Not that it matters but it looks pretty plain and boring. I also dont like to use it in outlook, it takes too much place in the calendar. But other than that I dont see anything bad to say. Tribeloo is so intuitive and user-friendly that it only took one simple tutorial to teach everyone how to use it, and now we have over 200 employees booking their desks weekly. We have received zero complaints about it. Also, Tribeloo's support team was super attentive to all our requests during the setup stage, especially while setting up the Azure AD integration and improving the Spanish translation. **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** Nothing so far. Only a few offered this option and Tribeloo was by far the easiest to use and also to set up with no hidden implementation costs like some others. I can now just book my desk in just 2 or 3 clicks. I also love the Tribe feature where I can manage who I can see on a floorplan and whose list of reservations I can see. This allows me to find my colleagues and book a desk next to them in seconds. As an admin, I have all the flexibility I need to set up and manage all the rules, user privileges etc... . Setting up a new site or wing is done in minutes. I can upload just any picture and create resources myself, without having to ask and wait (and pay) for Tribeloo to do it **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** Tribeloo offers some features which we don't really need such as: a newsfeed on the home page, or allowing to report an issue with a desk or asking for a service request. Since we do not need this in our situation, it can sometimes be a bit annoying as I would prefer a more trimmed down version of the app as we do not need all features **Recommendations to others considering Tribeloo:** Also great for companies with multiple sites. The system of site admins and global admin works great. Every site can define their own rules if they wish to do so. **What problems is Tribeloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously were using a very basic tool we built ourselves. However, it did not allow us to see who is in the office, find my colleagues, etc… . I always had to go through the separate app with a separte login. Tribeloo has the Outlook integration but also SSO so I never need to enter a password again. Based in the Insights from Tribeloo, we have been able to change some desks into meeting rooms to more optimally use our space. I love the feature that reservations are automatically cancelled if people do not check in as this then allows others to book the desk last minute ### 21. After using it for our meeting rooms, we started using Tribeloo to also manage our desks and parking spots. The experience to book a desk or room is the same, because it uses the same Outlook add-in and you don't need to go to a different tool to look for a desk or parking spot. It simply gets added to your Outlook event in your calendar. Everything also works great on mobile phone which is really usefull when you are on the road and you need to book a place. You can see where your colleagues will be so it's easy to meet up when you want to work together. No need to contact everybody in advance anymore. Tribeloo has many features but also some advanced features (for example adding booking privileges for certain rooms and people, because some rooms need approval if you want to use them) where we needed some extra help to set everything up. We asked Tribeloo for support and they went through all the features to help us get started **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** no real dislikes. Everything is working fine. We gave some ideas for additional features some of which were already added **Recommendations to others considering Tribeloo:** It was really easy to get started and setup. We used the free trial **What problems is Tribeloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was a lot of frustration when using the standard calendar tool because it was not clear what was still available and this resulted in double bookings for meeting rooms. Assigned desks could not be used and now people can free them up when not in the office for somebody else to use them. We also are using Tribeloo to plan the return to the office in a smooth way. People request a space that then needs to be approved by the office manager ### 30. We use GSuite integration and you can simply install the Chrome extension from the Google shop. Also, the setup for SSO and user provisioning was straightforward. Acces to calendars is given by individual users, and can be revoked. Initial setup for the sites was quite easy. We just needed to upload the floorplans and there is an easy interface to add desks and rooms. A great option is that we could add our lockers, which are used frequently while flexworking. We received excellent support from the Tribeloo team during our setup! **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** There are some advanced features that have a slight learning curve to properly understand them. For example, setting up the check-in requirements is done on site level, but also needs to be activated for the desk or meeting room. Once you got it, it does allow for different possible setups. **What problems is Tribeloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great tool to manage our limited office space. Company policy is to shrink available space (budget cuts), and this tool makes organizing that space very easy. Our users can easily book from their calendar and organize their time between home and office. ### 34. We came across Tribeloo and asked for a demo, after this demo we were immediately convinced this was the tool we needed! The setup was easy and quick. We can now book a desk, parking spot, meeting room, from our own calendar or even from our mobile phones when using the Tribeloo app (and it adds these reservations to your own calendar!). You can also see who is in the office and if there are still some seats available, especially now when returning slowly back to the office this comes in quiet handy! **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** There is nothing to complaint about. It works great and has been a very reliable solution to manage our office space and does exactly what you expect of it! **Recommendations to others considering Tribeloo:** If you are looking for a good solution to manage your desks, meeting rooms or parking spots, try this one! I can book a desk or meeting room from there and everything gets updated automatically. The tool is very user friendly and easy to use. Also the newsfeed feature is definitely a bonus to keep everybody in the office up to date about what is going on within the company in terms of new stuff and upcoming events. We also have screens at the office both our desks and meeting rooms. They look simple and minimalistic, and it is easy to check-in when already having a reservation, or booking one on the spot. Being able to choose when you go to the office or not, and being able to book a desk up front is very handy. We also have a lot of other company resources that we can use, like a car, bicycle, laptop,... and we use Tribeloo for this as well. It's a user-friendly tool and would definitly recommend it! **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** There was a small visual bug in the tool, so we contacted the Tribeloo support. The lady I talked to was very friendly and helpfull! With Tribeloo we now have a tool to help us in finding specific colleagues and improve working together as an agile team. You can see when and where certain colleagues of the team are at the office and book a desk next to them and also a locker for all their stuff. I also like the fact that everybody is kept up to date about current company news or events that are happening at different locations. In the office we have different desk displays installed. They look and work good. **What do you dislike about Tribeloo?** Works great overall, so no specific current dislikes. **What problems is Tribeloo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until we had Tribeloo, we weren't able to know when certain colleagues where in office to get together and sit also close together.
