What do you like best about Marker.io?

The fact that you can avoid back-and-forth communication with your team or complicated spreadsheets - it streamlines the whole website feedback process and it connects to Notion which my team already uses. The AI features also make the process of capturing feedback much faster. Marker takes the reporting and tracking off our plate, so we can spend our time actually fixing things. Marker helps us collaborate better and faster as a team when it comes to website feedback. We don't need to send notes, sheets or screenshots back and forth. Everyone is on the same page, and knows exactly what needs to be done, as everything is tracked through an integrations with Notion. What do you like best about Marker.io?

I find Marker.io particularly useful for bidirectional synchronization with our project management system. I like the screen recording, which is valuable because it shows details that are difficult to describe in words. The integration with our project management system is optimal, providing all the necessary contextual information. Users can also leave graphic notes, which highlight elements on the screen, in addition to including all the context of the client's logs. Moreover, the value for money is unbeatable, and being a GDPR-compliant product with a high level of data security was crucial in our choice. The initial setup was very easy. Marker.io is easy to implement, and integrates directly with PM tools like ClickUp. My agency uses it for QA and bug tracking during the final phases of website launches. "Huge time-saver for an agency!"

What do you like best about Marker.io?

First off, no one likes the QA process. It doesn't matter whether you are the client or the agency, the QA process is always painful. As an agency owner, we had not figured out how to do the QA process well until we found Marker. Adding it onto our websites was simple - and it automatically placed all new requests into the correct spot on each of our project management boards. We actually bring this process up during our sales discussions as a lot of our clients are used to manual QA processes where emails are passed back-and-forth. We let them know that the QA process will be as simple as pressing a button. With this tool, we save at least a day's worth of project management time on every project. Using it for one project per month ends up paying for itself multiple times over. Also, I have submitted a few tickets for new feature requests over the years and some of those have even been implemented. I'm impressed with the customer support they have provided. What do you dislike about Marker.io?

It's saving my team time. My project managers don't have to read through confusing emails with screenshots scattered all over. When our developers see a ticket created by Marker.io, they get excited because they know that all the information they need to solve the problem will actually be in the ticket.
