On the rare occasion I can't, the chat support is excellent and resolves queries efficiently. The bulk upload functionality is also a huge time saver, making repetitive admin tasks much quicker and easier. **What do you dislike about PayFit?** Validating every payslip each month can be quite time consuming, particularly when many employees have no changes. It would be really helpful if there were a way to identify or filter only those payslips with changes, so additional scrutiny and validation could be focused where it's needed most. I'd also love to see an integration with our HRIS, HiBob, to streamline data syncing and reduce manual administration. **What problems is PayFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** PayFit has simplified our payroll processes by reducing manual administration, improving accuracy and making payroll more efficient. PayFit differentiates itself from a traditional management firm because it allows you to see the final payroll at any time of the month and make any modifications independently. **What do you dislike about PayFit?** They have some technical limitations when there are many employees in the same workplace. Sometimes it takes a while to load, or data has to be loaded in sub-centers, or they make modifications to the platform without notice. **What problems is PayFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** With PayFit, I calculate payrolls, file social security and taxes, and resolve payroll queries. Good information are available in their help centre or help articles. Interactive Payslip is good **What do you dislike about PayFit?** The downsides are; Customer has to customise their payroll journals, which can be tedious and time consuming. The payroll journals never balance, due to missing payments , deductions and duplication of expenses/deductions. Payfit now separates annual leave pay from basic salary which makes month end calculations longer to process within our ERP system. The P11D form generated by Payfit is basic and the employee information doesn't align with fields/boxes provided on the form. The reporting functionality is very helpful from a company reporting perspective, and the ability for employees to input their basic information allows for time savings on the administration side, which is great. **What do you dislike about PayFit?** At times the software does have bugs/glitches, however their support team is very responsive and usually addresses issues very quickly. **What problems is PayFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to bring payroll in house which allowed us to reduce costs but also time spent doing it, since it can be done throughout the month, instead of leaving it for the end of the month.
