The biggest advantage of Gatekeeper is that it manages contract records in an extremely user-friendly way. There are number of good things I like about Gatekeeper, the Dashboard, the layout but most of all, the ease of use.

Anyone who has got basic knowledge of using an online portal can definitely use Gatekeeper, whether for adding new contract, uploading an updated agreement to an existing contract, adding new users etc.

It also has got an almost unlimited guide resources if ever any find themselves stuck somewhere whilst using the system.

And before i forget as well, they offer a robust implementation process where a dedicated Gatekeeper guru takes time to go through individual sections of Gatekeeper to ensure that from day 1 of going "Live" with Gatekeeper, any user(s) are well equipped to using the sytem. Personally, the use of the application shows the ease in my case to process contracts in an efficient way, the questions are clear and precise, the follow-up and sending of emails for my company's notifications arrive instantly, the things to highlight the transparency in my organization's approvals, being able to upload more documents to facilitate and viewing of documents, when using the application more frequently it is easier than the previous times! The language, in general the language should be changed in all the sections, maybe there is a place where you can change it, I have not discovered it yet.
