**What do you like best about Lime CRM?**

That Lime is easy to use and adaptable to all kinds of situations. And of course, the search functions and the really easy and clever connection to Outlook.

And did I mention the support? Always friendly, always helpful and always quick to reply.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

Not that much, but it doesn't always seem logical when you do changes as an administrator.

**What problems is Lime CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can keep track of our business, and the system gives us a lot of valuable data that tells us that we are on the right way.
We actually are using two CRM databases with an integration between them. One database feeds the other which saves us a lot of manual work.

It is very complete for us. We can build any process that we want. We can manage our diary in the same environment.

Some functions have been more difficult for an ordinary user to use.  But that's fixed in the newer version that we're upgrading to.

The difference between using a CRM and not is impossible to put into words, everything is so much easier and much more manageable. Lime is very user-friendly, it is completely customizable for your company and their support is quick and helpful. All and all a very happy long term user.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

Can be a little tricky when customizing views and tables etc at first, but their support is always available to help out aswell as your account manager so its barely eve na problem.

Gathering errands in one place and enabling multiple users to work in the same folders at the same time, easy follow up and statistical advantages.
It improves productivity and helps get a good overview even when things are busy.

**What do you like best about Lime CRM?**

Lime-crm is a flexible tool that allows users to track customers, persons and projects. It is easy to develop by adding tables and fields to add functionality for tracking of orders, products etc.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

Lime-Crm has a desktop and a web-client that look a bit different. It can be challenging to use both or transition from desktop to web as the develop environment and user interfaces are different. I would prefer some more technical information and example code to allow for quicker in-house development.

**What problems is Lime CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks our projects, customer (and suppliers) and contacts. It also serves as a mini ERP to track systems/products sold to our customers. It allows revenue projection and ´good sales activity management.

Easy to sort and select. Create your own categories, etc.

Not the same environment for Mac & PC users. As an admin and user of the PC version, it is difficult to explain to colleagues who work with Mac or the web version in general.

We work with a membership base where we regularly select and send out mailings, as well as build a prospect bank at different levels. We grow in line with the increase in the number of companies in the municipality.

The possibilities that exist to do with the system feel endless.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

That it takes time or doesn't work at all with large searches when there are many relationships in the view. That it doesn't work easily to make selections across multiple tabs even with hits with not so many rows. It definitely needs to get better. Then a development of the template center needs to happen. It must get better.

It ensures that we keep track of what we do for those who upload information. Businesses, for example. Once you understand the system, I think it's easy to navigate.

It is not working so well with Mac. I miss a smooth app-solution. You can not work in same document at the same time as colleagues. We could not connect finance

As an it administrator, i have mostly worked in the admin side of Lime, which is a clear and easy to use web based interface. both adding new access groups and managing the existing parts of it is highly intuitive.
Also from the users side there has never been any confusion, Lime a program that does what its supposed to do like you expect it to!

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

The admin interface still uses silverlight but is on the way out.

The best thing about LimeCRM is its adaptability to our business needs. It simplifies my workday by keeping all our customers, deals, and campaigns in one place and enabling me to use all my customer data. Lime CRM is solving the problem of standard, flimsy CRM systems that often have functions that are never used. The tool is helping me by providing a CRM system that I use and that is tailored to my specific needs. But it also offers additional features that make my workday easier.

**What do you like best about Lime CRM?**

Its incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and plenty of customization options. I was also impressed by the number of integrations available and the helpful support team. Plus, there are a bunch of great add-ons available to further enhance the system. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

The only downside I have experienced is that some of the third-party  add-ons dont quite reach the same quality as Lime CRM. Additionally, the system have had a couple of incidents/downtime. Overall, however, I am very happy with my experience with Lime CRM.

The system has been a great help in increasing our companys productivity and personalizing our marketing campaigns. It's also made it easier to track customer interactions and respond quickly to their needs. I'm very happy with my choice to use Lime CRM and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive and easy-to-use CRM system.

**What do you like best about Lime CRM?**

Our company uses it mostly to keep track of our customers and businesses with them. We also use it for our suppliers, contracts and as an internal tool to keep track ofwork tasks and claims from customers and a lot more. We also apply a lot of features that we want, like turnovers for each customer so we can see quick and easily each customer´s total, or even how it goes for each sales person.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

Some features could be nice if applied to our type of business but don´t work as intended with our business model. 
Also, we would love it if you admin something in the desktop version it would also happen in WebClient.

It saves us a lot of time that we would otherwise spend in other programs keeping track of information and helps us to refine our routines so that we can do our jobs much more quickly.

I like everything about Lime. It's easy to use the system and you can save so much information. I love that you can drag emails directly into documents and the system makes it so much easier to keep track of which customers I have invoiced and which I haven't!

Sometimes it is difficult to log in, there are error messages and bugs - sometimes even when I am inside and working in the system. Otherwise, I think it is great and I quickly learned how the system is structured.

Helps me keep track of customers, courses, invoicing, and all related documents. It also makes it easier to keep track of emails linked to a specific course/training.

The filter function is very powerful and very user friendly to wotk with your data in both fitering of data and how to view your data. I wish I had the same possibilities in other master data applications.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

no much, sometime it requires some extra settings to look the best. Maybe a powerful Pivot function as a second UX to use. The admin interface need upgrade to more modern UX. Mobile version of the app would be awesome.

First of all easy to use, second it is fast to get your data on screen even for 10.000 of rows of data - and the ability to get related data in the same view is very convinient.

Everything in one place with a very good structure of my clients.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

I do miss a place where I can write down more personal stuff ie; hobbies, children etc... In a long businessrelation some of it can be important to remember for example if the client have a boat and we sponsor or produce at big boatfair it can be nice to propose a visit.

Keep track on activities, figures etc...Make it easier for me every month in my budgetreports and make it very easy to follow the development on all my clients.

We have a great database of all our customers, our customer service uses it daily and we use Lime CRM in addition to Lime Newsletter when reaching out to our customers via different channels.

Just started exploring the leads-functions Lime CRM and it has already made our sales work much more efficient. The program as a whole is easy to navigate and the team is super helpful whenever there is a problem.

**What do you dislike about Lime CRM?**

I don't have any significant dislikes at all. One thing I could mention is that there have been som system failures the last few months that are re-occuring quite often. It has not affected us to a great extent though.

More efficient work with sales. Also, it has made it easier for us to be GDPR-complient compared to when we had Lime Easy. Also having an integrated newsletter function has been fantastic.

User friendly, flexible software. Very positive and competent staff. Almost anything is possible.

When we have much data (4-6 million rows in some tables) the in-built report-tool is not perfect.

Solutions for fundraising. We also can control our communication with the donors. We are working with Market Automation to get reliable and consistent communication with our donors.

Lime is very user friendly and we have adjusted the system after our needs. As an administrator, I can easily add/remove fields etc. I like the look of Lime compared to other systems.

Its sometimes not possible to link information between the different tabs.

We have complete control over our products going out to customers, and all necessary information is in Lime. We have a successful support system in Lime that allows us to review all history of incidents at a certain product or customer.
