Anyone who has got basic knowledge of using an online portal can definitely use Gatekeeper, whether for adding new contract, uploading an updated agreement to an existing contract, adding new users etc. It also has got an almost unlimited guide resources if ever any find themselves stuck somewhere whilst using the system. Although we are a small company, GateKeeper has made a massive difference to our contract management. We can now easily track expiry dates (and be alerted to them), find key information on contracts at the touch of a button and collaborate as a team as they are drafted. Creating contracts from the generation form is also super quick and very easy. The data fields are customisable, which was important to us and the system seems very scalable for when your company grows, with various add ons available. The GateKeeper team is super friendly and made the implementation process really simple to digest. I'd highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Gatekeeper?** We'd have loved to have seen a live online collaboration tool, but it's not quite there yet. Equally we'd like to see redline on any changes a client made. Gatekeeper system - we doubled the number of monthly contracts executed even with a smaller team managing it. The workflow transitions and features are easy to configure, and the automation streamlines the entire process for our internal owners and legal team. Exporting the data and the ability to upload changes in bulk when needed is beneficial. Gatekeeper has reduced internal emails, significantly increased efficiency, and is a contract repository across the company and departments. Gatekeeper service - you cannot beat Gatekeeper’s responsive and helpful team members. We enjoy working directly with Melanie M. as our Customer Success Manager. She is absolutely the BEST – it is easy to book meetings with her, and she always follows up to ensure we have what we need (and sends short videos to help answer our questions). We also work with Mark P. as our Account Executive, and he is fantastic to work with. Gatekeeper does not nickel and dime customers like other vendors. They make their pricing straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprise charges throughout the year. **What do you dislike about Gatekeeper?** No complaints. Gatekeeper continues to roll out system enhancements, so any improvements we initially requested have been implemented (like the Admin control features, DocuSign integrations, etc.). All logic has to be done manually multiple times which is time consuming and allows higher chance of human error Unable to store documents via the tool, we have lots of training material we have created which we need to store locally rather than the ability to store in the tool Unable to add multiple vendor emails to one card. User configuration is very complicated, all user configuration is solely based on contracts so if a vendor does not have a contract users do not have access to add comments. Data importing can be complicated and difficult for companies that do not use google as their platform. For example, we complete data entry in excel then have to copy and paste into a google sheet to re-download and upload again **What problems is Gatekeeper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accountability to ensure approvals are completed in a timely manner, the SLA function helps to ensure everyone is accountable and the reminders will also support this One tool for contract repository and vendor related documents. Ability to manage full process from vendor due diligence to new contract to terminations, Due to the workflows and process flow capability we can manage the full lifecycle of a contract and vendor due diligence Ability to highlight risk using RAG status, this helps us to assign a risk to a user via events and rate the vendor Red , Amber, Green allowing centralised Procurement to see an overview of issues Capture and auditability of all internal approvals.
