Tipalti is a wonderful platform that helps streamline our entire AP process. Onboarding was super easy, and the team was great to work with throughout. What do you like best about Tipalti?

Tipalti has been a great asset to our AP processes. One of the most valuable aspects is the ability to manage invoices and payments within a single platform, which eliminates the need to navigate multiple systems. It significantly improved our AP efficiency and visibility.

The flexibility to manually process bills and execute external payments, particularly for international vendors, has also been critical in supporting our global operations.

Customer support has been another highlight. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in following up on support tickets. Having dedicated contacts like Ha and Alan has streamlined communication and ensured timely resolution of issues, including more complex cases such as duplicate sync errors with NetSuite. What do you dislike about Tipalti?

There are still a few areas where the experience could be further enhanced. At times, the OCR functionality does not accurately capture invoice details, particularly for invoices in foreign languages, which requires manual intervention. What do you like best about Tipalti?

I really appreciated how Tipalti helped during the implementation process by holding our hand and walking us through configuring the program the way we wanted. The PO module is pretty easy to use, and we were able to train all of our employees on it. I like that their production team is always updating the program based on suggestions, which shows they listen to feedback. The support team is responsive and helps me when I need it. I also like the reporting options they provide since they make it easier for me to create an accrual. What do you like best about Tipalti?

Tipalti's Mass Payments tool has helped us streamline the monthly royalty payments we make to thousands of music artists around the world. Prior to integrating with Tipalti, our team spent a significant amount of time processing these payments manually - from collecting payment details and tax forms to processing payments and tracking balances. But since integrating with Tipalti via an in-product experience (a simple developer set-up via APIs and iFrames), users are able to directly manage their payment methods and tax forms, saving our team hours of work and getting the royalty payments paid out to our users more quickly. Their team is always incredibly supportive, proactively engaging with our company for cross-marketing opportunities and easy to work with should we run into any product issues or questions. What do you like best about Tipalti?

Having worked with a few payout providers, the key trait that stands out to me is Tipalti's unwavering commitment to helping their customers. I receive quick responses from their basic support team, and for more escalated matters, my appointed account manager, and sometimes even the CEO (!) have jumped into a discussion with me. Working in tech, I expect problems to happen from time to time. But the speed at which the entire Tipalti team works to provide answers and clear solutions makes all the difference. It's a horrible customer experience when you're trying to work with your payout provider and they seem disconnected and disingenuous to provide a solution. Tipalti is the opposite of that. I feel like they invest in our company, and they receive my customer loyalty in return.

I think Tipalti is also pretty easy to use once you get the hang of the internal vernacular and formatting, unlike with some programs that still don't feel very instinctual after learning the basics. I have used Tipalti daily for almost 5 years at this time and feel quite familiar with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tipalti?

There are some more complex payout rules I'd like to incorporate into our payout routine which is not yet possible. In a perfect world Tipalti could do pay-ins and payouts, so I wouldn't need another PSP for this, but maybe one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UX is good and relatively easy to understand, even for first time users. Approvers seem to like the platform. The ability to adjust approval flows ad-hoc is a real bonus as this is not a common feature for competitors on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently restricted to accounts payable functionality only and would prefer if the solution also addressed virtual cards and physical cards. Would also prefer if they operated via data rails and payments were taken directly from bank, rather than via their wallet - Airbases for example operate over data rails.
