"Great positive experience all around."

What do you like best?

Being able to not have to clean/scrub lists from vendors.

What do you dislike?

The platform is a bit difficult to use and we tried getting a few people on our team trained but it did not work out so great for us due to the level of difficulty we had using the platform on our own. However, since we've switched over to the customer support working with the Integrate team on our campaigns has been super positive and nothing but success has come from it. They respond in a timely manner to our questions, always available for a support call when needed, help us troubleshoot on the Marketo side, they help us troubleshoot with the vendors we work with, and overall very helpful and contribute to our overall success with Integrate platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Integrate will definitely help you solve your demand generation problems like cleaning lists, importing lists, and overall data management/hygiene. The company I work for has been using Integrate for almost 2 years now and we've had some bumps in the road in the beginning, but since then, we've had nothing but success using Integrate to help manage our demand generation programs in Marketo.

Getting qualified leads over to reps a lot sooner.

"Lead Management through One Platform"

What do you like best?

It is fantastic to have a platform that does all the heavy lifting when it comes to lead programs and delivers leads that have gone through a thorough QA. No longer do I have to run through lead files to look for odd email addresses or missing fields. Integrate is automated that entire process and works with the publishers to deliver an amazing product.

What do you dislike?

The V2 platform that was launched this year has its bugs, but I know that the product team is working hard to get it perfect. I have seen the platform progress a lot since it was launched to us earlier this year. They have worked to increase the speed of the platform and the improve search functionality.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you want to truly automate your lead buying process and ensure high quality of leads are being delivered, I highly recommend trying Integrate.

Saving hours and hours of time spent cleaning and QA'ing leads. Automating the process of delivering leads from our publishers directly into a CRM environment.

"Great Solution!!"

What do you like best?

Easy to use

What do you dislike?

I haven't used competitor products so I can't comment about how Integrate stacks up to other products in the market.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The onboarding was great and we received the support we needed to get the quickest time to value with Integrate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Specifically using for content syndication programs to reject duplicate leads and leads with bad data. Using Integrate to validate data. In addition we built an integration with Eloqua to check existing database against all net new leads.

Also, through integration with Bizible, using Integrate for vendor and asset optimization based on pipeline.

In the past CS leads were passed over in excel files and there were no data quality or lead duplicate checks. Also, the way we were set up, we were unable to conduct proper attribution.

"Demand Generation for new reaching new prospects"

What do you like best?

While we were doing content syndication on a smaller scale, we were looking to reach net new prospects and gain efficiencies through automation of the process. Through our first 5-6 campaigns the 55% of the incoming leads were net new.

What do you dislike?

No major feedback on the platform itself. I would recommend reviewing internal process for content approval, and handling of the SOW/PO process. We were not able to move as quickly as we would like due to our internal processes.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to both reach net new prospects and gain efficiencies in how we drove content syndication.

"Powerful tool to help with your lead and marketing efforts in powerful, clean interface."

What do you like best?

Integrate is a great platform to help us manage our data quality, lead intelligence and marketing automation. Not only do they have that, they have a really strong account management team that helps you empower you use of the platform.

What do you dislike?

No profiles (i.e. read-only access) are currently available. They are on the roadmap, but not something that has come live yet and ends up limiting the value of use across the organization.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Integrate as an integral tool to manage lots of our lead generation and account building efforts and they do it in a very high quality level when it comes to data quality and automation. It's helped to make our marketing "smarter" and become more affective from incoming lead to how our sales team manages the leads through pipeline.

"Great way to kick start your demand gen initiatives"

What do you like best?

The integration into our marketing automation platform was seamless, and we were able to get ramped up quickly. There's a large selection of vendors that meet our requirements, and there's a lot of flexibility in creating custom fields to help qualify your leads.

What do you dislike?

If you're not careful, it's easy to get carried away and lose track of your campaigns. It really helps having a platform that gives you multi-touch attribution to help you understand how much you're getting back from each dollar you've spent, especially if you're dealing with longer sales cycles where engagement through platforms like Integrate may only be one touch point in a buyer's journey.

Filling the top of the funnel was one of the biggest problems we wanted to solve, and Integrate helped us ramp up our initiatives quickly.

"Demand orchestration software for enterprise organizations "

What do you like best?

The employees + support at Integrate are what, in my opinion, make this such a special platform, but more so company to work with. They have a great marketplace for content syndication, great integrations into my platforms which enable my leads to flow through, get appended, and gain insights on top-of-funnel performance.

What do you dislike?

It took a LONG time to figure out how to actually work with them. We originally partnered with them for one thing, but signed a contract that provided so much more. It was a weird start to the relationship, but as I dug deeper realized we had access to so much more. I think a better onboarding process would have helped.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Spend time early with the team getting visibility and a deep understanding of what they do. I believe this company is a true thought leader in B2B modern marketing, but you need to establish the partnership early to yield maximum results

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Originally it was to generate qualified leads via their marketplace. Since then we have expanded it around demand orchestration, media performance analysis, and lead appending. Initial results have been solid - content syndication leads have begun to convert. But we still have much to evaluate over the course of the next few months to see how their other services perform.

"Automate demand gen in the most intelligent way"

What do you like best?

I love that everything is automated and helps to save my team's time. Not just list uploads, but on the front end too. Where else can you find so many options for media partners to help you meet your demand gen goals? No where. Using this platform allows for my team to be more strategic marketers through the automation.

What do you dislike?

Nothing notable yet. We are looking forward to getting more integration points set-up soon, but for now, we couldn't be happier.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This platform has allowed us to turn on top of funnel demand in a more intelligent and modern way. We are able to target our lists more effectively and then get them into on-going nurture streams much more quickly. This has allowed us to convert leads faster and ensure our data is clean for continued outreach.

"Great technology, quality customer & account support"

What do you like best?

I like that the Integrate technology validates that we are getting quality responses from content syndicated efforts and that they offer a solid integration with Eloqua so we can automate and scale our marketing programs with them.

What do you dislike?

We've had a few issues with data mapping (how Integrate posts data to Eloqua), but those issues are always quickly resolved.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integrate allows us to scale our content syndication programs with our target partners. We know that they are doing the heavy lifting in terms of data validation and working to get us the responses as quickly as possible and posting directly to our marketing automation platform. All responses are added to Eloqua, fully validated, with all of our required marketing decoration (campaign attribution, lead source, and other lead routing required fields).

"Integrate saves time and money for CS campaigns "

What do you like best?

I like how it verifies emails work and can check domains against a list we upload. It allows us to keep track of lead delivery all in one place.

What do you dislike?

Some of the features are hard to find in the platform. The new platform seems to address the clunkiness of the old platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Integrate is a no-brainer if you are running multiple lead programs with multiple vendors. It's your centralized hub for all programs and makes tracking very easy.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integrate save us time and money by rejecting leads that are duplicates, do not having working emails or fall outside our criteria. Integrate also passes the leads directly to our marketing automation saving me time.

"Integrate Rules! "

What do you like best?

Automates lead processing tasks (validation, scrubbing, formatting and standardization. saves approximately 50-70 hours/month between lead scrubbing and uploads

What do you dislike?

Well...their original dashboard was better. Their current dashboard is convoluted.

Lead process automation. Saved a lot of hours and cost saving. If you're running an ABM program then you need Integrate.

"Integrate has been an easy platform to learn and navigate"

What do you like best?

Our Integrate support team is great! All my questions/concerns are answered quickly.

What do you dislike?

The reporting feature. It would be nice to build a report based on criteria (i.e. Lead List for Q1 and Q2 for two different vendors)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As I continue to work within Integrate, there has been business problem with lead rejections/domains. It's an issue realized with Integrate and Dell teams and currently working towards a solution.

"Great platform, great people! "

What do you like best?

Great platform with with all the integrations needed! And the people to support the platform were great to work with!

What do you dislike?

Not much to say here. The only drawback, which was on one four own was that for the closed loop reporting we were not bale to set it up properly because of our own limitations within SFDC

"Best Experience"

What do you like best?

I loved working with Integrate, not only because the software is great, but because working with my rep was a very pleasant experience. I was new to the software and she was more than gracious with helping me with ANY question I had!

"Great platform for lead management!"

What do you like best?

Leveraging Integrate to automate the process of lead routing and filtering. Saves a lot of time from an auditing standpoint as well. Wonderful Customer Success team. They are very bright, quick to respond, and friendly.

What do you dislike?

The reporting mechanisms via their dashboard is a bit difficult to navigate and not as robust as I'd like it to be.

"I would absolutely recommend Integrate"

What do you like best?

The Integrate team is an informed and extremely helpful resource. They are responsive, solution-oriented, and true partners.

What do you dislike?

To be honest, the new iteration has taken some getting used to but is now just as convenient.

No issues with Integrate, the onboarding was difficult, but that was due to our internal systems rather than anything Integrate did or didn't do.

"Great for organizations with several 3rd party lead gen campaigns"

What do you like best?

The ability to manage lead delivery for multiple campaigns in one place. After setup, not having to bother marketing operations every week with new lead lists saved us time, and shortened lead delivery time significantly.

What do you dislike?

Many of the lead gen vendors we work with had a hard time using Integrate with their own automated processes.
