## ClickUp Reviews
 ### 1. ClickUp Keeps Tasks, Docs, and Team Collaboration Perfectly Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how everything can be managed in one place. Tasks, deadlines, documents, reminders, and team collaboration are all organized together, which makes project management much easier. The customization options and different views like list, board, and calendar also help in tracking work efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One downside of ClickUp is that the free version has certain limits, especially with integrations and advanced features. It can also send too many reminders and notifications at times, which may feel overwhelming during busy workdays.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and team coordination in one place. It keeps work organized, improves collaboration, and makes it easier to track progress, which helps save time and increases productivity.

 ### 2. AI-Assisted Dashboard Makes Task Setup Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anas o. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Artificial Intelligence Assisted dashboard and Task setup

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I Feel like dash board more better and ticketing can get more option like Jira , we can add story points based on our customization , thats will better

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily integrate with other MCPs or tools through automated setup, which I really like. The task completion experience is also very good, with a drag-and-drop interface and fast performance. It works well even in a team environment, where task status updates are reflected for teammates in real time along with notifications. Compared to other ticketing tools and communication channels, this creates a unified application experience, including pricing that is competitive and cost-effective,The support team are always open to answer the queries

 ### 3. Streamlined Project Management with Top Notch Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Support E. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how ClickUp is amazingly accurate at showing exactly where a project is at, what's left to do, and helps in viewing or forecasting any blockers or bottlenecks that may arise. Communications are a breeze for both internal and external users.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest improvement I can see ClickUp is in need of is when a SyncUp is started, there isn't ANY notification that it has started. This is extremely inconvenient and impractical. What good is a call/meeting/SyncUp function if the person isn't notified that someone is attempting to SyncUp with them? None.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp lets me manage services, communicate with clients on deliverables, streamline internal communication, track project status accurately, and plan effectively by identifying potential blockers, making overall team coordination seamless.

 ### 4. Granular Task Tracking and Flexible Views Make ClickUp a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Principal & Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the ability to get granular on tasks and subtasks so that conversations, progress, and supporting documentation can be tied to the specific item (versus a general email inbox that doesn't sort and organize the information in the same way). I also like the different views/visibility of the same information, the ability to tag teammates so that they can go directly to the task/subtask and conversation thread w/o searching through their inbox or chat messages. I also like that each item on my decision log/RFI log, etc. can be tracked by phase of progress and/or when it was created/opened/closed and whose court it is in. I'm amazed at the features this program offers and the value for the price (buh-bye Microsoft Planner).

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I wish ClickUp offered more granularity with schedule development. It offers dependencies, but doesn't offer the ability to adjust them for the number of days before/after a specific task. It seems like they could easily adjust this consider they have "triggers" set up for other tasks. The ability to have these granular dependencies would make this a more comprehensive product and not require the need for additional scheduling software.
Additionally the "free" AI credits are creating issues with the "AI Summary" on my decision log. Even if something has not been changed or updated, the AI Summary "refreshes" after changing from one view to another, using all of my free credits to refresh a column that has no new updates. If I run out of credits, the program freezes and doesn't allow updates. I found this feature to be worthless and restrictive, so I finally had to remove that feature completely from my decision log. This was disappointing as I looking forward to receiving (running) summary updates to share with my client. Now I have to do that manually.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me stay on task and meet my timeline obligations to my client. I love having task lists and the ability to prioritize work. I also like being able to add "backlog" items for all of those "great ideas" that may not need to be done right away, but are great to document so that they aren't forgotten. It also helps declutter my desk from post-it notes.

 ### 5. Highly Customizable Templates and Recurring Tasks That Save Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linette H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the customizations you can do to make it work for you. Having the ability to make tasks reoccurring and create templates have saved me a ton of time. Their onboarding staff is also great and extremely helpful. I had a hard time using ClickUp effectively in the beginning but they offer a free consultation with their onboarding staff to help you get the most of it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is definitely a learning curve. I found it difficult to get an account and start using it effectively on my own. I needed assistance from their onboarding staff to walk me through it and show me how to use it better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I handle multiple clients and before I got ClickUp I had a hard time keeping track of them and all of their tasks. This product has allowed me to keep them all organized and onboard new clients easily.

 ### 6. The Project Hub That Actually Works for Backend-Heavy Dev Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul M. | Senior Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The custom workflow and task management fit perfectly into a .NET development cycle. Being able to create task statuses like "In Development", "Code Review", "QA Testing", and "Deployed" makes sprint tracking feel native rather than forced. The Web API access and third-party integrations also make it easy to connect ClickUP with existing tools in the stack without much overhead.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is real - there are almost too many features upfront, and it takes time to configure everything the way you want. The mobile app also doesn't match the desktop experience, which can be frustrating when you need a quick task update on the go.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUP, managing multiple modules across web APIs, database layers, and frontend integration meant tasks were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Deadlines slipped and handoffs between backend and fronted were unclear.

ClickUP brought everything into one structured workspace. Now sprint planning, bug tracking, API integration checklists, and client deliverables all live in one place with clear ownership and deadlines. It removed the back-and-forth and made the entire delivery process more predictable and transparent.

 ### 7. Flexible Views and Figma Links Keep Design Workflows in Context

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aatish P. | Jr. UI/UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The flexibility is what stands out most. Being able to switch between List, Board, and Timeline views means I can manage design sprints, client feedback rounds, and asset handoffs all in one place. The ability to attach Figma links, reference files, and leave visual comments directly on tasks keep everything in context - no more digging through email chains.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The UI, ironically, can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many options and settings that the initial experience feels cluttered. A cleaner onboarding flow would make a big difference, especially for new users.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple design projects across different clients used to mean scattered files, missed feedback, and constant follow-ups. ClickUp fixed that by centralizing everything - briefs, revision round, deadlines and approvals - in one workspace.

What actually changed day-to-day is how much less time gets spent on coordination. Tasks move through stages like "Concept", "In Review", and "Client Approval" with clear ownership, so nothing falls through the cracks and projects deliver on time.

 ### 8. Great for Dev Workflows: GitHub Integration, Strong API, and Flexible Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasu R. | React Native Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The Github integration and API support make it a great fit for dev workflow. Kanban boards, custom task statuses, and sprint management work really well for managing multiple projects at once. The free plan is surprisingly generous too.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The mobile app feels behind the desktop version - as someone who switches between devices frequently, this is noticeable. Also, the initial setup takes time; there are almost too many options.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUP, managing projects meant juggling multiple tools - Trello for tasks, Notion for docs, and Slack for updates. ClickUP replaced all of them in one place. Now I can manage sprints, track bugs, write technical docs, and communicate with clients without switching between apps.

The GitHub integration is a real time-saver - linking commits and PRs directly to tasks keep everything traceable. Automation features also help cut repetitive work, and the dashboard gives a clear view of what's in progress, blocked, or due - without chasing teammates for updates.

 ### 9. Great integrations and AI summaries, but expect a learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia R. | Development Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about ClickUp for me, personally, is its ease of compatibility for such a low price, with the majority of apps I use already at work like Zoom and Google Drive. The AI tool as well helps to summarize tasks for me, or for other coworkers. This has been great for onboarding new staff.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve when it came to learning and adopting the system into my work. The interface was not necessarily user-friendly at first touch.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps to improve my efficiency when it comes to managing my deadlines and larger workloads, as I am no longer having to switch back and forth between different apps, it is more consolidated.

 ### 10. Easy Setup, Comprehensive Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mir Ismail M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp because it's a very open app that allows you to connect your workspace with everything. My team has access to everything, which is great. I use it for creative management and just overall management, and it improves my skills. The notifications are really helpful because they alert me to important tasks, meetings, and things like discussing with marketing. It's also easy to set up, especially with signing in through a Google account.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

An improvement could be the AI system. It would be helpful if the AI visually pops up on your laptop or phone and tells you about meetings or when you're late for assignments. Also, having an AI task manager that does tasks for you could improve productivity.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to keep up with assignments and tests, solving my productivity issues by reminding me of tasks. It connects my workspace, providing team access and enhancing skills with notifications for important steps.

 ### 11. ClickUp Keeps Everything in One Place—Customizable Workflows That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is that it brings everything into one place. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, spreadsheets, notes, and emails, I can manage projects, tasks, forms, automations, and communication all in one system. It’s incredibly customizable, which means I can build workflows that actually match the way I work. It has helped me stay more organized, save time, reduce mental overload, and create better systems for managing both my team and day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think it is a little pricey so I have to be strategic about the staff I bring on as a small business

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has solved a huge organization and workflow problem for me. Before using it, information was spread across different platforms, which made it difficult to track tasks, follow up consistently, and keep processes organized. Things could easily get missed between emails, notes, spreadsheets, and team communication.

By centralizing everything into one system, ClickUp has helped me streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and create more accountability across workflows. It has significantly reduced mental clutter and saved time because I always know where to find information and what needs attention next.

The biggest benefit has been increased efficiency and visibility. I’m able to manage leads, projects, client communication, and internal processes in a much more organized way, which allows me to focus more on growth and client experience instead of constantly managing chaos behind the scenes.

 ### 12. Visual Layout and Flexibility Make ClickUp a Top Choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliza C. | Online Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage my OBM business and client work, and it helps me stay organized and remember what I need to focus on each day and week. I like the visual layout, which makes me feel more organized and provides structure to my work. Being a visual person, I find seeing nested tasks within projects really helpful. The flexibility of ClickUp and the ability to easily integrate with other apps I use are great benefits. I like the layout better than Asana, as there are more options that work better for me overall. Setting up ClickUp was so easy, I was up and running within a few hours.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are definitely things I don't know how to implement, like the techy-er side of ClickUp. I don't know or don't have the time to research them and implement them well. If you had a learning section, I don't know it exists, but it'd be helpful to get emails with 'did you know you can do this in ClickUp.'

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to stay organized, remember my daily and weekly focuses, and plan bigger projects. The visual layout helps as a visual person with nested tasks, and its flexibility and integrations make managing my OBM business easier.

 ### 13. Simple Yet Flexible: Custom Workflows, Dashboards & Automations Without Tech Skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikołaj W. | Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

A great balance between simplicity and flexibility. You can create custom workflows, dashboards, and automations without needing technical skills, and most clients can start using it with very little onboarding.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Clickup is a great low-code tool, but the ceiling for more technical users is real. Scripting, a plugin system, and a more open architecture are things that are missing if you want to deeply customize functionality. I’d really appreciate something that would allow me to build more complex internal solutions.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management is something I use every day, and it works great. I rely on it for reporting on tasks and for building review boards for clients, so we can discuss issues or sprints during meetings. Overall, it’s a great tool for that.

 ### 14. Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

 ### 15. Goodbye to the chaos: tasks, files, and dates on a single board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco V. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most is that it took away the mess of having a thousand apps open. Being able to organize tasks, add files to them, set dates, and see everything on a board is awesome.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What drives me crazy is that sometimes the platform gets really slow and just seems to be thinking; when you're in a hurry, seeing that thing loading stresses anyone out.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main headache it took away was the mess of information. Before, half of the things were left in emails, another part in notebooks, and the rest in WhatsApp chats; coordinating the team was a complete hassle because files and deliverables were constantly getting lost.

 ### 16. ClickUp: a versatile and clear organization to manage clients and services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel M. | Consultant Tracking / Analytics, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love its versatility and the organizational capability that Clickup provides. You can create workspaces, which are themselves organized into folders and task lists. It's really practical for managing clients and services, and it helps to keep a clear view on everything.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is an important learning phase at the beginning because the configuration possibilities are numerous.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the organization that this brings. I have a clear view of all my projects and tasks. Clickup also centralizes my communication with my collaborators or clients, as we can create channels like on Slack. We can also add documents and notes to each task, which is really very practical.

 ### 17. ClickUp Gave Me Control Over My Life Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant H. | Software Relationship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It’s nice having everything I need in one place.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Doc structuring is a bit funky. That's all.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turns raw thoughts and notes into structured output for my calendar, my CRM data, my appointments, as well as writing and educational projects. There are all these different spots where things can fall through the cracks, and ClickUp is the only tool I've ever used that has been able to solve all of them. Whether that's deals and appointments/follow-ups/sending out quotes, writing essays and documents with speed, whiteboard-mapping SSOT's for my team, or the Super Agents acting as anything from sales coaches to fitness trainers. I use it for all of it, and it's made all those areas way better for me.

 ### 18. Generous Free Plan with Rich Templates—ClickUp Makes Work Easy and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gebremichael Aregawi T. | Independent Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It has almost everything related to task, project, and marketing management tools, with rich templates and plenty of options. It’s even generous on the free plan—honestly, not comparable to other platforms when it comes to what you get for free. With the free plan, I was able to build what we needed for our small team. Overall, it’s easy, fun, and exciting to work in Clickup.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing at all. Trust me, I absolutely hate nothing about ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s fun to plan, build, and manage operations in ClickUp thanks to its wide range of tools, templates, and settings, along with how easy it is to set everything up and its great user interface. It really makes you feel capable of planning complex project tasks. That’s the problem ClickUp is solving.

 ### 19. Clean, Customizable Task Management That Keeps Me Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arsh Z. | Founder - MYRAQ.ai, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most is how customizable it is — I can manage tasks, deadlines, notes, and goals all in one place. The interface is clean, collaboration features are useful, and the different views like Kanban and calendar help me stay productive and track progress efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I dislike about clickup.com is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and customization options. For new users, the interface comes with a bit of a learning curve, and at times the app can feel slightly slow when switching between larger workspaces or dashboards.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

clickup.com helps solve the problem of managing multiple tasks and projects across different platforms. Instead of using separate apps for notes, task tracking, calendars, and progress management, I can keep everything in one organized workspace. This benefits me by improving productivity, helping me stay consistent with deadlines and study goals, and making it easier to prioritize work without losing track of important tasks.

 ### 20. Flexible, Scalable ClickUp That Brings Tasks, Projects, and Collaboration Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how flexible it is. It can support simple task tracking, more structured project management, documentation, dashboards, and team collaboration in one place without forcing every team into the same workflow.

I also appreciate that it gives visibility across workstreams. When it is set up well, it becomes much easier to see ownership, deadlines, priorities, and status without chasing updates across Slack, email, spreadsheets, and meetings.

The biggest value is that ClickUp can grow with a team. It works for quick execution, but it can also support more mature operations as processes, reporting, and accountability need to scale.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike about ClickUp is that the flexibility can also become the problem. There are so many ways to structure spaces, folders, lists, views, statuses, automations, and custom fields that it can get messy quickly without strong governance.

It can also feel overwhelming for teams that just need a clear place to see what they own, what is due, and what needs attention. If the setup is too complex, people stop using it consistently, and then the tool becomes another place to check instead of a true source of truth.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of scattered work. Instead of managing tasks, notes, deadlines, project updates, and follow-ups across email, Slack, spreadsheets, and separate documents, it gives the team one central place to organize and track work.

The biggest benefit is visibility. It makes it easier to see what needs to happen, who owns it, when it is due, and where things are getting stuck. That helps reduce missed handoffs, duplicate work, and unnecessary status meetings.

It also supports better accountability. When projects are broken into clear tasks with owners, deadlines, and priorities, it is much easier to keep momentum without constantly chasing people for updates.

 ### 21. ClickUp turned my chaos into a story

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I've been using ClickUp for about a year now, and honestly it's become essential to how I write and organize my game story a project called "The Last Page" that I'm building with a friend.
Before ClickUp, keeping track of chapters, scenes, and ideas was a mess. Now everything has its place.
I organize each chapter as its own doc, collect ideas before they slip away, and always know where I left off.
It sounds simple, but that structure genuinely saved me so much time and frustration.
What pulled me in first was the UI it's clean, comfortable, and never gets in the way.
I'm a writer, not a project manager, so I needed something that felt natural to use without a learning curve.
ClickUp delivered exactly that.
I just open it and start writing.
If you're someone who creates whether it's stories, games, scripts, or anything that needs organizing ClickUp gives you a space that actually works the way your brain does.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only thing I'd mention is that when I first switched from Notion to ClickUp, it took me a little time to find my way around.
The interface is different enough that there's a small adjustment period. But honestly, once I got used to it, I realized ClickUp is significantly better than Notion for what I do more flexible, better organized, and just more comfortable to work in long-term. So the initial confusion was absolutely worth it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem ClickUp solved for me is keeping my entire story organized in one place.
I'm writing a game narrative called The Last Page and managing chapters, scenes, and scattered ideas used to slow me down constantly.
ClickUp gave me a clear structure so I can focus entirely on writing instead of searching for where I put things.
Performance wise, it's been rock solid. No crashes, no lag, no lost work it just runs.
For a writer midflow, that reliability matters more than people realize. Nothing kills creativity like a slow or unstable tool.
I also experimented with the AI feature for translating some of my content, and it handled it impressively well.
It's a genuinely useful addition that doesn't feel forced it's there when you need it and stays out of the way when you don't.
Overall ClickUp turned a chaotic creative process into something manageable and even enjoyable.

 ### 22. All in one: sprints, documentation, and Kanban in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe m. | Dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about this platform is that it's a "one-stop shop," darn it. Before, I had to use Jira for Sprints, Notion for code documentation (the readme), and Trello for quick tasks. Now I have everything centralized in one space. The Kanban boards flow with elegance.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform is like a camel at first: It has so much stuff that the learning curve is extremely heavy and leaves people confused. It becomes sluggish and slow when the database grows, the interface lags, and it consumes RAM like crazy.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue we solved with ClickUp was the huge mess with deliveries and the lack of communication in the team.

 ### 23. All-in-One Platform Boosting Workflow Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed . | Creatives Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that ClickUp is a one place for all my needs, helping to boost workflow efficiency. It's incredibly productive since everything is centralized, including email, project management, and documentation. The flexibility of ClickUp is a big plus for me because I can use it across all departments, even for HR's payroll, team rosters, creatives, marketing, and sales. The inclusion of AI enhances its capabilities significantly, turning everything up a notch.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The initial setup of ClickUp was very difficult, requiring a lot of time and training for the migration process.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp serves as a one-stop solution, streamlining project management, emails, and documentation. It boosts workflow efficiency and is flexible enough for diverse needs, including HR, marketing, and sales.

 ### 24. I highly recommend Clickup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Clickup is so easy to use and navigate. I can set spaces for each client and I also use it for personal tasks. The reminders are fantastic and I love the calendar view of Everything so I can easily view and juggle things around. The templates are really helpful too. I've used a few different systems to find one that suited me, and this is it. It makes my life so much easier. I recently had a meeting with Customer Support and found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I use Clickup every day for everything.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I haven't found any as yet. Everything just works so well for me.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in one place and it helps me to focus on tasks for all my clients much easier than the other systems I have tried. I am much more productive and organised.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhemmad F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp as our main project management and collaboration platform, and I really appreciate how it serves as a central place for tracking, team coordination, documentation, and overall project organization. It helps keep all project management activities in one place, improving team coordination and visibility across tasks and priorities. I like how flexible and feature-rich ClickUp is for managing agile workflows and team collaboration. The features like boards, sprint management docs, dashboards, and task tracking help us keep everything organized in one central platform. These features make agile processes easier to handle and provide clear visibility into progress and priorities for the team.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes, ClickUp can feel a bit overwhelming because of the large number of features and customization options available. Performance can also occasionally slow down when working with larger boards or complex workspaces.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp keeps all project management activities in one place, improving team coordination and visibility. It makes it easier to manage agile workflows, track progress, and stay organized during fast-paced development cycles.

 ### 26. A unique space to collaborate, track, and deliver more calmly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rostom K. | PMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about @ClickUp is its ability to become a "Center of Gravity" for a team's work, especially when managing multiple projects in parallel (my case in PMO). ClickUp is a tool that can be quickly grasped, deployed without a "complex setup," and very quickly used daily without friction: everything is clearer, more fluid, and the team knows where to find the information.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I don't like (or what can be frustrating) with ClickUp is rarely "the tool itself," but rather the resistance to change encountered among my colleagues.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perhaps the biggest problem I have noticed with ClickUp during my use concerns planning and the calendar. Indeed, it is set to a EUR calendar, with weekends and holidays different from those in Algeria, which has generated incorrect reports for me in this aspect.

 ### 27. ClickUp’s Dedicated Notification Center Keeps Everything on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anant S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about clickup is a dedicated notification (message) center kind of a UI which highlights everything. It also allows you to follow the tickets and get those updates in your inbox. This helps a lot! Furthermore, getting these notification in the gmail inbox (via integration) is really helpful and ensures nothing gets missed.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The thing that I dislike is the time it takes and the amount of memory it consumes. It consumes a lot of memory but still the performance of the tool is not at par (caching is not good).

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We earlier struggled with keeping track of things, linking similar tickets or issues together across different boards which was resolved by ClickUp. Also, it helps in documenting things easily, very comprehensive platform!

 ### 28. Powerful All-In-One Tool Despite Complexity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Owner & Chief Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp to be a powerhouse with so many tools in one. I like the ability to add comments, including screenshots, which allows me to give very specific instructions and add greater context to tasks, making everything clear. It's much more robust than other task management software I've tried. I also love the getting things done templates on ClickUp.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it’s a little bit too complicated and it’s hard to onboard certain people, especially those that are not good with technology, like my remodeling contractors and his crew.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to track milestones, assign tasks, and set deadlines. Its tools let me add comments and screenshots, enhancing clarity. It's robust and handles projects effectively. I also love the templates. I have used the marketing templates as well as some of the Getting Things Done templates. I also love the doc feature for brain dumping and notes.

 ### 29. All-in-One Platform That Streamlines Projects with Built-In AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The biggest selling point for me is the consolidation. I love that I can take a dozen different apps and shrink them down into this one platform. I primarily use it for managing complex projects and staying in constant contact with the people I’m working with.
The built-in AI has also become an essential part of my workflow; I use it constantly to organize my thoughts when they're a bit scattered and to polish my writing by correcting any slight mistakes. It’s like having a project manager and an editor rolled into one.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

If I had to provide feedback for improvement, I think the invitation process for new users could be more versatile. It feels a little rigid compared to how flexible and customizable the rest of the platform is. However, besides that, I really like all the features provided.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the problem of "app fatigue." Instead of jumping between a dedicated chat app, a doc editor, and a task manager, I have everything in one place. This keeps my team on the same page and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

 ### 30. ClickUp Makes Scheduling and Monthly Planning Effortless

**Reviewed by:** Simon M. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It makes scheduling so easy. I have been using clickup to set calendar for the organization I'm working with (Purpose Discovery) and it has been easy to review each month before I start. I know what will happen when and who is responsible. That's one of many things I like in clickup.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think I totally like ClickUp maybe I encountered a challenge when I started using it. I didn't make a full use of all tools at once, it was kind of tricky to familiarize myself with it in a short time.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending reminders. It helps me to send reminders to people that I have assigned tasks even if I forget about it.

 ### 31. Feature-Rich and Easy to Use, Perfect for Projects

I had a great experience using ClickUp for a client project. It's very easy to use, and I love that there are so many features available in the free version. It manages tasks really well, which allowed me to deliver a client project end to end without worrying about teams and budgeting for a task management tool. The initial setup was very easy, even for a client who wasn't very tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing as of yet. I love what ClickUp brings to the table!

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is easy to use with many features in the free version. It helps manage tasks effectively and allowed me to complete a client project end to end without worrying about team management or high costs like with other tools.

 ### 32. Streamlined Project Management with AI and Seamless UI

I really appreciate ClickUp's ability to integrate multiple tools into one platform, which allows running different teams seamlessly and linking tasks across teams for collaboration. The UI is a big plus, offering a seamless experience that makes moving away from legacy systems easy. I also enjoy the comfort of having an AI agent that can summarize work or prepare stand-ups efficiently. The AI features are particularly valuable as they can summarize tasks indefinitely, create tasks with all the necessary documents and articles for accuracy, and allow developers to find relevant task details with documents attached by the AI agent. The initial setup was pretty quick and user-friendly, making it easier for the team to switch from Jira.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

which is connection as an mcp with the other AI models like claude code or codex

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp consolidates multiple tools into one platform, facilitating collaborative work and task linking between teams. The AI features effectively summarize tasks and attach relevant documents, enhancing project management efficiency.

The variety of views like list, board, and calendar also makes it easy to track progress and stay on top of deadlines.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how ClickUp helped me keep my SENA project deadlines and assignments organized in one place. I mainly used it to track deliverables and due dates, and that made it much easier to avoid missing submissions. The task lists and reminders were especially helpful when I was managing projects with multiple steps. I also appreciated being able to quickly see which tasks were urgent and which ones still needed progress.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I dislike about ClickUp is that the interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are many features and menus, so sometimes it takes extra time to find certain options or organize tasks the way you want. I also noticed that the platform can occasionally feel cluttered when managing multiple projects at the same time

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is helping me solve organization and time management problems. Before using it, I sometimes had deadlines, project notes, and assignments scattered across different places, which made it harder to keep track of everything. With ClickUp, I was able to organize my SENA project deliverables, set deadlines, and monitor progress more clearly. This helped me stay more organized, reduce stress before submissions, and manage multiple tasks more efficiently.

It keeps everything in one place, from to-do lists and deadlines to team collaboration and progress tracking. I like ClickUp for its flexibility and all-in-one functionality, allowing me to customize how I manage my tasks. The features I value most are the customizable views, task management systems, and automation tools. I use the list and board views the most because they make it easy to organize tasks based on my workflow. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and it pairs well with other tools like Slack to keep team discussions organized.

I've noticed that the performance can occasionally be slow, particularly when working on large projects or with many tasks.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the customization and the ability to create as needed, which adds a lot of flexibility. I love the category customization and the ability to use AI to help keep track of tasks. The initial setup was quick and easy, which was also a positive experience.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't think there are really any issues that I have had other than the initial learning curve it took to understand how to create each view.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize my projects and tasks, store necessary documents, and assign tasks efficiently. I love the customization and the AI that helps track tasks.

 ### 38. ClickUp’s Flexible, Scalable All-in-One Hub for Tasks, Docs, and Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp stands out for its flexibility, customization, and ability to centralize tasks, docs, dashboards, automations, and reporting into one platform, making it highly valuable for operational visibility and cross-functional collaboration. Its biggest advantage is that it can scale from simple task management to complex workflows and portfolio management without requiring multiple tools. However, the platform also has a steep learning curve and can become overwhelming or cluttered if not structured properly. Overall, ClickUp is best suited for teams that value customization, scalability, and process-driven work management.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One of the main downsides of ClickUp is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the large number of features and customization options available. New users may experience a learning curve, and without proper structure, workspaces can become cluttered or inconsistent over time. Some teams also notice occasional performance slowdowns in very large or heavily automated setups. Overall, while ClickUp is highly powerful, it works best when there is clear organization and thoughtful implementation.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps businesses solve several common operational and project management challenges by centralizing work, improving visibility, and creating more structured processes. It reduces issues caused by scattered information across spreadsheets, emails, chats, and multiple tools by bringing tasks, documentation, communication, dashboards, and reporting into one platform. ClickUp also helps solve problems related to unclear ownership, missed deadlines, lack of accountability, poor cross-functional collaboration, inconsistent workflows, and limited leadership visibility into team progress. Additionally, its automation, custom workflows, and reporting capabilities help businesses improve efficiency, standardize operations, reduce manual tracking, and scale processes more effectively as teams grow.

 ### 39. All-In-One Solution with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moclaren M. | Cash Migration Official, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the customization ClickUp offers. I can set up lists, custom fields, and views that actually fit how I work, not the other way around. Instead of juggling Trello for tasks, Google Docs for briefs, and Notion for notes, ClickUp lets me keep everything linked. I can turn action items in a brief directly into tasks without losing context. After getting past the learning curve, it’s hard to go back to simpler tools. ClickUp is worth it as an all-in-one workplace that replaces 3-4 other tools.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many features. Took me a bit to stop over-complicating my setup. Mobile app is functional but not as smooth as desktop. Loading times can lag if you have a really heavy workplace. The setup was not that easy. It felt very overwhelming as there are so many features.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp lets me manage content projects and client campaigns in one place by linking tasks, briefs, and notes, eliminating the need for Trello, Google Docs, and Notion. I can easily turn action items into tasks without losing context.

 ### 40. Seamless Task Management with Time Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage all of my tasks and track what I've worked on throughout the week. It's really helpful for managing my time for each task and keeps all links and progress for my projects well organized. I appreciate how ClickUp solves a lot of problems, like managing multiple applications such as Notion and Docs, by allowing me to add Google Docs links directly into events. It's very fast compared to other platforms I've used. A feature I really like is the time tracking, which allows me to track time for every task, and it's useful when I want to redo a task because I can see what I've done previously. The ability to chat and text with my peers within ClickUp if there's an issue with a task is also great. I use the time tracking daily for project tracking, and it helps with tracking project payouts, since my boss tracks time using that feature too. ClickUp also works very well with Google Docs and Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes when I paste a link into any of the description or body section of a task, it gets hidden. It just collapses into a smaller version. I would like, if there's a video link I've pasted, to have an option of autoplay, which would be a game changer for me.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage my tasks and time efficiently, keeping everything in one place, including links. It's faster than other platforms and helps streamline juggling applications like Notion and Docs.

 ### 41. Intuitive, Well-Organized Task Sharing That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toco L. | Brand & Production Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like how it’s organized, how easy it is to share tasks with colleagues, and how much time I save by having everything I need in one place. On top of that, it’s very intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I’m still trying to figure out whether it actually exists, but the only thing that comes to mind is the price. It could be better, especially here in Brazil.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing the design team’s tasks alongside the strategists is always complex, and it takes real attention to detail and clear communication. Being able to manage all of that in a single app like Clickup is fantastic, mainly because we don’t waste time juggling multiple processes—everything is right there in one place.

 ### 42. A Solid Hub for Managing Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake H. | Marketing Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

My marketing team used ClickUp for about a year at Ascent. It did a really good job of helping our team manage all our content marketing projects, with all it's moving parts. It made it really simple to check who was doing which part of a project (scheduling, scripts, filming, editing, publishing, etc.) It kept everything together so we could have have multiple projects going on at once without dropping the ball anywhere.

Overall, it just helps cut down on the chaos a bit and keeps things moving without overcomplicating it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing deal-breaking, but there are times when ClickUp can feel a little clunky—especially managing a lot of content projects and campaigns for our mental health company.

There are so many customization options that sometimes simple things take more clicks than they probly should. And when a workspace gets really built out with blogs, approvals, social content, landing pages, etc., it can feel a little overwhelming at first.

We’ve also noticed if everyone on the team organizes things differently, it can get kinda hard to track down content or find the latest version of something.

Overall though, most of that comes from it being super robust rather than actually frustrating day to day.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp mostly solves our problem of content and projects being scattered everywhere. Instead of blog drafts in Google Docs, campaign updates in Slack, approvals in email, and tasks somewhere else, it pulls everything into one spot.

For our content marketing team, that means less time chasing down assets or asking who’s working on what. It’s way easier to keep track of blogs, social posts, landing pages, and deadlines without things slipping through the cracks.

It also makes team coordination smoother. People can usually see project updates on their own instead of needing constant check-ins or a million back-and-forth messages.

 ### 43. Organizes Ideas and Team Tasks Beautifully

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustina S. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It helps organize my ideas and my team’s tasks

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

“Something that could be improved is the mobile app — it doesn’t have AI features yet. Also, as projects grow, finding things inside folders can sometimes feel a bit tedious

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is helping solve many of our organization and project management challenges. It lets me track tasks, deadlines, creator outreach, and team workflows in one place, rather than having everything scattered across different apps or spreadsheets.

It’s been especially beneficial by making collaboration much easier, improving project visibility, and helping the team stay aligned and accountable. It also saves me time because I can prioritize tasks, automate parts of the workflow, and quickly see what needs attention.

 ### 44. Visually Modern with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Consultant - Independent Contracts (Commercial Janitorial Services), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think ClickUp is a really cool platform. The interface is clean, modern, and colorful. Visually, it feels more like walking into a nicely designed Apple store than walking into accounting software from 1997. I appreciate that it's energetic and modern rather than intimidating. It also looks promising for unifying personal and professional management, allowing me to create personal spaces that can be private and also manage company areas all under one umbrella.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I found that there's definitely a learning curve, and part of that learning curve comes from the vocabulary. And ClickUp words don't always mean what normal humans think they mean in business traditionally. So there were moments that I've kinda felt like learning was a new language. When you're in business, you're wanting to move quickly and get things up and going. I also wish the initial setup had been easier. It would really help to have had a simple introductory video specifically focused on vocabulary and structure, and maybe some industry-specific examples. I think Clickup would benefit from providing more of an industry specific onboarding ramp.....as in a marketing ramp....commercial cleaning/services ramp....financial services ramp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps with organization and planning, and I see it as a way to unify personal and professional worlds under one umbrella.

 ### 45. ClickUp Delivers on the All-in-One Promise with Flexible, Customizable Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is that it actually lives up to the "all-in-one" hype by letting me ditch a bunch of other apps and keep my tasks, docs, and team chats in one place. I’m a big fan of the flexibility—I can organize everything into a clear hierarchy of Spaces and Folders, then flip between a List, a Board, or a Gantt chart depending on how I need to see my work that day. The AI tools are also a huge plus for me because they handle the tedious stuff, like summarizing long threads or automating status updates. Even though it took me a little while to learn my way around all the features, the sheer amount of customization makes it worth it because I can build a workflow that actually fits the way I think.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main thing I dislike about ClickUp is that it can feel like overkill for simple tasks. While the platform is powerful, it often feels cluttered with too many features and settings when I'm just trying to handle quick administrative work or basic tracking.

The steep learning curve makes it hard to move fast, and if the notification settings aren't perfectly tuned, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by constant alerts. Essentially, the software can sometimes make straightforward tasks feel more complicated than they need to be.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the problem of app sprawl by consolidating tasks, documents, and communication into a single platform. Instead of jumping between multiple tools, you benefit from having all your information in one place, which keeps your workflow organized and reduces the risk of losing important details.

By using its automation and AI tools, the software handles repetitive busy work, allowing you to focus on high-priority tasks rather than manual updates. Ultimately, it provides clarity and efficiency, ensuring that deadlines are met and everyone stays on the same page without the chaos of fragmented information.

 ### 46. Customizable Project Management Solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is really customizable. I often have a vision of what would be helpful, and being able to create new areas and new lists and nest things in a way that isn't available out of the box has been really helpful. The ability to create separate folders for different programs, events, and courses, with dedicated lists and linked documents and tasks set up in different ways, is very helpful. ClickUp is really useful for collaborating and tracking individual tasks, especially for a remote team like ours. Using dependencies to keep tasks clear is something we rely on a lot. The ability to break things down into lists and folders has been incredibly helpful for task management.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I do feel like it's a little bit glitchy. Oftentimes, it'll get hung up in the browser or take a while to load. Or if I'm doing a lot of data entry and tasks in a row, it tends to freeze up or overload my browser memory. It wasn't easy to set up. There was a lot to do to make it really customized for our needs. Without a dedicated person, though, I think that would be really difficult to set up again.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage remote task collaboration and tracking, simplify task management with lists and folders, making operations smooth for our team.

 ### 47. Versatile but Complex for Diverse Teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that different teams can use ClickUp in different ways and that it is manageable by each one. I use it to manage the development team's backlog and some other administrative tasks within the company.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

On one hand, the fact that ClickUp is so versatile and allows for many things sometimes causes confusion among different teams that use it in different ways. On the other hand, there is an opportunity for improvement in the Custom Fields, as they often overlap between different teams, end up duplicated, or are not used. Also, the setup process was a bit difficult for people not accustomed to management systems, and in the type of plan we have, there were no story points for the sprints. Additionally, tasks lost their original place when dragged from one side to another, which caused conflict.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage the development team's backlog and administrative tasks, which helps different teams use it in different and manageable ways.

 ### 48. Great unified hub for our company use, clean UI, mostly great features, but slow loading times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

For me, the main differentiator is the main calendar view; being able to have a bird's eye view over absolutely everything (internal work, client projects, deadlines, people's time off, etc.) is amazing.
The UI is clean and not too distracting when you need to stay focused on busy days.
Pricing is OK for small teams, though a lot of features have been moved to higher-priced tiers in recent years.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The loading times are frustratingly slow. It doesn't matter if you're trying to load a busy calendar view that includes hundreds of tasks for the current month, or if you're simply loading 1 task; the waiting times are awful. I know people have been complaining about it for ages, and it should be top of ClickUp's list, but instead, we got more AI stuff.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is our company's hub for almost everything. Looking for SOPs? ClickUp. Need to check on a project's deadline? ClickUp. Need to record video reviews on a specific task, with screen recording, tag the team members, and have a separate conversation in the comment regarding your feedback? ClickUp.

 ### 49. Simplifies Project Management with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanne R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp enables me to keep all my projects in one team space, which makes it simple. It's particularly useful to not only create a team space that's relevant to different staff members and colleagues, but also to set tasks, manage them, follow up on progress, and mark things as either to do or complete. The initial setup was very easy because it is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I can't say that there is anything that doesn't particularly work well. But one thing, I still need to work with and to learn how it works is making use and setting up of templates, such as a project plan. I have to use that more in order to learn how to use it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp enables me to keep all my projects in one team space, making it really simple. It lets me set tasks, manage them, follow-up on progress, and mark things as to do or complete.

 ### 50. Finally, a system my brain actually trusts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Honestly, what I love most about ClickUp is how it just gets out of my way and lets me run my life the way I want to. Like, I can have my whole week laid out in a list view, then flip to a calendar and suddenly everything makes visual sense same tasks, totally different perspective. That flexibility is kind of addictive.

And the customization! I've set up my personal space exactly how my brain works priorities, due dates, little color tags and now opening it in the morning feels less like a chore and more like having a game plan. It actually makes me want to stay on top of things, which honestly says a lot.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve at the start is a lot. When I first signed up, I spent way too long just figuring out the difference between Spaces, Folders, and Lists. Like, I just wanted to track my tasks, not get a degree in ClickUp architecture. It took me a good week or two before things clicked (no pun intended).

The mobile app is also a bit of a letdown compared to the desktop experience. Sometimes I just want to quickly check something off on my phone and instead I'm waiting for it to load or tapping through three screens to get to what I need. For personal task management, I'm often on the go, so that friction adds up.

And honestly? The notifications can get overwhelming fast. If you don't spend time upfront tweaking your notification settings, your inbox turns into chaos pretty quickly. It's fixable, but it shouldn't feel like work just to manage your alerts.

None of these are dealbreakers for me, I still use it every day but they're definitely things I wish were smoother out of the box.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUp, my "system" was basically a mix of sticky notes, a notes app, and a running list in my head which, spoiler alert, does not work. Things were constantly slipping through the cracks and I'd remember a task at 11pm that was supposed to be done that morning. It was stressful in this low-key, constant way.

ClickUp basically became the one place where everything lives. I dump every task, errand, idea, or deadline in there and I actually trust it now which is the big thing. When something's in ClickUp, I know it won't disappear. That peace of mind alone has been huge for me.

The recurring tasks feature has been a quiet game-changer too. Things like "pay bills," "weekly reset," or "call mom" I set them once and they just show up when they're supposed to. I'm not manually re-adding them or relying on memory anymore. It sounds small but it's saved me from dropping so many balls.

And because everything's organized by priority and due date, my mornings are genuinely calmer. I wake up, open ClickUp, and I already know what the day looks like. No more decision fatigue about what to tackle first. It's basically given me a productivity system that actually sticks and I've tried a lot of them.
