**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I appreciate most about ClickUp is its flexibility: I can manage projects, tasks, and documents in one place, customizing the views (list, board, calendar) according to how I work. The automations save me a lot of time on repetitive tasks, and the integration with other tools I use is convenient. Overall, my experience is positive.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only aspect that has given me some headaches concerns occasional technical problems: in particular, the data refresh is not always immediate, so sometimes I have to reload the page to see the most recent updates. Nothing blocking, but a more responsive data loading would improve the daily user experience.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me especially in team management and monitoring ongoing work. Before, we struggled to have a clear view of who was doing what and the status of each activity: information was scattered among chats, emails, and spreadsheets. With ClickUp, I centralized everything in one place, assigning tasks to the right people with well-defined deadlines and priorities. The dashboards and different views (list, board, calendar) allow me to track the progress of work in real-time and intervene immediately when something risks falling behind. The result is a better distribution of the workload within the team, fewer alignment meetings, and greater punctuality in deliveries.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is that it gives me one central place to manage projects, tasks, team communication, workload, and follow-ups. As a Project Manager, I handle different types of work, including PMO/admin tasks, support ticket cleanups, client list updates, project coordination, recurring tasks, and workload tracking. ClickUp helps me stay organized and makes it easier to see what needs to be done, who is responsible, what is overdue, and what should be prioritized.

The UI and UX are very helpful because tasks are easy to organize by list, status, assignee, due date, and priority. I like that I can quickly move through tasks, update statuses, add comments, attach files, and check progress without needing to jump between too many tools. The different views also help because I can look at work from different angles, depending on whether I need to focus on deadlines, workload, or project progress.

The integrations are also valuable because ClickUp works well as part of our overall workflow. It helps connect project management with communication, documentation, files, and team updates. This reduces the need to search through separate emails, chats, or documents just to understand the status of a task.

In terms of performance, ClickUp helps our team move faster because all the important project details are kept inside the task. Comments, assignees, due dates, files, descriptions, and updates are all connected to the actual work. This helps reduce confusion and makes follow-ups more efficient.

For pricing and ROI, ClickUp provides a lot of value because it replaces the need for several separate systems. Instead of using different tools for task tracking, workload management, documentation, and project updates, we can manage most of those needs in one platform. This saves time and helps improve accountability across the team.

For support and onboarding, I like that ClickUp is flexible enough for both simple task tracking and more detailed project workflows. New team members can start by learning the basics, like tasks, statuses, comments, and due dates, then gradually learn more advanced features as needed.

I also appreciate the AI and intelligence features because they can help summarize information, organize task details, and make project updates easier to manage. This is helpful when there are many tasks, comments, and moving parts across the team.

Overall, what I like best about ClickUp is that it helps me manage work more clearly and efficiently. It gives our team better visibility, improves accountability, keeps communication connected to the task, and helps me stay on top of priorities every day.

What I dislike about ClickUp is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming because there are so many features, settings, and customization options. While this flexibility is one of ClickUp’s strengths, it can also make the UI feel busy, especially for new users or team members who only need to focus on simple task updates. It would be helpful if there were more simplified views or role-based layouts so each person only sees the most important tools for their workflow.

For UI and UX, some areas can feel a little crowded, especially when tasks have many custom fields, comments, subtasks, attachments, and activity updates. It can take extra time to find the exact information needed. Better visual organization or easier filtering inside a task would make the experience smoother.

For integrations, ClickUp works well with many tools, but some integrations may still require extra setup or manual checking to make sure everything syncs correctly. It would be helpful if integration setup and troubleshooting were more guided, especially for teams that rely on email, documents, chat, calendars, and reporting tools.

For performance, ClickUp can sometimes feel slow when working with large workspaces, many tasks, dashboards, or detailed views. This can affect productivity because project managers need to move quickly between tasks, lists, and reports. Faster loading times and more consistent performance would make a big difference.

For pricing and ROI, ClickUp provides strong value because it can replace several separate tools, but the number of plans and feature differences can be a little confusing. It would be helpful to have clearer explanations of which features are included in each plan and what growing teams will need as they scale.

For support and onboarding, ClickUp has many resources available, but because the platform is very customizable, onboarding can still take time. New users may need more step-by-step guidance based on their role, such as project manager, designer, developer, admin, or client-facing team member. More practical workflow templates and simpler onboarding paths would be helpful.

For AI and intelligence features, I appreciate the direction ClickUp is going, but I think there is still room to improve the accuracy. Sometimes the AI summaries or suggestions are not fully accurate, especially when there are long task threads, multiple updates, or a lot of context involved. It would be helpful if the AI could better understand task history, summarize comments more reliably, identify blockers more clearly, and suggest priorities based on the actual task activity.

Overall, my main dislike is not that ClickUp lacks features, but that it can sometimes feel too complex or heavy for everyday use. With better simplification, faster performance, clearer onboarding, and stronger AI support, ClickUp would be even more valuable for teams managing many projects and moving parts.

Before using ClickUp, one of the main challenges was keeping project details, task updates, team communication, files, and follow-ups organized in one place. When updates are spread across emails, chats, documents, and separate tracking sheets, it becomes harder to know what the latest status is, who owns the next step, and which items need urgent attention.

ClickUp solves this by giving our team a central workspace for project management. We can create tasks and subtasks, assign owners, set due dates, add statuses, leave comments, attach files, and track progress in one place. This has helped reduce confusion and makes it easier for me to manage multiple projects and moving parts as a Project Manager.

We struggled with tracking priorities across different team members, but now we can review tasks by assignee, due date, status, and workload. This has resulted in better visibility and accountability because each person can see what they are responsible for, and I can follow up more efficiently when something is overdue or blocked.

The UI and UX help because the different views make it easier to look at work in the way that fits the situation. For example, I can review tasks by list, status, due date, or workload depending on what I need to check. **What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I'm a to-do list person, so ClickUp is amazing at being my to-do list without having to rewrite recurring tasks. This is especially helpful for tasks that occur less frequently. As soon as I finish a task, I can make any adjustments needed and know that those changes will be there when I return to the task next time. 

Also, I love being able to customize fields and templates making it easy for my team to operate within the same framework. Overall, ClickUp is easy to use and you can adjust it to fit your team's needs.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't like that I am unable to share tasks across ClickUp workspaces. I am in a client's ClickUp workspace, but I am unable to share a task from their workspace to our team's workspace. So if there is a task that I need someone from our team to accomplish and they are not in the client's workspace, I have to remake/duplicate the task in our workspace.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is solving workflows and helping us create standards for implementing tasks, saving time and making us more efficient. I am able to view the overall status of my team's tasks as well as the statuses of their individual tasks.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Previously, I have worked with project management tools like Trello or Jira, and tracking tools like Slack, but I have always felt that they have limitations in what can be done within them. With ClickUp, this doesn't happen; it has many integrations with useful tools and the most used ones in my business environment like Drive and Gmail, all through the same user interface which makes it easier to use. The performance is very good, it allows managing different projects simultaneously and different spaces without losing efficiency. The AI agent tools it integrates are opening the door to new possibilities within the company and allow us to migrate administrative processes to execute them in ClickUp in a much more centralized way. As for the price, it seems quite reasonable for the benefits, and what we liked the most is the support from the account manager, who always has a great attitude to resolve our doubts.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are important areas for improvement in the use of AI agents, having a clear visualization of credit consumption would be very valuable to be able to experiment and refine agents.

ClickUp helps me keep information organized within the same environment, maintains the tracking of my multiple projects in an orderly manner, and allows me to collaborate with my different teams efficiently.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like the variety of integrations it offers with my other tools and software. I also appreciate the Agents capabilities, which add a lot of value to how I use it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There needs to be better onboarding. ClickUp does so much that, as a brand-new user, it can feel overwhelming, and it’s not always clear where to start. That was especially true for me as a one-person operation. ClickUp seems geared more toward larger teams, but there’s still real value in it for small businesses like mine.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me stay organized and on track. My app is mostly vibe-coded, which let me move very quickly at the beginning. Now that I have hundreds of users, the focus has shifted to making sure everything runs smoothly and that there’s a clear plan.

As a career product manager, I understand the importance of planning ahead, getting frequent customer input, updating plans as I learn more, and delivering software that solves real problems for the end user. Vibe coding and formal product management don’t always mesh, but I use ClickUp to bridge that gap so I can deliver the right enhancements at the right time.

I like the improved UI and navigation, which make the platform easy to use. Task creation, assignment, and tracking are quick and straightforward. The dashboards and reporting features provide good visibility into project progress, and it's easy to monitor task status and team workloads in one place. And the new

Overall, I am very satisfied with ClickUp and have not encountered any major issues so far. One area that could be improved is performance, as some pages and dashboards can occasionally feel slow when working with large projects or a high volume of tasks. Additionally, further enhancements to ClickUp Brain's accuracy and contextual understanding would make it even more valuable for day-to-day work.

Other than these minor improvements, the platform works very well and meets our project management needs effectively.

Plan, track, and manage any type of work in my projects. Easy integrations with github commits and what not. Easy track of changes, tasks statuses and pending works

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp over the years updated added nifty features but most of it was tied to costly add-ons and didn't truly increase the overall value of the product. With the introduction of AI and Agents into the platform the experience for our team began to grow frustrating as the platform would have sync issues, would be extremely slow, and the biggest pain point was our automations breaking and/or just not functioning properly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are many frustrating quirks, the worst one being the shared view, when I am searching for something on a board, that shouldn't force everyone else to only see my view. Everyone should have their own views of boards they have access to by default. Also more intuitive templates, or AI designed to address ways boards could be more effective and actually help building. 

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management, communication and organization were huge hurdles for our leadership team, but with ClickUp the ease of use, (after watching a lot of CU videos on Youtube) made us realize that it's an all-in-one stop for all things management and communication and truly saves time.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The AI Notetaker is a game-changer for my meetings. I used to take handwritten notes, and this allows me to focus more on the meeting. I also like some of the updates tot he planner like the timesheets.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It's still a LOT to learn, but I think everyone usually finds the things that they truly need, and then they become routine.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It houses all of my SOPs. I honestly never had standard operating procedures, it was all in my head. That was fine when I was a solopreneur, but once I added an assistant, I realized I need to document things, not only for him, but if I ever needed to replace him. Now, it saves me time with more complex projects because I don't have to remember how I did it before, I just look back at my ClickUp SOP and it's all right there. I feel like I have more of an official business now. It also makes me feel better knowing if my current assistant ever leaves, I can have someone new take over much faster and with less of my one-on-one attention.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

More recently, they’ve rolled out a few AI features that have been genuinely useful for the team.

We’ve been using them a lot to speed things up across the board. Creating tasks, updating tasks, taking notes, and even small things like the calendar integration that surfaces upcoming events. It saves a surprising amount of time and helps make sure everyone is turning up to meetings on time.

It’s also relatively cost-effective for everything it offers. Honestly, our business wouldn’t be the same without ClickUp. We’d still be able to operate, but we’d be running far less efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One area ClickUp could really improve is offering more support around simplifying the platform for users.

It’s very easy to overcomplicate ClickUp, but in our experience it works best when you keep things as simple as possible. More resources and guidance on how to set up ClickUp in the most efficient way would make a big difference.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Flexibility is what stands out most to me. I can shape ClickUp to fit how my team actually works, rather than forcing our process into a rigid template. Features like custom statuses, custom fields, and multiple views (list, board, calendar) make it easy to adapt to very different kinds of work.
Just as valuable is having everything in one place. Tasks, projects, and documentation all live in the same platform, so I’m not constantly jumping between a task manager, a separate docs tool, and a collaboration app. For day-to-day project management and keeping the team aligned, that kind of consolidation saves real time.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There’s a real learning curve. The same flexibility that makes ClickUp powerful can also feel overwhelming at first: setting up a workspace properly takes time, and new team members usually need some onboarding before they’re comfortable. Another weak spot is the mobile app. It works, but it feels noticeably less capable and less smooth than the web version, so I try not to do much beyond quick checks or small updates on my phone.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp gives my team a single source of truth for tasks, project tracking, and documentation. Rather than scattering work across multiple tools, we can manage assignments, track progress, and keep our docs together in one workspace. This improves visibility into who’s doing what, cuts down the friction of constantly switching between apps, and keeps our knowledge and day-to-day work side by side. Overall, it makes collaboration feel noticeably more organized and easier to stay aligned.
