**What do you like best about Dynamics?**

The improvements that bring all of the account information together are helpful and make it easy for transitioning to another sales rep.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics?**

Lagging, incorrect account information loaded, delays in updating to ESD, pages reset when saving changes, very disorganized account lists unless you walk through setting up a special default setup, and based on the end of quarter or half we lose our default view and only see other reps and other territory accounts.

Having a centralized location to keep account information makes it easier to work with each account

Very user friendly and definitely makes it easy to keep track of call backs and important notes about our customers/leads

It helps keep track of my clients and potential clients. Helps me keep track of important notes and call back dates + by keeping notes, helped me continue to build rapport.

Lots of useful fields for notation and allowing the information to be kept in the cloud and accessed anywhere.
