**What do you like best about SoftExpert Suite?**

What we like most is the versatility of the product: the large number of functionalities it offers and the possibility of improving any area of companies. The ease of navigation within the tool is very intuitive and easy to use, allowing for quick adaptation by users.

On a technical level, the excellent performance and stability of the solution stand out. The platform responds with great fluidity and robustness, supporting complex workflows and a high volume of data without compromising speed or user experience.

Additionally, SoftExpert Suite offers a highly competitive cost-benefit ratio in the market. By unifying multiple capabilities such as BPM, GRC, and Document Management into a single ecosystem, it allows companies to consolidate tools, drastically reducing the total cost of implementation and maintenance.

As partners, this provides us with enormous strategic value, as we can offer our clients a modular architecture that scales as their business grows, backed by efficient and accessible technology.

Finally, it is very important for us the support and assistance they provide, always available and with solutions.

**What do you dislike about SoftExpert Suite?**

Although the platform is extremely robust, we have identified two areas of opportunity where we would like to see improvements in the future:

On one hand, the availability of native APIs to directly integrate some specific components of the solution. Although we understand that the tool follows a clear roadmap of technological evolution and that these capabilities will be expanded, greater current openness would facilitate even more agile integrations with third-party ecosystems.

On the other hand, at a commercial and operational level, the process for quoting licensing upgrades or acquiring additional new components turns out to be a bit complex. We believe that streamlining and simplifying this commercial flow would allow us to respond more dynamically to the changing needs of our clients.

Despite these points for improvement, we greatly value the constant evolution of the product and the team's willingness to listen to our feedback.

**What problems is SoftExpert Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As partners, we use SoftExpert Suite to manage our internal operations, specifically in process and request automation, strategic plan management, and personnel administration. Before adopting the tool, we relied on manual flows based on emails and templates without centralized control.

SoftExpert Suite resolved this operational dispersion at its root, transforming us into an agile and centralized organization. The greatest benefit has been the absolute traceability of our processes, which eradicated informality and optimized response times. Additionally, the platform's rigor in requirement control and audit management was a key piece in organizing our operation and successfully achieving the international ISO 29110 certification.

**What do you like best about SoftExpert Suite?**

I like the ease of use of SoftExpert Suite, its simple interface, and efficient search mechanisms. Additionally, I appreciate the maintenance of documents and the control of records and documents. I can easily identify what I need to find, register, document, or archive and, likewise, locate the document and its respective location, along with the record history, in a simple manner. The software shows excellent performance in document management, allowing integration with different versions (workflow, documents, etc.), as well as facilitating integration with SAP. The software allows for a lot of customization without the need to incur new costs, which is a very good point. It also offers quick and adequate support, always helping in case of difficulties. Finally, intelligence tools present themselves as a very effective solution.

**What do you dislike about SoftExpert Suite?**

Where I work, I have difficulties in mapping documents when obsolescence occurs or when there is a change in the document identifier, not allowing good traceability and transparency of the documentation history. It happens that when the document becomes obsolete, the document is "deleted." A way to document the document and mark it as obsolete and allow data filtering would ensure the visualization of documents without the need to delete them. Regarding identifier changes, a marker indicating a field with the name of the old identifier could be sufficient. However, there should still be a way to view the change log, considering all identifiers applied to that document.

**What problems is SoftExpert Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SoftExpert Suite addresses systemic disorganization and the accumulation of documents in distinct revisions. It offers ease of use, a simple interface, efficient search mechanisms, and record control, allowing easy identification and location of documents along with their history.

**What do you like best about SoftExpert Suite?**

It’s helpful to have so many functionalities available within the same system, since it keeps everything in one place and makes it easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about SoftExpert Suite?**

Some modules are not directly connected, and some items require a lot of adjustments. For example, attributes or lists often need extra setup. You need permission for all of that and have to register each field you need. Also, the attributes are not tied to only one workflow, so they can be used by others by mistake, which makes it difficult to filter.

**What problems is SoftExpert Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The workflows are flexible and can be adapted to a variety of situations.

Ease in document management. It is easy to insert, control, and view the documents.

Some features are difficult to learn when we need to insert new documents or new revisions. Therefore, often, due to the user's lack of knowledge, there may be delays in uploading the files.

**What problems is SoftExpert Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of finding all the documents created by the company is a great positive point. Additionally, it is possible to initiate process flows, improvement flows, change controls, etc., involving various areas of the company and ensuring high accuracy of the information.

**What do you like best about SoftExpert Suite?**

I like the available modules, such as Document, Workflow, and Form. Having all these tools gathered in a single system helps a lot in daily tasks and makes work much easier. The portal function is the part I like the most, as we can create portals to view this information easily.

**What do you dislike about SoftExpert Suite?**

I feel that some modules seem truncated because we don't know how to use them and our internal IT team doesn't have time to disseminate the knowledge. This could be resolved with the support of a usability team to improve the user experience.

SoftExpert Suite helps us a lot in centralizing information, making audits easier.

Perhaps there could be more direct campaigns from SoftExpert in the country.

What I like most about SoftExpert Suite is the variety of integrated modules, which allow centralizing management processes in a single system, making it easier to control and standardize information. Ease of integration and Customer Support.

What I don't like about SoftExpert Suite is that the interface is not always intuitive, which can make the learning curve longer for new users.

The SoftExpert Suite solves problems of information decentralization and lack of process standardization. This benefits me by allowing greater control, traceability, and integration of activities in a single environment, reducing rework and increasing efficiency.

How it easily integrates our entire contract review, storing and maintenance processes. We use it on a daily basis, and have received amazing support whenever we needed to make adjustments.

The platform is easy to use, and most solutions are quickly implemented by our support team working toe-to-toe with SoftExpert Support

It is an extremely broad solution, with diverse possibilities, easy to use and implement, it also has customer support, and of course, as it is a business tool, you will probably use it day after day. Furthermore, it is something technological, with the possibility of integrating it with various ERPs and CRMs.

There are so many components that the tool needs to be mature enough to understand how many possibilities there are.

Internal processes in the company where I work, through it, we can organize and automate several processes that contribute to the company, in the future, we intend to use these processes as embedded and commercialize.

Its a complete package tool, we can able to  use this tool from initiation phase, planning phase , execution phase , monitoring phase to closing phase.
Gantt chart really helpful to track the critical path and upcoming activities 
Dashboard is really good for single point status report with multiple porlets

**What do you dislike about SoftExpert Suite?**

If we have a project or portfolio having more than 3000 tasks or fully resource or cost loaded schedule are difficult to navigate and handle the project

**Recommendations to others considering SoftExpert Suite:**

good alrenative for Primavera with if you have project or portfolio with limited number of activities

**What problems is SoftExpert Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

schedule management, reports , risk managemen, cost and resource management
multiple licensed user helps to notify there work via email which is really helpful
