"The perfect QA and bug tracking solution for website agencies"

What do you like best about Marker.io?

Marker.io is easy to implement, and integrates directly with PM tools like ClickUp. My agency uses it for QA and bug tracking during the final pahses of website launches. Its easy for clients to use it and log bugs and changes, and when integrated with ClickUp it automatically creates tasks for my dev team to fix. Its a fantastic product! "Huge time-saver for an agency!"

What do you like best about Marker.io?

First off, no one likes the QA process. It doesn't matter whether you are the client or the agency, the QA process is always painful. As an agency owner, we had not figured out how to do the QA process well until we found Marker. Adding it onto our websites was simple - and it automatically placed all new requests into the correct spot on each of our project management boards. We actually bring this process up during our sales discussions as a lot of our clients are used to manual QA processes where emails are passed back-and-forth. We let them know that the QA process will be as simple as pressing a button. With this tool, we save at least a day's worth of project management time on every project. Using it for one project per month ends up paying for itself multiple times over. Also, I have submitted a few tickets for new feature requests over the years and some of those have even been implemented. I'm impressed with the customer support they have provided. What do you dislike about Marker.io?

Honestly, there really isn't anything. QA sucked before Marker. Now it's better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's saving my team time. My project managers don't have to read through confusing emails with screenshots scattered all over. When our developers see a ticket created by Marker.io, they get excited because they know that all the information they need to solve the problem will actually be in the ticket. Many of our companies clients are located several hours from our offices. Marker.io allows them to provide feedback in their own time.

What do you like best about Marker.io?

The intuitive interface of Marker.io has greatly simplified the bug reporting process, making it accessible even for those without technical expertise. It's simple enough but very efficient.

What do you dislike about Marker.io?

Marker.io doesn't (yet) offer an API but I believe they're going to offer access to it soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Marker.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a busy and large web development agency for medical life sciences, our review process is quite long, drawn-out, and contains a lot of moving parts. But because of Marker.io's superb and very comprehensive integration with JIRA, Shortcut and other project management software, we have been able to almost automate our entire review process. Crystal clear communication (via notifications) and the automated change of status, as web dev projects move through the line, have allowed us to do more... without WORKING more. What do you like best about Marker.io?

As a small web developement agency owner, being able to 'live' in my clients apps every day to enable them to easily request features, provide feedback or report bugs is a game changer. Not only does it simplify communication and save meetings, it also creates more work from existing clients (which as an agency is a good thing!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a pretty robust prodct, probably my only wish-list would be for video feedback (similar to zoom), which I know is on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We no longer have to read through confusing emails with screenshots scattered all over the place to try to decipher what the issue is, get inundated with slack messages, or take up valuable meeting time with clients to chat through bugs.
