Even if you are a person who is involved in the hiring process, SocialTalent will help you become an expert in it. **What do you dislike about SocialTalent?** I don't think there is anything to dislike in SocialTalent. Maybe there could be more option when you first start with the option with which you will be provided with the contant. **What problems is SocialTalent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to drastically improve the entire hiring process, right from sourcing, interviews, debrief, offer negotiation, hiring managers' roles in hiring and the bigger picture is to improve candidate experience and brand image. ### 2. Have learnt to use different sourcing methodologies to attract top talents in the market, which i wasn't using in the past such as LinkedIn recruiter tool, web search etc ### 4. SSO is seamless and our users have easy access to wonderful content. **What do you dislike about SocialTalent?** Unfortunately, IT wasnt involved until after the product was in use. Our training department had a few issues configuring things properly. Luckily, it wasnt anything we couldnt fix easily with support's help **What problems is SocialTalent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our recruiters engaged and educated in ways that promote their abilities.
