I dislike the stringent constraints sometimes imposed by Workato development, specifically regarding data types and the availability of certain operations. At times, the platform defeats its own purpose by making a task that would take minutes through traditional coding take much longer. Workato errors out/freezes when the job-queue increases, we've seen the platform freeze for around 6 hrs when we'd synced an initial batch of 400k records from HubSpot to NetSuite. It's very easy to use, even if you're not a programmer. The UI is simple and lets you implement a lot ot things you didn't know you could do for automation in your business. I use it everyday just to make sure every automated task is being done successfully.

Customer support has also been very useful; we have one meeting every month with supporters to help us with our recipes.

Integrations are very easy to manage; almost every time we just need to link it with just a click. In case it's a non vinculated app to workato, we can always use an API.
