That’s why VendorPanel is such a powerful fit. **What do you like best about Unimarket?**

We are currently in the process of implementing Unimarket, and the experience has been fantastic. From the beginning, the Unimarket team has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs. They have taken the time to understand our specific requirements and have worked closely with us to ensure a smooth transition.

The platform itself is user-friendly, and we’re already seeing the benefits of having a more streamlined procurement process. The ability to track orders in real time, provide better visibility into department spending, and take advantage of supplier discounts has been a game-changer.

Of course, implementation always comes with its challenges, but Unimarket’s team has been proactive in addressing any issues and providing solutions quickly. Their commitment to customer success is evident, and we’re excited to see the full impact once the system is fully live.

If you’re considering Unimarket, I highly recommend them based on our experience so far. Looking forward to a successful go-live and the long-term benefits this will bring to our organization!

None as of now. The problems have been mostly with our internal ERP system.

Unimarket is streamlining procurement by automating requisitions, approvals, and invoice matching. It will  enhance real-time order tracking, improve spend visibility, and ensure vendor compliance. The system will help capture supplier discounts, enforce budget controls, and optimize payment processing. I am excited to work with a system that will make procurement faster, more transparent, and cost-effective.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

I love the visibility, efficiency and transparency of UniMarket compared to our Colleague ERP system. To be able to see the requisition, PO, invoice, quotes, and link contracts and for all to be visible in one spot is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

Not being able to edit a PO to mark it as a retro fit when the end user has forgotten. Not being able to edit a PO after it is received. Would love to be able to edit if un-received but before invoiced.

They are re-vamping the sourcing module.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

Unimarket provides great insights into spend data through a robust reporting system. It is intuitive and easy to follow and provides electronic preapproval of requisitions and expense reimbursements. Unimarket integrates well with Banner and the customer service is top knotch. Unimarket cares deeply about customer satisfaction and often will include customer suggestions in upgrades and new features. As a procurement professional in a decentralized procurement environment, Unimarket keeps transactions, contracts and requisitions in one system, thus aiding in the ability to make data driven decisions in a timely manner. Unimarket also fosters an environment of collaboration, bringing together customers to share ideas, brainstorm and learn from eachother.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

There is really nothing I dislike about the product and how we use it today. Since this is a required field, I would say I wish more companies offered a full hands off experience, punchout through cxml integrated invoicing. However, that is not a reflection on Unimarket, just a general comment that the more suppliers that offer a full suite of those services would benefit Unimarket users.

Unimarket has helped me make data driven decisions and easily follow contact life cycles in their online platform.

The ease of the system and how screens are connected from req to PO to supplier to buyer to invoice to payment, etc.

Also, the top notch support and relationship.

Constant innovation and reception from customers.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

It doesn't integrate with work order management systems. I think?

Not much, just that we struggle to get more suppliers in.

**What problems is Unimarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with invoices, gives us a better idea of encumbrances. Gives us control on spending on hazardous materials and IT and some other expenses.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

Learning the system is straightforward. It is estremely user friendly. However, for systems functions that are not so clear, the  customer service has always been very helpful. I use Unimarket everyday for data entry and queries.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

I would like to have more customization. For instance turning off the taxes feature so that suppliers do not enter amounts in the tax field as these items fail when they feed to Banner.

The @ feature in comments will be really helpful. This has been a wish for sometime. Uploading a csv file into Unimarket that will extract information to generate individual invoices.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

I joined the university after Creighton had already implemented the Unimarket e-procurement tool. However, I was involved in the onboarding process for the contract module.  Additionally, our Business service center incorporated the expense module. Throughout my time with Creighton, Unimarket has consistently provided excellent customer service. They are always ready to assist and guide us through any problems or inquiries. Whenever we need to make a change, they are incredibly helpful in finding a solution. They have shown great patience with our constant modifications to the system.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

Nothing they are fantastic to work with.

Contract routing and maintenance. E-Procurement. Reimbursement

I don't have any any dislikes with the company. Only a few features I would love for them to produce but that is minor

Currently having issues with catalog acces with is technical a vendor issue but they are working with us to get it straightened out

Their team has developed relationships that augment the various components of their product and enhance the quality of it and allow for improved performance of the product.

The invoice and expense modules could benefit from implementation of some components that exist in their procurement piece.

With this system we are able to ensure approval compliance and budget review and then invoice processing as well as expense processing

I enjoy being able to see all the purchases in one place. Very user friendly. And easy to navigate and see historical purchases. I like that we can implement a budget check.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get suppliers to register at times.

Streamlining our accounts payable process and our expense reimbursements. Unimarket has been a great help so far.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

The Customer Service team at Unimarket is second to none! If you have questions or concerns, they respond almost immediately.
They also are always making improvements and really listen to feedback from end users. I love attending the update meetings and hearing about all of the wonderful things that they are working on to make the system even better.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

The demo environment is a bit of a challenge. It does not get updated from production. That is frustrating. I try to upload user information and keep it as current as I can, but a way to make it a true reflection of production would be great.

**What problems is Unimarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a very redundant, paper based procurement process. The requisitioner would type up the form, get signature approvals, bring it to us....then we would have to get new quotes with contract pricing....then we would have to enter the information from the requisition form into another system to place the order. Automation has saved us more hours than I could ever possibly estimate.

Their team is knowledgeable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support. Whenever we have a question or experience an issue with the integration, we open a ticket and they respond promptly and take time to understand our unique needs and work through a resolution. Their product is user friendly and they are always reaching out looking for ways to improve their product. I cannot recommend Unimarket highly enough for any business seeking innovative eProcurement solutions and exceptional customer care.

I don't know of any downsides other than the product is a little pricey, but worth it!

Unimarket is helping to simplify the path to procurement in the ever changing landscape that is higher eduction. They are always looking to automate and improve processes whenever possible.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

Customer support is excellent.  Implementation was straight forward and easy to understand. The Unimarket team worked efficiently to assist us with integration points within our finance systems. This provided better insight for our approvers in gaining budget information at time of approval. This has assisted our university with  approval flows and ordering processes.  It has allow us to better track orders, receive goods, and process invoices. This ensures a more timely payment to our suppliers, which allows us more negotiating power. Our users seem to take to the interface with ease.  They really like the Marketplace structure and having access to our vendor database.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

No current integration for tracking 1099 suppliers.  However they are working on it.

Moving our university towards a more efficient procure to pay electronic process.

The best part about Unimarket is the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team. I have been thrilled and surprised by the care that the team shows to help with our problems and find the best solutions.

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

The biggest downside we have faced with Unimarket has not been a Unimarket issue at all. Instead, we wish that we utilized more of the modules that Unimarket has to offer, as they are easier to configure and customize than our current Workday system.

Unimarket simplifies the Procurement process for our end users and makes it so that all transactions behave similarly. Unimarket also greatly reduces the time needed for reconciliation and invoicing since the invoices are automatically sent to our payment system once they are entered into Unimarket.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

I like the ability to enter my receipts for reimbursement and make purchases from the homepage. I like that I can bring other team members in to approve my reimbursements as well. The college is also able to have multiple suppliers available for college employees to connect with. I am able to connect with large scale businesses as well as local businesses. 

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

The homepage is WAY too busy and not intuitive. I have a tough time understanding their required terminology. While the actual look of the page is clean, there are too many tabs and too many separate guides. I find that local businesses are also having difficulty keeping up with sending us invoices too.

**Recommendations to others considering Unimarket:**

I highly suggest receiving multiple hours of training at different points to absorb all that unimarket has to offer.

**What problems is Unimarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits would be streamlining expenses across the entire college I work at. Everything is more readily available rather than card purchases where many receipts are lost.

**What do you like best about Unimarket?**

Various capabilities in the platform that helps the procurement process much more easier and useful for the future (tracking spends by department, category, individual) to allocate funds. You can also restrict some of the functionality by individual or by hierarchical level (assigning user or buyer function for example). 

**What do you dislike about Unimarket?**

Haven't encountered anything that I dislike in particular so far. 

**Recommendations to others considering Unimarket:**

I have to say Unimarket has an outstanding team who will help you throughout the entire process. They will also ensure that all your needs are met. 

**What problems is Unimarket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking procurement spent in a decentralized environment, easily generate reports (data visualization), making multiple purchases at a one-stop location, etc. Looking forward to see the results after full implementation of the platform.
