## ClickUp Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Project Management with Some Integration Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp for its chat feature, which is probably my favorite part. The setup for various teams is really helpful, and I appreciate that I can ask the brain function if I forget where something is located, which helps me quickly find what I've discussed. I also love that I can assign tasks directly in a chat, and that I can either hit save for later or assign it immediately to myself or another team member. The super agents that automatically create tasks and assign them to the proper team are a great feature, making it easy to manage client-facing tasks. Overall, it's really easy to use, streamlining the workflow where if one thing is completed, it goes to the next step, which is something I really like.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I had some issues with the integration of my Gmail with ClickUp. The connection would occasionally disconnect automatically, sometimes every day, which was a bit annoying. I didn't always have time to go back and fix it, and it took me a while to remember where to find the connectivity settings, especially since I was new to the app. We also faced some initial speed issues when we first started using ClickUp, but that was 6 months ago and has since improved.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ClickUp helps us stay organized, improve team communication across projects, and communicate directly with clients. It streamlines tasks with due dates, priorities, and offers video recordings in chat, simplifying everything in one place.

 ### 2. Powerful Tool for Business Organization Despite Minor Chat Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2022

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the possibilities that ClickUp provides. It's amazing with everything that it can do. We use it exclusively for our business chat, instead of Discord, which is a big deal for us. It's super helpful for tracking tasks and even does a bit of time tracking. A lot of the ideas I've had for ClickUp have been put into use as time has progressed, which is really satisfying.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think the chat feature copuld definitely use a little refinement to make the workspace less cluttered. Right now, mixing chats, tasks, and projects all in the left sidebar gets a bit confusing, so it would make a lot more sense to align the chat to the right side of the screen and give it its own sepearate notification system. Beyond the UI, I also feel like we are missing a massive opportunity by not having a dedicated contacts list that could be linked to projects. It would be incredibly helpful to also be able to log interactions with clients here. Taking it a step further, intigrating phone calls and SMS directly into the platform would be a game changer, especially if it could automatically transcribe those calls and log the text mesages right into the contacts history for additional context.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us stay organized, keeping all business and project context in one location. We use it for chat, screen recording for clients, task tracking, and time tracking, which is super helpful.

 ### 3. ClickUp Keeps Our Team Organized, Accountable, and On Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

My favorite thing about clickup is how it holds me accountable on my daily, weekly, and monthly work tasks. It allows myself and my team to have a place to organize the needs for a project while being able to communicate about it all in one place. ClickUp is great at keeping me organized and on task.

I also appreciate the webinars the ClickUp team sends out to keep me aware of current and upcoming features I can take advantage of for my team. It helps to know what is available to make my work life easier.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I'd love a feature that would remind the task owner to close a task once it is complete. One thing my current team is bad at is closing completed tasks and multiple people continue to receive messages about an overdue task even if it was completed.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Clickup our team would struggle with following deadlines and understanding priority of projects. With Clickup we're able to streamline this process and make workflow much more efficient and projects stay on track.

 ### 4. ClickUp Keeps Our Team Super Organized with a Clear Calendar View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that it keeps myself and my entire team super organized. I can get super granular in projects or see the full picture. The calendar view especially helps me easily see my week at a glance which is huge for project management and keeping on top of deadlines. My entire team has created different views based on the way we work best: for example I use the calendar view but my peers use the list view of the today & overdo view. We are not pidgeonholed into one way of working and are supported by a super customizable experience.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I would say there was a little bit of an organizational learning curve as my team switched over. This was our 3rd platform and we used them all slightly differently. But that was an internal learning curve. I think ClickUp has been great. But I have not had any issues with integrations, performance, reliability, etc. ClickUp has been great.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am finally able to see individual tasks and how they funnel up to the larger scale projects. It has been huge to have multiple assignees on tasks and projects, and working cross functionally has never been easier. No other platform has been able to let my team simply do this. We can easily keep everything in one place and work towards bigger projects as a unit, not as segmented teams. Other departments can easily request things of us without messing with our workflow, and all of our documents are extremely organized.

 ### 5. Simple Easy and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2022

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Simple interface it is quick and easy to find tasks and create new ones. The more I learn the easier it becomes to use, they seem to have thought of everything. As a small team of one I don't need the communication aspects so much, but the basic structure for projects management is brilliant!

I use it all day every day and find it simple and easy to use, makes my workflow and understanding much simple and intergrates into my day seamlessly. Simple and easy installation - since upgrading to 4.0 - much easier to use and support is excellent!

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Only slight irritation is "required" stuff that I don't need or use but have to be on the home list apparently. All Tasks also not working at all - wanted to remove it and can't

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep track of all the projects I am working on simply and efficiently. Also archives tasks so I can refer back if I need to. simple to change due dates if they change too

**Official Response from Shanee Shepardson:**

> Hey, there!

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such an amazing review!

We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying a productivity boost with ClickUp!

Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all!

 ### 6. ClickUp: Strong Support Driving Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia d. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been a very useful tool for managing projects and daily tasks in a structured and efficient way. It allows us to organize work into tasks, and subtasks, which makes it easier to track progress and responsibilities across the team. One of its main strengths is flexibility. You can customize statuses, and views (such as list, board, or calendar), adapting the platform to different types of projects depending your type of business. It also helps centralize communication, reducing the need for multiple tools.
Another highlight is their excellent support team. They are responsive, helpful, and efficient when resolving issues or answering questions, which adds a lot of value to the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

At the moment, I’m still waiting for the resolution of an issue related to BrainMax, as well as the completion of the full integration with Outlook. These aspects would significantly improve the overall workflow and user experience.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the incidence with Brain Max, working in the complete integration with outlook and I've suggested the need of customize the tasks, being able to show only the fields that are necessary for us, and in the sub tasks I would need to have my own layout with only 3 columns. All these have been already reported.

 ### 7. Flexible Tool, But Requires Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maílson S. | Proprietário, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the various features that ClickUp has, such as customization. It is possible to customize task views, which greatly helps organize the workflow. I can create custom fields with data, and it also has automations, integrations, and webhooks. We can handle data easily.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Well, one of the aspects is related to automations. For example, I have a task that has a custom field, and when I create an automation, for instance when this task is completed and another task is created, I can't import the value of that custom field into the custom field of another task. It wasn't very easy, actually, at first. It has many functions and we seem to get a bit lost. Even today, there are some functions that I don't use, like task dependency, which I don't exactly know how it works.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage my work and personal tasks. It helps organize the workflow with customization of task views, automations, and integrations.

 ### 8. Simplify Project Management With Excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I primarily use ClickUp to organize and track development tasks. It helps me a lot to have a clear view of what needs to be done, what is in progress, and what has already been completed. I frequently use task statuses, due dates, subtasks, and checklists, mainly to break down larger demands into smaller steps and ensure no detail is overlooked. I like the ease of use; the simple step of moving a card with the mouse from one status to another makes things much easier. The comprehensive view of all my work, what has or hasn't been completed, and the deadlines to meet the remaining tasks is a very positive point. I found the initial setup of ClickUp much easier and more complete than the previous platform we used.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing to complain about at the moment, for my needs and usability, ClickUp serves well.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me organize and track development tasks, providing a clear view of what needs to be done. I can break down large projects into subtasks and use checklists to ensure all details are fulfilled.

 ### 9. Feature-Rich with Excellent AI, But Steeper Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nic K. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really appreciate ClickUp's AI integration; it's probably the most advanced compared to other tools like Monday.com and Asana. I can connect multiple AI services and typically use it to generate project plans. It offers insights on what's going well and what's not, and allows me to build mini applications inside ClickUp. It's overall pretty stable and super flexible. Additionally, it incorporates a lot of functionality from other productivity apps e.g. online whiteboards, and provides a lot more functionality at the same price compared to competitors.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is a little bit higher than some of the other project management tools because there is so much in there. It can seem a little bit complicated sometimes.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is stable and flexible, integrating multiple AI services. It helps generate project plans, provides insights, and builds mini applications. Its advanced AI surpasses Monday and Asana. However, the learning curve is steeper due to its extensive features.

 ### 10. ClickUp Streamlined Our Contract Management and Task Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I have been using ClickUp for about two months in my role as a paralegal, and overall, it’s made a noticeable difference in how I manage my workload and of contract management. One of the biggest benefits has been contract management, it is easy for things to slip through the cracks when only using email, but ClickUp helps keep everything visible. I can quickly see what is due, what’s coming up, and what is overdue without needing to search multiple email chains. When preparing a new contract, my Legal Department can create a task and break it into steps like drafting, reviewing, and execution. It helps me stay organized and reduces the chance of missing something small but important. Instead of long email chains, we now use task comments to communicate. Attorneys can leave feedback directly on a task, and I can respond or ask follow-up questions in the same place. It makes everything more streamlined and easier to reference later. It is much easier to keep track of what is assigned to me versus what’s assigned to others. I do not have to guess or search through emails—I can just check my assigned tasks list and know exactly what I need to focus on. In the beginning, ClickUp felt overwhelming. There are a lot of features, and it was not immediately clear which ones we actually needed. It took some trial and error before I felt comfortable navigating it in about two weeks. After two months, ClickUp has become a helpful tool for managing my daily workload as a paralegal. It has made task tracking, communication, and contract management much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

In the beginning, ClickUp felt overwhelming. There are a lot of features, and it wasn’t immediately clear which ones we actually needed. It took some trial and error before I felt comfortable navigating it. For example, there are a lot of view options and my Legal Department keeps creating customized lists for everyone to view, this is distracting because I just want my list to view what I am working on and a general list with the entire Department's tasks.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not rely in Outlook anymore to find the status of a contract. In the past we had to search emails to find out status, an executed document, a missing task, etc. Also, when someone is out of the office, we can look in ClickUp and see what is pending, without having to wait until the person returns.

 ### 11. ClickUp: The Ideal Organization Tool for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco B. | Project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings together in a single platform many of the tools we need to manage our daily work. It allows us to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, set priorities, and track the progress of projects. I love the flexibility and customization it offers, as we can adapt spaces, statuses, and workflows to our internal processes. The visibility over the team's work is excellent; it's very easy to identify which tasks are pending, in progress, or completed, which helps avoid confusion and improves internal communication. The different views available, such as lists, boards, and calendars, are very useful for adapting project management according to each person's preferences. I also appreciate that the platform continues to incorporate new features and improvements constantly, demonstrating a continuous effort to enhance the user experience. Overall, ClickUp stands out for combining organization, flexibility, and visibility in a single tool, which significantly facilitates the management of daily work.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Although my overall experience with ClickUp has been very positive, I believe there are some aspects that could be improved: One of them is the initial learning curve. Due to the large number of features, customization options, and tools available, new users may feel a bit overwhelmed when starting to use the platform, as it takes time to understand all its capabilities and properly set up the workspaces. Some features or settings may be less intuitive than expected, especially when working with automations, which personally caused me some trouble. This may require consulting manuals or how-to videos.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralizes project organization, assigns responsibilities, sets priorities, and facilitates tracking of progress and time. It improves visibility on tasks and fosters collaboration, increasing efficiency by providing clarity on the status of each task.

 ### 12. Highly Customizable with Great Templates—Just a Bit Overwhelming at First

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that it’s highly customizable, has Brain AI, and integrates with a wide variety of apps. The templates are great, and the university resources are awesome too.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Getting started has felt a bit overwhelming for me so far. I don’t have much time in my day to really dive in and learn all the ins and outs, tips, and tricks, so I haven’t been able to get the most out of it yet.

I also wish there were a better web extension available for both Chrome and Edge.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hasn’t solved any problems for me yet. Still, I think that using this tool will help me manage my tasks, projects, and schedule more effectively.

 ### 13. Easy Setup, Comprehensive Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think ClickUp is easy to use and it can access a lot of different tools that sync across applications I use daily. This makes it very easy for me to see dashboards at a glance based on the data contained throughout my projects. The dashboard is especially helpful, allowing me to manage who has workloads on different projects and see where we have availabilities. It even helps find windows where we can fit in other work. Additionally, the AI tools that summarize everything make keeping the whole team up to date really quickly and easily. ClickUp was also very easy to set up, and it's one of those things where over time you can dive deeper and make things a lot better for you. Right out of the box, you can get started really easily.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes there's too much that we can customize and that can lead to people going down rabbit holes trying to optimize things to a point where a simpler tool might just give us what we need immediately.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me manage project timelines and detailed items in construction. It's easy to use, syncs with daily tools, and shows dashboards for workload management, making it simpler to fit in other work and keep the team updated quickly.

 ### 14. Flexibility and Centralization for Project and Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos N. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that ClickUp is ultra-flexible for structuring and managing workflows in almost any scenario I can think of. The ability to grant guest access and integrate comments from external users via email is really useful for centralizing all communication and task management in one place. I also like having everything related to my work and that of my colleagues in one site, which makes it easy to keep everything well-organized and easy to find. The integrated chat and call functions within the tool, as well as the ability to send comments as emails, are features I highly value. Saving time is another great benefit, as I avoid switching environments to look for emails or write messages, integrating all the information where I manage tasks and projects. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy thanks to the numerous templates available that I can adapt to my needs. It has become our day-to-day work tool. On the other hand, we have had to contact customer support to resolve some doubts, and the response has been quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The tool has so many possibilities that I'm sure I'm not making optimal use of its capabilities because you don't think of doing things in other ways. It is largely resolved with all the available training content, but you need to have patience to get through the learning curve. This is more a limitation of mine than of ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize work in one place. It integrates chat, calls, and email comments, saving time. It centralizes communication and task management, allowing guest access and flexible structure for any scenario.

 ### 15. Powerful Research Tool with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdelbaset Mohamed Abdelbaset Ahmed Osman Elhefnawy . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to help me with my capstone project and find it solves many problems for me. The super agent feature is particularly valuable as it does research from trusted websites and provides links to these sites, which is important for proper citation. This capability has given me fantastic ideas for my prototype's design and helped with writing the portfolio and scientific poster. Furthermore, I find ClickUp so valuable that I'm planning to subscribe to premium plans for future projects.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The thing that made ClickUp harder to use is its user interface. If it could be simpler, it would be great. Another problem is that you have limited time before the chat is deleted, which was an obstacle for me because our capstone project takes a whole semester. I had to explain my project from the beginning every time I wanted to research or take its opinion about something.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for my capstone project to help with research through its super agents, offering creative design ideas, and assistance in writing my portfolio and scientific poster.

 ### 16. All-in-One Platform Boosting Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayte R. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really love how easy it is to create a task in ClickUp. It's primarily a task management tool and everything else is like the bells and whistles that make task management easier. I can easily convert a chat thread into a task by highlighting it, allowing me to add priority, which is great for when my team members look at their task list. They already see what's been given, making it a standout feature for task management. It's so easy and effective to create tasks anywhere within the platform, so you never have to exit what you're currently doing. I like ClickUp's onboarding packages, which were super easy and helped me become a seasoned expert. My team really enjoyed it too, and each of them has become experts in their own areas. The initial setup was quite intuitive. I also appreciate how ClickUp integrates with Gmail and Google Drive, using a super agent to scrape emails daily and turn them into tasks, cutting through the noise in my inbox.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think especially with the use of super agents, I think it could be clearer how those can be integrated. I also struggle with how to share ClickUp with people external to my team. So my team has full access and their members, but sometimes we need clients or vendors to have a guest seat. And sometimes it's a little clunky and I accidentally issue them a full seat. ClickUp's really good at helping me, like, walk that backwards, but I wish it was more clear on how to invite someone as a guest and not as a full number.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp consolidates multiple tools, enabling seamless team communication and task management. It's effective for visual learners, lets me track vendor follow-ups, integrates with Gmail to manage emails as tasks, and supports our remote, agile team across time zones.

 ### 17. Streamlined Teamwork with ClickUp's Clean UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamza N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that ClickUp helps our team with organizing communication through chat channels and tags. The 'spaces' feature is fantastic for having different views and it greatly improves our task management flow. I really like the mobile app that keeps us connected, and the general UI and UX, which are clean, modern, and easy to use. I've not experienced any bugs or glitches and the performance is excellent. I appreciate that ClickUp has apps for Windows, Mac, and Linux, which is amazing. The UI/UX makes organizing our ideas more efficient and productive. ClickUp's easy onboarding with endless features and a great modern UI/UX continues to surprise me. Switching from Trello was the best decision, mainly due to ClickUp's detailed and functional task management and 'spaces' feature. The setup was really easy, taking about 1-2 weeks, and I find it to be a great software overall.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

So the syncups in ClickUp are good, but there are some issues sometimes, where it takes a little bit to get connected, there are certain delays and audio issues sometimes. I mean for quick syncs when it's a 1 on 1, the sync ups are great, but when it's time for a team meeting, the syncup gives us some minor inconveniences such as small delays, screen sharing issues, etc, so our team uses Google Meet for large meetings.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp organizes our communication and task management, enhancing efficiency. Its UI/UX is modern and easy, boosting productivity. We love features like chat channels, spaces, mind maps, and whiteboards for team collaboration. Its performance is excellent without bugs, making meetings smoother.

 ### 18. ClickUp: The Essential Hub for Cross-Team Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raizy K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp for its flexibility at scale, which lets us adapt workflows to different teams while maintaining structure, ownership, and consistency across the organization. AI and Super Agent features add real value by helping teams summarize work, surface insights, and make faster decisions, reducing manual work without losing control. ClickUp has become essential for keeping the company aligned, efficient, and accountable. It's a fantastic tool for standardizing workflows, task management, process documentation, and cross-team coordination, solving fragmentation by replacing scattered tools with one centralized system. I also appreciate their exceptional customer service, which makes setup incredibly easy, allowing us to reach out instantly whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

We like everything, no dislikes. ClickUp is to perfection and whenever we need any updated we can always request a feature, update, etc

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralizes task management, process documentation, and cross-team coordination, replacing scattered tools and emails. It prevents issues from slipping through the cracks, maintains consistency, provides visibility into tasks and ownership, and enhances flexibility, allowing workflows for different teams while keeping structure and control.

 ### 19. Transformation in Ticket Management with ClickUp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** murillo m. | Analista de sistemas Cloud, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the task management tool from ClickUp because it makes it easier to visualize priorities and organizes request histories. The new AI Super Agents tool is excellent because I was able to create an agent that summarizes the team's actions from the previous day and the current schedules, saving a lot of time and helping to focus on priorities. Additionally, ClickUp has proven to be more complete than Basecamp, especially with the task visualization and documentation tab, which previously required an external tool. The existing integrations in ClickUp also greatly facilitated our migration process, allowing us to upload all our records via API smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't really like the calendar tool for scheduling tasks. For me, there could be some extra settings, such as allowing the limitation of an employee's working hours, and not allowing scheduling for any time of the day. Additionally, I use the integration with Google Calendar and at times, even with the correct scheduling in ClickUp, for some reason the scheduling was not replicated in my Google calendar. (this happened to me a few times).

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me organize tickets and visualize priorities. With the AI Super Agents tool, I create daily summaries of the team's actions, saving time by knowing where to focus and setting priorities.

 ### 20. Easy Task Tracking with Personalized Home Views

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elsa E. | Project & Client Relationship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that it is easier to track tasks as everyone has their own "home" and can review their tasks by priority or structure them in a way that works best for each preference.

I also like as well that you can use the created templates and you can adapt them to your needs.

I love the support and that you can subscribe to a webinar to learn about the new features and ask any questions. That's a great customer support and consideration for the users.

We use the app on a daily basis and is perfect to track tasks, communication and to centralize information, is so easy to use as it is user-friendly, the implementation in my company was slow as my collegues find it difficult to learn a new application but that's the usual think on learning anything new I think it is the usual learning curve.

The integration to our standardization and onborading it is easier using Clickup as it is visual and you cna add many documents and images to the whiteboards that can work to show as a organigram and also link documents and spaces there.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

For me, it is not about ClickUp; it is about people who don't take the time to learn about the app and find it "difficult".
I think it's user-friendly, and if you don't like receiving emails/notifications, you can update your settings. I really like everything.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The miscommunication and lack of structure. This tool helps us to organize the information and structure it in a way that is easier for anyone to find and to reference in any conversation.

 ### 21. Centralized Project Management with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel A. | Senior Security & Network Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to track and manage ongoing projects across multiple teams. The Gmail and Chrome integrations are great because they make it easy to turn emails into tasks and stay organized without leaving my workflow. It provides great visibility into project progress and helps keep everyone aligned and accountable. I really like the ease of use and how it helps keep projects on track. I also appreciate having centralized options and not having to juggle with other apps, as everything is in one place. The initial setup was quite easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Simplifying some of the collaboration and standardization features would help teams work together more efficiently. It would be helpful to have stronger governance features, standardized templates, and easier ways to enforce best practices across departments.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to track and manage projects across teams. The Gmail and Chrome integrations streamline workflow by turning emails into tasks. It provides visibility into project progress, aligning and keeping everyone accountable.

 ### 22. Best software I've ever used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin S. | Senior mechanical designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Clickup allows me and my team to be more focused and productive. Collaboration tools are unparalleled. We interface with another company that uses teams and smartsheet exclusively, Clickup does everything better, faster, cleaner, and all in one platform. We use nearly all tools within clickup every single day. We would be lost without clickup. I personally haven't had to use customer support, but the amount of webinars and whatnot offered make me think personalized support would be easy to get.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest downside WAS the speed of the software. This was addressed within that past few months. Initial setup and getting the team trained and on the same page can be a bit of a growing pain, but well worth the investment. Getting your company fully integrated into clickup will take time, but again, is well worth the investment.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clickup allows us to collaborate on many different tasks efficiently and cleanly while staying focused on our highest priority tasks. We spend less time looking for stuff and more time working and being productive.

 ### 23. Daily User Managing an Agency Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariah M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that I can keep various agency projects separate yet streamlined. I appreciate that we can move through projects with clear milestones and the ability to communicate with the team easily. One of the features I love is that I can easily link neccessary docs, tasks, comments, etc into any fields where they're applicable. It makes it easy to navigate without going into separate windows and leaving what I was already working on.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Threaded chats and comments. I don't like how it takes me to a separate screen.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us move through many concurrent projects with our team in a streamlined way. As a Project Manager, it helps me stay aligned and flag when things are bottlenecked. It's been an incredibly helpful tool. I use ClickUp every single day and find that it's easy to implement and also very adaptable to a variety of ways to work with it.

 ### 24. ClickUp? More like ProductivityUp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor H. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is the highly customizable status tracking. It allows our team to see exactly where every task sits in the pipeline at any given moment, which ensures that nothing ever falls through the cracks and keeps our projects moving forward efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike most is that sometimes it can be difficult to find a specific item if there's a lot going on at once. Because the platform is so feature-rich, the interface can feel a bit cluttered during high-intensity periods, making navigation slightly less intuitive than I'd like.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the challenge of team fragmentation by centralizing all project communication and task management into a single, cohesive workspace. This has significantly benefited our workflow by eliminating the need to toggle between different apps, ensuring that everyone stays aligned on deadlines and deliverables. The platform's robust collaboration tools, like real-time document editing and nested comments, allow our team to brainstorm and execute ideas more efficiently. Overall, it has streamlined our internal processes and greatly improved our collective productivity across complex projects.

 ### 25. ClickUp has kept our business running smoothly, confidently, and with ease. Thank you ClickUp!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been crucial to keeping our business organized and structured. We use this for a few purposes. Task management, organization for documentation, SOP documentation, note taking, onboarding for new hires, and note taking. I find ClickUp to be user friendly. I also like how many automation capabilities there are within the platform. I think ClickUp also does a great job of consistently updating their platform for new capabilities. We have been using ClickUp for 3+ years and since we started, we have seen things like chat, global search, updated automation capabilities, and super agents come on board. I also appreciated the opportunities for trainings to help teach users about capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There can be glitches within the platform that cause errors within automations. We have had some instances where automations have not run which have caused some business errors. I will say that is every platform and happens with all tech. One thing I do love is how responsive ClickUp help desk is! Real humans are at the ready to help with issues.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our business organized is very top of mind. We need numerous people to know what they need to be doing, when it is due by, and for numerous team members to have visibility over that. Dashboard views have been helpful for that. We also have numerous clients and folder views with numerous list views within those folders are imperative to keep things organized. Automations are CRUCIAL for our business. We would be lost and doing crazy amounts of manual labor everyday without automation.

We use use ClickUp for our entire inquiry to onboarding process as well. Forms are a tool that are heavily utilized to ensure we can vet leads, connect with them, qualify them, and easily onboard them into our organization. ClickUp has replaced numerous alternative platforms for us and kept information in once place. We love how we can keep comments and information within tasks so team members can have visibility into workload. We have also switched to AI Meeting Note taker as well. This has been very helpful to get access to notes, transcripts, and creating important tasks from our internal and external meetings.

We also use this tool for time tracking to make sure our capacity internally is on point. We use this to make sure we know when to hire and to know if our teams workload is manageable.

 ### 26. Made Project Management a Breeze with ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farhan A. | Founding Engineer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like ClickUp because it has this subtasks feature which is very nice. It helps me get things done in order without having to create multiple tasks for one long task. It's especially helpful because I can assign teams to specific parts of a task, and I appreciate how it breaks the task down into smaller pieces. This way, during planning, we can know about various dependencies, making it very helpful.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Yeah. There should be some type of an AI feature that is able to be on the entire thing, entire tasks. Like, when you are starting out, then that time is very difficult because you don't know what exactly what other tasks you have. So having perhaps an AI to break down your goals into tasks would help. So the initial setup was a little bit challenging because, as I said, we were an upcoming startup, and we weren't sure what our tasks were. So, like, some type of an AI that helps you set everything up and delegate tasks would be easy. That was a little bit challenging in the first.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use ClickUp for project management and getting tasks done on schedule. Subtasks help break tasks down into smaller pieces, revealing dependencies and helping things get done in order, without creating multiple tasks for a single long task.

 ### 27. Qcrew Review: ClickUp Keeps Our Team Organized with Flexible, Customizable Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ferwayne Y. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been a great tool for keeping our team organized and aligned. It makes it easy to manage projects, assign tasks, and track progress all in one place. I especially appreciate the flexibility—you can customize workflows, create templates, and adapt the platform to fit different team processes.

It’s been very helpful for building repeatable systems for things like SOPs, performance reviews, and project tracking. Having tasks, docs, and communication connected helps reduce back-and-forth and keeps everyone on the same page.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform can feel overwhelming when you’re first setting it up. With so many features and customization options, the learning curve can be steep for new users. Some settings are also buried in multiple layers, which can make simple changes take longer than expected.

Performance can occasionally be slow, especially when loading large lists or switching between views. Notifications can also become noisy if they aren’t carefully configured, which sometimes makes it harder to focus on the most important updates.

Lastly, while the flexibility is a strength, it can also lead to inconsistency across teams if clear standards or templates aren’t in place. A bit more guidance or simplified onboarding for best practices would make it even better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the challenge of managing multiple platforms. Having a one-stop tool where you can manage workflows, CRMs, and event team communications helps our day-to-day business operations.

 ### 28. Custom Dashboards and Automations Made ClickUp Our All-in-One Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua B. | Customer Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has completely replaced Trello, Slack Threads and Gdocs for our company. What I love the most is the custom dashboards. I built one that shows all client projects with deadlines, budget status, and team. workload at a glance. The automations are a huge time saver too. When a task moves to client review it automatically notifies the right person and logs time. The doc feature is solid now for keeping strats and SOPS and the Ai helper is actually useful for quickly turning briefs into subtask. Super helpful overall.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Biggest issue was the steep learning curve at the start. so many features that everyone felt lost for the first few weeks. Mobile app is okay for quick checks but not for serious work. Search can also miss stuff when you have a lot of history.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this we were jumping between 3-4 different apps and everything was scattered — missed deadlines, duplicate work, constant chasing in chat. ClickUp fixed that by putting everything in one place. Now the team has clear visibility, automations handle the boring stuff, and we’re actually saving hours every week. It’s made running our agency way smoother and more scalable.

 ### 29. Organizes Workflow Seamlessly, Needs Integrated Payroll

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harpreet K. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really, really like the dashboards in ClickUp because they give me a holistic review of everything going on in my workspace. It shows me what tasks are pending, unassigned, completed, and open, providing an overview of what's happening in the organization without needing to create or assign someone to make a dashboard. Also, I like how I can have my team in one place, talk to people, and assign tasks, which keeps things organized without having to shift between various applications.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I feel like there should be a payroll system included in ClickUp. For example, if I hire a freelancer or track people's time on an hourly basis, I'd want them to be paid directly from the same system. Right now, I have to use an HR management software to log timings, leaves, and process payments, which is not very convenient. It would be easier for me as a team leader if all payroll processing were integrated into ClickUp, without needing additional software or alternatives.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for task assignments and organizing tasks, reviews, and comments. It also offers an AI module for creating tasks, summarizing projects, and tracking progress.

 ### 30. Centralized Task Mastery with Customization Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Inasse H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for task management, project planning, and tracking deadlines. I like how everything is centralized in one place, making it easy to track tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organized without needing multiple apps. I also like how flexible and customizable ClickUp is; it works well for different kinds of projects. It allows me to tailor the platform to my needs; being able to customize workflows, views, and task organization helps me work more efficiently and keeps projects structured in a way that makes sense for me.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is very powerful, but the number of features can make it sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. Simplifying the onboarding experience and improving navigation in complex projects would make it even better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for task management, project planning, and tracking deadlines. It keeps me organized, solves my organization and time management challenges, and helps me stay productive by tracking tasks, deadlines, and projects efficiently.

 ### 31. A Flexible Tool That Simplifies Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashoo J. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It’s flexible and has an all-in-one approach. It lets me manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with my team in one place. The different views it offers—like List, Board, and Calendar—fit my different needs and help me stay organized and stress-free. The main point is that it makes my work much simpler to organize and more efficient overall. It's part of my daily routine and gets set up in various places with the click of a button. I even use it to collaborate with clients, where they can directly create tasks for the new requirements.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow when internet bandwidth is low, especially on larger and more complex projects. Notifications can also get cluttered if they aren’t managed well.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the issue of scattered task management by bringing everything into one place, which helps me stay organized and improves overall team efficiency.

 ### 32. ClickUp Keeps Tasks, Docs, and Team Collaboration Perfectly Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how everything can be managed in one place. Tasks, deadlines, documents, reminders, and team collaboration are all organized together, which makes project management much easier. The customization options and different views like list, board, and calendar also help in tracking work efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One downside of ClickUp is that the free version has certain limits, especially with integrations and advanced features. It can also send too many reminders and notifications at times, which may feel overwhelming during busy workdays.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and team coordination in one place. It keeps work organized, improves collaboration, and makes it easier to track progress, which helps save time and increases productivity.

 ### 33. AI-Assisted Dashboard Makes Task Setup Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anas o. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Artificial Intelligence Assisted dashboard and Task setup

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I Feel like dash board more better and ticketing can get more option like Jira , we can add story points based on our customization , thats will better

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily integrate with other MCPs or tools through automated setup, which I really like. The task completion experience is also very good, with a drag-and-drop interface and fast performance. It works well even in a team environment, where task status updates are reflected for teammates in real time along with notifications. Compared to other ticketing tools and communication channels, this creates a unified application experience, including pricing that is competitive and cost-effective,The support team are always open to answer the queries

 ### 34. Keeps the whole team on the same page without the chaos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavik T. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I appreciate most if how well it handles full stack project complexity. Managing frontend tasks, backend APIs, database updates, and deployments all in one board makes sprint planning actually useful. Custom statuses, task dependencies, and priority flags mean nothing gets lost between team members - which at a company level, matters a lot.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Honestly, the feature overload can hit you hard in the beginning. First time setting up a workspace, it feels like there is too much to configure before you can even get started. Would be better with a simpler guided setup for teams jumping in fresh.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We handle multiple projects running in parallel and keeping everyone aligned used to be a real challenge. Deadlines were tracked in sheets, updates were buried in Slack threads, and follow-ups were constant. ClickUP changed that.

Now the entire team works from one place - tasks are assigned, progress is visible, and blockers get flagged before they become real problems. As a senior developer, I spend less time chasing status updates and more time actually building. That shift alone has made a noticeable difference in how smoothly projects move from kickoff to delivery.

 ### 35. Streamlined Project Management with Top Notch Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Support E. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how ClickUp is amazingly accurate at showing exactly where a project is at, what's left to do, and helps in viewing or forecasting any blockers or bottlenecks that may arise. Communications are a breeze for both internal and external users.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest improvement I can see ClickUp is in need of is when a SyncUp is started, there isn't ANY notification that it has started. This is extremely inconvenient and impractical. What good is a call/meeting/SyncUp function if the person isn't notified that someone is attempting to SyncUp with them? None.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp lets me manage services, communicate with clients on deliverables, streamline internal communication, track project status accurately, and plan effectively by identifying potential blockers, making overall team coordination seamless.

 ### 36. Granular Task Tracking and Flexible Views Make ClickUp a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Principal & Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the ability to get granular on tasks and subtasks so that conversations, progress, and supporting documentation can be tied to the specific item (versus a general email inbox that doesn't sort and organize the information in the same way). I also like the different views/visibility of the same information, the ability to tag teammates so that they can go directly to the task/subtask and conversation thread w/o searching through their inbox or chat messages. I also like that each item on my decision log/RFI log, etc. can be tracked by phase of progress and/or when it was created/opened/closed and whose court it is in. I'm amazed at the features this program offers and the value for the price (buh-bye Microsoft Planner).

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I wish ClickUp offered more granularity with schedule development. It offers dependencies, but doesn't offer the ability to adjust them for the number of days before/after a specific task. It seems like they could easily adjust this consider they have "triggers" set up for other tasks. The ability to have these granular dependencies would make this a more comprehensive product and not require the need for additional scheduling software.
Additionally the "free" AI credits are creating issues with the "AI Summary" on my decision log. Even if something has not been changed or updated, the AI Summary "refreshes" after changing from one view to another, using all of my free credits to refresh a column that has no new updates. If I run out of credits, the program freezes and doesn't allow updates. I found this feature to be worthless and restrictive, so I finally had to remove that feature completely from my decision log. This was disappointing as I looking forward to receiving (running) summary updates to share with my client. Now I have to do that manually.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me stay on task and meet my timeline obligations to my client. I love having task lists and the ability to prioritize work. I also like being able to add "backlog" items for all of those "great ideas" that may not need to be done right away, but are great to document so that they aren't forgotten. It also helps declutter my desk from post-it notes.

 ### 37. Highly Customizable Templates and Recurring Tasks That Save Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linette H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the customizations you can do to make it work for you. Having the ability to make tasks reoccurring and create templates have saved me a ton of time. Their onboarding staff is also great and extremely helpful. I had a hard time using ClickUp effectively in the beginning but they offer a free consultation with their onboarding staff to help you get the most of it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is definitely a learning curve. I found it difficult to get an account and start using it effectively on my own. I needed assistance from their onboarding staff to walk me through it and show me how to use it better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I handle multiple clients and before I got ClickUp I had a hard time keeping track of them and all of their tasks. This product has allowed me to keep them all organized and onboard new clients easily.

 ### 38. The Project Hub That Actually Works for Backend-Heavy Dev Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul M. | Senior Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The custom workflow and task management fit perfectly into a .NET development cycle. Being able to create task statuses like "In Development", "Code Review", "QA Testing", and "Deployed" makes sprint tracking feel native rather than forced. The Web API access and third-party integrations also make it easy to connect ClickUP with existing tools in the stack without much overhead.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is real - there are almost too many features upfront, and it takes time to configure everything the way you want. The mobile app also doesn't match the desktop experience, which can be frustrating when you need a quick task update on the go.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUP, managing multiple modules across web APIs, database layers, and frontend integration meant tasks were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Deadlines slipped and handoffs between backend and fronted were unclear.

ClickUP brought everything into one structured workspace. Now sprint planning, bug tracking, API integration checklists, and client deliverables all live in one place with clear ownership and deadlines. It removed the back-and-forth and made the entire delivery process more predictable and transparent.

 ### 39. Flexible Views and Figma Links Keep Design Workflows in Context

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aatish P. | Jr. UI/UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The flexibility is what stands out most. Being able to switch between List, Board, and Timeline views means I can manage design sprints, client feedback rounds, and asset handoffs all in one place. The ability to attach Figma links, reference files, and leave visual comments directly on tasks keep everything in context - no more digging through email chains.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The UI, ironically, can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many options and settings that the initial experience feels cluttered. A cleaner onboarding flow would make a big difference, especially for new users.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple design projects across different clients used to mean scattered files, missed feedback, and constant follow-ups. ClickUp fixed that by centralizing everything - briefs, revision round, deadlines and approvals - in one workspace.

What actually changed day-to-day is how much less time gets spent on coordination. Tasks move through stages like "Concept", "In Review", and "Client Approval" with clear ownership, so nothing falls through the cracks and projects deliver on time.

 ### 40. Great for Dev Workflows: GitHub Integration, Strong API, and Flexible Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasu R. | React Native Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The Github integration and API support make it a great fit for dev workflow. Kanban boards, custom task statuses, and sprint management work really well for managing multiple projects at once. The free plan is surprisingly generous too.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The mobile app feels behind the desktop version - as someone who switches between devices frequently, this is noticeable. Also, the initial setup takes time; there are almost too many options.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUP, managing projects meant juggling multiple tools - Trello for tasks, Notion for docs, and Slack for updates. ClickUP replaced all of them in one place. Now I can manage sprints, track bugs, write technical docs, and communicate with clients without switching between apps.

The GitHub integration is a real time-saver - linking commits and PRs directly to tasks keep everything traceable. Automation features also help cut repetitive work, and the dashboard gives a clear view of what's in progress, blocked, or due - without chasing teammates for updates.

 ### 41. Great integrations and AI summaries, but expect a learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia R. | Development Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about ClickUp for me, personally, is its ease of compatibility for such a low price, with the majority of apps I use already at work like Zoom and Google Drive. The AI tool as well helps to summarize tasks for me, or for other coworkers. This has been great for onboarding new staff.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve when it came to learning and adopting the system into my work. The interface was not necessarily user-friendly at first touch.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps to improve my efficiency when it comes to managing my deadlines and larger workloads, as I am no longer having to switch back and forth between different apps, it is more consolidated.

 ### 42. Easy Setup, Comprehensive Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mir Ismail M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp because it's a very open app that allows you to connect your workspace with everything. My team has access to everything, which is great. I use it for creative management and just overall management, and it improves my skills. The notifications are really helpful because they alert me to important tasks, meetings, and things like discussing with marketing. It's also easy to set up, especially with signing in through a Google account.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

An improvement could be the AI system. It would be helpful if the AI visually pops up on your laptop or phone and tells you about meetings or when you're late for assignments. Also, having an AI task manager that does tasks for you could improve productivity.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to keep up with assignments and tests, solving my productivity issues by reminding me of tasks. It connects my workspace, providing team access and enhancing skills with notifications for important steps.

 ### 43. ClickUp Keeps Everything in One Place—Customizable Workflows That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is that it brings everything into one place. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, spreadsheets, notes, and emails, I can manage projects, tasks, forms, automations, and communication all in one system. It’s incredibly customizable, which means I can build workflows that actually match the way I work. It has helped me stay more organized, save time, reduce mental overload, and create better systems for managing both my team and day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think it is a little pricey so I have to be strategic about the staff I bring on as a small business

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has solved a huge organization and workflow problem for me. Before using it, information was spread across different platforms, which made it difficult to track tasks, follow up consistently, and keep processes organized. Things could easily get missed between emails, notes, spreadsheets, and team communication.

By centralizing everything into one system, ClickUp has helped me streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and create more accountability across workflows. It has significantly reduced mental clutter and saved time because I always know where to find information and what needs attention next.

The biggest benefit has been increased efficiency and visibility. I’m able to manage leads, projects, client communication, and internal processes in a much more organized way, which allows me to focus more on growth and client experience instead of constantly managing chaos behind the scenes.

 ### 44. Visual Layout and Flexibility Make ClickUp a Top Choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliza C. | Online Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage my OBM business and client work, and it helps me stay organized and remember what I need to focus on each day and week. I like the visual layout, which makes me feel more organized and provides structure to my work. Being a visual person, I find seeing nested tasks within projects really helpful. The flexibility of ClickUp and the ability to easily integrate with other apps I use are great benefits. I like the layout better than Asana, as there are more options that work better for me overall. Setting up ClickUp was so easy, I was up and running within a few hours.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are definitely things I don't know how to implement, like the techy-er side of ClickUp. I don't know or don't have the time to research them and implement them well. If you had a learning section, I don't know it exists, but it'd be helpful to get emails with 'did you know you can do this in ClickUp.'

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to stay organized, remember my daily and weekly focuses, and plan bigger projects. The visual layout helps as a visual person with nested tasks, and its flexibility and integrations make managing my OBM business easier.

 ### 45. Simple Yet Flexible: Custom Workflows, Dashboards & Automations Without Tech Skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikołaj W. | Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

A great balance between simplicity and flexibility. You can create custom workflows, dashboards, and automations without needing technical skills, and most clients can start using it with very little onboarding.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Clickup is a great low-code tool, but the ceiling for more technical users is real. Scripting, a plugin system, and a more open architecture are things that are missing if you want to deeply customize functionality. I’d really appreciate something that would allow me to build more complex internal solutions.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management is something I use every day, and it works great. I rely on it for reporting on tasks and for building review boards for clients, so we can discuss issues or sprints during meetings. Overall, it’s a great tool for that.

 ### 46. Intuitive interface with productivity boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to enable my colleagues to complete their tasks easily and in a structured manner. I appreciate the user-friendly interface, which is easy to navigate after a short familiarization period. The AI functionalities, such as the AI Notetaker, are very helpful as they allow me to fully concentrate on meetings while minutes are created in the background. ClickUp offers many features and a great relief, for example through automations that save work steps and enable maximum performance. Being able to store everything in one program creates maximum transparency with my colleagues. I decided to switch from Monday to ClickUp because ClickUp offers more features and has its own AI. The initial setup was very easy because everything is logical.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp could possibly incorporate a small database variant for me, in which I can sort and archive old tasks according to columns.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to improve task overview and save time, so more remains for important things. The simple user interface and the AI note-taker make navigation easier and help me work more efficiently by writing logs and creating transparency with colleagues.

 ### 47. Goodbye to the chaos: tasks, files, and dates on a single board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco V. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most is that it took away the mess of having a thousand apps open. Being able to organize tasks, add files to them, set dates, and see everything on a board is awesome.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What drives me crazy is that sometimes the platform gets really slow and just seems to be thinking; when you're in a hurry, seeing that thing loading stresses anyone out.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main headache it took away was the mess of information. Before, half of the things were left in emails, another part in notebooks, and the rest in WhatsApp chats; coordinating the team was a complete hassle because files and deliverables were constantly getting lost.

 ### 48. ClickUp: a versatile and clear organization to manage clients and services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel M. | Consultant Tracking / Analytics, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love its versatility and the organizational capability that Clickup provides. You can create workspaces, which are themselves organized into folders and task lists. It's really practical for managing clients and services, and it helps to keep a clear view on everything.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is an important learning phase at the beginning because the configuration possibilities are numerous.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the organization that this brings. I have a clear view of all my projects and tasks. Clickup also centralizes my communication with my collaborators or clients, as we can create channels like on Slack. We can also add documents and notes to each task, which is really very practical.

 ### 49. ClickUp Gave Me Control Over My Life Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant H. | Software Relationship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It’s nice having everything I need in one place.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Doc structuring is a bit funky. That's all.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turns raw thoughts and notes into structured output for my calendar, my CRM data, my appointments, as well as writing and educational projects. There are all these different spots where things can fall through the cracks, and ClickUp is the only tool I've ever used that has been able to solve all of them. Whether that's deals and appointments/follow-ups/sending out quotes, writing essays and documents with speed, whiteboard-mapping SSOT's for my team, or the Super Agents acting as anything from sales coaches to fitness trainers. I use it for all of it, and it's made all those areas way better for me.

 ### 50. Generous Free Plan with Rich Templates—ClickUp Makes Work Easy and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gebremichael Aregawi T. | Independent Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It has almost everything related to task, project, and marketing management tools, with rich templates and plenty of options. It’s even generous on the free plan—honestly, not comparable to other platforms when it comes to what you get for free. With the free plan, I was able to build what we needed for our small team. Overall, it’s easy, fun, and exciting to work in Clickup.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing at all. Trust me, I absolutely hate nothing about ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s fun to plan, build, and manage operations in ClickUp thanks to its wide range of tools, templates, and settings, along with how easy it is to set everything up and its great user interface. It really makes you feel capable of planning complex project tasks. That’s the problem ClickUp is solving.
