Certain support is excellent, typically responds and resolves issues within 24 hours. Simple fixes like email formatting, specific settings that may affect registration, etc. They work until a resolution is found, no matter how difficult it may be and are able to do so over email communication. Once you figure your way around the software, it is fairly intuitive and offers many options to customize your registration setup. Email communication is easy to send out, importing registrants is quite easy, and managing capacities is a big leverage point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not necessarily user-friendly for those not experienced in coding or web design. Simple formatting can be a little complicated and often requires additional support, though support is quick and helpful. The expectation is the client working within the software should be an expert for their company, though as a new employee who jumped in with no training, it was a bit difficult to manage.
