What stood out to me is how structured everything feels once you're inside the platform. Incident records, risky registers, and follow ups all live in one place, so I'm not juggling emails, spreadsheets, and remainders anymore. It’s a single place to record and manage risks, and it includes some great graphical representations that help visualise where the company sits from a risk perspective. I've encountered some issues with the Microsoft Word web app, as it seems to have a few bugs. However, Resolver support is currently working to address these problems.
