I have never experienced worse customer support in my life. The server went off, I contacted support, and even paid for the extra support plan. They didn't respond within the guaranteed response time because the ticket was created before the payment. But they didn't respond within the guaranteed time, even for tickets created after I purchased the plan.
They were not listening to me, still asking if I wanted to replace the server (I needed to tell them NO five times), and they refused to acknowledge their mistake.
In the end, the support didn't help me with anything; they did basically nothing to fix the situation, they just took my money and happily breached their SLA.
I'm really considering whether we should stay with Scaleway or migrate away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
