**What do you like best about Integrate?**

Integrate provides a vital service by allowing for monitoring of lead and ensuring maximum impact of these leads. As leads are provided in mass, this helps to ensure lead quality and reduce duplication of lead efforts.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Currently there is quite a bit of manual work required on both the agency and Integrate side. This opens our campaigns up to inaccurate set up and reporting. There needs to be an operational update at some point as it currently causes issues and requires unnecessary work. There has been heavy turn over in the past few years, in addition to layoffs which makes account management consistency difficult.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into the quality of leads being generated and reduction of duplicate leads.

With Integrate we can manage lead data in large volume with automated validation and CRM integration. The UI is good and connects weill with Salesforce. In-built GDPR compliance and real time reporting is a definite plus point.

The initial campaign setup takes time to get used to. Other than that didn't have any bad exp.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

We use Integrate's DAP for adding leads from various sources into our Salesforce objects. The tool works really well, but when there's an issue, Integrate's support is very helpful in overcoming the issue.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Have trouble deleting/archiving old campaigns and sources, and I can't find a way to categorize all of the campaigns/sources by most recent, so I have to run a search with some specific parameter of the campaign name each time I am looking for a campaign. A little cumbersome, but I've become accustomed to it.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us get leads directly from our platforms into Salesforce

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

Their ABM services seemed to really be able to hone in our our demographic (which hasn't always been the easiest to find). They allowed us to A/B test creatives and downloads and provided us some really good data to help us see from the very top of funnel view what was resondating with our demographic. Account Management and Service was spot on and made it really easy to get deployed in a short amoutn of time.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

It is a little hard to tell (at least for us) which option the provide would be best offering would be best for us. A lot of options seem to overlap, so even with an establed goal, it's wasn't clear exactly which service you should go with.

As I know these types of leads come in cold, they were a little less responsive once in our nurture program then believed, based on how targeted we were with our approach

We decided to go with Integrate becuase of their abiliyt to really target our target persona. We've struggled to be able to reach that persona with other digital efforts, and Integrate was able to reach them.

The GDPR-compliant platform has assisted us in centralising demand channels and data sources which has increased conversions. Its user-friendly interface makes it simple to upload assets, domain lists suppressions and more right into the source. The real time measurement and reporting features are simply outstanding, providing us with useful insights to optimise our budget spend.

Over the previous few years the Integrate platform has undergone numerous modifications. The capability to update several sources simultaneously is one area that could still use improvement. When you have to change the same thing in dozens of sources it might get tiresome.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform has also enhanced our data hygiene and made sure we only get high quality correct leads. Integrate DAP has been a huge help to our company, streamlining our operations and enabling us to concentrate on what really counts expanding our business.

The organization of the user platform could be simplified/less cluttered. It can be difficult to find the specific leads from certain campaigns at times. Too many old campaigns are left around and mixed in with current campaigns.

It just solves all the problems of content syndication, enrichment, events. Additionally, we can have the integrations in the way we want.

The only thing I would like to see within the product is to carry forward the unused records instead of renewing and just leaving the unused records.

We use it to push content-syndicated leads from our vendors to our downstream systems. We have automated that process using Integrate and also have placed checks, in order to qualify leads for our downstream applications.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

I have used Integrate and other competitor platforms for lead flow management and integrations and have always found Integrate to be the best. First, they make the platform very user-friendly. Second, they have all the items needed to set up a complete campaign to share with a vendor in a GDPR-compliant manner. I like love that you can upload assets, domain lists, suppressions, etc., right into the source. I also am now diving into the insights and reporting features they have launched and love it. It's another data source to keep a pulse on my campaigns. In comparison to Convertr or a manual upload, it is by far the best.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

I don't have many dislikes to share but more 'wishes' for the platform. For example, you can set up a campaign with an individual source, or you can have a campaign with various sources. I wish there were one extra layer to the setup/hierarchy of it. 
Lastly, the platform does have a LOT of data and integrates with so many other platforms, so sometimes, the webpage takes a minute to load. And, sometimes freezes, but nothing too difficult or long.

Integrate is our primary Lead Flow Management platform.
I am also able to report on ABM Lists to roll up to other stakeholders.

With the Integrate platform we are able to take in leads at scale with automation. No longer do we need to manually handle lead lists. In addition, Integrate can dynamically keep up to date our exclusion or inclusion lists and save us time in rejecting bad leads from certain vendors. Finally, the ability to ensure the data quality is consistent in its format ensures that we have good data going in.

I can see the closed-loop feedback mechanism being slightly improved to identify better how specific vendor lead programs impact ROI down the funnel with signals from multiple CRMs.

The biggest benefit of using the Integrate platform for my role is that I do not have to worry about manually importing lists and standardizing lead data.  The Integrate platform does the work for me which saves a tremendous amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Fortunately, there have been many improvements to the Integrate platform over the past few years.  One thing that could still be improved is the ability to update multiple sources at once.  It can be tedious when you need to make the same edit to dozens of sources.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrate is solving the problem of having to manually import leads into Marketo, standardizing lead data, and ensuring leads meet campaign qualifications before entering Marketo.  This saves a tremendous amount of time for MOps.

It saves me so much time as a demand gen marketer by importing and vetting leads for me. Not only can it do all of that, but it also allows me to generate leads using highly targeted content syndication.

Sometimes the dashboard is a little off. Mainly the location of prospects. It is never a critical issue though. It can be a bit confusing to learn at first, but in the end, it is worth it!

It is solving importing leads and ensuring they are exactly who we want from each campaign. This cuts down on hours of work for me each week. It also allows me to target very specific people with content syndication on various publications.

Sometimes it feels a little too basic and there is a need to ask for help from the Integrate team rather than being able to self serve with a knowledge base or easy features to change and modify things on your own.

Making sure we are getting what we pay for -- high quality and accurate leads that fit out ICP and are legitimately able to be marketed to. And if we can bad data, we have a recourse not to pay and request new data.

The best part about Integrate is the smooth and efficient validation process which helps filter out all invalid leads.
The creation of sources, variety of filters available, agility, integration with different platforms and upload process is all well structured which helps to minimise a lot of efforts and gives good user experience!

Reporting could be more user friendly. Setting up reporting and modifying reports is very time consuming and it's not very easy to do.

I like how we were able to work with Integrate to come up with a plan to reach our target audience through channels and means we wouldn't otherwise have. Also coming up with the best account surround engagement strategy to our key accounts.

All of our programs' data were lumped into one reporting bucket, hence making our ability to measure how each program performed difficult. This may have been a setup issue where we should have distinguished different programs into their own reporting buckets.

Reaching our target account audience with the right message, to the right people, at the right time, wherever they browse online. This allowed us to have a broader reach of the audience and serve more of our messaging to them.

The platform checks to make sure leads are not already in our system, and if they are alerts the content syndication vendor, so we never pay for leads we already have. In addition, it will verify emails are valid, so we never pay for fake leads. Finally, since the vendors are the ones adding lists, it takes all the work and effort off of our small MarOps team.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Onboarding vendors can take longer than we'd like sometimes. However, as more companies use Integrate Demand Acceleration Platform this should hopefully occur less frequently.

Simplifies the addition of net new leads to our database from content syndication and event sources. Reduces the boring, yet time-consuming effort of formatting and uplaoding lists.

Integrate field mapping could be improved in order to properly standardize leads in platform itself.

We use Integrate to ingest paid social leads from LinkedIn, and content syndication leads from outside vendors. Instead of using APIs directly connected to Marketo, we use Integrate as a middle bridge to validate and standardize incoming data while rejecting insufficient data from our vendors.

Merging data into Marketo for use in Salesforce. The seamless process works exceptionally well once you set up a program outlining all the necessary parameters.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

As marketers, we are able to target our most important accounts and personas across a number of different placements. This fits nicely into our brand awareness and inform-stage tactics. The contact information we get on leads tend to be accurate, too.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

The expected value we hoped to get from this platform has not necessarily been actualized. It's positioned as a demand generation and demand acceleration tool, but typically the leads that come out of the platform are still quite cold.

Awareness and demand generation are modern marketing requirements. Integrate is helping to solve our ability to get our message to the right people at the right accounts.

The ability to specify parameters for targeting leads is game changing. This insures that we're getting in front of quality leads, all while making it a great user experience.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Not much to improve on, I would definitely recommend Inyegrate to streamline lead flow into your CRM or the top of your marketing funnel. There's a bit of a learning curve initially, but it's much easier to use than some of the previous content syndication platforms above worked with.

A few of the biggest problems Integrate has helped to solve is automation of lead qualification, account targeting, scaling the quantity of our consumable content and increasing productivity.

When we do have an issue the team is quick to help identify what happened. But I wish we didn't have so many issues to look into in the first place.

We are constantly having issues working with the Integrate team. Whether that is fields being properly mapped, correct values being passed or forms sending leads to the right instance there are lots of mistakes that have cost us late delivery in leads resulting in lost pipeline.

Not sure what it is about the platform that makes it so difficult for Integrate team members to properly set up our campaigns for launch.

I like that the Integrate Demand Acceleration Platform allows us to work side by side with prospects instead of only marketing at them! We can identify who exactly is in the market and may need guidance in choosing in our product category.

There really isnt a downside, but we did find that when there are lulls in the year/ market, we are still paying for services and not as many leads delivered.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

The flexibility of the Integrate Sales Lead Capture product allows me to approach all of our customer interactions with a tailored approach that suits the situation.  The setup and logic of the system is easy to grasp, and the customer support team are always on hand to ensure that I am getting the best out of the product.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Some of the features are a little complex to access (fo example the pop-up window options in lead capture forms requiring knowledge of {} statements, which are in stark contrast to the drag/drop and menu-led options for most other features.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We predominantly use the lead capture and event sign-in features of the former Akkroo product.  The flexibility of this system also allows us to utilise the platform in a slightly unorthodox way to allow our field sales team to capture information about demonstration stock usage as it is live on their handheld devices and ready to go at all times, whether they have internet connection or not.  On the traditional sales lead side, it supports our exhibition and educational event attendance to drive customer interaction into meaningful leads and opportunity qualification.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

Integrate allows us to run our content syndication programs at scale and in real-time - while also saving us money on bad leads. Integrates ability to connect our Marketo and our CS partners, means we can have leads delivered directly into our MAP and processes through our lead life-cycle & privacy and compliance frameworks automatically - removing the time and effort required to manage manual lead uploads from multiple CS partners. Integrates ability to identify & reject "bad" leads, allows us to maximise our investment in paid media and avoid dirtying our database.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

The UI and UX is probably the biggest pain point I have with the platform. It is not the most intuitive or user friendly to use and depending on what you are trying to achieve or track it can be cumbersome to set up. But the juice is worth the squeeze if you are managing multiple media partners.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Knowing the right time to invest is important. Too soon and it may not make sense from an ROI and scale perspective. Too late and you're likely already dying under the weight of all those manual lead uploads.

The reason we invested in Integrate was to help improve the efficiency of getting leads into our MAP & CRM as well as increasing velocity by being able to have leads pushed across from partners in real-time.

We were completely smitten with how easy it was to link firstly our Salesforce system, and then subsequently our Marketo database when we changed our process.

Some of the error messages could be made easier to understand. Especially during the integration mappings. Once resolved however, this is but a minor inconvenience.

If you are looking for a great solution with superb support then look no further.

We initially had a competitor product which had it limitations. The one thing which Integrate did was to focus on our requirements for easy gathering of Lead data at trade shows, and integration into our marketing and CRM system.

It's easy to navigate through the ABM Insights Dashboard and it's nice to have support from the Integrate team along the way. Merging the content syndication data right in with the re-targeting ad data is very powerful to have within 1 dashboard. It's easy to see the demographic breakdown of the audience from region to job segment. It's also easy to toggle between campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

I think what could help the ABM Insights Dashboard is more ways to action the data. Yes, you can easily export the data to a CSV, however, it would be nice to one day be able to really Integrate some of the data to other tools (Marketo, SFDC, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, etc.) that would really make all of the data actionable. Thankfully, Integrate provided us with additional spreadsheets to work from that helped a bit with taking actionable next steps.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Be very thoughtful when determining the intent topics / industries / etc that will define the account audience. Once the program is rolling, there's a intended strategy to push additional impressions in front of accounts surging in clicks. So, if you are careful in the account audience targeting at the onset, you may throw many impressions at lesser valuable companies as the program moves on.

**What problems is Integrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to keep our name/brand in front of those top-of-funnel folks that show interest. Additionally, we're able to get our name/brand in front of their co-workers. Without a tool like this, our content syndication would have a lot less momentum behind it when trying to convert these very top-of-funnel leads into MQLs.

**What do you like best about Integrate?**

There are three significant reasons why Integrate could be the lead generation silver bullet. The first is the ability to reject leads that don’t meet specific criteria; this is a critical feature that ultimately allows Integrate to pay for itself. The second would be the marketplace; we lean on their marketplace of great partners to fill the demand pipe. The third is the great Integrate employees that make executing all of this easy and a great experience. There is also a greeat way to layer on Bombora intent over one off campaigns if desired. This is a great way to leverage intent without having to create an account with Bombora directly.

**What do you dislike about Integrate?**

Very little. Integrate checks all of the boxes. We are looking forward to more new features that Integrate will be able to provide in the future. While in the past, the platform hasn't been as user-friendly or easy to build in, the team continues to make improvements that make the user's workload more manageable than before. I would highly recommend Integrate to stream lead flow into the top of the funnel. It can help standardize data and clean values that otherwise could make account routing a nightmare if passed through into the CRM directly.

**Recommendations to others considering Integrate:**

Do it. This platform is money well spent. The savings in being able to reject specific leads alone makes it so that the platform pays for itself. If you want to know more about how I'm using Integrate to drive pipeline growth, please don't hesitate to reach out.

They ensure that the leads delivered are quality. They also help us double verify that all leads are GDPR compliant. The benefits don't stop there. Because of Integrate, we have been able to scale our business and improve upon the targeting to better support our sales teams. As mentioned before it also helps our data stay clean and standardized. Between the above benefits and not having to pay for leads that don't meet our criteria (i.e. Content Syndication, Sponsored Webinars) the product really does pay for itself.

Love that we can set "rules" with our vendors around data quality and that Integrate helps enforce those rules and ensures all leads meet our requirements. Also, like the email checks that ensure we're getting legitimate emails and not paying for "fake" addresses.

We have a Marketo campaign for each of our asset downloads, & would like an easy way to push leads from the same vendor into different Marketo asset campaigns.

Integrate enables me as a B2B SaaS marketer to 'protect the integrity' of my marketing database, ensuring all contact records have clean and complete data. No other solution does this to my knowledge.

The Integrate Events product is amazing when it works, but for many different reasons event organizers may choose to not make a badge scanning API available, and in those cases, Integrate Events is useless.

Integrate benefits me by ensuring I do not pay my MAP platform for non-marketable contact records, and with many content syndication providers, that leads with invalid records are replaced for me autmatically.
