It´s a very stable CRM solution with integration for ERP as well, it allows us to automate processes and also work with customers dinamically. Dynamics can be a little bit costly , compared to other solutions like Google , it´s cost schema can be complex to understand and provides door to hidden costs. Lagging, incorrect account information loaded, delays in updating to ESD, pages reset when saving changes, very disorganized account lists unless you walk through setting up a special default setup, and based on the end of quarter or half we lose our default view and only see other reps and other territory accounts.
