"Efficient Organization with ClickUp, but High Costs"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is being able to see the time I spend on each task; this is my favorite feature because it helps me track the hours I work and allows me to know how productive I am. I also love the document feature, as it makes it easy to have everything in one place without having to go to other applications like Drive. Having the documents integrated into ClickUp makes meetings much simpler because it's easy to find what I need. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy thanks to the available templates. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp is still a bit expensive for Latin American countries, so it would be better if there were a strategy to make it more affordable for a single person. I would like them to offer a lower cost or a plan that included more interesting features. Also, I had a customization issue, as I couldn't remove a chat from a space that I had just for myself. "The Essential Command Center for Managing a Large Web Portfolio"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

As a Web Developer and Team Lead responsible for managing over 80 client websites monthly, ClickUp has become the absolute backbone of my operations. What I like best is its incredible flexibility and how it consolidates multiple tools into one.

I've created custom workflows for everything from routine WordPress maintenance and accessibility audits (WCAG/ADA) to complex Google Analytics 4 implementations. The ability to create task templates is a massive time-saver for recurring client requests. We use custom fields to track things like PHP versions, key plugins, and hosting providers for each site, which keeps critical information right where we need it.

The different views (List, Board, Calendar) allow my team to visualize work in the way that makes the most sense for them, which is great for managing both development sprints and long-term client roadmaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The platform's greatest strength—its vast number of features—can also be its biggest hurdle. For new team members or clients who are invited as guests, the initial learning curve can be quite steep. It sometimes feels like you need to "tame" the platform to fit your needs, which can take a bit of setup time.

Additionally, while the mobile app is functional for checking notifications and simple tasks, it doesn't always have the same speed and robust feel as the desktop or web app, which can be a minor inconvenience when I'm on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Task Management, Time-Saving Automation"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I appreciate how ClickUp has significantly enhanced the organization of projects through its intuitive structure of Spaces, folders, and lists. This structure made everything much clearer and scalable right from the start. The setup process was straightforward, and I found the numerous features exciting to explore. The tutorials were incredibly helpful, making it easier for me to get acquainted with the platform's capabilities. I also love the ready-made templates, which drastically simplified the setup process and saved me a lot of time. Furthermore, the automation features in ClickUp are fantastic; they streamline my workflow efficiently. I find the list and board views indispensable as they make tracking tasks easy. ClickUp's ability to consolidate multiple tools into one platform has been a game-changer, saving me time and enhancing productivity. Overall, ClickUp has made managing daily tasks and reporting smoother and more centralized for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I found there were many features to explore initially, which may overwhelm new users. Although the setup was easy and tutorials were helpful, the breadth of features could still pose a challenge for those just starting out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Productivity Powerhouse with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ClickUp keeps everything in one place a real productivity booster!

I’ve been using ClickUp for a while now, and it’s become my go-to workspace for managing projects and creative tasks. The best part is how customizable everything is from dashboards to task views, I can organize my work exactly how I want.

I also love that it combines so many tools into one platform docs, goals, chat, and whiteboards so I don’t have to keep switching between apps. It definitely saves time and helps my team stay aligned.

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first because ClickUp offers so many features, but once you get the hang of it, it’s extremely powerful. The recent updates have made the interface smoother and faster too.

Overall, ClickUp is an all-in-one productivity tool that really delivers on its promise of helping you “save one day every week.” Highly recommended for teams and freelancers alike! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can initially seem a bit overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and settings available. It takes a while to get familiar with where everything is located and to configure spaces correctly. Sometimes, when handling large projects or switching between multiple views, pages may load a little slowly.

The mobile app has seen significant improvements, but it still doesn't feel quite as smooth as the desktop version. With a few additional UX refinements, it could become even more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Productivity Platform That Scales with Your Team"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp centralizes all our work—tasks, docs, chats, and goals—in one place. The flexibility is unmatched: custom views, automations, and integrations make it easy to tailor workflows to each team’s needs. I especially appreciate how ClickUp balances depth (powerful features like dependencies and dashboards) with usability. It’s made project tracking, team collaboration, and communication smoother and far more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The learning curve can be steep for new users due to the sheer number of features and settings. Occasionally, the UI feels a bit overwhelming or cluttered, especially on smaller screens. Some performance issues arise with large workspaces—slow load times or lag when switching views. However, ClickUp is actively improving, and the support team is responsive. "Incredibly Versatile and Powerful Work Management Tool, Worth the Investment but Takes Time to Learn"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is extremely versatile and allows me to create solutions for practically any business case or process. The automations and AI agents are also super powerful! I can setup automatic actions via logic or via AI prompts to run do just about any action in ClickUp I can imagine. Lastly, just the pace of product updates. There are truly significant feature updates every month and the company is heavily invested in its growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Its versatility is also a hurdle: many things are complicated to setup because so much is customizable (unless you just use templates or AI-generated workflows, etc.). Some comparatively basic features in other tools aren't available here, at least yet, like Subfolders. And it can get pretty slow sometimes when there are tons of tasks or fields at play. You can definitely get away with self-implementing ClickUp and not having a real administrator, however a lot of teams really seem to need someone to manage the platform. "User-Friendly and Feature-Rich"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The sounds, the ability to organize and add as many details as needed. Being able to see the tasks each team member is working on at any given time so you can know who to go to on certain projects. It's very user-friendly, you can upload and add attachments as needed, share public views with clients, and can comment edits right on top of images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes when you go to copy a task, it copies all of the attributes with that task, that are within the same folder. That can be a good thing and a bad thing. For example, we have a folder for our social posting clients, they require different fields, but each time you copy, it takes the fields from the other one. In addition, there appears to be quite a few pay walls to do certain tasks, but that is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Project Management Tool That Streamlines Team Productivity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has introduced ClickUp AI and enhanced automation features, which make task management much faster. The AI helps write task updates, summarize meeting notes, and even generate project briefs automatically, saving a lot of time. I also like the new dashboard improvements and custom views, which make tracking team performance and progress more visual and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can work on improving its loading speed and performance, especially when switching between large workspaces or dashboards. The mobile app could be smoother and more intuitive. Also, some features have a slight learning curve, so simplifying the user experience and improving onboarding for new users would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Slow Loads and Unreliable Search Hold This Tool Back"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The AI search function can be super useful, and the files/details section of each task is great if you need to pull a quick file from a clients history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Loads super slow, sometimes cannot find tasks that are active and created in the search function, the AI bot will tell you something is not there when it is. This tool could use a lot of work when it comes to task history, search functions, AI bots, and load times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
