What do you like best about Lime CRM?

The fact that it is extremely customizable without much external support. The onboarding superadmin training enables the business to make many changes to the layout without having to rely on third-party consultants.

The team behind Lime are actively adding new updates to the system, and their customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lime CRM?

E-mail integration could be better. Most of our employees using LimeCRM still prefer to use Outlook, and the plugin could be a bit more fleshed out functionality-wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lime CRM?

That it helps me organize my quotes, conversations and other documents. It's easy to gather everything in the same place and I minimize the risk of forgetting what I've promised my costumers.

As an administrator and a frequet user I feel like LISA is a good tool to costumize the client. We always get the help we need from Lime to ensure our functions are like we want them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lime CRM?

Sometimes the desktop client takes a long time to respond. If it was faster I would not have to have so much wait time.

I cannot see any future in the webb client for our company. It feels to limited when working in tandem with Office 365. We cannot work from Sharepoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lime CRM?

That Lime is easy to use and adaptable to all kinds of situations. And of course, the search functions and the really easy and clever connection to Outlook.

The difference between using a CRM and not is impossible to put into words, everything is so much easier and much more manageable.
