"An All-in-One Platform That Truly Improves Productivity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how it brings everything together in one place—tasks, timelines, comments, documents, and accountability are all interconnected. This reduces unnecessary back-and-forth and makes work much more transparent. The flexibility in customizing workflows, statuses, and views allows different teams to work in ways that truly fit their processes, while still maintaining visibility and control. ClickUp has greatly improved coordination, follow-ups, and the overall execution of daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Some features in ClickUp come with a learning curve, especially for new users, due to the wide range of options and configurations available. At first, this abundance of choices can feel a bit overwhelming. However, after completing the initial setup and spending some time with the platform, users tend to become more comfortable, and the flexibility it offers turns into a real advantage. "Powerful and Flexible Project Management for Growing Teams"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an all-in-one project management platform that combines task management, time tracking, documentation, and reporting in a single place. What I like the most is the high level of customization: you can adapt views, statuses, and automations according to each workflow. The integrations with Slack, Google Drive, and calendar tools make collaboration much easier. I also appreciate how easy it is to manage multiple projects and track team productivity in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the platform feels overloaded with features, which can make the learning curve steep for new users. The mobile app is not as fluid as the desktop version, especially when working offline. Performance can be a little slow when handling very large workspaces with thousands of tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Collaboration and Powerful Delivery"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp allows users to get an executive overview or a drill-down, granular view with a simple click. Also, automations, alerts and communications with my team are such the epitome of simple and convenient, that we're considering canceling our other communications application! The entire company uses ClickUp all day, every day so having these features and it being easy to use is of utmost importance.

I've had to contact Support for something that I couldn't figure out and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed my user-error quickly.

The implementation was quite easy and customizing was straight-forward. There are also plenty of tutorials available for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I find it difficult to get a Project Management Dashboard or Overview that organizes information at the folder level instead of the list level. This is a challenge because, in my setup, each folder within a space represents a different client, each with their own lists. What I really need is a view that allows me to quickly see all my clients at the folder level, along with their tasks due across all their lists.

Also, there needs to be something set up for a marketing calendar. This is very difficult, if not impossible, to do easily and efficiently for a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible all-in-one tool that actually works"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an incredibly flexible and powerful platform that brings tasks, docs, goals, and team communication into one place. It has helped me replace multiple tools and build a clear, structured workflow for both personal and team use. The customization options and responsive customer support make a big difference in day-to-day productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At first, ClickUp can feel complex because of the wide range of features available. However, with the help of ClickUp’s support team and call with support team and watch tutarial video and proper setup, this complexity became manageable and no longer an issue for me. "As a Sr TMP I need a tool that facilitates our work management maturity and ClickUp meets that need!"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp offers all the tools necessary to list, define, track, and report on work at every stage of the delivery process. This holds true whether you are working individually, as part of a team, or across an entire department. The learning curve can be relatively short, IF you stay on track, because the wide range of features can be overwhelming. Additionally, I have been impressed by the support from the sales and solutions teams, who have been helpful in guiding us forward and assisting when we encounter challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

1. I get aggravated with the Timeline view. I'd like to disable all auto sorting capability within the view, which would allow a bar to remain exactly where I placed it.

2. I'd like to have a query editor available so I can be very specific with the metrics I want to show in a dashboard. ServiceNow has a leg up on CU in the reporting category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Flexibility and Customization for Streamlined Workflows"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

One of its biggest strengths is its flexibility—everything from task views to dashboards can be customized to match our working style. This level of adaptability has helped us streamline coordination, reduce miscommunication, and ensure that important work doesn’t fall through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The interface can feel overwhelming for new users, with so many features competing for attention. The learning curve is noticeable, and onboarding requires time and guidance. Additionally, performance issues occasionally arise—certain views can be slow to load, and syncing across devices isn’t always seamless. More intuitive navigation and a lighter UI would make the experience smoother and more accessible for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Ultimate All-in-One AI Powered Workspace"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Moved to ClickUp after using Trello, and the difference is HUGE. Trello is ok but it breaks as soon as you start to scale and your team size grows.

The AI inside tasks are quite useful helps with summaries, reassigning, finding tasks, and saving time in general for small things. Automations are powerful aswell can help in reducing a lot of repetitive tasks for assigning priorities, etc., and you can replace that with AI agents, which is basically automations on Steroids lol

I like having both list and board views (unlike asana with only list and Trello for only board).

The chat channels feel Slack-like, which is great, as I don't have to pay for another software + the ability to create documents within a task is so useful, no need to go to drive, create a Google Doc, and then link that inside a task. Helps to keep you sane.

Also, the ability to create a clip (Loom) is super cool, my most used feature till now.

It's a bit overwhelming at first, but I feel ClickUp University explains everything quite easily, and you can be up and running in a few hours.

ClickUp kind of does everything, and somehow, everything just works we now use it daily for everything agency-related, and the customer support is also good! 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Particular issue, but the fact that I can't delete a channel if I created it from within a location-bound place like a space/folder or list, and the fact that even though I can make a clip, I can't turn on the camera! If I were able to do that, I would just cancel the loom subscribtion once and for all lol Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Transition and User-Friendly for Non-Tech Users"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I find ClickUp easy to use, which is really important for our EdTech company. The user interface is good, making it accessible for our main users, the teachers, who might not have much technical knowledge. Even without training, they can easily see and understand the tasks assigned to them. The initial setup was straightforward and I didn't need to hire any technical person for it. ClickUp effectively helps with task assignment, time management, dashboards, meeting notes, and docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The price is a little bit high. We are a non-profit organization, and we can't afford to pay high remuneration. So, it would be good if they provide some basic things for NPOs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Project Management Powerhouse with Impressive Flexibility"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how it brings multiple project management needs into a single platform. Tasks, documentation, goals, and timelines are well integrated, which reduces the need to switch between tools. The customization options—such as custom fields, views, and workflows—make it flexible enough to adapt to different team processes, and it works well for both individual task tracking and team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One drawback of ClickUp is that the wide range of features can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Initial setup and customization may take time to get right, and performance can occasionally feel slow when working with large workspaces or complex dashboards. Some advanced features are also locked behind higher pricing tiers, which may not be ideal for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Task Management that Boosts Team Productivity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I use ClickUp to manage tasks, track projects, and collaborate with my team all in one place. I really like how customizable ClickUp is. The ability to tailor workflows, views, and dashboards to fit different projects is great. Also, its powerful task tracking and collaboration features make it easy to organize and work efficiently. The flexible views and dashboards give instant visibility into priorities and progress, which saves time and keeps work aligned. It improves productivity by keeping work organized, deadlines clear, and progress visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp feels overwhelming at first due to its many features, and performance can slow down with a large workspace. The learning curve and occasional lag could be improved. Onboarding could be simpler with guided setups, and performance could improve with faster load times and smoother handling of a large workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
