Adeona PIM is a easy to use solution that covers all our PIM needs. Customer support and account management is excellent providing quick replies to any of our questions and support needs (which is very rare). They provide support to our third party developers as well, allowing us to concentrate on the product/case study data and how to use it.
I have no dislikes. Only thing is just matter of product lifecycle: we are using the old Adeona client version, which technically works great, but looks very 2010 - that is of course solved with the newest version.
Adeona PIM allows us to easily update, maintain and use our product data, documents and images. We have tons of technical features and documents in hundreds of products, and everything is easily updated with very simple steps. We also use the PIM to manage our case studies (references), including texts, product links and images. The PIM data (including documents and images) is used via API in our websites, mobile apps and customer websites. We update one thing, and it's synced everywhere. No need to update same thing in many places. We can also be sure that our clients/distributors have their product data up to date, always. Our technical data is well organised and always available. We also use the Mediabank to allow easy access to our documents and images; different user groups allow our internal users to have wider coverage than for example media representatives. Baskets and collections makes sharing easy and safe.
