ITRAK has streamlined our processes and allowed us to gain valuable insights by consolidating the information we already had into an easy to understand dashboard. The switch was easy, as soon as the forms were created it was seamless for our staff to switch from our old paper lists to the app. **What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?** There was a little bit of confusion about how to edit the lists in the beginning but I think that was our misconception, once we were shown by the ITRAK team it made sense and has been easy since **What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** ITRAK is consolidating the existing information found in paper lists and making it easier to track and maintain consistency in completing tasks, the convenience of finding all the data we need in a simple and straight forward dashboard has allowed us to make better, faster decisions to ensure our staff are completing all necessary tasks ### 2. We have set up checklists, to ensure all procedures are followed every single day. Staff are required to take before and after pictures of critical tasks. If there are issues, staff can create action items so management is aware of the issue. Managers can then create a corrective action and assign it to an employee. Before ITRAK, we were using paper checklists, which was not effecient. **What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?** So far, there has not been any downside. Navigating the app, using and submitting forms on a daily basis is easy. All staff picked it up after only one day of use. **What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** ITRAK saves me and my staff time. I no longer need to drop into the restaurant every day to ensure my staff are doing what is required. They way we have ITRAK setup, it keeps all of the staff accountable, and all I have to do is log in and look at my Power BI Dashboard to ensure tasks are being completed consistently and properly. This has allowed me to take on management of two restaurants now, and I would argue I am less busy now with two restaurants and ITRAK then I was with only one restaurant before ITRAK. ### 3. I like the integration with Power BI apps and customizations we are able to create. I also liked being able to set up the way forms and reports are laid out for our users which helps them in their day to day of filling everything out. **What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?** Initially, I found setting up the forms and the employees hard. There were all these extra steps you needed to do for things to work, but you didn't always know what needed to be done. But the team at iTrak offers great support and assists you with any issues. **What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** iTrak helped us with real-time reporting, getting management the reporting they need quicker and helping the environment by going paperless, which also helps us with our ESG commitments! ### 8. Secondly, it is user-friendly for our end users, and we are also able to make changes as required with little to no issues. **What do you dislike about ITRAK 365?** We are not utilizing D365 in our organization to its full potential; a few areas within our business could use this tool (HSE documents vs SharePoint, Maintenance logs could be housed in ITRAK). Another thing I dislike is when making some changes to our data, it will backdate the data on documents; For example, we have changed approvers on some records and when we do that, any previous records to that approver will be updated with the current approver, which may give us issues in the event of an audit **What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize ITRAK for HSE and operation forms- ITRAK benefits us with tracking and storing documents. Operation users seem to have no issues navigating throughout the system. We have increased productivity and can pull ITRAK data into some of our reporting solutions, which is excellent! ### 10. I don't want to complete the entire form on my phone. But when the program doesn't work remotely (only happened twice but REALLY SUCKED), it made a 2 hour task take almost 5 hours.... **What problems is ITRAK 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I sent the issue to my coordinator and they worked on it through techies - fixed 3 days later.
