**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

Hailey has brought clarity to our HR processes and allows us to manage all employee matters in one place. The best part is that you can customize workflows to fit your specific needs. You can make a wide range of modifications yourself, without having to wait months or even a year for new features to be developed.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

The time function could use further development, but that doesn't mean I dislike it. There are still a few minor details that need attention. However, when I suggest improvements, they are welcomed and implemented promptly, which I appreciate.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hailey has helped us improve the management and documentation of our human resources processes. By using Hailey, we have been able to streamline our workflows and dedicate more of our resources to strategic tasks.

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

The system is simple and mostly intuitive to use. Employees have asked very few questions, which makes the administrator’s job easier.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

For a relatively small company (around 50 employees), the system actually offers too many features, which can sometimes be confusing. The most essential functionalities are indeed intuitive to use, but there are sections that feel so complex that even trying them out feels exhausting. One example of this is workflows — in theory, they could make everyday work easier, but despite onboarding sessions, getting started with them is quite laborious.

The way employees are divided into teams is unintuitive, and I don’t understand the logic behind the setup where, by default, all company employees are not considered one main team unless a separate “whole company” team is manually created.

The time/calendar section should be continuous (rolling), rather than split into separate tabs for each month. For example, when you want to review absences on a weekly level, it becomes cumbersome if you have to switch between two different months. Editing absences after they’ve been approved is also unnecessarily difficult. For instance, vacation plans can still change after approval, and at least administrators should be able to modify absences easily.

The vacation policies and compliance with the Finnish Annual Holidays Act still haven’t been implemented in a simple or seamless way

When viewing absences via the calendar, it would also be nice to see, for example, the total number of vacation days included in a period by opening the first day of the absence. In general, editing information in Hailey feels overly complicated.

One more thing worth mentioning is the support section and the lack of instructions in Finnish.

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

Hailey is an HR system that covers all basic areas when it comes to HR master data an employee life cycle management. The UI is excellent and innovative, packed with functionality but still with an easy to use layout. It is very obvious that the people that have created Hailey really understand HR, that HR is not all about single functions but about process. Exemples on this is a complete process for salary revisions, but also the whole module of work flows. It is around the work flows that Hailey really excels, with the vast fleixibility for a user to create work flows e.g. for onboarding and offboarding with tasks sent out to various people in the organization. Another thing that Hailey excels at is the event driven architecture that allows a user to look at all KPIs and data at snapshots for a certain date back in time. On top of this, Hailey is very easy to implement, and integrate with other system, and the service from the Hailey staff, including support, is exellent.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

Hailey is a fairly new system in the market, but this also means that new functionality is built every month.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hailey covers the whole life cycle of all employees, including onboarding/offboarding, development (OKR), KPIs and analytics, and not the least work flows that an HR user can setup to cover all processes adhered to an employee. Hailey has a lot of focus on processes and not single function, that saves a lot of time not only for the HR department but for all managers. A complete module for a process driven salary revision is an example of that. In a company with 450 employees, we have saved at least 1 FTE in the HR/Finance department by implementing Hailey.

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

The system is user-friendly, offering many functions in one system at a good price. Easy for managers to use, and all the managers at my job really appreciate the system as it has facilitated their daily tasks, including contract writing, documentation, and employee follow-up. Quick Customer Success that always solves the problem. We have been involved from an early stage, and my experience is that we have been able to influence by them listening to us and other customers regarding what is important to us. There is a big difference now in the system compared to when we joined at the beginning of 2022. It is a simple system for infrequent users.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

Since the system is under constant development, it sometimes happens when a new sprint has been rolled out that it affects our templates we have built by causing them to stop working. This usually becomes apparent when we try to send out a contract and it doesn't work. Then we have to start troubleshooting and sometimes contact customer success to solve the problem.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A modern HR tool that has greatly simplified our daily routine for our managers and me as the HR manager, allowing us to spend time on things other than paper administration.

Hailey HR is very user-friendly and intuitive as a system, which allows me to solve a lot on my own. If I still need help, their support is always super fast. Everyone I have met from Hailey HR has also left me with a very good impression, especially my contact person.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

It's not really something I dislike, but as with all systems under development, there are of course some features I'm still waiting for. But I have patience and trust that it will come.

Hailey HR facilitates all HR processes for me as it is a system that allows me to gather all information in one place and create automated workflows. It is also a system that, in a very flexible way, allows me to invite other parts of the organization to collaborate in specific areas without it having to be cumbersome.

Hailey HR is a great system for an organization that wants to invest in an HR system that has all the basic functions, and doesn't cost a fortune. Hailey HR also provides great support and very professional staff, furthermore, they listen to the needs of their customers. The implementation was also seemless and we got a lot of help from Hailey.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

Hailey HR is a system with a lot of potential, but there are currently some functions that are not yet developed. Hopefully we will see a lot of improvement concerning preboarding and employee surveys next year.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can keep our employee data safe and secure, and we can keep track of our data easily in terms of i.e. retention. Our general HR processes are now easily managed.

Continuous improvements and updates, new features are introduced at a good pace. 

User friendly, even the most hesitant user will find it easy and helpful.

A "wishlist" for users, I can easily suggest new features.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

No chat or realtime support. Support is available via email and fast, but I would appreciate a direct chat with a simple way of sharing screen och print screens. 

That there is no way of distinguishing between employees who are active or on a longer leave. Ex; a person who is on a long leave of absence or a year of parental leave are still listed as "Active". Makes budgeting and planning difficult.

HR admin, onboarding, offboarding, development talks, salary updates etc etc.

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

We have been involved early in Hailey's journey as an HR system and are super satisfied; the system has truly been a great tool for streamlining and digitizing our HR work. It is user-friendly both for admin but also for managers and employees and has been easy to set up so it fits our group. The digital flow for employment with signing and workflows for, among other things, onboarding has facilitated our processes despite being spread across the country and allows us to easily track where we are in the stage.

The whole setup with conversation templates directly in the system means we avoid handling paper or folders on the computer that risk being lost. The luxury of being able to conduct employee surveys directly in the system also means we don't have to bring in an external system as we can easily customize our survey templates to fit both annually and monthly.

The support is extremely responsive to our requests and improvements we have suggested. And when we have needed support or had other questions, it has been very quick to get help, big gold star to our contact person! Our managers are very satisfied with the system as a work tool and it has facilitated many aspects of their daily work.

I can't think of anything concrete right now.

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

I like everything about Hailey HR and use the system daily. The system helps us to ensure the quality of our various personnel processes, and where we can easily and smoothly administer and document information about our employees.
The fact that we can also create our own workflows that help us ensure that we don't miss anything in handling, for example, a recruitment process or what needs to be done when an employee leaves, we think is fantastic.
Hailey HR also gives us the ability to create documents and contracts for digital signing, which we send out via the system to our employees – very efficient and simple.
The fact that we can also manage our vacation planning, leave applications, and salary reviews in the system is something our managers appreciate greatly.
I can simply say that Hailey HR has streamlined, digitized, and ensured the quality of our personnel process, and add to that the support from them is superb both during the implementation and even after when we have gotten started. That they constantly come up with new features and solutions is appreciated!

We had wished that Hailey HR could also receive data and "communicate" with other systems, for example, to be able to import documents that have been registered for an employee in another system.

By using Hailey HR, we have moved from managing our personnel administration via paper and Excel to now having everything gathered in one place.

In my capacity within HR, Hailey HR facilitates the management of my workflow and the organization of employee-related data and documents. Thanks to their emphasis on user-friendliness, I can easily instruct my colleagues in the system. The Customer Sucess team are outstanding!

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

We have been using Hailey for 1.5 years, and when we initially adopted the system, it was relatively new to the market. Their ongoing commitment to continuous improvement is a key factor that influenced our decision to select Hailey as our HR system. As a result of being relatively "young" as a HR system, we have been experienced occasional software bugs. However, the customer success team at Hailey is unparalleled in terms of their responsiveness and dedication to service. They have consistently addressed and resolved these issues with remarkable speed.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Hailey, our employment documents were stored within secured OneDrive files. We used various systems to manage employee data, surveys, one-on-one meetings, and salary reviews separately.
With the integration of Hailey, we have consolidated all these components into a single platform. This has significantly streamlined operations for me as the HR manager, as well as for our managers and employees.

We have been searching for a long time for a more complete HR system in which we could find efficiency, data management, compliance, onboarding & offboarding, employee self-service, recruitment, performance management, analytics, security, and all that we found in Hailey.

I can not come up with an answer right now.

We have now all the data in one place which facilitates us to work with HR processes and also the managers. The signing of contracts directly in the system and when the contracts are signed they will be saved automatically in the employee's card which has saved a lot of time with paperwork.

We long for more features in the conversation templates and a little more love regarding their appearance, but as with everything else in Hailey, I am convinced that it will soon be in place.

Hailey has, for example, enabled us not to have different employment templates in different versions in different places. In Hailey, all our follow-up meetings with employees are documented, making it easy to go back and see what was said last time. No manual handling of absence reporting occurs anymore, everything is easily entered into Hailey, which syncs it to the system where we prepare salaries. No intermediaries or human factors, which minimizes the risk of errors in reporting. It is easy to see history in all flows such as absence, conversations, and salaries.

Incredibly nice to have everything gathered in one place - employment contracts, employee reviews, contact information, and company-wide documents. It saves us so much time! Also the automated workflows, so we don't miss important steps. Gold for eliminating confusion as we grow.

Sometimes things don't work as intended, for example, conversations with colleagues. Most often, it's about having made a mistake in settings, but it can be difficult to understand what part you played. However, Hailey is always quick to help!

Hailey makes us save time that would otherwise need to be spent on administration. We gain better control over the organization, our employees, and our tasks and HR-related activities.

Sometimes we are asked to do changes in the system because features are changing and that takes time from my everyday work. Plus can be difficult to understand the instructions they send out.

Sending and making contracts and having them signed with BankID is so smooth. Also to store info and remind me of stages of the hiring end exit-process

The onboarding wizard is a big relief from our earlier onboarding process. I also enjoy that the employee profiles are customizeable and that the platform as a whole is very flexible.

That a lot of nice-to-have functions aren't in place yet because the platform is still quite new.

It is very easy to create contracts and send them for a digital signature. Employee data is saved and stored in Hailey.

Being process-centered is the best feature. The admin can easily create and handle processes such as contracts , organizational structure, feedbacks.they set up an AI too!😃

Lacks sertan features and connectivity. Like sorting by certificates and connecting direktly to the salary system.

While there have been occasional minor hiccups during the growth of the company, Team Hailey's responsiveness ensures these are swiftly resolved.

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

Hailey HR has really helped us structuring our HR-data and different processes. It's easy to implement and administrate and their customer success is amazing if you ever run into problem. It's makes our life within HR and Finance so much easier, supports our managers within the organisation (workflows, contracts, notes and templates for 1:1 talk and annual reviews, etc) but it's also perceived as really professional to our employees who's been giving a lot of positive feedback since we implemented Hailey.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

Since Hailey is a rather new company they are still developing some functionalities but the positive part as an excisting customer is that you can affect how new features are being developed.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For HR, Hailey has helped us structur our employee data (Core HR in one place which helps a lot for payroll preparations), structuring workfolws (onbording, offboarding, etc.), providing digital signatures for contracts, executing salary reviews (no more Excel sheets needed), etc. It's also a great support for managers who can gather all employee documentation in one place (terms & benefits, 1:1 notes, performance evaluation, etc).

**What do you like best about Hailey HR?**

Hailey HR has been a game changer for our company. Thanks to Hailey we now have automated HR routines, we work more digital  and save a lot of valuable time. We do have all personnel related information gathered in one place. Employees can access their own personnel file and managers get notifications for various activities. The performance reviews, the salary growth, the certificates and other documents are all at the same place. It is also possible to create custom made fields for whatever the organization prefers. The best thing about Hailey is the customer succes team, they are always there - no matter what. I would like to mention the knowledge base that was helpful during the implementation.

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

Hailey HR is a new system and we are missing some functions. But we are sure they will be there soon!

Implementing Hailey HR has allowed us to reduce the paper consumption used for employee documentation. Before Hailey HR we had a lot of documents everywhere; now, the documents are all both digitized and in one place. Our pre-/on- and offboarding workflow is improved, and the processes are now clearer for all the parts.

Hailey helps me to handle all personnel-related data safely and securely.
The workflow functions are especially helpful when it comes to preboarding, onboarding and offboarding.
The system is very easy to manage, runs smoothly, and new functions are added from month to month.

From the start the system wasn't fully developed, but I knew this signing up for it.
The functions I was missing in the beginning has since been added.
I don't need any specific improvements right now.

The customer support at Hailey is, and has always been, phenomenal. Every time I encounter an obstacle or have thoughts about development potential, I receive good service and quick responses. I also like that since the beginning, I have been able to influence how the system should work, which means I have essentially gotten an HR system that works exactly as HR wishes an HR system to do!

**What do you dislike about Hailey HR?**

We have been involved since Hailey was just a little bundle, so we have seen it develop. Of course, not all the pieces are in place yet, and it will be fun to see it in its full glory. But nowadays, almost everything one might need is available, and the development is progressing at a rapid pace! New features and parts of the system every week, which is very impressive.

**What problems is Hailey HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoiding having Excel lists and various policies and documents "somewhere on the drive" is the most important thing for us. Having everything GDPR-secured, managing the hiring process from there, and having all information about all employees in the same place is 10/10. Onboarding also becomes insanely much easier with clear workflows and responsibilities.

Hailey HR is a great help in my work. Higher security, but we have also created a better structure, digitized processes and given managers access. It saves a lot of my time.

Not all desirable functionalities are in place yet, and we knew that when we chose Hailey HR, but Hailey HR works quickly and the system is constantly evolving. It's fun to be part of the development and I really feel that they listen to our wishes and do everything to accommodate them.

We didn't have an HR system before, so there has been a very big difference in our way of working. Hailey HR has been and is very helpful.

One of the best things with HaileyHR is the customer service, always super happy to help and accept new ideas. 
The platform keeps on growing with new features and add-ons. Always helpful when you need help.

It is a new system that is under developement, which means that a lot of changes are made, which means you need to redo things when new features arrive. So that might take a little time in your schedule.

HaileyHR helps woth contract signing, and keeps all staff information in one place. They even help with integrations between other platsforms, which is really helpful!

The greatest things about Hailey is the diversity. It covers all areas in the field and frequent updates and upgrades. Very userfriendly. Only takes a short intro and our managers and employees are up and runing.

A few things are still new, which can casue problems, buggs etc. But the support team are always quick in responding. Also the function for Surveys have a bit more to whish for at the moment.

Hailey is very helpful in administrating and to ease our HR processes. It is also very useful in terms of administrating our payroll and leaves.

At this moment i cant think of any thing i dislike about the system, we are currently waiting for some updates to the systems regarding authorization control in Q&A.

Likes the workflows, GDPR security, service from Fanny, and much more. Likes when everything is gathered into a forum that makes it easy for HR to access the information needed.

Would have wanted visible logos on the documents you insert instead of a logo for the "pdf-mark", increase the number of days on different flows in workflows (no limit of 100 days)

It solves our GDPR issues and allows us to place the documents related to that person in their folder. It also facilitates preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, etc., to ensure that we do the right things at the right time.

The thing with Hailey HR is that it is a very flexible HR-system that allows me to set-up anything how I like it, and what fits the company the best. And that everything is very easy and understandable!
