## ClickUp Reviews
 ### 1. A Fabulous Tool for Keeping You on Task & on Time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liesl R. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

We've recently discovered what a helpful tool this is for staff meetings! We post it on our smart board during the meeting and assign tasks to stay on track.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Actually, they've already handled my one compliant: I can now with one click see everything that's been assigned to me. You used to have to create & save a specific search to do this. MUCH more convenient and helpful. Can't thank them enough for the constant improving they do!

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication across the two main entities at our church has improved tremendously since we started using ClickUp. It is MUCH easier to collaborate and stay on task!

 ### 2. ClickUp Keeps Tasks, Docs, and Team Collaboration Perfectly Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how everything can be managed in one place. Tasks, deadlines, documents, reminders, and team collaboration are all organized together, which makes project management much easier. The customization options and different views like list, board, and calendar also help in tracking work efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One downside of ClickUp is that the free version has certain limits, especially with integrations and advanced features. It can also send too many reminders and notifications at times, which may feel overwhelming during busy workdays.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and team coordination in one place. It keeps work organized, improves collaboration, and makes it easier to track progress, which helps save time and increases productivity.

 ### 3. ClickUp Keeps Tasks, Time Tracking, and Team Communication in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** karishma R. | Digital Marketing Excutive, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is how it helps me schedule tasks, track time, and communicate with my team in one place. It saves me time and makes it easier to manage all my tasks in a better, more organized way.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike about ClickUp is that some of its customization options feel confusing, and the placement of certain features can be tricky to find and use.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit of ClickUp is that it helps me manage all my projects in an organized way. It works well as a task tracker, and it lets me track tasks across multiple projects in one place, which increases productivity.

 ### 4. AI-Assisted Dashboard Makes Task Setup Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anas o. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Artificial Intelligence Assisted dashboard and Task setup

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I Feel like dash board more better and ticketing can get more option like Jira , we can add story points based on our customization , thats will better

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily integrate with other MCPs or tools through automated setup, which I really like. The task completion experience is also very good, with a drag-and-drop interface and fast performance. It works well even in a team environment, where task status updates are reflected for teammates in real time along with notifications. Compared to other ticketing tools and communication channels, this creates a unified application experience, including pricing that is competitive and cost-effective,The support team are always open to answer the queries

 ### 5. Keeps the whole team on the same page without the chaos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavik T. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I appreciate most if how well it handles full stack project complexity. Managing frontend tasks, backend APIs, database updates, and deployments all in one board makes sprint planning actually useful. Custom statuses, task dependencies, and priority flags mean nothing gets lost between team members - which at a company level, matters a lot.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Honestly, the feature overload can hit you hard in the beginning. First time setting up a workspace, it feels like there is too much to configure before you can even get started. Would be better with a simpler guided setup for teams jumping in fresh.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We handle multiple projects running in parallel and keeping everyone aligned used to be a real challenge. Deadlines were tracked in sheets, updates were buried in Slack threads, and follow-ups were constant. ClickUP changed that.

Now the entire team works from one place - tasks are assigned, progress is visible, and blockers get flagged before they become real problems. As a senior developer, I spend less time chasing status updates and more time actually building. That shift alone has made a noticeable difference in how smoothly projects move from kickoff to delivery.

 ### 6. Well-organized and client-ready, easy to edit — but slow and a bit tricky at first

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It's very organized. The presentation looks good to clients. It's easy to click and edit most things, and choose colors, etc. You can logically group information together, and have it make sense to the user. The usability is pretty good.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It is SLOOOWWWWWW. They need to add a few CPUs, or servers. It takes a while to login, as well as save, perform some advanced functions. Smaller everyday tasks are OK.

It is limited by some factors, such as theming, styles, and fonts. But maybe that is just a package I had.

It can be hard to learn how to make edits the first time. Once you take a tutorial, it's much easier. I highly recommend the tutorial.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We organize our Documentation efforts in it. It works well. Although it requires licensing for all users.

 ### 7. Streamlined Project Management with Top Notch Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Support E. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how ClickUp is amazingly accurate at showing exactly where a project is at, what's left to do, and helps in viewing or forecasting any blockers or bottlenecks that may arise. Communications are a breeze for both internal and external users.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest improvement I can see ClickUp is in need of is when a SyncUp is started, there isn't ANY notification that it has started. This is extremely inconvenient and impractical. What good is a call/meeting/SyncUp function if the person isn't notified that someone is attempting to SyncUp with them? None.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp lets me manage services, communicate with clients on deliverables, streamline internal communication, track project status accurately, and plan effectively by identifying potential blockers, making overall team coordination seamless.

 ### 8. Granular Task Tracking and Flexible Views Make ClickUp a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Principal & Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the ability to get granular on tasks and subtasks so that conversations, progress, and supporting documentation can be tied to the specific item (versus a general email inbox that doesn't sort and organize the information in the same way). I also like the different views/visibility of the same information, the ability to tag teammates so that they can go directly to the task/subtask and conversation thread w/o searching through their inbox or chat messages. I also like that each item on my decision log/RFI log, etc. can be tracked by phase of progress and/or when it was created/opened/closed and whose court it is in. I'm amazed at the features this program offers and the value for the price (buh-bye Microsoft Planner).

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I wish ClickUp offered more granularity with schedule development. It offers dependencies, but doesn't offer the ability to adjust them for the number of days before/after a specific task. It seems like they could easily adjust this consider they have "triggers" set up for other tasks. The ability to have these granular dependencies would make this a more comprehensive product and not require the need for additional scheduling software.
Additionally the "free" AI credits are creating issues with the "AI Summary" on my decision log. Even if something has not been changed or updated, the AI Summary "refreshes" after changing from one view to another, using all of my free credits to refresh a column that has no new updates. If I run out of credits, the program freezes and doesn't allow updates. I found this feature to be worthless and restrictive, so I finally had to remove that feature completely from my decision log. This was disappointing as I looking forward to receiving (running) summary updates to share with my client. Now I have to do that manually.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me stay on task and meet my timeline obligations to my client. I love having task lists and the ability to prioritize work. I also like being able to add "backlog" items for all of those "great ideas" that may not need to be done right away, but are great to document so that they aren't forgotten. It also helps declutter my desk from post-it notes.

 ### 9. Highly Customizable Templates and Recurring Tasks That Save Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linette H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the customizations you can do to make it work for you. Having the ability to make tasks reoccurring and create templates have saved me a ton of time. Their onboarding staff is also great and extremely helpful. I had a hard time using ClickUp effectively in the beginning but they offer a free consultation with their onboarding staff to help you get the most of it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is definitely a learning curve. I found it difficult to get an account and start using it effectively on my own. I needed assistance from their onboarding staff to walk me through it and show me how to use it better.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I handle multiple clients and before I got ClickUp I had a hard time keeping track of them and all of their tasks. This product has allowed me to keep them all organized and onboard new clients easily.

 ### 10. Flexible Full-Canvas Planning and Tracking All in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramona M R. | Guide and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The flexibility is great. Having a full canvas for creativity in how I structure things works really well for all kinds of planning and tracking.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There’s a fairly steep learning curve, and it can feel difficult at first. Having a background in other types of databases and design is really helpful. Sometimes it’s more than I need for the simple lists I want to keep, but I still like having everything in one place.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m using Click-Up to help me start my business, track leads, and develop programs. As my operations grow and evolve, I expect I’ll be able to scale Click-Up to whatever level I need.

 ### 11. The Project Hub That Actually Works for Backend-Heavy Dev Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul M. | Senior Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The custom workflow and task management fit perfectly into a .NET development cycle. Being able to create task statuses like "In Development", "Code Review", "QA Testing", and "Deployed" makes sprint tracking feel native rather than forced. The Web API access and third-party integrations also make it easy to connect ClickUP with existing tools in the stack without much overhead.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is real - there are almost too many features upfront, and it takes time to configure everything the way you want. The mobile app also doesn't match the desktop experience, which can be frustrating when you need a quick task update on the go.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUP, managing multiple modules across web APIs, database layers, and frontend integration meant tasks were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Deadlines slipped and handoffs between backend and fronted were unclear.

ClickUP brought everything into one structured workspace. Now sprint planning, bug tracking, API integration checklists, and client deliverables all live in one place with clear ownership and deadlines. It removed the back-and-forth and made the entire delivery process more predictable and transparent.

 ### 12. Time and goal management: dashboards, Kanban, and Gantt for managerial reports

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Israel S. | Analista, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I value most is the time control combined with estimation and goals, making it a super powerful tool to manage your project and generate management reports through dashboards or Gantt charts. Those Kanban and Gantt views make presentations very easy to handle.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The dashboards are visibly acceptable; however, when I want to bring up the thousands of archived tasks, it gets stuck, becomes slow, and the graphs lose their meaning.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the centralization of information, the number of meetings held to revisit or review topics that had already been discussed previously decreased.

 ### 13. ClickUp Makes Project Management Easy with a Wonderful UI and Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | ACA Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The possibility of managing projects to the level that a project needs to be managed. Additionally the UI is wonderful and makes it easy to work with. I have really enjoyed the integrations that ClickUp offers and really makes it much easier to utilize when working in all of the programs we all work in every day.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't think its necessarily something that I dislike about ClickUp but more that we need to set it up better as our company.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support team has been great and they are working on implementing new requests that we have made to better server our business.

 ### 14. ClickUp: Easy Onboarding, Smooth Google Calendar Integration, and Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It was very easy to navigate the platform and onboard my two companies. I really love how smoothly it integrates with my Google Calendar. I honestly can’t believe how many features I get access to on the free plan. I’ve used other task management software before, and ClickUp definitely beats them when it comes to performance. I was also pleasantly surprised by how intelligent the built-in AI is in my paid workspace.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I wish it included more built-in templates for charts, documents, and lead management.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us manage all our projects in one centralized place that everyone can access.

 ### 15. Flexible Views and Figma Links Keep Design Workflows in Context

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aatish P. | Jr. UI/UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The flexibility is what stands out most. Being able to switch between List, Board, and Timeline views means I can manage design sprints, client feedback rounds, and asset handoffs all in one place. The ability to attach Figma links, reference files, and leave visual comments directly on tasks keep everything in context - no more digging through email chains.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The UI, ironically, can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many options and settings that the initial experience feels cluttered. A cleaner onboarding flow would make a big difference, especially for new users.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple design projects across different clients used to mean scattered files, missed feedback, and constant follow-ups. ClickUp fixed that by centralizing everything - briefs, revision round, deadlines and approvals - in one workspace.

What actually changed day-to-day is how much less time gets spent on coordination. Tasks move through stages like "Concept", "In Review", and "Client Approval" with clear ownership, so nothing falls through the cracks and projects deliver on time.

 ### 16. Great for Dev Workflows: GitHub Integration, Strong API, and Flexible Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasu R. | React Native Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The Github integration and API support make it a great fit for dev workflow. Kanban boards, custom task statuses, and sprint management work really well for managing multiple projects at once. The free plan is surprisingly generous too.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The mobile app feels behind the desktop version - as someone who switches between devices frequently, this is noticeable. Also, the initial setup takes time; there are almost too many options.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUP, managing projects meant juggling multiple tools - Trello for tasks, Notion for docs, and Slack for updates. ClickUP replaced all of them in one place. Now I can manage sprints, track bugs, write technical docs, and communicate with clients without switching between apps.

The GitHub integration is a real time-saver - linking commits and PRs directly to tasks keep everything traceable. Automation features also help cut repetitive work, and the dashboard gives a clear view of what's in progress, blocked, or due - without chasing teammates for updates.

 ### 17. Great integrations and AI summaries, but expect a learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia R. | Development Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about ClickUp for me, personally, is its ease of compatibility for such a low price, with the majority of apps I use already at work like Zoom and Google Drive. The AI tool as well helps to summarize tasks for me, or for other coworkers. This has been great for onboarding new staff.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve when it came to learning and adopting the system into my work. The interface was not necessarily user-friendly at first touch.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps to improve my efficiency when it comes to managing my deadlines and larger workloads, as I am no longer having to switch back and forth between different apps, it is more consolidated.

 ### 18. ClickUp’s Flexible All-in-One Platform That Keeps Teams Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nisha C. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp brings together project management, task tracking, collaboration, and workflow automation in one platform. I find it highly flexible, with customizable dashboards and strong reporting tools that make it easier for teams to stay organized, gain better visibility, and manage projects more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform can feel cluttered, and performance may slow down when managing large projects with complex workflows.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us manage financial tasks in one place by tracking invoices and payments, coordinating with different departments, and monitoring deadlines. In our travel business, it has improved overall workflow visibility, reduced the need for manual follow-ups, and helped us ensure accounting activities are completed on time.

 ### 19. Easy Setup, Comprehensive Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mir Ismail M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp because it's a very open app that allows you to connect your workspace with everything. My team has access to everything, which is great. I use it for creative management and just overall management, and it improves my skills. The notifications are really helpful because they alert me to important tasks, meetings, and things like discussing with marketing. It's also easy to set up, especially with signing in through a Google account.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

An improvement could be the AI system. It would be helpful if the AI visually pops up on your laptop or phone and tells you about meetings or when you're late for assignments. Also, having an AI task manager that does tasks for you could improve productivity.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to keep up with assignments and tests, solving my productivity issues by reminding me of tasks. It connects my workspace, providing team access and enhancing skills with notifications for important steps.

 ### 20. ClickUp Keeps Everything in One Place—Customizable Workflows That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is that it brings everything into one place. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, spreadsheets, notes, and emails, I can manage projects, tasks, forms, automations, and communication all in one system. It’s incredibly customizable, which means I can build workflows that actually match the way I work. It has helped me stay more organized, save time, reduce mental overload, and create better systems for managing both my team and day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think it is a little pricey so I have to be strategic about the staff I bring on as a small business

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has solved a huge organization and workflow problem for me. Before using it, information was spread across different platforms, which made it difficult to track tasks, follow up consistently, and keep processes organized. Things could easily get missed between emails, notes, spreadsheets, and team communication.

By centralizing everything into one system, ClickUp has helped me streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and create more accountability across workflows. It has significantly reduced mental clutter and saved time because I always know where to find information and what needs attention next.

The biggest benefit has been increased efficiency and visibility. I’m able to manage leads, projects, client communication, and internal processes in a much more organized way, which allows me to focus more on growth and client experience instead of constantly managing chaos behind the scenes.

 ### 21. Visual Layout and Flexibility Make ClickUp a Top Choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliza C. | Online Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage my OBM business and client work, and it helps me stay organized and remember what I need to focus on each day and week. I like the visual layout, which makes me feel more organized and provides structure to my work. Being a visual person, I find seeing nested tasks within projects really helpful. The flexibility of ClickUp and the ability to easily integrate with other apps I use are great benefits. I like the layout better than Asana, as there are more options that work better for me overall. Setting up ClickUp was so easy, I was up and running within a few hours.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are definitely things I don't know how to implement, like the techy-er side of ClickUp. I don't know or don't have the time to research them and implement them well. If you had a learning section, I don't know it exists, but it'd be helpful to get emails with 'did you know you can do this in ClickUp.'

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to stay organized, remember my daily and weekly focuses, and plan bigger projects. The visual layout helps as a visual person with nested tasks, and its flexibility and integrations make managing my OBM business easier.

 ### 22. Simple Yet Flexible: Custom Workflows, Dashboards & Automations Without Tech Skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikołaj W. | Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

A great balance between simplicity and flexibility. You can create custom workflows, dashboards, and automations without needing technical skills, and most clients can start using it with very little onboarding.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Clickup is a great low-code tool, but the ceiling for more technical users is real. Scripting, a plugin system, and a more open architecture are things that are missing if you want to deeply customize functionality. I’d really appreciate something that would allow me to build more complex internal solutions.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management is something I use every day, and it works great. I rely on it for reporting on tasks and for building review boards for clients, so we can discuss issues or sprints during meetings. Overall, it’s a great tool for that.

 ### 23. Powerful Automations That Keep Intern Management Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imee G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I love most are the automations. I’m mostly a one-person team in my organization, and I handle and manage hundreds of interns at a time. This platform has really helped me over the years, especially in keeping everything organized and manageable.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

My main concern is the seat limitations. Also, the pricing isn’t for everyone, especially from a nonprofit perspective.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love efficient workflows, and ClickUp has solved that problem for me from day one. Because of ClickUp, I’ve also been able to help a number of companies improve their workflows as well.

 ### 24. Intuitive interface with productivity boost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to enable my colleagues to complete their tasks easily and in a structured manner. I appreciate the user-friendly interface, which is easy to navigate after a short familiarization period. The AI functionalities, such as the AI Notetaker, are very helpful as they allow me to fully concentrate on meetings while minutes are created in the background. ClickUp offers many features and a great relief, for example through automations that save work steps and enable maximum performance. Being able to store everything in one program creates maximum transparency with my colleagues. I decided to switch from Monday to ClickUp because ClickUp offers more features and has its own AI. The initial setup was very easy because everything is logical.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp could possibly incorporate a small database variant for me, in which I can sort and archive old tasks according to columns.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to improve task overview and save time, so more remains for important things. The simple user interface and the AI note-taker make navigation easier and help me work more efficiently by writing logs and creating transparency with colleagues.

 ### 25. Flexible Views, Streamlined Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil K. | Billing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp's flexibility. The different views (List, Board, Calendar) let me manage tasks the way I prefer, especially helping me manage billing and project tasks in formats that work best for each situation. Integrations with other SaaS tools save time by keeping everything connected. The reporting features help us stay audit-ready and monitor progress efficiently. I also find it very useful for tracking deadlines, documenting compliance steps, and ensuring communication stays clear when working remotely.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp can feel overwhelming for new users because of the many features and options. It takes time to learn the interface and set up workflows properly. Some integrations also need smoother performance.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to centralize billing tasks, compliance documentation, and project tracking, solving workflow scattering issues and easing remote collaboration. Its customizable views and integrations save time and adapt to different project needs.

 ### 26. Versatile views and organized interface: Lists and Kanban that streamline management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia M. | Dev, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The versatility of the views is incredible, how easy it looks and how organized it is is unbeatable. The list view is my favorite, but the kanban view helps me see ongoing tasks much more easily.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

A weak point is the mobile application. It has many limitations in terms of visuals and its performance. It loads and searches very slowly.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calculating how many actual hours were dedicated to a project was uncountable, fees were billed that we all knew were not 100% real. Now with time tracking, everything is easier and more credible.

 ### 27. Click Up Keeps Our Team Organized and On Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah B. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

My favorite thing about Click Up is how it helps organize our team’s processes in a very user-friendly way, making it easier to keep everything clear and on track.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The one downside is that there’s a learning curve for new users who have never used project management software before. Because of that, I have to create training videos showing how we handle certain processes as a team, since our workflows differ from the training videos that Click has already offered.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us manage specific clients by organizing each of their projects individually, while also supporting our internal team management and time tracking.

 ### 28. Goodbye to the chaos: tasks, files, and dates on a single board

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco V. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most is that it took away the mess of having a thousand apps open. Being able to organize tasks, add files to them, set dates, and see everything on a board is awesome.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What drives me crazy is that sometimes the platform gets really slow and just seems to be thinking; when you're in a hurry, seeing that thing loading stresses anyone out.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main headache it took away was the mess of information. Before, half of the things were left in emails, another part in notebooks, and the rest in WhatsApp chats; coordinating the team was a complete hassle because files and deliverables were constantly getting lost.

 ### 29. ClickUp: a versatile and clear organization to manage clients and services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel M. | Consultant Tracking / Analytics, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love its versatility and the organizational capability that Clickup provides. You can create workspaces, which are themselves organized into folders and task lists. It's really practical for managing clients and services, and it helps to keep a clear view on everything.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There is an important learning phase at the beginning because the configuration possibilities are numerous.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the organization that this brings. I have a clear view of all my projects and tasks. Clickup also centralizes my communication with my collaborators or clients, as we can create channels like on Slack. We can also add documents and notes to each task, which is really very practical.

 ### 30. ClickUp Gave Me Control Over My Life Back

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant H. | Software Relationship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It’s nice having everything I need in one place.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Doc structuring is a bit funky. That's all.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turns raw thoughts and notes into structured output for my calendar, my CRM data, my appointments, as well as writing and educational projects. There are all these different spots where things can fall through the cracks, and ClickUp is the only tool I've ever used that has been able to solve all of them. Whether that's deals and appointments/follow-ups/sending out quotes, writing essays and documents with speed, whiteboard-mapping SSOT's for my team, or the Super Agents acting as anything from sales coaches to fitness trainers. I use it for all of it, and it's made all those areas way better for me.

 ### 31. Generous Free Plan with Rich Templates—ClickUp Makes Work Easy and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gebremichael Aregawi T. | Independent Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It has almost everything related to task, project, and marketing management tools, with rich templates and plenty of options. It’s even generous on the free plan—honestly, not comparable to other platforms when it comes to what you get for free. With the free plan, I was able to build what we needed for our small team. Overall, it’s easy, fun, and exciting to work in Clickup.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing at all. Trust me, I absolutely hate nothing about ClickUp.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s fun to plan, build, and manage operations in ClickUp thanks to its wide range of tools, templates, and settings, along with how easy it is to set everything up and its great user interface. It really makes you feel capable of planning complex project tasks. That’s the problem ClickUp is solving.

 ### 32. Easy and Fun to Use for Product Reviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simphiwe B. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Tasks, docs, goals, dashboards, and even chat can all live together. That means you’re not constantly jumping between apps for planning, writing, and tracking work.It scales nicely—students, freelancers, and large teams can all use it without switching platforms.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are so many features that new users often don’t know where to start. Instead of feeling simple, it can feel cluttered or “too much” at first.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many apps force you into a fixed system (like only boards or only lists).ClickUp lets you choose views (list, board, calendar, Gantt, etc.) and customize everything. You design your workflow instead of fighting the tool.

 ### 33. Clean, Customizable Task Management That Keeps Me Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arsh Z. | Founder - MYRAQ.ai, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most is how customizable it is — I can manage tasks, deadlines, notes, and goals all in one place. The interface is clean, collaboration features are useful, and the different views like Kanban and calendar help me stay productive and track progress efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I dislike about clickup.com is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and customization options. For new users, the interface comes with a bit of a learning curve, and at times the app can feel slightly slow when switching between larger workspaces or dashboards.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

clickup.com helps solve the problem of managing multiple tasks and projects across different platforms. Instead of using separate apps for notes, task tracking, calendars, and progress management, I can keep everything in one organized workspace. This benefits me by improving productivity, helping me stay consistent with deadlines and study goals, and making it easier to prioritize work without losing track of important tasks.

 ### 34. Customizable, Easy Setup, but Templates Need Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beatriz M. | Administrative assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like ClickUp's customizable features, which let me adjust the setup to match my workflows and needs. It's great that I can control who has access to the documentation. I also appreciate being able to keep track of all the company documentation, training manuals, and the status of each employee, including their fax needs, all in one place. This provides a clear visual of each worker's situation. Additionally, setting it up was very easy for me. I managed to create spaces and include the people I wanted quickly and without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The templates, definitely. I tried using the templates a few different times, but it was a bit difficult for me to adapt them to my needs, so it ended up being better to start from scratch.

Also, linking one workspace to another document is complicated.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can keep track of a lot of things depending on the department I use it for, such as HR and administrative tasks. It helps me store internal documents, assign tasks to others, track project milestones, and set everything up based on my needs. I also use it for creating, storing, and sharing SOPs with different departments.

 ### 35. Flexible, Scalable ClickUp That Brings Tasks, Projects, and Collaboration Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how flexible it is. It can support simple task tracking, more structured project management, documentation, dashboards, and team collaboration in one place without forcing every team into the same workflow.

I also appreciate that it gives visibility across workstreams. When it is set up well, it becomes much easier to see ownership, deadlines, priorities, and status without chasing updates across Slack, email, spreadsheets, and meetings.

The biggest value is that ClickUp can grow with a team. It works for quick execution, but it can also support more mature operations as processes, reporting, and accountability need to scale.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike about ClickUp is that the flexibility can also become the problem. There are so many ways to structure spaces, folders, lists, views, statuses, automations, and custom fields that it can get messy quickly without strong governance.

It can also feel overwhelming for teams that just need a clear place to see what they own, what is due, and what needs attention. If the setup is too complex, people stop using it consistently, and then the tool becomes another place to check instead of a true source of truth.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of scattered work. Instead of managing tasks, notes, deadlines, project updates, and follow-ups across email, Slack, spreadsheets, and separate documents, it gives the team one central place to organize and track work.

The biggest benefit is visibility. It makes it easier to see what needs to happen, who owns it, when it is due, and where things are getting stuck. That helps reduce missed handoffs, duplicate work, and unnecessary status meetings.

It also supports better accountability. When projects are broken into clear tasks with owners, deadlines, and priorities, it is much easier to keep momentum without constantly chasing people for updates.

 ### 36. Organized, Fast Workspace with Powerful AI & Bots Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor M. | Consultor de vendas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It keeps things organized, the interface is good, the integrations are Good, and the new feature of Ai and Bots let's me automate things way better then before, now i can create agents to do my daily routines.

My workspace is kinda big, but sometimes i get impressed because i have no lag working on it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The pricing is shown in USD rather than my local currency. I don’t dislike the support, because I don’t use it very much.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me get organized and plan out my entire month of work.

 ### 37. ClickUp turned my chaos into a story

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I've been using ClickUp for about a year now, and honestly it's become essential to how I write and organize my game story a project called "The Last Page" that I'm building with a friend.
Before ClickUp, keeping track of chapters, scenes, and ideas was a mess. Now everything has its place.
I organize each chapter as its own doc, collect ideas before they slip away, and always know where I left off.
It sounds simple, but that structure genuinely saved me so much time and frustration.
What pulled me in first was the UI it's clean, comfortable, and never gets in the way.
I'm a writer, not a project manager, so I needed something that felt natural to use without a learning curve.
ClickUp delivered exactly that.
I just open it and start writing.
If you're someone who creates whether it's stories, games, scripts, or anything that needs organizing ClickUp gives you a space that actually works the way your brain does.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only thing I'd mention is that when I first switched from Notion to ClickUp, it took me a little time to find my way around.
The interface is different enough that there's a small adjustment period. But honestly, once I got used to it, I realized ClickUp is significantly better than Notion for what I do more flexible, better organized, and just more comfortable to work in long-term. So the initial confusion was absolutely worth it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem ClickUp solved for me is keeping my entire story organized in one place.
I'm writing a game narrative called The Last Page and managing chapters, scenes, and scattered ideas used to slow me down constantly.
ClickUp gave me a clear structure so I can focus entirely on writing instead of searching for where I put things.
Performance wise, it's been rock solid. No crashes, no lag, no lost work it just runs.
For a writer midflow, that reliability matters more than people realize. Nothing kills creativity like a slow or unstable tool.
I also experimented with the AI feature for translating some of my content, and it handled it impressively well.
It's a genuinely useful addition that doesn't feel forced it's there when you need it and stays out of the way when you don't.
Overall ClickUp turned a chaotic creative process into something manageable and even enjoyable.

 ### 38. All in one: sprints, documentation, and Kanban in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe m. | Dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about this platform is that it's a "one-stop shop," darn it. Before, I had to use Jira for Sprints, Notion for code documentation (the readme), and Trello for quick tasks. Now I have everything centralized in one space. The Kanban boards flow with elegance.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform is like a camel at first: It has so much stuff that the learning curve is extremely heavy and leaves people confused. It becomes sluggish and slow when the database grows, the interface lags, and it consumes RAM like crazy.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue we solved with ClickUp was the huge mess with deliveries and the lack of communication in the team.

 ### 39. Best tool for project & task management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Owner of the company, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has significantly improved our project management process. Its customizable dashboards, task automation, workload management, and real-time collaboration tools help our team stay organized and productive day to day. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the different views—such as List, Board, Calendar, and Gantt—which makes it easier to plan, track, and manage a variety of projects in the way that fits each one best.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Overall, the platform works very well. That said, I do notice occasional delays when loading large workspaces with many tasks. I’d appreciate further improvements in performance, especially in those heavier workspaces.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the challenge of managing projects and tasks. It keeps us organized, improves collaboration, and lets us track progress in real time. Overall, it helps us deliver projects more efficiently while saving time and reducing the need for manual follow-ups.

**Official Response from Shanee Shepardson:**

> Hey, Sanket!

The inclusion of AI enhances its capabilities significantly, turning everything up a notch.

The initial setup of ClickUp was very difficult, requiring a lot of time and training for the migration process.

 ### 41. My absolute favorite!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The AI features are great, and the Claude connector makes it 100x easier to actually get things done and always reflect my latest status in ClickUp.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

More training materials, tutorials, and how-to content would be helpful, particularly for 4.0, Brain, and all the AI capabilities.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with multiple departments and have a need to visualize and plan my workload effectively in one place - which I do with the Workload view. Additionally, it helps me track and asses how much time I spend on each project, as well as document my processes robustly in a variety of different projects and teams.

 ### 42. I highly recommend Clickup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martine C. | Legal Virtual Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Clickup is so easy to use and navigate. I can set spaces for each client and I also use it for personal tasks. The reminders are fantastic and I love the calendar view of Everything so I can easily view and juggle things around. The templates are really helpful too. I've used a few different systems to find one that suited me, and this is it. It makes my life so much easier. I recently had a meeting with Customer Support and found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I use Clickup every day for everything.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I haven't found any as yet. Everything just works so well for me.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in one place and it helps me to focus on tasks for all my clients much easier than the other systems I have tried. I am much more productive and organised.

 ### 43. Powerful Agile Workflow Tool with Rich Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhemmad F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp as our main project management and collaboration platform, and I really appreciate how it serves as a central place for tracking, team coordination, documentation, and overall project organization. It helps keep all project management activities in one place, improving team coordination and visibility across tasks and priorities. I like how flexible and feature-rich ClickUp is for managing agile workflows and team collaboration. The features like boards, sprint management docs, dashboards, and task tracking help us keep everything organized in one central platform. These features make agile processes easier to handle and provide clear visibility into progress and priorities for the team.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes, ClickUp can feel a bit overwhelming because of the large number of features and customization options available. Performance can also occasionally slow down when working with larger boards or complex workspaces.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp keeps all project management activities in one place, improving team coordination and visibility. It makes it easier to manage agile workflows, track progress, and stay organized during fast-paced development cycles.

 ### 44. Super versatile views: Kanban, list, and Gantt that make everything clearer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo S. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The versatility of structured views is amazing, the kanban is great for a simple view of what is assigned and pending, the list view makes it easy to see everything in one place, and the Gantt view is great for evaluating performance.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I like least are the limitations in the mobile app; although the desktop version is super powerful, the app reduces interaction. I wish it had the same options.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the problem and the chaos in delivery times and the lack of clear priorities. Previously, we did it in Excel and there's no comparison; now in ClickUp, everything is easier and more fluid.

 ### 45. A unique space to collaborate, track, and deliver more calmly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rostom K. | PMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about @ClickUp is its ability to become a "Center of Gravity" for a team's work, especially when managing multiple projects in parallel (my case in PMO). ClickUp is a tool that can be quickly grasped, deployed without a "complex setup," and very quickly used daily without friction: everything is clearer, more fluid, and the team knows where to find the information.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I don't like (or what can be frustrating) with ClickUp is rarely "the tool itself," but rather the resistance to change encountered among my colleagues.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perhaps the biggest problem I have noticed with ClickUp during my use concerns planning and the calendar. Indeed, it is set to a EUR calendar, with weekends and holidays different from those in Algeria, which has generated incorrect reports for me in this aspect.

 ### 46. Happy with my 1 year experience with Clickup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shehab El din A. | Junior Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The freedom to create option sets and customize tasks in an organized way

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I dont like how the Desktop app layout feels unfinished, like how sometimes tasks are not automatically updated and I wanted to refresh , just like I did in the browser, but the refresh button was In the Top bar in a menu

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning Tasks and Tracking our progress, since clickup is easy to use and maneuver we could easily create sprints and assign tasks and the dashboard statistics at the end of each sprint helped us evaluate our efficiency alot easier

 ### 47. ClickUp’s Dedicated Notification Center Keeps Everything on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anant S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about clickup is a dedicated notification (message) center kind of a UI which highlights everything. It also allows you to follow the tickets and get those updates in your inbox. This helps a lot! Furthermore, getting these notification in the gmail inbox (via integration) is really helpful and ensures nothing gets missed.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The thing that I dislike is the time it takes and the amount of memory it consumes. It consumes a lot of memory but still the performance of the tool is not at par (caching is not good).

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We earlier struggled with keeping track of things, linking similar tickets or issues together across different boards which was resolved by ClickUp. Also, it helps in documenting things easily, very comprehensive platform!

 ### 48. Extended options for features, easy to cooperate with large teams and project portfolio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo D. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

It offers extended features and customized views, and it’s easy to add peers. That makes it straightforward to work with large project teams across many projects.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Users with limited knowledge of new technologies and trends may find it harder to use compared with competitors. I think this is mainly due to the extended set of features that are offered to all users, thats much more options than competitors

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team connects well, and it’s easy to get everything I need for reviews while also following up on a variety of projects.

 ### 49. Powerful All-In-One Tool Despite Complexity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Owner & Chief Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp to be a powerhouse with so many tools in one. I like the ability to add comments, including screenshots, which allows me to give very specific instructions and add greater context to tasks, making everything clear. It's much more robust than other task management software I've tried. I also love the getting things done templates on ClickUp.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it’s a little bit too complicated and it’s hard to onboard certain people, especially those that are not good with technology, like my remodeling contractors and his crew.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to track milestones, assign tasks, and set deadlines. Its tools let me add comments and screenshots, enhancing clarity. It's robust and handles projects effectively. I also love the templates. I have used the marketing templates as well as some of the Getting Things Done templates. I also love the doc feature for brain dumping and notes.

 ### 50. All-in-One Platform That Streamlines Projects with Built-In AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The biggest selling point for me is the consolidation. I love that I can take a dozen different apps and shrink them down into this one platform. I primarily use it for managing complex projects and staying in constant contact with the people I’m working with.
The built-in AI has also become an essential part of my workflow; I use it constantly to organize my thoughts when they're a bit scattered and to polish my writing by correcting any slight mistakes. It’s like having a project manager and an editor rolled into one.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

If I had to provide feedback for improvement, I think the invitation process for new users could be more versatile. It feels a little rigid compared to how flexible and customizable the rest of the platform is. However, besides that, I really like all the features provided.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the problem of "app fatigue." Instead of jumping between a dedicated chat app, a doc editor, and a task manager, I have everything in one place. This keeps my team on the same page and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
