with regular meetings during the build phase, hands-on testing, and the availability of hypercare for post setup and for any big changes we have made since. The Support team is fantastic for us to be able to make realtime changes and be able to do that in house rather than having to wait or pay for small changes to the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

We don't have any real issues with Eploy itself. Our main problem at present is more about integrating with our current HR SAP system, which would be a game changer, but that's more due to the system we use rather than Eploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We find Eploy allows us to recruit effectively for all roles - including self employed and volume recruitment of pub teams. It gives hiring managers autonomy to process candidates and their recruitment process, streamlines onboarding with e-signatures with our salaried positions, and allows us to use talent pools to find suitable candidates for roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for a detailed and thoughtful 5* review. We’re delighted to hear that Eploy’s flexibility, operator-led approach, and onboarding capabilities are supporting your hiring managers and recruitment goals so effectively. It’s especially great to know our Support team and hypercare have enabled you to make real-time changes with confidence. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with Eploy.

"Flexible and fully featured ATS"

5/5

What do you like best about Eploy?

We are very impressed with the number of features and ease of use, together with the ability to customise the system ourselves, which is relatively straightforward.

The implementation process was very thorough and at a pace where we could carry on with our day jobs.

Customer support is very good, providing very clear step by step resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Nothing so far! It is early days but we are very happy with the system so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

For several months, we managed our recruitment process manually because we did not have an ATS in place. Now that we are using Eploy, we have much greater capacity to handle our wider recruitment needs. The ability to configure the application process on a vacancy by vacancy basis enables us to identify and shortlist the most suitable applicants without delay. Also the ability to send a text message alongside emails is helping to ensure that our messages are seen and not lost in junk mail folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for your fantastic 5* review. We’re thrilled to hear that you’re finding Eploy flexible, feature-rich, and easy to customise. It’s great to know the implementation process worked well for you and allowed you to keep on top of your day-to-day tasks. We will be certain to share this feedback with the wider team.

We’re especially pleased that our customer support team has been able to provide clear and helpful guidance. Your feedback about the ability to configure vacancies and communicate effectively with candidates highlights exactly what we aim to deliver - making recruitment more efficient and impactful.

We’re delighted that Eploy has helped you move away from manual processes and is giving you the capacity to manage your recruitment needs with confidence. Thank you for choosing Eploy, and we look forward to supporting you as you continue to get the most out of the system!

"Flexible Workflows and Powerful Analytics for Seamless Recruitment"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Eploy?

Highly Customisable and Flexible Workflows

Eploy allows you to adapt your entire recruitment process to match the unique needs of your organisation, covering everything from job requisitions and candidate screening to interview scheduling and onboarding. You can set up workflows, approval steps, and templates without being restricted by a rigid system. This level of flexibility means the tool adapts to your processes, rather than requiring you to change how you work.

eploy.com

Strong Analytics & Data-Driven Insights

Eploy features built-in dashboards and reporting tools that provide recruiters and hiring managers with clear visibility into important metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate funnel performance. These insights empower teams to make informed, data-driven decisions and to continually refine their hiring strategies.

Enhanced Candidate and Hiring Experience

The platform integrates smoothly with your careers site and offers features like a candidate portal, interview scheduling, and onboarding workflows. This not only creates a more seamless and engaging experience for candidates, but also eases the administrative workload for recruiters and helps reduce the overall time to hire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Multiple vacancies hiring at the same time, it is difficult to manage RAFs as the system prefers you to have every RAF advertised on the website which isn't the best way to manage large volume recruitment for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eploy addresses major hiring challenges by automating and centralising the recruitment process. This leads to fewer manual administrative tasks, a quicker time-to-hire, and smoother transitions throughout the workflow, from posting a job to offer acceptance. The platform provides seamless recruitment flows that help candidates progress through each stage without unnecessary delays. It also improves the candidate experience by offering an intuitive online portal, automated updates, interview scheduling, and personalised communication. Additionally, Eploy supports a positive onboarding experience with digital offers, e-signatures, and automated "keep warm" communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re thrilled to hear that Eploy’s flexibility and customisable workflows are helping you adapt your recruitment processes to fit your organisation’s unique needs. Our goal has always been to provide a platform that works around your processes -not the other way around, so it’s fantastic to know this is making a real difference for you.

We’re also delighted that the analytics and reporting tools are giving your team the insights needed to make data-driven decisions and continually improve hiring strategies. Visibility and actionable insights are key to successful recruitment, and it’s great to see these features adding value.

Finally, we’re pleased that the candidate and hiring experience enhancements are helping create a smoother, more engaging process for everyone involved. Reducing administrative workload while improving candidate experience is something we’re passionate about, and your feedback reinforces that we’re on the right track.

Thank you again for your thoughtful comments, they’re incredibly valuable to us as we continue to innovate and support our customers. If you ever need tips or guidance on getting even more out of Eploy, our team is always here to help!

"Seamless Implementation, Friendly Team"

4/5

What do you like best about Eploy?

For me the best feature of Eploy is how highly customisable it is - we have quite a unique business model and our great concern with identifying an ATS platform was if we could get something that allows us to be flexible to suit our varying needs as a business - Eploy ticks all of those boxes. The team are supportive and friendly and the implementation process was very professional and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

My only drawback so far is that the back-end of the system could be a bit more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eploy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Eploy we were reliant on job boards and a lot of our recruitment processes were very admin-heavy, Eploy has solved that problem by creating a candidate-led experience that will drastically cut down on the man hours taken internally to process candidates.

Eploy have modernised our careers website and brought us up to speed in the rapidly evolving field of recruitment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
