What do you like best about Bridgit Bench?

I like about Bridgit Bench is the ability to easily manage project timelines and the resources assigned to a particular project. Having the ability to move resources between tasks in the Gantt chart is very useful for planning on finding potential problem areas and for shifting resources around. What do you dislike about Bridgit Bench?

I encounter some issues with it as far as the skill tracking is concerned, Despite the fact that Bench has the intelligent suggestions section for assigning personnel. It supports simple tagging of basic skills but does not have a more elaborate way of identifying skill levels or experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bridgit Bench solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have no doubt that this has saved my team many hours of work when compared to the manner in which data was managed in different columns of the spread sheets and different data siloes. What do you like best about Bridgit Bench?

The graphical presentation of project schedules and resource utilization plan is excellent. As I am able to view everything on one sheet with each color-coded to divide tasks, it is easy to pinpoint areas that might slow down and edit team members’ schedules. What do you dislike about Bridgit Bench?

The reporting functionality appears to be quite basic. It is difficult for me to track how many hours were spent on work on each project compared to how many I planned to spend. This poses a lot of challenges in evaluation of the project to determine the efficiency levels and areas of weakness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bridgit Bench solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am grateful to have integrated Bridgit Bench into our workflow; it has vastly improved the way we plan projects and manage resources. This is particularly important because the visual interface provides an easy way of communicating to the entire team about timelines and interdependencies of projects. What do you like best about Bridgit Bench?

For me, the best part of Bridgit Bench is that ALL of the information is housed in one place. Our previous system utilized several different softwares that did not "speak" to one another, and each department used different systems. So, finding and synching info across departments was unwieldy and often inaccurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridgit Bench?

I have not found anything to dislike so far. I am a new user and will revamp this review should anything come to light through my daily experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bridgit Bench solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizing and mapping manpower and resource allocation across multiple projects projected through numerous years. It is also being used to track daily activities and milestone dates within each of those projects for each team member assigned.
