The only thing I’d like to see improved is ClickUp Docs. I wish the experience was more like Google Docs — smoother, more intuitive, and with richer formatting options. Before switching to ClickUp, we used Redbooth for project management, and comparing the two, I can see a significant improvement. I really appreciate ClickUp's automation features and AI tools. When I need to check something from the beginning of a project, I have to scroll all the way to the top of the page, as there is no shortcut available. In the message window, composing a new message is inconvenient because the small window takes up space and prevents me from viewing other important details. I love that everything we need to stay organised and on track is in one place. No more switching between Google Drive, emails, whatsapps, a "to do list", and a bunch of other annoying apps that don't work together properly - literally everything can happen in this one space.
