What we like best about the PandaDoc API is how reliable and flexible it is once integrated. We built a custom connection between our website and PandaDoc to automatically generate documents and collect signatures - a process we used to handle manually. It’s made a huge difference in saving time, reducing errors, and creating a smoother experience for both our team and our clients. The customer support team has also been amazing - always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. The only downside we’ve noticed is that the reporting features could be more robust. While the API itself works great for document generation and signatures, getting detailed insights or tracking metrics isn’t as straightforward as we’d like. If some one places a ticket for an issue, the pop-up chat slows down the program, its take longer to load.

When uploading documents to ministry of Ontario they are not set up to accept the document, the final signed

While I appreciate the value offered in the free tier, I do wish there were a few more integrations available beyond Google Workspace. Having access to additional connectors; even if limited; would make it easier for small teams to fully explore the platform’s capabilities before upgrading. Pandadoc has truly been a lifesaver during the pandemic. As licensed counselors shifted from in-person therapy to telehealth, this software made the transition remarkably smooth. I love how seamless it is to set up PandaDoc API with Okta sign-in, making the login process really smooth.
