## ClickUp Reviews
  ### 1. Highly Customizable, Great for Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Che S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how ClickUp serves as a single source of truth for sales leads, captured and managed throughout the sales process. The ease of use and flexible customisation allows me to tailor it to our specific needs and integrate externally. It supports excellent task management for the marketing team. I'm able to enhance the user experience for my sales team while setting up intricate business logic, automation, and API integrations to and from our website, with advanced scripting in Google Apps Script. The integration with our Webflow website and Google Apps Script for the quoting system works well. I'm really happy to have moved from another software to ClickUp because it includes great external integration and is better supported.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Due to the flexibility, there is some visual clutter in the UI that can be overwhelming for new users. Some unused features cannot be hidden from view for everyday users. Automations still have some limitations; I fairly regularly hit a limitation of what can be done in this regard. It is deep, which also makes it dense, and that can lead to decision paralysis when it feels like there are 15 different ways you could do one thing.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp provides a single source of truth for sales leads and excellent task management for the marketing team.

  ### 2. Flexible for Complex Projects but Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Brand Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp can be as simple or as complex as I need it to be. It doesn’t flinch at my complex thinking and ways of managing big projects, and for the small straightforward projects, it has no problem being simple, too. As a brand building agency, we see projects that span from super complex with long runways that have sub-projects and tangents, to one-off, straightforward executions of services. ClickUp is amiable for both types of projects. This is nice because it means we don't need multiple solutions for different project types.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is steep, and help is 1,000% DIY. The initial setup was very time-intensive, requiring my own investment of hours to learn the platform and an abnormal number of hours to onboard each team member one-on-one. It's not intuitive, so it requires a lot of assumption rewiring.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to keep multifaceted, multilayered projects on track. It adapts to my need for handling complex and simple projects, so I don't need multiple solutions for different project types.

  ### 3. Integral for Business Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberta M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love ClickUp's 'My Tasks' page and 'Inbox.' These features let me plan my day, keep track of my to-do list, and easily coordinate with my team. 'My Tasks' helps me stay organized and focused on my priorities, and the 'Inbox' is a great central hub for most of my team's communication within ClickUp. It's awesome how the Inbox allows me to respond quickly without having to search through the platform, and it feels light, fast, and efficient. Overall, these are the primary tools I use for my business, and everything else in ClickUp supports these two 'dashboards.'

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is a long delay between receiving a Chat message and getting an email notification about it. I wish those notifications came in more quickly. I wish the presentation of Custom Fields on the Tasks was more appealing. Custom Fields work very well in List View, but when I actually click into a Task, I find them very small and difficult to work with. I often fall to the temptation of putting important information in the Task Description, rather than Custom Fields, because it's easier for me to read and manipulate. Finally, I'd love a way to link Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms directly into Spaces from the left-hand side menu. I'd like to link these in just like a list, form, or ClickUp Doc, and then be redirected to the Google Doc itself. This would be a hugely powerful improvement for our team.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage business functions, track tasks, projects, leads, and customer accounts, chat with my team, and keep organized. It helps ensure nothing is forgotten, serves as a project record, and fosters team accountability.

  ### 4. Transformative Dashboard, Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tori G. | Brand Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find the dashboard function in ClickUp completely transformative for my work as a brand director. It's like my North Star, giving me a comprehensive view of all our offices, which helps me feel more at ease even when I'm not working. I also find the chat video call function with AI notes to be incredibly efficient. It ensures that my team can meet, access notes, and keep our conversations organized easily. The task dashboard is crucial for organizing and prioritizing brand deliverables, making it easier to navigate all the steps involved in completing a brand sequentially. The AI notes within chat also help ensure that everyone stays on the same page throughout projects. These features are super valuable for collaborating and ensuring clarity about creative deliverables.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The initial setup was so challenging. I watched hours of YouTube walkthroughs and it still didn't feel intuitive. We tried 3 different ways to organize tasks before we found what works for us. I wish there was a way to visually denote each task as related to a specific client. Currently, we add their client acronym to each task. We don't add it to subtasks and it gets confusing. The mobile view is not easy. I used to work from my phone 100% and it was so challenging. I recommend less horizontal views and more vertical.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp's dashboard is my North Star, helping me overview all offices and prioritize brand deliverables. The AI notes in chat keep team collaboration clear and tasks on track. It simplifies the sequential steps in branding projects.

  ### 5. Powerful Solution with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter R. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that ClickUp has allowed me to reduce and continue to reduce the amount of tools that I need. I don't need a meeting notetaker anymore, and it integrates with all the tools I'm already using, which makes things simpler. It has docs, it has chat, and it has even replaced Slack for me. I love the fact that I'm always able to simplify my tech stack more and more and more.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is a beast. It's not a simple tool like a to-do list or Apple reminders; it has so many tools and complexities that it's overwhelming. I've recommended it to clients, and they struggle to adopt it because of its many features, bells and whistles, and most don't want to pay for onboarding support to navigate it. AI and secret agents are expensive. I spend a lot on OpenAI and Claude but find value in those. However, with ClickUp's secret agents, I question their worth, as I could use other services like Claude for similar features without spending too much. The pricing structure feels like everything is an upsell, making it feel like the app is trying to nickel and dime me. Every new feature involves a paywall or an upgrade, which gets annoying and might eventually become too expensive. The initial setup was horrible; it was a nightmare with stuff getting lost and no clear strategy. It was overwhelming until connecting with ZenPilot provided a framework that helped manage ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us stay focused and clear the chaos of project management. It lets us track everything asynchronously, reducing the need for meetings. It also keeps me motivated by highlighting my top priorities and rewarding me for task completion.

  ### 6. Streamlined Operations, Needs Better Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariah P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how ClickUp surfaces the workloads of our team and helps us track who is associated with who. The dashboards and documents are quite useful, and I find the searchability of our company Wiki, which we've transferred to ClickUp, alongside other data and tasks, to be pretty valuable. Additionally, I appreciate that, despite having a lot of operational and business complexities in our specific use case, the setup was fairly simple for me as an experienced user.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think that it could improve custom fields and relationship links. We have a lot of client information. We're basically creating projects for specific clients and we don't have a great way to get all of that information into every single task every time. We do have an account record task that everything is linked to, but the information from the custom fields in that base task isn't transferred into the overall projects, and that is a negative for us.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for business operations and task management. It surfaces workloads, helps track team associations, and offers valuable searchability with dashboards and documents.

  ### 7. Robust and Intuitive, But Watch Out for Paywalls

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaim L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I appreciate ClickUp's extremely robust and pretty intuitive nature. There's just a lot you can do with the software, even though we only use about 5% of it. The initial setup was very easy. We mostly use the chat and task management features and both of those are very good. The AI add on is very good but pricey. We had a free trial so it got used a little but then they wanted to upcharge. The search feature is very good and has come in handy many times when looking for a document or a specific chat.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't like that there are a lot of upcharges. I pay a decent amount to use it but whenever I try to do a little more I hit a paywall and it is asking me to upgrade.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solved our communication issues across departments and provided a much-needed task management system.

  ### 8. ClickUp Keeps Our Team Organized with Flexible Views and Handy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love being able to see my day/week/month at a glance. There's a ton of different options for viewing so, it can fit any person on your team. I prefer the board view, but colleagues find the list view more helpful. I like being able to integrate Slack, Google, and some other programs that we use into each task (as needed). I've never run into an issue that we couldn't figure out. There are priority markers that give each task a rank and help get us to the finishline every time. ClickUp is literally open on my desktop all day, every day. I don't know how I'd be organized without it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

As a board user, I feel like the board view has less functionality than I need. When it comes to moving things around and working with tasks and subtasks, I just wish there were more options available.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for an agency, so we have a lot of clients with a wide range of needs. Being able to sort by client, project type, project duration, tags, urgency, and more is incredibly helpful. As a designer, I’m a very visual person, so having everything we could need just one click away is a real game-changer.

  ### 9. Intuitive Workflow Management with Valuable AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alden A. | Life Insurance Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp to be very easy to navigate and it operates in a very systematized data tree workflow. Its customizable pipelines have been very helpful for us. I also enjoy the ease of utilizing some of the AI features that have been coming out, helping us better articulate what we need to do by incorporating AI language assistance before writing out descriptions and updating workflows automatically. At a basic level, I use the writing assistant quite a lot to help flesh out my thoughts and ideas, and the workflow automations are very helpful. The initial setup was very easy, even though there's a bit of a training curve for those unfamiliar with a database system like this.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

na

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp as a workspace for operation workflows and resolving issues. Its systematized navigation, customizable pipelines, and AI features help articulate tasks and automate workflow descriptions, making it a valuable tool.

  ### 10. Streamlined Team Visibility with Communication Clarity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ingrid H. | Event Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for my event management work and it helps me manage my own to-do list while keeping track of what my team is working on. ClickUp breaks down communication silos, allowing me to understand project updates and team struggles without having to sit in meetings. The 'My Tasks' card is essential for managing my daily tasks and monitoring where I fall behind. I find the inbox feature extremely helpful for clearing messages and staying updated on tasks I'm a watcher on, without cluttering my 'My Tasks' list.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

While the 'blank canvas' to start with is great for customization, it also gives a lot of freedom for people I work with to start following their own systems and creating confusion in the process. I wish there was a way to have a template of work that everyone can follow, and not allowing the customization freedom to all teams in order for everyone to work with the same system. It was quite a complicated process, especially because we are a large company with complicated projects and various teams with different needs. We ended up hiring consultants to help us set up ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp breaks down communication silos, allowing me to track project updates and team struggles without meetings. It manages my to-do list and keeps me updated on team progress.

  ### 11. Effortlessly Customizable and Team-Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raphael A. | Product Manager - Broadband, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is easily customizable, which makes it easier to adjust to our specific needs, unlike Jira that I used in the past. It allows my team to collaborate easily across different functions. I appreciate the possibility to simply create lists, nest issues in different lists, and share common custom fields. These features enable us to give specific input and scale our tickets in particular spaces. Additionally, I find it very valuable that ClickUp can quickly adapt to the needs of different teams or units, and if needed, we can easily share configurations across teams.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

As a prior JIRA user, I still miss the way how EPIC were leveraged and how issues could be related to a specific EPIC without having to create subtasks. I had issues with showing closed subtasks in a task and could not easily find the toggle or option to show them

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to coordinate my cross-functional teams, enhancing task management. It's customizable, easy to learn compared to Jira, and facilitates collaboration across technical and business teams. It integrates well with tools like Miro and Figma, enables handling complex initiatives effectively.

  ### 12. Intuitive Task Management, Ideal for Collaborative Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp very intuitive to use, and I love the ability to create different views and lists for projects, so each team in our company can create the ideal list for them and organize it accordingly. It's easy to work on with clients and share the same lists and to-dos. The flexibility in views supports our team's productivity and collaboration heavily, allowing us to create lists for our clients while maintaining a different one just for us within the same project. There's no worry about losing track or things being disorganized. The initial setup of ClickUp was very easy, with no issues at all. I also appreciate the potential for integration with API and AI tools.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Connection with Claude (together with Obsidian) in order to automize things (Tasks being created, description is being filled automatically etc.)

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps organize larger projects into smaller tasks, provides a broad overview, and avoids losing track by sharing project lists with clients. It's intuitive and allows each team to create customized views, enhancing collaboration without disorganization worries.

  ### 13. A Complete and Intuitive Tool for Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier P. | Quality Engineer Sr, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the interface, it is very intuitive and has a perfect combination between minimalist and complete. In its free version, it offers many options that other similar software only offer in the premium version. ClickUp is quite complete, the interface is pleasant and facilitates understanding. It was also very simple and interactive to set it up at the beginning. Additionally, the free tools that ClickUp offers make my work considerably easier. I definitely love it, to the point that I constantly recommend it to my colleagues to improve their skills and work performance.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Maybe it's because I haven't reviewed it in detail, but one of the possible improvements would be to facilitate the methodology for tracking actions. It seems easy to enter many tasks in ClickUp, but in the end, I don't follow up on them. I would like the tool to help me more with notifications or special functions to enforce that follow-up, since the dates are marked in red, but there is nothing that helps the user. Sometimes I focus too much on the tasks that are in progress and neglect the pending ones. I would like it to be a bit smarter, like automatic reminders about what's about to expire, if a task has been completed, or if the date needs to be updated.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves task management and prioritization problems, helping me avoid work stress by keeping my to-dos in order, structuring my projects, and managing any open actions related to my work.

  ### 14. Central Hub for Projects with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chinedum C. | Operations Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage the day-to-day operations of our business and to handle both internal and client projects. I like that all our tasks, projects, and operations are structured in one platform, serving as a single source of truth. I appreciate how ClickUp supports operations, client delivery, and where our wiki and internal processes live. I value the level of customization ClickUp offers, which is great for managing tasks more efficiently. Additionally, I like using it with other tools, like Google Drive and Google Calendar, to keep everything connected in one space. Also, ClickUp facilitates our internal team communication, which has helped us to stop using other tools like Slack.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One of the things I feel that could be improved is the AI usage. You have to pay separately to be able to use the AI capabilities, which shouldn't be so. If you pay for the third tier, you should be able to have access to the AI, not having to sell that separately as a package, which doesn't make sense.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp serves as a single source of truth for all our tasks, projects, and operations.

  ### 15. All-In-One Tool That Outclasses Jira and other softwares with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeyrel C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think ClickUp is one of the greatest, if not the best, all-in-one software so far. I replaced Jira with ClickUp because Jira wasn't providing all the features and functionalities that ClickUp offers. The ClickUp Brain is amazing and makes my work smoother and faster compared to when I was using Jira and other management tools. I also appreciate that ClickUp has everything I need, including AI, which helps me organize my workload and keep my documents aligned. ClickUp is faster, with AI tools that make our work more efficient. The initial setup was super easy, and we didn't run into any issues, which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend ClickUp for everything, and I even encourage my team to use it to improve their abilities. I would definitely give ClickUp a 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague. It has excellent management tools and features that make communication with clients, like video calls or recording videos to summarize discussions and submit tickets, seamless when working with a development team.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think one thing that could be improved in ClickUp is the interface. There are so many functionalities, and I feel there should be a way to minimize how the app looks at this point.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize workloads and assign tickets, making management smoother and faster. It has AI and features like ClickUp Brain, enhancing efficiency. We switched from Jira due to its comprehensive functionality, aiding in communication and document alignment.

  ### 16. Not just for team organization: Automations, data store, and integrations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey S. | Lead Product Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like ClickUp for keeping our team organized. It's great for parsing out different aspects of our multiple businesses and ensuring that everyone knows what they're working on, where they need to be, and when. I also appreciate how ClickUp is useful for storing data points, which helps with automations that we run in other software. It's a fantastic place for storing IDs and client names, acting as both a project management system and a CRM. The switch from Asana to ClickUp provided us with a much better bird's eye view of projects and improved customization options, which we needed. The setup process was pretty seamless and easy, allowing us to migrate projects and get back up and running fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The speed is something I've noticed. Even though I know they've been working on it a lot, when working with a lot of data or records, the load time and speed from one board to the next can cost time. It also takes a little bit of time moving from one folder to another and finding the right projects. Page loading, especially the number of tasks, can get slow, particularly after working in a board for a long time.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize the team, manage multiple businesses individually, and keep everyone aware of tasks and schedules. It also stores data for automations and works as a project management system and CRM.

  ### 17. Advanced Efficiency with Challenging Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel L. | Proprietário, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the time tracking feature in ClickUp because I can know exactly which task I'm working on and what I'm spending the most time on. This helps me see where I'm being most productive and where I can improve. I also appreciate the integration it has between the screens and the API, as this allows integration with the automations I already use.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

His web interface is very confusing, it has a lot of information. There should be a simpler interface, something where the most inexperienced user can start using the system and then advance in features. Today I think there are too many features, and this makes the product a bit more expensive, and most users probably don't even use 10 percent of the system.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for time tracking, knowing exactly what task I'm working on and dedicating more time to. It centralizes and organizes my tasks, preventing me from losing sight of anything.

  ### 18. Robust Tool with Powerful Features, Needs iPad App Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke W. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I appreciate that ClickUp is a very robust tool. We're learning more about how to utilize it every day. It effectively keeps track of our company knowledge, capturing and sharing information across the company rather than letting knowledge reside in just a few people's heads. The setup was successful for us, partly because we used pre-built templates from a consultant, and it aligned well with our business needs.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The iPad app is not what we were hoping for. The user interface is clunky, and the workers we've assigned to use it can't figure it out. Even as someone who uses ClickUp every day, I struggled to use the iPad app.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for knowledge management and tasking. It keeps track of our company knowledge, making it accessible and shareable across the company. It keeps our administration team on track and aware of active projects.

  ### 19. ClickUp: From Task Management to Project Governance Operating System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilaria A. | Platform and Compliance Manager | Business-IT Governance and Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp allows me to manage complex projects, operational workflows, incidents, risks, deadlines, documentation, and reporting in a single workspace. I especially appreciate how much I can customize everything for different audiences, including operational teams, project managers, and executive stakeholders. In complex delivery environments, ClickUp helps me create visibility, structure, and traceability across tasks, dependencies, priorities, and ongoing updates. It’s not just a task management tool; it feels like a flexible operating system for project governance.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is extremely flexible and powerful, but when you start using it for more advanced project governance — custom fields, multiple views, automations, dashboards, dependencies, AI summaries and executive reporting — it can become difficult to understand the best design pattern. So, for me, the main challenge is not the technology itself, but the gap between ClickUp’s potential and the practical guidance needed to use it effectively in complex project/program management scenarios.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me centralize and structure complex project work in one place. It lets me manage tasks, deadlines, ownership, dependencies, incidents, risks, documentation, and weekly updates without having to spread information across too many disconnected tools. The main benefit for me is improved visibility and awareness.

It also helps me move from informal follow-up to a more structured governance model, using custom fields, views, and dashboards that support different levels of detail—operational execution, project monitoring, and executive communication.

Overall, ClickUp is solving a huge fragmentation problem for me by turning scattered project information into a clear, actionable workflow.

  ### 20. ClickUp: The One-Stop App for Comprehensive Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nhel R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is good for a one app for all. It includes whiteboard, dashboards, and everything that I need as an enterprise program manager. The whiteboard is used for process mapping, allowing me to translate client processes into diagrams, which is really useful. The dashboard offers a graphical representation of the data and allows me to drill down each card and update it directly. We switched from different products like Trello and monday.com to ClickUp because it's more cost-efficient and a better project management tool. Even though the learning curve is initially difficult, I've found it manageable with regular use and the resources ClickUp offers, like their university for getting a certificate.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think the calendar integration for Microsoft and things like automation in a way that they can filter or patch data when you click a form or input it in the form, then search it and fetch the data and display it as an answer. The learning curve is something a bit difficult for me.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp as a product and program activity tracker. It's a one-stop app with features like whiteboard for process mapping and dashboards for data visualization, which streamline project management.

  ### 21. ClickUp Keeps Everything Organized, Flexible, and Highly Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mavz C. | HR Generalist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

ClickUp helps me manage my tasks. Recurring tasks help me not forget routine work. It also helps me monitor projects and keep team members in the loop. Overall, it keeps me organized and productive.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

For first-time users, it can feel a bit overwhelming, and there are some features I don’t really use. No big deal though overall, I really enjoy using ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me organize tasks in a structured way, making it easier to keep track of everything and avoid missing important items. It supports better time management by allowing me to prioritize and evaluate tasks effectively. It also helps reduce disorganized thoughts by centralizing all information in one place, giving me clearer focus. Overall, it improves alignment across projects, ensuring that tasks, timelines, and priorities are well-coordinated.

  ### 22. How ClickUp Keeps My Work (and Sanity) Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LACEY E. | HR/PR MANAGER, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Honestly, ClickUp has become the command center for my entire life — work, projects, reminders, compliance tasks, recruiting, everything. I don’t even think of it as “task software” anymore. It’s more like my external brain.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only real downside for me is that ClickUp can get confusing sometimes. It’s so powerful and customizable that the layout can feel a little overwhelming if I’m moving fast or switching between spaces. There are moments where I have to stop and think, “Okay… where did I put that?” or “Which view am I in right now?”

It’s not a deal‑breaker — it just takes a minute to re‑orient because there are so many features stacked on top of each other. Once I’m back on track, it’s fine, but that initial “wait, what am I looking at?” definitely happens.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp keeps all my work in one place — tasks, reminders, docs, and workflows — so nothing slips through the cracks. It helps me stay organized, consistent, and on top of deadlines, especially with compliance, recruiting, and payroll cycles. It basically streamlines everything I do and saves me a ton of time.

  ### 23. Makes Work Easier and More Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonu M. | Senior Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp keeps everything in one place, so I’m not jumping between tools all day. It’s flexible enough to match how I work, and the different views make it easy to stay organized.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming, especially at the start. There are so many features that it can take time to get used to, and it can slow things down a bit.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me keep all my work in one place, so I don’t lose track of tasks or updates. It makes it easier to stay organized, manage deadlines, and see what needs to be done, which saves time and keeps things running smoothly.

  ### 24. Beautiful, Easy-to-Use Workflow Tool with Flexible Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It is easily personalized to what I need. I like creating my own workflow, but still having templates to be able to give me a starting point. It has an easy to use interface and is very pleasing to the eye.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There have been a couple glitches lately, where when I would mark one item as completed if I scrolled over other items, they would mark them as completed too. But other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves my need to remember a multitude of random tasks. My job expands over so many different departments in my work that it’s hard to keep it all organized and ClickUp helps me do that without bogging down my work calendar. Helps me keep a record of steps that I’ve made in the past on each task.

  ### 25. Highly Customizable with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I currently use ClickUp as the general management software at the law firm where I am an associate. I love how customizable it is, allowing us to easily adapt ClickUp for different purposes. Whenever we need to make adjustments to the operational flow, we can do it quickly. The system accommodates these changes and provides solutions and notifications.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some very basic features simply do not work properly, such as formatting exported views and importing data in an intelligent way. Requesting extremely basic features like duplicate form submissions not only goes unanswered but there seems to be an excessive focus on AI tools. Importing things to ClickUp is very difficult.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp handles all roles we need, manages internal collaboration, registrations, and system records, and serves as our client management tool with all client files and case information.

  ### 26. ClickUp Keeps Everything in One Customizable Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis Cezar B. | Technical Solutions Associate, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is how it brings tasks, docs, chat, dashboards, and automation together in one customizable workspace, so my work and communication stay in context.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Updates on feature requests are slow. Sometimes ClickUp’s performance is slower than usual, even though I’m using a computer with good specifications.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without ClickUp, I spend a lot of time switching between tabs for different tools. In our work, we can’t really avoid context switching, so that extra back-and-forth adds up. After using ClickUp, I’ve noticed that I’m more productive because the tools I need are readily available in one tab. The highlight for me is the AI, since it makes it easier to search for or find files in our SharePoint when I’ve forgotten where I placed them.

  ### 27. Powerful Toolset for PMs and Marketers—ClickUp AI Shines

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Túlio S. | Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has lots of tools, ideal for PM teams and marketers. Also, the ClickUp AI is the best on the market. It can be easily integrated into Google Drive, Slack, and Calendar. Has a very fast agent, and the templates library helps speed up the setup process.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it lacks some customization, and it's not the best tool for small personal projects. When setting up personal projects, I couldn't customize enough because it lives with tasks/subtasks. I think a new type of canvas should work well. Kanban is great, but sometimes it is not enough. I want something that lets me build on a folder/pages style, too.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps create detailed plans and clearly links its steps with tasks and subtasks. It's easy to create highly detailed playbooks and to manage a high number of tasks.

I was struggling to set up a waterfall-style process for onboarding and CRM, but with ClickUp, I could easily address this by creating a project with a dedicated canvas for each of my needs.

  ### 28. Centralization and Flexibility with Performance Commitments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaqueline B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is the ability to centralize everything in one place and the flexibility of the tool. I can organize tasks in different ways, such as lists, boards, and calendars, which greatly facilitates the mental map.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

At times, ClickUp shows instability, taking a long time to load. Additionally, it is complex for those who are just starting now, which makes it difficult to present the tool to new employees. The performance could be optimized to avoid slowness. Regarding the complexity for new users, it would be interesting to have a simpler and guided onboarding experience, with interactive tutorials. The initial setup was difficult because there are many configurations and it took me some time to structure the spaces.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the problem of task disorganization and the difficulty of tracking projects by centralizing everything in one place and offering flexibility in task organization.

  ### 29. Powerful Customization, but Challenging Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciano O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that in ClickUp everything is recorded, which is very useful for our work in the company. Additionally, I think the customization available to shape the platform according to the company's use is pretty cool. I'm not absolutely sure about all the details, but I believe that features like tags and task statuses, among others, can be adjusted according to the company's goals, which I consider an important advantage.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think that sometimes the excess of possibilities can be a bit confusing when it comes to learning, both for those who use it and for those who set up the process. It would be better to prioritize the possibilities, making the main ones more visible and the specific ones more hidden.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves data collection and team distribution problems. I like that everything is recorded and the customization allows the platform to be shaped according to the company's use.

  ### 30. Versatility and Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian F. | Director de Performance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the versatility of ClickUp for keeping tasks organized with different options, such as making lists according to the type of task or having separate spaces for each client. This is key to minimizing errors and keeping everything organized, which really helps me in my day-to-day.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some small interface errors, such as certain views sometimes not loading completely, or modifications in tasks (dates, lists) not being reflected, forcing a reload.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage daily tasks, stay organized, plan for the future, and above all, it gives me peace of mind knowing I won't forget anything, as I enter everything as a task.

  ### 31. Innovative AI, but Needs Speed and Functionality Boosts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zaid A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really appreciate ClickUp's constant innovation and how it leans hard into AI. The AI Super Agent is powerful and allows you to configure routine tasks very quickly. I also find the templates helpful during the setup process, even though it requires a lot of time and effort to get set up properly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The desktop and mobile apps are limited in functionality. The web-based version can be slow sometimes. The costs are too high. The in built support often refers me to settings or screens that don’t exist. This can be frustrating as it takes too long to troubleshoot issues.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp tracks and manages client deliverables in one place, flags late tasks, acts as a CRM capturing lead data, and uses AI to create first drafts of deliverables. We have also deployed AI agents to support with talent acquisition by assessing CVs. This has saved a lot of time.

  ### 32. Integrated Task Management with Room for Speed Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imam H. | Software Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to oversee the entire software development lifecycle of my team. I appreciate using ClickUp as our primary hub for sprint planning, tracking engineering velocity, and maintaining technical documentation. ClickUp fixed my biggest headache by keeping our tasks, tech docs, and team chat in one spot, which is a big improvement from working scattered everywhere. I like the team chat feature without switching tabs. In ClickUp, we chat inside a specific project or task, and this means if a developer has a question about a bug or a feature, the whole conversation stays linked to the task. This feature is particularly helpful because new engineers joining a project can read the history and understand why decisions were made immediately. Setting up the basics was easy, especially with the built-in importer for our existing tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is very slow. When I have a lot of tasks open, the ClickUp app lags. They need to focus on system lag and improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to oversee the entire software development lifecycle, centralize tasks, technical documentation, and team chats, which solves scattered workflow issues. The team chat linked to tasks keeps conversation context and improves onboarding by preserving task history for new engineers.

  ### 33. Construction Cost Management Made Easy with ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dolapo O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for managing construction costs, and it solves the problem of having massive stacks of receipts on my desk and missing potential expenses, making my spending tracking more accurate. I really appreciate that it's very nice and easy to understand, and the construction cost template is very beautiful. The initial setup was very easy, and I also liked the nice touch to the UI of the software. It's been a good introduction to the endless possibilities of using ClickUp.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I wish it were accessible offline. I am not sure it's not, but I doubt it is. I would probably settle for an app on my phone for ease of editing the template on the jobsite.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves massive stacks of receipts on my desk and missing potential expenses, making my spending tracking more accurate.

  ### 34. Streamlined Workflows and Handy Automations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramla Y. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It helps me keep everything streamlined, there are many automation things that helps me stay on top of things.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some time the AI function doesn't work as well as I want it to, which really loses time. I didn't like when the UI UX changed and there was no proper onboarding on it- really confused me and affected my work but I soon got the hang of things.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me cut down on time and it's very simple to use. I like that I don't need to pay an arm or a leg to keep everything in one place.

  ### 35. Effortless Task Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johanna L. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most about ClickUp is that the interface is simple to use and everything is visible to the user. The ability to create templates is very easy and I appreciate the feature that allows me to track the timeline, like tracking the dates and how long a task has been in progress. It's quite easy to set up, though it took me a bit to figure out creating a standard template for ongoing use. I think ClickUp is great for tracking tasks, much easier than HubSpot, especially for creating templates.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I struggled with the repetitive process of the checklist. To duplicate tasks, I have to manually select the template every time. I tried asking the ClickUp helper to update and create several tasks at once, but it won't do it. I have to create them one by one. It would be better if I could create several checklists automatically by providing the names.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me handle repetitive onboarding tasks with templates and checklists, making my workflow more efficient.

  ### 36. Streamlined Task Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp really helpful for staying organized in one centralized space, especially with its AI Notetaker, which has been super helpful in creating action items after each meeting to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I love using automations in a list, as they involve a lot of steps and help trigger the next action and assign it to the right team once a step is done. The superagents are fantastic for helping me stay on top of stale tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I would say automations can be more extensive and elaborate outside of the scope of "if .. then" format. I think the more it would have the more useful it would be. Automations are mostly built now on conditional format. More like if (this happens), then trigger the next action. I think it can be more extensive where the triggers can be something completely outside ClickUp (like let's say an email comes in), then the action could then be a task created in ClickUp. That way automations can work not inside ClickUp, but actually helps automate other tools to ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp keeps my work tasks organized in one place. The AI Notetaker ensures I capture action items from meetings, preventing anything from falling through the cracks. Automations streamline complex workflows, and superagents help manage stale tasks effectively.

  ### 37. Powerful AI Features with a Steep Setup Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to help me manage multiple events and trade shows along with other daily tasks. It helps me keep track of each project in one place and reminds me about due dates, ensuring things don't fall through the cracks. I like everything about the AI component, even though it can be a bit complicated. I use the Ask AI feature to get answers quickly without having to search through the Help section, which saves me time. I also use SuperAgents with the AI Notetaker to format meeting notes the way I want. The Weekly Digest that tells me what I accomplished each week is really a time-saver. Overall, these features help save a lot of time, and once you get things set up, ClickUp is great.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I find it difficult to set up the Super Agents. Setting up templates for my events is also challenging. When I change the event date, sometimes all the task dates adjust correctly, and other times I have to manually fix the dates. I wish there were an easier, more dependable way to have the correct dates. The initial setup of ClickUp was very difficult for me and my team. I found the Help system to not be very useful.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me track projects in one place and reminds me of due dates. The AI tools save time by easily finding answers and formatting notes. The Weekly Digest helps me see weekly accomplishments, greatly improving my efficiency.

  ### 38. Flexible Project Management with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel Leonardo B. | Analista y Desarrollador, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp mainly for project and task management. I love how it helps me organize my daily work, track progress, and keep everything in one place. What I like most is how flexible it is. It adapts to different types of work instead of forcing you into a rigid structure. I can manage simple to-do lists or complex projects with the same tool, just by changing how I organize tasks and views. ClickUp centralizes everything so I always know what needs to be done and when.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

While ClickUp is very powerful, there are a few areas where it could improve. The biggest issue for me is complexity. Because it offers so many features and customization options, it can feel overwhelming, especially when onboarding or setting up a new workspace. It takes time to find the right structure, and it is easy to over-engineer workflows. A better use of templates could make a difference; while templates exist, they could be more prominent and easier to customize. Additionally, the initial setup of ClickUp for my team was not so easy, as it has a learning curve.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to centralize project and task management, organizing daily work, tracking progress, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks by creating tasks, subtasks, setting priorities, and deadlines.

  ### 39. Streamlined Project Visibility with ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Key Account Manager - People Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for my day-to-day tasks and for capturing projectized information, especially for onboarding. It helps keep everyone on track. What I really find valuable is the visibility it provides in projects, allowing me to see once a project is complete and track progress, which we've been using successfully. ClickUp makes it very easy to start using other aspects like mapping dates and times, especially for onboarding. I'm also excited about the super agents feature, and I really want to try it out to get better at organizing time and thought processes. Additionally, I’ve enjoyed the excitement of seeing tasks completed, which gives me the energy to tackle other tasks. I found the initial setup of ClickUp to be very easy and appreciate using it quite effectively in my projects.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I really struggle with the view of ClickUp. Sometimes it's quite busy in terms of the screen, and it kinda stops me from using it as much. The view kind of distracts me a little bit. Also, I'm not sure how to be certain that a task has been completed.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp gives me visibility into projects, helping track completion and progress effectively. It's essential for managing day-to-day tasks and onboarding, ensuring everyone stays on track.

  ### 40. Flexible Yet Challenging for Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa L. | Freelance Copywriter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for companywide project and product management. ClickUp is a fantastic aid in automating workflows that include communication updates to the relevant teams and individuals via multiple channels, greatly improving our internal communication. I love the flexibility of the software, offering a view to organize things for anyone’s brain - kanban, table, list, and more. ClickUp Brain and Super Agents have become indispensable for company communication for promotions and product launches. I've created Super Agents for various members of the leadership team and specific teams to communicate incoming deliveries, project status, and individual tasks updates. The online training is excellent, and the initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is massive, and some staff are intimidated by the software.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp automates workflows with communication updates through multiple channels, improving our internal communication. I use it for companywide project and product management.

  ### 41. Impeccable Efficiency and Personalization with ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe J. | Paid Search Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is its effectiveness and the customization of the space to adapt to my agency. The platform is much more modern, faster, and easier to use, which is key for training our team and ensuring that everyone understands how to use it. It allows me to integrate with more platforms and has more attractive pricing. Additionally, I use several templates and tutorials that allowed me to set up the entire platform to our needs in less than a couple of days.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

So far, I haven't encountered any obstacles with ClickUp. It has been able to solve my problems 100% efficiently.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to channel the entire workflow of my agency, managing internal and external tasks, and client follow-up. It makes it easier for us to track tasks, manage client status, and onboarding, making it more effective.

  ### 42. Flexible Setup with Built-In Messaging Perks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp because it's cheap and works pretty well. I appreciate the built-in messaging feature, which a lot of other project management tools don't have. It's really useful for keeping communication, especially direct communication, in the same place as comments on tasks and docs. I also like how flexible ClickUp is because it allows me to set things up pretty much exactly how I want. Although the initial setup is a little involved, I don't really mind because this flexibility is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Not much. The docs could be a bit better because they're not quite as powerful as Notion where you can have sort of built in databases and tables that are really functional. But there isn't any huge issues.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to keep track of things at my web agency. It helps me stay organized by keeping everything in one place.

  ### 43. Effective Task Management, Needs Layout Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabien L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how ClickUp helps us stay organized with tasks by assigning them to each person. This makes it easy to see who's currently doing what or has finished tasks. By being organized, we never have to worry about two people working on the same task, and it also helps us work out roughly how long it will take us to complete a project.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think layout and design can be improved, since the last update it's been really weird to find my tasks. Also, too many confusing views; sometimes on the same task it appears as window view, or modal view, or full page view, and sometimes gets finicky to find tasks with the current layout.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us stay organized with tasks by assigning them clearly, preventing duplication of work, and provides a clear overview of project timelines.

  ### 44. Excellent Integration and Efficiency with ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan O. | Customer Service , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how ClickUp integrates all the different tasks into a calendar fantastically, allowing me to act and execute efficiently. The artificial intelligence is great, helping me not to forget any tasks. Additionally, I switched to ClickUp from Notion because the integration makes everything smoother and less time-consuming. The tutorials are easy to understand, making the learning process very manageable. I would definitely recommend ClickUp to any friend or colleague, as I am very satisfied and am actually already recommending it to some friends.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't like that in the calendar, when moving an event from the ClickUp calendar, the event is duplicated in Google Calendar. If today I create an event from 1:00 to 1:15, and in the ClickUp calendar I move it from 1:15 to 1:30, in the Google calendar both events appear, from 1:00 to 1:15 and from 1:15 to 1:30, so I have to keep deleting the events so they don't duplicate.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to integrate all my tasks into a calendar, which makes it easier for me to take action and execute without forgetting tasks, thanks to its AI. I switched from Notion to ClickUp because it streamlines everything without having to duplicate events.

  ### 45. Versatile, Feature-Packed Tool That Makes My Workflow Easier - Amazing Software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah A. | Project Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that it’s so versatile; it really makes my workflow easier. I also love that it has so many features built in. I’ve connected my calendar, and I can also use the note-taker. I love it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it can be a little slow, and the automations don’t have as many options as I’d like. I find that this can feel a bit limiting at times.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know ClickUp is working hard to become a one-stop project management tool, so we don’t need to rely on other software. That benefits me because it makes everything easier to manage and switch between. I don’t have to toggle between apps, and everything I need is within easy reach.

  ### 46. Flexible Team Organization with Powerful Automations and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin A. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

We use ClickUp every single day - all day long! The many different ways I can organize our team, automations, and collaboration options. I love the flexibility I have for making spaces and lists my own (not being limited to certain methodologies). I love the personal list and the ability to filter tasks based on my own criteria. The custom fields have also been very helpful. Customer support is AWESOME and has been great for the few times I've run into issues.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One of the downsides is that you really need to have your structure and workflow down before setting things up in ClickUp. If you don't, things can get really muddy. There are a lot of ways to organize your workspace, so you need to really think that through first. We struggled in the beginning because we didn't fully understand how to use ClickUp - for that reason, we set our spaces and lists up in a way that didn't really make sense. I also struggle with the Documents - sometimes I like to write my SOPs in ClickUp, but then need to transfer them to Word for the company - format does NOT translate nicely!

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, ensuring the team is working on things they are supposed to can be challenging. I am using ClickUp dashboards for each team member (and one for myself to see everyone) so people know exactly what they should be working on. The personal list works really well for me as a "holding zone" for things I need to sort out and place in our regular spaces.

  ### 47. Superior Agility, Challenges on the iPad

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas d. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp because it is an agile system. I like task management on the Kanban board, which helps me move cards with agility. ClickUp gives me the independence and autonomy I needed, allowing me to create fields and values when I need to, without relying on IT. This helps me understand the status of my tasks, what I did last week, and what I have to do next week.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Its use on the iPad is bad, I've tried using it and didn't like it. I can't drag from one column to another in Kanban without it opening, it's quite complex, quite annoying, and not worth using on the iPad. It also bothers me that things go off-plan, for example, losing access to what I had built at my plan level, you can only move to the next plan level. I lost all my construction work, and ClickUp took an action against expansion in my company, the boss sees value in the task management dashboard.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp gives me the agility that Jira didn't, offering independence to create fields and values whenever I need. It helps to understand what I did last week and plan the next one.

  ### 48. Centralization and efficiency ensured, despite increasing complexity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fred T. | Group Creative Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I simply appreciate ClickUp for its efficiency and centralization. A very important point in my eyes is that comments or discussions about a task are made next to the task, and not below it like in Jira, which is absolutely crucial. I also appreciate the ability to keep all the documentation in ClickUp, instead of having to use an external tool like Confluence, and to completely associate the documents with the task. The recent introduction of discussion channels reinforces this aspect, allowing for communication like in Slack directly within ClickUp, which is super important for me. I also appreciated the AI assistants during the trial period, even though I can't have them all the time. Getting started with ClickUp was extremely simple for me, and I find that ClickUp is the best among the several project management products I have used.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Too many workspaces slightly complicate usage. I find myself in a company with quite a few work contexts, and with each project manager, there is ultimately a different methodology. So, this is an issue related to the excessive freedom offered in ClickUp, which results in POs and PMs from the same company not having the same methodology at all.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralizes the entire process, allowing me to break down my tasks and associate links and videos with them, thus simplifying project management.

  ### 49. Streamlined Task Management at a Fair Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love using ClickUp for managing tasks across different teams and coordinating between departments. I appreciate its dashboard for collecting monthly KPIs, which saves me from having to calculate them manually every month. I also enjoy using the email-to-task feature, which allows me to create automatic tasks without checking emails daily. The ClickUp agent's ability to summarize emails into concise tasks is quite useful. The time tracking feature helps me manage my time efficiently and calculate it for clients. Recently, we've started using ClickUp for inter-team chats, which facilitates complete data collection through API and integration with Claude AI. I like the beautiful, simple, and streamlined space it offers, with great filtering options and practical features at a fair price. Setting up ClickUp was very easy, which I definitely appreciated.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think it would be great if they added a section called contacts that could be used to automate CRM tasks and users could be placed directly in this space. Instead, I would use documents or tasks.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to assign tasks with reminders, streamline dashboard data analysis, automate email tasks, track time, and conduct inter-team chats. It simplifies task management and data organization in a smooth and efficient way.

  ### 50. Simple Team Onboarding with Room to Grow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary K. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It was simple enough for our whole team to get started. We were moving from an excel Gantt chart of tasks to a system and we needed it to not be overly complicated to start. We also knew it had a lot of additional services that could grow with us as we became more adept at our project management.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Refresh times aren't great on my desktop app- I worry sometimes that I'm missing tasks because I haven't refreshed it yet for the day. Duplicating/moving tasks also feels scary because sometimes they move and sometimes they don't.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management - it's been a game changer for our team to manage our monthly sprints.
