Having used the product for project management, this reviewer finds it useful for tracking statuses and changes. The tool lacks flexibility, making it more beneficial for project managers than for the entire team.
View Full ReviewI use Kanban in the most basic setting for my Wordpress website where I interact with a lot of different clients through chat and email. It's good to help me remember when to post blogs, make updates to the website, and reach out to potential clients and leads that have messaged me. It also helps me keep track of how much time I am spending on things. The user interface is pretty straight forward and with the basic level, you have various choices for how you want to assign tasks and keep track of time based on different intervals. The user interface could be a little more visually appealing. It would also be nice to be able to toggle through different boards and use components interchangeably. When you first download the plugin you are prompted to make a selection for what type of board you would like, once you click on that board type you are not able to go back and choose a different option.
