What I like most about Hailey HR is how user-friendly it is. The system is clear, intuitive and easy to use, even for people who are not working with HR systems every day. What I dislike about Hailey HR is that some features are still a bit limited in terms of customization. For example, certain processes or views could be more flexible, especially when trying to adapt the system to company-specific ways of working.

I also feel that some reporting options could be more advanced. The basic data is easy to access, but for deeper analysis it would be useful to have more possibilities to customize reports and combine information.

What is most helpful about Hailey is that we in the HR team need zero time to train any new employee or manager in the system - it really is that easy to understand!
