You can just integrate the applications in minutes. As a boomi developer in past, I did not have any learning curve, it was that easy. It is quite impressive in its customer support and community. I reached out to customer support many times, and I was able to get my answers. In fact , support team helped me in technical review as well. Quite impressed with its features e.g., List, hash etc. In fact, formula modes in fields are great. As compared to boomi, where we need to configure quite big logic for complex transformations, here it can be done in a single formula field. **What do you dislike about Workato?** Some of the functionalities are missing such as e.g., Salesforce lead conversion operation not available, application error code can not be directly accessed. This restricts it's ability to aggregate information into data types for complex uses. **What problems is Workato solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many of our tools are acquired and maintained by non-technical folks. They can be in operations, sales, marketing, etc. and have operation skills, and they lack the technical skills to build scalable and efficient solutions. Workato can access thousands of APIs that a only developer knowledge of the specific tool in mind would have to know about. The UI and the overall product are easy to interact with. **What do you dislike about Workato?** At times, finding the right approach for building a recipe is where I get stuck. I know there can be various approaches to build one - I struggle to find which is the most efficient approach to reduce the number of jobs. **What problems is Workato solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me build a lot of intergation connections at scale in significantly less amount of time, which usually takes days to complete now takes me an hour or two to complete. The ability to invite customer collaborators also lets me lean on the customer for any change management. ### 31.
