It's been nearly impossible to do both implementations simultaneously because testing is much easier with live data. **What problems is Tipalti solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are hoping to have 3-way match automation, which is still TBD. Another option could be to look at our ACH Debit payment method to set up an automated payment method so that you do not need to fund Tipalti first. We have been able to pinpoint fraud prior to processing payments. The amounts of payments that were processed but held due to the Tipalti fraud flagging has significantly helped offset some of the costs we incur using Tipalti. We are able to determine if a payee sets up more than one account which has allowed us to find a string of payees that were fraud prior to paying out all of their accounts. **What do you dislike about Tipalti?** I would like to see if a payee is Payable or Unpayable in the Bills list (we pay payees by selecting bills as opposed to uploading one payable file). I only find out about some payments that were unpayable AFTER the payment is processed. Moving from a treasury management platform of a mid-market bank for wires and ACHs, to Bill.com was a big leap in terms of ease of use and visibility, but realistically speaking, Tipalti is an order of magnitude better than Bill.com. The ease of use of payment management has been outstanding, and the visibility into the payment made has been a real game-changer. **What do you dislike about Tipalti?** Do not dislike anything. Would appreciate a dashboard that would provide more metrics about our use. **What problems is Tipalti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payment of vendors from one, unified source, with incredible ease of use. We initially moved to Tipalti because of their payment info and tax form capture, but we have been very impressed with all aspects of the platform. ### 47. I'm not talking just about design, but errors handling, password reset, sending emails and so on. I always get an answer and a follow up! Eileen has been wonderful as well. She reaches out and is always available to answer questions. I also like the simple design of the platform. It's easy to navigate and find information in various ways. **What do you dislike about Tipalti?** I don't like that there is only wire option to fund the account. This is expensive. I haven't been able to export and fully automate my reporting yet because I'm not using the online version of Quickbooks. **What problems is Tipalti solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to securely collect tax id and have the payee enter all their information correctly. Once I transition to QB Online, I will automate the monthly reporting, saving me lots of manual entry. In addition, we will be able to scale payments to 100s / month.
