You have to talk to your sales rep on the phone to be given a better deal. They are long gone in cyber space. When I finally got a customer service person to assist me, I was given an email to solve the problem. I sent an email to the name given, and a month later, the response was, "Sorry, I am not the correct deparment to handle your problem." I was charged over $100 for a $20 shipment (I had to choose the method of shipment and saw the price. I weighed the item and put in the proper Fedex envelope. ### 19.
