**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

The best thing about it is that It's a wholesome software, in the sense that it offers all the tools for project management and also wellbeing for the users. For jobs like ours which requires working for 8-10 hours continuously, it is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

In our office, the workflow is intertwined with other enginnering offices. So, our deadlines are very dependent on the work generated by them and that is the reason why we couldn't push this software because the others firms aren't using the same. If there could be some cheaper plans for only project/task basis. That would be good. We would also like some drawing based integration.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of working together, it helps us during our weekly meeting. Helps us to coordinate. Though it was very helpful during the remote working days, not sure about what difference this offers, compared to others.

I have found Thrive to integrate well with our accounting program and efficiently improve our process.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

That we didnt make this move sooner, it would have been much better in the long run.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the integration and initial adjustment to the program I have found it makes our record keeping more user friendly and understandable.

  ### 8. the best way to manage your company's projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** marry R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

What I like most about this application is how easy it is to manage all the projects in an organized way, the time, the people involved in each task, and being able to obtain a final report, whether it's the work done for the day or at the end of the project, and it's very detailed.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

What I don't like about the application is that sometimes the integrations with other people cause some data loss, but it's not a big deal. Sometimes, if they are working on time and someone has a slow internet connection, what they are doing might suddenly be lost.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive:**

They must give this software a chance, as it is an easy and quick way to organize any project in your company or even a personal project, be independent, and achieve very good results statistically speaking.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first project in which we used it helped solve the problem of organizing a project, and we didn't have a tool as such to do that, but through this program, it was easy to organize ourselves, obtain everything quickly and effectively, and we were able to present our work correctly without major issues since we were all working from home.

  ### 9. One of the best online collaboration tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** luis R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

What I like most about this application is the way it can assist you online to define a project, regardless of whether people are near or far. They can access the page and make modifications. It also allows for precise control of time, objectives, progress, or money spent on a project.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

What I don't like about the application is that sometimes when there is poor connectivity, changes are lost and not reflected with the rest of the group that has access to this project. So, sometimes it may seem like one is working, but if there is poor connectivity, progress is lost, and colleagues will be waiting for what one has done, thinking it is saved, but it is not.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive:**

You must consider this application if you want to be able to do a project and have online collaboration with other workers, also to be able to make adjustments and changes in real time and to have project statistics. Believe me, this is the best decision you can make.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it helped me solve was the issue of collaboration at work, since after the pandemic and with everyone working from a Home Office, one can work in real-time regardless of the time, place, or date. With a good connection, you can see the progress of others as well as view the objectives and timeline of the project itself.

  ### 10. Good app in pandemic times

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

Alerts and notifications which remind you on pending tasks

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

Cant see history of notifications or what you had selected previously

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped my employer check in for covid protocols and ensure health and safety was maintained at work

  ### 11. Thrive online tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

Basecamp, fresh books and toggl and real time business

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

Lack of service, technology updates and creativity

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive:**

Maximize the potential

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing, staff management, organising work load.

  ### 12. Timesheet Based Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas K. | Independent IT Consultant, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

This tool can record our activity into the teamsheet. When we click the start button, it will start recording, and then when we click the stop button, we can write down any activity that we have done so far. This is really important feature that we can have to clock in the man hour in project management. After that, we can create an invoice and link the man hour that we have done to bill it to the client. We can also list down the resources that we have in the current project.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

Although the features are rich, but the UI displayed on the web is not really fancy. So maybe it will not really suitable for some people. On the other hand, it would be a bit pricey if we want to try the tool by ourself. They only give us 30 days trial, and then we need to pay even for solo. It would be more interesting if they can give the solo version for free, and then they charge the money if we go to implement the tool in our team.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive:**

If you want to have simple yet powerful time-recording project management, then I recommend that you try Thrive. If you don't want to pay upfront, then you can try to use the trial solo version first. When you feel that it suits you, then you can upgrade to the better package.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was hard to really link the man-hour in our resources to the invoice, because in the other tool, the developer can enter the time manually. Sometimes they make it overtime, or in some cases they make it under time. This tool can facilitate this issue by providing the time-recording feature, so the resource can just start, pause, and stop to record the time.

  ### 13. Thrive is a service used for getting control over order processes and work management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cade O. | Sales Business Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

This service gains importance in encouraging to process work in anxiety free and professional life with busy routine work. It provides schedule for data and workflow management regularly without taking breaks in order to stay productive. It gives us methods to enhance work efficiency and explore new realms of sooth and pressure free environment. It integrates with different types of applications to have access and use them in acquiring the actual goal. It not only provides with videos and articles regarding recognition of assets and order plans and activities but person can also choose these goals to set into the schedule.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

Thrive not only has advantages but also consists of some issues as well. In regards to syncing with different applications, it hangs up during the whole process and error appears. Also it's only present in the cloud service which makes it difficult to access in case on connection interruption.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thrive is best for busy routine workers looking for partner who can give instructions and advice regarding order and asset processes and improving the organizational life. It's features of prioritising goals and sharing with the mates is beneficial. It keeps track of time spent on the phone and also has the tool for putting limit in using the device.

  ### 14. Pioneer in the field project Management softwares

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tuneer W. | Technical Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Thrive?**

The thing which I like best about Solo is that it is a one-stop-shop. What that means is that you can use it for project management, resource management, task assignment, and even time tracking. This is one of the few tools in the market which lives up to its reputation. I use it for creating a new project quickly and assigning resources and tasks to all of them. It lets me track the progress of each task that the resource is handling and how much time they have spent on each task.

**What do you dislike about Thrive?**

I would like to see more in-depth reporting options to be added to the dashboard. The second thing which I'll like to see is that they change the GUI. I will like to see an upgraded and more vibrant Interface as compared to the current one.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive:**

Great project management tool in every way. Give it a try for sure and you will be amazed, to say the least.

**What problems is Thrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to manage my projects so much better in terms of milestone completion, resource allocation, time tracking and the overall status of the project.

That is only has one supported language. For people who speak a different language can't benefit from it because it only has English.

**Recommendations to others considering Thrive:**

Please add more languages to your software so others can benefit from it

It helps creative professionals get inspiration to manage their business professionally and has a highly satisfied user experience.
