We use it to maintain a record of employees attendance. It gives a detailed view of the leaves balances by category such as sick leave balance, paid leave balance. Hence it helps the employee to keep a track and further plan his leaves accordingly. (attached screenshot).

It also provides you component wise salary breakup, keep track of the official assigned trainings etc.

Adaptive can be especially useful if your organization already is committed to a purchase of Workday's ERP or HRIS systems, so that they integrate well together.
