## ClickUp Reviews
 ### 1. Great UI/UX, Seamless Experience, and Strong Google Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco G. F. | Head of Process Innovation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The UI and UX are great. ClickUp does have a learning curve, but after the initial onboarding process, the experience becomes seamless. Performance on my Mac is excellent, whether I’m using it in the browser or in the native app. In terms of pricing and ROI, it’s a great option if you actually use all of its features, since it can replace other software. The integrations with Google apps—my company’s main ecosystem—are also strong, including Drive, Calendar, Email, and more. The AI integrations are great, either to give context in chats, create and automate tasks, and you can go beyond with agents.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The initial onboarding process requires training and can become quite complex for some users when first used.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps us manage tasks and keep the main points of communication for my company in one place. The time tracking, dashboards, and management reporting give us valuable context, which makes it easier to make informed decisions.

 ### 2. Versatile Task Management with Minor Search Flaws

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa A. | Bilingual Client Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp every day to manage my tasks, and I really love the user interface. It's easy to understand and each notification is linked to organized tasks. It works as a tracking platform that connects multiple other platforms and aligns everything in one place. I also appreciate the AI features to create great interview questions. The form option lets us create requests that ping the right people. The color code is organized, and each client has a designated folder where I can see live updates from the team. It helps us track our monthly KPIs. Setting it up was really easy, and although it was confusing at the beginning, once you get it, it's really good.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only thing I don't like is the search option. It takes time for the software to find some tasks. It's frustrating when you want to look for something and sometimes the AI pops up immediately instead of asking before opening.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp every day to manage video production tasks, connecting my role as a senior customer success manager to the production team. It tracks everything in one place, organizes tasks with notifications, and its AI features help create interview questions.

 ### 3. ClickUp Keeps Getting Better: Great Features, Training, and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna N. | Project Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Allthough I very much like the features of ClickUp, the best thing I think is that there is continuos improvement and development, I like that there are always new features coming out, the second best thing is the education and support service, there are many ways to improve ones clickup skills, and there is always somewhere to turn, when I get stuck setting up a process or using a feature, which is very nice!
I like that there are a lot of personalisation tools and automations, which can support our workflows well

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it is hard to find something, as the search feaure doesnt always work and filter the way i would like

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all information in one place in a project, like relevant emails, Sharepoint site links and so on, while being able to delegate tasks and collaborate online/afar so communication is clear and information doesnt get lost in translation, therefore saving time and boosting performance
also there are a few administrativ burdens and busy work that automations do for us, so we can focus on our work, templates also help a lot in this aspect

 ### 4. ClickUp as a QA Hub: Powerful API Automation and Custom Fields for Test Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rega S. | Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

As a Lead QA, ClickUp has become the central hub for managing our testing activities. One of the features I value most is its API capability, which allows us to automate reporting and integrate our testing workflows directly with ClickUp. We've even leveraged the API to automatically generate test cases and create them within ClickUp tasks, significantly reducing manual effort and keeping our test documentation aligned with development activities.

Another feature that has been extremely valuable for our QA process is Custom Fields. We use them extensively to manage bug tracking, test case repositories, and regression test executions. By creating custom fields such as Test Type, Priority, Module, Execution Status, Environment, and Release Version, we can organize and filter thousands of test cases efficiently. During regression cycles, these fields make it much easier to build test execution lists, track progress, and generate reports for stakeholders without relying on external tools.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest challenge was the learning curve. When I first started using ClickUp, the number of features, views, and customization options felt overwhelming. It took time to understand the best structure for our team and establish processes that worked consistently. New users may need some patience before they can fully benefit from the platform.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ClickUp, information was spread across multiple tools, making it difficult to track testing progress and maintain visibility across projects. ClickUp helped centralize our workflows, test management, reporting, and collaboration in one place. As a result, our team has better visibility, improved traceability, and reduced administrative work. The ability to automate processes through the API has been especially valuable in scaling our QA operations efficiently.

 ### 5. Amazing Functionality with Seamless Team Communication and Project Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanko G. | Service Delivery Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The functionality is amazing, and the smooth blend of team communications and project management is what we have been looking for for quite some time now. Pricing is very fair, and the integrated AI functionality has proved to be very valuable. The interface is very nice, easy to use, and easy to master. It integrates well with Google Workspace and that has proven to be very valuable to my team. It does not glitch or slow down ever, and the support we received during the onboarding has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Reporting dashboard could be better organized, along with timesheets.
Those could be more streamlined.
Regarding the dashboard, it seems it takes a lot of configuration, and sometimes the app does not recognize data points that it clearly has available.
For example, we do PTO management through ClickUp, and I wanted a view of how many PTO days were taken per employee this year.
I got the notification that the data to do that is not available, but it was, since every PTO request has a start date and an end date, that also contains the year.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It finally solves the issue we were having with needing multiple tools for communication, reporting, and project management, all at the same time.
In the past we struggled, because things would fall through the cracks since we used Slack for communications and GitHub for project management. Now that problem of connecting messages with specific tasks has been solved.

 ### 6. Versatile Task Management with Room for Automation Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tulio G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love that ClickUp lets us store a variety of project types like periodic maintenances, one-time requests, milestones, and meeting notes. It's great that everything can be labeled, and the table management feels like using a familiar spreadsheet, which helps integrate more digital spaces. I like setting up flows and the ability to quickly move between tasks, even though there's been a small lag recently, it's still smooth and makes things easier. Pinning items to the top, bottom, or sidebar helps with follow-ups, and using planners with a weekly histogram is a huge help to avoid missing less critical deadlines. ClickUp was already familiar to the management team, and over time, we've learned to use more of its features, which led to me earning the SuperUser badge. I also appreciate integrating ClickUp with tools like Slack, and using the API to automate task creation from other sources like spreadsheets or Slack channels.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some automation flows still can't be achieved such as related tasks, that's a pain because I would like to trigger more actions when linked or blocking tasks change, like we need to be able to be notified. Another thing is management using subtasks vs checklists, usually it would be great that some tasks don't require the development to be a subtasks, but be respected enough to become a progress where you can define the main deadline. I would like to make the most for diagrams but it gets too laggy.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love using ClickUp to store various project types, label tasks, and manage them like a spreadsheet. Pinning helps with follow-ups and planners aid in meeting deadlines, especially for less critical tasks.

 ### 7. Highly Customizable ClickUp with Seamless M365 Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy V. | Interim Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing about ClickUp is how customizable it is. It can feel overwhelming at first, but the more time I spend with it, the more I like it. I also like that it integrates very well with M365.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The best thing can also be the worst thing. I just wish the onboarding process were cleaner and more consistent. It felt like the videos and tutorials didn’t match the same version of the product, which made getting started more confusing than it needed to be. Fortunately, not much has changed since we started using ClickUp, but I do worry that things could change too much over time. It also is a bit pricy especially when the AI features are add-ons.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re really trying to streamline our SOPs, and ClickUp gives us a good opportunity to dig in and build templates we can reuse across our projects. It just takes time to set everything up the way we want. I do wish we had more hands-on training with ClickUp, but I understand that training can be expensive.

 ### 8. Efficient Project Management with Clean UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay P. | Project Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is its clean and flexible UI/UX, which makes it easy to navigate and manage tasks without feeling overwhelmed. The interface is well-structured, and features like different views (list, board, calendar) really help in visualizing work the way you prefer. I also like how customizable everything is—it allows us to design workflows that actually fit our needs. The automation features are a big plus as well, as they reduce manual effort and improve overall efficiency. Overall, it creates a smooth and user-friendly experience, which is why I often recommend ClickUp to my team members, colleagues, and even friends.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I dislike about ClickUp is that the UI can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are a lot of features and options, which is great, but it can make navigation slightly confusing at times. Some sections feel a bit cluttered, and it takes time to get used to where everything is. Also, occasional lag or slow loading in certain views affects the overall experience. With a bit more simplification and performance improvements, the UI/UX could become even smoother and more user-friendly.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ClickUp, it was difficult to keep everything organized—tasks were scattered across different tools, communication was not always clear, and tracking progress took extra effort. With ClickUp, everything is now in one place, which has made a big difference.

It helps us manage tasks more clearly, assign responsibilities, and track progress in real time. The different views (like list, board, calendar) make it easier to understand work from both a detailed and high-level perspective. Automation has also helped reduce repetitive work, saving time and improving efficiency.

Overall, it has improved team collaboration, reduced confusion, and given us much better visibility into our projects.

 ### 9. Highly Extensible and Customizable to Fit Exactly What You Need

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew A. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The extensibility that it provides. It's very customizable and allows you to tailor your experience to a degree to be exactly what you want it for. That's probably my favorite part about it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

When you know there's some feature or aspect that you aren't going to use or need, it can be hard to visually remove it to declutter the view. The clutter is a lot, because there are so many options and ways to slice, filter or refine your views and the data, but stuff you aren't using seems to be there kind of in the way.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping our team in the loop and allowing us to share files way more easily and more relevantly by tying it to the tasks and projects directly. The chat is also super functional with the ability to mention tasks and projects right in there super easily. And having the ability to build forms that populate as tasks is a game changer as well.

 ### 10. Great Project Management Platform for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Super easy platform for managing projects and collaborating with team members. I like that it's easy to move projects around to various stages, comment and assign tasks to other users. It's easy to keep track of projects in a single location. This application has been a game-changer for my agency. We tried other project management systems but this one is the one that stuck and has increased our productivity. One thing that's great is that it make it easy for new agency team members to see past projects, activity logs, etc. so onboarding is easy.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I've never been able to get the gmail integration to work correctly, consistently. It is very glitchy.

I've also never figured out how to use the "documents" functionality fluidly in the system. This might be user error, however, as I need to spend more time researching. There is a lot of functionality in the system that we are not using. The training videos are great but I wish there had been an onboarding consultant to help us really maximize our use!

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are successfully managing all client projects within ClickUp. We have decreased email traffic by more than 80% as we all communicate within the app and it keeps all of the versions, comments, etc. in one place. As the owner of the agency, it's been fantastic to be able to go into any project and see clear details on the status and view the team's notes. We've been using the system for about 4 months now and the improvements in productivity have been amazing - and we've only scratched the surface. We tried other platforms and they didn't "stick." This one has been easy to use and it would be hard to get us to change.

 ### 11. User-Friendly UI Packed with Features and Reliable Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco M. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

UI is user friendly. It has a lot of features so when something comes up new that i need to do at work I first think "is that feature available in clickup?" "can it be shared with other colleagues easily?", "can i integrate it or embed it into my pages"?. I was concerned by some people commenting on the app availability and performance but I havent had any issue related to that. I use this tool to keep track of the activities of my team mates and provide access to my boss for the sake of transparency. Support has been good. There are AI tools that i havent needed much but is good to have it

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

UI is a bit bloated. It is a bit pricy at scale.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving transparency about my teams work and the timelines we commit to. Also the feature to launch surveys and capture data is very useful

 ### 12. ClickUp’s Flexible, Feature-Rich Platform That Scales With Your Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria S. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is its flexibility and the wide range of features available. Almost every aspect of the platform can be customized to fit your team's specific needs, whether that's task management, project tracking, dashboards, automations, forms, or reporting. Instead of forcing you into a rigid workflow, ClickUp allows you to build processes that work for your organization. I feel the AI tools have had a great deal in allowing for this flexibility. From content generation and meeting notes to task summaries and workflow assistance, the AI tools help save time and improve productivity without feeling overly complicated. As our needs have evolved, ClickUp has been able to scale and adapt with us.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest downside to ClickUp is that it can be a little overwhelming at first. There are so many features, settings, and customization options that it takes some time to learn and get everything set up the way you want.
It can also feel a bit cluttered at times, and occasional updates mean there's always something new to get used to. That said, the flexibility and functionality make the learning curve worth it.
Another dislike would be the way the pricing is set-up. I find this confusing with base prices and add-ons and credits.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has helped us centralize our work by giving us one place to manage client information, company documents, tasks, notes, calendars, projects, and internal processes. Instead of switching between multiple tools, our team can access everything they need in a single platform.
This has improved organization, visibility, and collaboration across the team. Having information and tasks connected in one place helps reduce missed details, keeps projects moving forward, and makes it easier to track progress and stay aligned on priorities.

 ### 13. Seamless Project Management for Our White-Label Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JR M. | Account/Client Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has transformed how our team collaborates. From assigning tasks to tracking progress, everything feels seamless, which means we spend less time managing work and more time actually getting it done. It brings clarity and accountability to our workflow without slowing us down.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I’ve noticed with ClickUp is that its wide range of integrations and advanced features can take a little getting used to. Sometimes it feels like there’s a lot happening at once, especially with AI-powered tools and performance-heavy tasks. But that’s also what makes it so powerful. Once you settle in, it’s a platform that connects everything we use, speeds up our workflows, and adapts as our team grows.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the problem of juggling multiple tools and tracking projects across different platforms. By consolidating everything in one place, it streamlines workflows and keeps priorities clear. For our team, this has translated into faster project completion, fewer missed deadlines, and more time to focus on high-impact work instead of administrative tasks."

 ### 14. Highly Flexible ClickUp Workflows That Keep Everything in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann Marie D. | Creative Campaign Coordinator (Operating as Senior IC / Ops Enablement), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

One of the most valuable aspects of ClickUp is its flexibility. We use custom workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and templates to manage everything from creative production and campaign execution to SOP documentation and cross-functional project management. The ability to customize statuses, fields, views, and permissions allows us to build processes that align with how our teams actually work rather than forcing us into a rigid structure.

The user interface is generally intuitive once users become familiar with the platform. Features like drag-and-drop task management, multiple project views (List, Board, Calendar, Gantt), and customizable dashboards make it easy to monitor workload, project progress, and team capacity. Having all project communication, documentation, tasks, and reporting in one place significantly reduces the need to switch between multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

My biggest frustration with ClickUp is the level of technical support available when critical issues occur. For routine questions, the ticketing system works adequately, but when there are platform-wide disruptions, workspace outages, or core functionality failures, it can be difficult to get timely assistance or clear communication regarding resolution timelines.

For example, there have been instances where essential features such as dependency scheduling or workspace functionality were unavailable, directly impacting project planning and team productivity. In these situations, submitting a support ticket often feels like the only option, with limited visibility into prioritization, escalation paths, or real-time status updates.

As organizations become more dependent on ClickUp as a mission-critical operational platform, stronger enterprise-level support options would add significant value. Improvements such as faster response times for high-impact issues, more transparent incident communication, live support channels for urgent cases, and clearer escalation procedures would help teams maintain business continuity when problems arise.

While the platform itself offers powerful functionality, workflow automation, and strong ROI, the support experience has not always matched the importance of the role ClickUp plays in day-to-day operations.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has helped solve one of our biggest operational challenges: accountability. Before implementing standardized workflows, it was often difficult to determine who owned a task, where a project stood, or what was causing delays. Information was spread across emails, meetings, and multiple systems, creating gaps in visibility and follow-through.

With ClickUp, every task has a clear owner, due date, status, and documented history. Team members know exactly what is expected of them, managers have visibility into project progress, and stakeholders can quickly identify bottlenecks before they become larger issues. Features like task assignments, dependencies, dashboards, and automated notifications have created greater transparency and accountability across departments.

The result has been improved project execution, fewer missed deadlines, better cross-functional collaboration, and more confidence that work is moving forward as planned. Having a centralized source of truth has made it easier to track commitments, measure performance, and ensure projects stay aligned with business goals.

 ### 15. ClickUp: Efficiency and Organization Redefined

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa U. | Mentora de propósito y gestión del tiempo , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love ClickUp for its new updates, especially for the artificial intelligence called Brain, which makes my work much easier. The ability to have automated and organized tasks gives me peace of mind, especially now that I'm preparing for my maternity leave. Tools like forms, list creation, and different views are super practical. The integration with other applications is excellent, allowing me to manage everything from a single tab without needing to open other applications. I also appreciate its practicality and how it integrates into my daily life, managing not only my time and tasks but also those of my work team. Additionally, the organization of lists and the dashboard help me keep information clear and organized, and the use of artificial intelligence significantly reduces the time spent on operational tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Well, since Brain's artificial intelligence is something relatively new, I feel that we could improve its interface when generating some kind of instruction to create a prompt. Also, I feel there could be an improvement in document organization, and the lack of a tool that makes it easier to create management systems for my company with templates.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has helped me keep everything organized and automated, even during my maternity leave. With forms and dashboards, I have clear information, and artificial intelligence reduces the time spent on operational tasks. I also integrate ClickUp with Google to manage everything in one place.

 ### 16. Versatile views: Kanban and Excel-like table in one click

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhon C. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most is the versatility of the views. It's a relief to be able to see the same project as a Kanban board to move cards, and with just one click switch it to a Table view that works just like Excel, that helped us a lot with resistance to change.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

A rather annoying issue is the internal search engine. When you need to find an old task or a specific file and you don't remember the exact name, the search engine goes crazy. It throws hundreds of results at you that have nothing to do with it, and you waste a lot of time manually filtering until you find it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A serious problem that it helped me solve was the loss of time on repetitive tasks. Before, every time a new project came in, we had to manually create a list of 20 identical tasks, assign people responsible, and set deadlines one by one. Now with project templates, everything is done with a single click.

 ### 17. Flexibility of real-time views: Kanban, Gantt, and table without duplicating data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilmer B. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most is the ability to see the same data in multiple formats without duplicating information. For me, the real game changer is the flexibility of the views: The operations team works with the Kanban view to move tasks quickly, I monitor the overall timelines from the Gantt view, and management reviews the objectives in an Excel-like Table view. Everything is connected in real time. Additionally, the Folder Hierarchy allows structuring the company in an orderly manner, eliminating the need to jump between Notion, Trello, or Excel.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It's still frustrating for me to do documentation in ClickUp Docs, the text editor sometimes does weird things. You paste an image and the text gets misaligned, or you change a block and it alters the margins.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the lack of process standardization in the company and the loss of historical memory that each employee acquired. Now everything is structured and easy to locate.

 ### 18. Versatile Tool with Robust Integrations, Slightly Overwhelming UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avraham Y. | Anti-Piracy Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp because it acts like a control panel where I can connect other apps and platforms. I can implement automations, create tasks to organize profiles, data, and projects, and share these tasks with my team. Additionally, I can assign roles, tasks, projects, lists, and databases, and I even have the capability to publish wikis and pages for public access. It helps me keep track of long-term projects, not get messy, and I receive reminders, updates, and notifications from other apps linked to my workspace. My team and I can update contents and make changes in real-time. Comments help us stay updated on key details and remarks. It saves me a lot of time when creating tasks, asking for reviews and approvals, and sending reminders, while also providing me with a graphic of the progress. The complexity of ClickUp is an added value since it allows us to do many things that other tools limit.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think sometimes it's a little bit overwhelming to have so many options at sight at the same time. I think going a little more minimalist could be a great idea, or maybe creating setups or modes where you can have a simplified view. It's not so simple because it's also building a whole environment for an entire team, but it's not rocket science. For starters, ClickUp is not so friendly, but if you have experience with Notion, Asana, Figma, or Monday.com, ClickUp is a 10.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the mess of tracking long-term projects, letting us receive reminders and updates. Its real-time updates and comments keep everyone in sync. It also saves time by automating task creation, reviews, and reminders, complete with progress graphics.

 ### 20. ClickUp Centralizes Complex Academic Workflows into One Powerful Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio Carlos L. | Salzburg Global Fellow, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The primary advantage of ClickUp resides in its capacity to centralize complex academic requirements and personal planning within a unified ecosystem.,Directing a scientific-academic think tank, supervising postgraduate research, and managing scientific dissemination projects demands a high-precision organizational architecture. The platform facilitates the systematic structuring of diverse initiatives, ranging from the development of theoretical frameworks concerning strategic autonomy and hedging to the execution of specialized consultancy modules and the editorial workflows of high-impact publications. This versatility translates dense analytical operations into agile, integrated processes, effectively optimizing both institutional and individual productivity.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The principal limitation of the platform resides in its occasional structural hyper-complexity, which frequently exceeds the necessary parameters for standard project management. While a highly customizable architecture is advantageous for multifaceted operations, it can introduce unnecessary friction and cognitive load into otherwise straightforward workflows, requiring a steep learning curve for basic deployment. Furthermore, the automated meeting note-taking functionality exhibits an overly intrusive operational footprint. A more passive and seamless integration—comparable to the unobtrusive, background transcription models employed by specialized applications such as Granola—would be substantially more effective. Such an adjustment would mitigate disruptions during critical institutional and academic engagements, allowing for a more fluid and less mediated deliberative process.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A critical advantage is the platform's seamless integration with Google Workspace. Embedding Google Drive files directly into task flows ensures that research manuscripts, datasets, and administrative documents remain contextually anchored to their respective projects. Furthermore, bidirectional synchronization with Google Calendar and the capacity to convert Gmail correspondence into actionable items effectively consolidate scheduling and external communications. This interoperability eliminates redundant administrative effort, maintaining a highly efficient, centralized workflow essential for rigorous academic and editorial management.

 ### 21. Keeps Client Details Organized—AI Makes It Even Easier

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love being able to see so much information about everything going on with each of the clients we work with. It helps me stay organized and keep track of details, even when I have a million things going on.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

So far, I honestly don’t see any downsides. I’m still discovering new ways it can make my life easier. Adding AI has helped turn some areas I might not have wanted to spend time figuring out into things I actually like.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In marketing and PR, there are often many moving parts to manage before a project is truly finished. Before using ClickUp, it was difficult to keep up with emails, comments, meeting notes, and tasks, and deadlines could easily get lost in the mix. Now we can collect all relevant data and information in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organized. It saves time because we’re no longer searching through everything separately, and saving time is especially important in this industry.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PARADELA, J. | Junior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The best thing I’ve found about ClickUp over the past year is how much it helps with project management for our team. I can easily update tasks and assign team members to the things they need to do, which keeps everything organized and clear. And the fact that I can do this without a subscription, using only the free tier, is a big plus.Integration of outside links, Good performance, onboardinfg thhe app is easy as there is an instruction for basic things. There is also a built in ai to help in organizing and monitoring. The interface is smooth and user friendly

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The downside of using clickup is although the free tier/membersgip have a lot of freebies during our usage , we hit a limit on creating task. Well thats understable as its just a free membership

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us solve project management and assigning of things to everyone in our team. It helps a lot this year as we have a lot of interns and it helps organizing things without repeating everything and every instructions words by words

 ### 24. Great Tool for Organizing Tasks and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumisha J. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is how it combines task management, documentation, goal tracking, and team collaboration in a single platform. The customizable workflows, along with the range of project views, make it easy to organize work, stay aligned with the team, and keep projects moving forward while staying on track.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike about ClickUp is that it can sometimes feel slow, especially when we’re working on larger projects with lots of tasks and subtasks. On top of that, because there are so many features and customization options, our team needed some time to get comfortable with the platform, figure out what to use, and start working with it efficiently.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUP helps us keep all our projects, tasks, deadlines, and team discussions in one place, so we don’t have to constantly switch between multiple tools. As a result, we have better visibility across the team, fewer missed tasks, and a much easier time tracking project progress while staying on top of deadlines.

 ### 25. ClickUp for Marketing Agency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adara L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has been very helpful in organizing our tasks. I love the MCP connection! We have been using Claude to help do some admin work so we have time to focus on the actual tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It can be slow at times (but I feel speed has gotten way better) and the MCP connection doesn't allow claude to see workload view / see the time estimates on tasks. I manage a team and want to make sure they don't have too many tasks for the day so I was hoping Claude could help me with that, but the current MCP connection doesn't allow that.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us track how much time we spend on clients and if we need to talk with them. It's capabilities with forms and subtasks help keep us organized and has improved our efficiency by a lot.

 ### 26. Keeps Operations in One Place with Dashboards, Automations, and Super Agents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mette C. | Meta Ads Growth Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I’ve tried different systems over the years, but I keep coming back to ClickUp. Since last year, it’s been the only system I use for operations - managing clients, project delivery, and everything in between. I love Dashboards; they’re probably my most-used feature for running the business and supporting my clients from onboarding through off-boarding. Automation also helps me cut down on manual work and makes admin tasks so much easier, especially since I can keep everything in one place. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised when Super Agents was introduced, now they create meetings in my calendar and make my day-to-day easier with daily and weekly reminders.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

As a solopreneur, I haven’t run into any glitches or bad experiences so far. However, as I’m scaling and taking on larger projects, the system’s response time has been issued.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the clean structure and seamless onboarding, my clients love it. The dashboards are especially helpful for understanding what I’m dealing with across sales, marketing, and more. Before this, I had tons of sticky notes, Google Docs I couldn’t remember where I’d saved them, and I was doing everything manually. Being able to connect Zapier to the lead process from advertising has also been a huge benefit for both me and my clients.

 ### 27. Centralized inbox and notifications that clear the noise in seconds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban S. | QA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like the most is the inbox and the centralization of notifications. Instead of going crazy checking Slack, emails, and different boards to see what has changed, ClickUp efficiently clears the noise, allowing me to see updates grouped by Date or by Project. If I receive a notification that I can't attend to at the moment, I "Snooze" it so it reappears later. I clear my inbox in seconds by marking as Read what is only informational, leaving only what requires my direct action.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It's excellent to want to have many features, but I feel that this is what sometimes makes the platform slow, in addition to also slowing down the learning curve. But after you get the hang of it, everything goes great.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's amazing how it helped me resolve the chaos of calculating the actual capacity of the team and measuring its performance each time. Before, planning was guessing or working on the fly, now you can truly plan.

 ### 28. All-in-One ClickUp Workspace That Boosts Organization and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mostafa A. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings project management, documentation, and task tracking into a single workspace. I use it to organize development tasks, plan features, track progress, and store project information without relying on multiple tools. The flexibility to customize workflows and views helps me manage projects in a way that fits my needs, while the centralized structure improves organization and productivity.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main downside is that the large number of features and customization options can make the platform feel overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn how everything works and to build an efficient workflow. In larger workspaces, certain pages can also feel slower than expected.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ClickUp, managing tasks, project plans, and documentation across different tools made it harder to stay organized and maintain visibility over project progress. ClickUp solved this by providing a centralized platform where I can manage tasks, document requirements, track progress, and keep project information in one place. This reduces context switching, improves organization, and helps ensure important work is completed on time.

 ### 29. Keeping Projects, Documentation, and Teams Aligned

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hrithik V. | Software Engineer - Trading Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp centralizes project tracking, documentation, and team communication in one place. It makes it easy to see priorities and progress across projects. Features like task comments, custom workflows and integrations with Slack and GitHub help keep work and communication connected. Overall, it improves performance and reduces the need to switch between multiple project management tools.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main downside is that the large number of features and customization options can make the platform feel complex at times. New users might need some onboarding to become comfortable with the workflow, and certain pages can occasionally feel slower than expected when managing larger projects.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps address the challenge of tracking work across multiple projects and teams. It provides a centralized platform for managing tasks, documenting requirements, tracking progress, and assigning ownership. This improves visibility into project status, reduces context switching, and helps ensure work is prioritized appropriately and completed more efficiently.

 ### 30. ClickUp Keeps All My Projects Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hridhaan . | student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I first discovered ClickUp through a YouTube ad and decided to try it because I needed a better way to organize my academic and personal projects. What I like most is that it brings tasks, deadlines, documents, and progress tracking into one place. As an IB student, I use it to manage assignments, research projects, exam preparation, and extracurricular activities.
The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, making it easy to organize tasks and switch between different project views. I also appreciate the integrations and flexibility available, which help keep information organized and accessible. In terms of performance, the platform has been reliable and responsive during everyday use.
One thing that stands out is how much functionality is available on the free plan. As a student, being able to access powerful project management features without paying has provided significant value. When I needed help understanding certain features, I found the documentation and support resources helpful.
Overall, ClickUp has helped me stay organized, manage deadlines more effectively, and keep track of long-term projects in a single place. It has improved my productivity and made it easier to balance academic responsibilities with extracurricular commitments.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The biggest drawback for me is the learning curve. Because ClickUp offers so many features, views, and customization options, it can feel overwhelming when you're first getting started. Some settings and advanced features take time to discover and understand, which can slow down onboarding for new users.
While the UI is generally well designed, there are times when navigating through multiple menus to find a specific setting or feature can be confusing. As a student using the free plan, I have also come across features that look useful but require upgrading, which can be a little frustrating.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ClickUp, I mainly relied on ManageBac, along with notes, calendars, and documents, to keep track of assignments and deadlines. While ManageBac was helpful for viewing coursework and school requirements, I found it difficult to organize personal projects, research work, exam preparation, and extracurricular commitments in one place.
ClickUp solved this problem by giving me a centralized workspace where I could manage everything together. I can create tasks, set reminders, break large projects into smaller steps, and track progress over time. Compared to my previous workflow, ClickUp provides much more flexibility and customization in how I organize my work.
As a result, I spend less time trying to keep track of deadlines and more time focusing on completing tasks. It has helped me stay organized, reduce stress during busy periods, and balance academics, research projects, and extracurricular activities more effectively. The fact that I can do all of this on the free plan makes it especially valuable as a student.

 ### 31. ClickUp Made Assigning and Tracking Tasks Effortless for Our Remote Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uko G. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I served as the sponsorship director for a major energy conference organised by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) UNILAG Chapter. I had over 50 companies to reach out to, and with a team of student volunteers scattered in different locations in Nigeria.

ClickUp gave me the luxury of assigning, monitoring and commenting on tasks. Also, the best thing about the software is that the various "OVERDUE" tasks were highlighted, and regular reminders were sent to ensure users didn't miss any tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was how flooded my mailbox gets. I think something could be done about that, because at times I end up receiving over ten emails just from changes made to a task.

I think some people won't want to have so many such emails clouding their inbox, and that might even increase the chances of users missing the important ones and personal emails.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been very helpful for task scheduling and for keeping projects running smoothly, while also properly tracking the workflow and each member’s contribution.

 ### 32. Powerful with Seamless Integrations, Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob V. | Founder and CTO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love the custom dashboards in ClickUp, which give me a high-level view of team progress and help me track key metrics at a glance, like task progress, timelines, and team workloads. This means I don't have to jump between tools. ClickUp's integrations, especially with Slack and GitHub, are key for me. The Slack integration is huge; it pushes task updates directly to our channel, so the whole team stays in the loop. The GitHub integration links commits and branches to tasks, so we can see exactly what code changes are tied to each feature. ClickUp also integrates with Google Calendar, keeping my tasks and deadlines in sync, and even connects with Notion for documentation. It's really powerful and flexible, offering a huge productivity boost once the initial setup is done.
ClickUp delivers strong ROI when organizations fully adopt its all-in-one platform, replacing multiple tools for project management, documentation, and development tracking. While its extensive feature set creates a steep learning curve that requires structured onboarding and clear workspace organization, the platform is supported by comprehensive documentation and resources. Its integrated AI capabilities, powered by ClickUp Brain, further enhance productivity by automating administrative tasks, generating insights, and enabling intelligent search, helping teams turn project data into actionable outcomes with less manual effort.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially because there are so many customization options. Also, sometimes the mobile app lags a bit or it doesn't have the same full functionality as the desktop, so it takes a bit of adjustment.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize tasks, sub-tasks, and dependencies. Its custom dashboards let me track metrics like task progress and team workloads without switching tools. Integrations with Slack, GitHub, and Google Calendar keep everything in sync and connected.

 ### 33. Feature-Rich with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K. Prithviraj S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to organize my personal daily to-do list, track long-term goals, and manage side projects. I can dump everything into ClickUp, prioritize tasks, and set clear reminders, which gives me total clarity on what I need to focus on each day. What I like most is the customization; it helps me view the data easily. ClickUp lets me view the exact same data as a list, calendar, etc., and it fits my specific workflow. I found out that the project management features in ClickUp give me the perfect balance of powerful task management.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp but the main thing is that it's learning curve is challenging. Because ClickUp is so feature-rich and customizable, it can be overwhelming for new users when they first log in. The initial setup was moderately challenging due to the many features.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize my to-do list, track goals, and manage projects. It lets me dump everything, prioritize tasks, and set reminders, giving clarity on daily focus. I like the customization to view data easily, fitting my workflow.

 ### 34. All-in-One Project Hub with Powerful Customization and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Junilla T. | Marine Resources Surveillance Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is how it combines task management, documentation, goal tracking, and team collaboration in one platform. The customization is really useful — I can organize projects with different views like List, Board, Calendar, and Gantt depending on the workflow I need. It also helps reduce the need for multiple apps because features like Docs, Whiteboards, and time tracking are already integrated.

Another thing I appreciate is the automation and flexibility. Even for complex projects, it’s easy to create workflows, assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress in real time. The interface can feel overwhelming at first, but once everything is set up, it becomes a very efficient workspace for both personal productivity and team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I dislike about ClickUp is that the platform can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. There are so many features and customization options that the interface sometimes feels cluttered and takes time to learn. Some pages can also load slowly when working on larger projects or spaces with a lot of tasks.

I’ve also noticed that certain features are not always as intuitive as they could be, especially when setting up automations or navigating between different views. While the flexibility is great, it can sometimes make simple workflows feel more complicated than necessary.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve the problem of keeping projects, tasks, and communication scattered across multiple platforms. Instead of switching between different apps for task management, documentation, progress tracking, and collaboration, everything can be managed in one place. This makes workflows more organized and reduces the chances of missing deadlines or losing important information.

For me, the biggest benefit is improved productivity and visibility across projects. I can track progress in real time, prioritize tasks more effectively, and collaborate with others without needing constant follow-ups. The customizable views and automation features also save time on repetitive work, making project management much more efficient overall.

 ### 35. Simple, Straightforward UI That Gets You Started Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina H. | Fractional Operations & HR Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like how simple the initial user interface is. A lot of platforms make their baseline interface far too complex, but ClickUp is much more straightforward. I can set up a basic tracker in about 15 minutes, whereas other platforms require me to invest a lot more time and money just to get started. ClickUp also offers a free basic plan, which is perfect to get started.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Honestly, nothing. I’ve used ClickUp both on my own and within a company setting. Now that I’m working as a business owner, I use ClickUp to help delegate work and host meetings more efficiently.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the end of the day, ClickUp saves me time. It’s an efficient PM tool that integrates with other software, so I can work across multiple apps without even leaving ClickUp. I can host meetings, delegate tasks, plan projects, and document notes, questions, or employee issues without having to switch screens.

 ### 36. Organization and Communication in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego C. | Community Manager Sr., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how simple it is to use ClickUp and that it has many functions in one place. The multiple views of the interface are very good and it is highly customizable. I can keep my tasks in order, assign them, set the status, and make it visible to my superiors. Additionally, I can communicate with the team and keep tasks and communication in one tool, which is very valuable. There are also different views that help me depending on what I need: I use lists to see the tasks of a particular project and the calendar to organize my day. Although the initial setup was somewhat complex, the tool is quite intuitive and easy to get used to. We use ClickUp directly with Google Calendar. We switched to ClickUp from Slack and Asana for a simpler interface and the ability to use a single tool for communication and tasks; the implementation is quite intuitive, so getting into ClickUp should not be a challenge for anyone.

As for customer support, we have never had to use it because we have not experienced any failures or errors.

Brain, its AI agent, is very good at remembering tasks and things we said before, undoubtedly, for the price, it was a great investment for the team, as it allows us to stay very well connected.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The call section could be improved, we used it for a while and it had many bugs.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize tasks and internal communication. It allows me to keep everything in order, assign, and maintain visibility of tasks for my superiors. It is very valuable to be able to communicate and manage tasks in one place.

 ### 37. Total flexibility: powerful hierarchy and Kanban, Calendar, and Gantt views with one click

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio M. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What blows my mind the most is the absolute flexibility of its hierarchical structure. Unlike other tools that pigeonhole you, here I can organize a giant project into Spaces, Folders, and Lists, and then see everything at once or in detail. Additionally, the ability to change views with a click (switching from a Kanban board for my team to a Calendar or Gantt Chart view to present to the directors) without losing data is a daily lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is brutal at first and overwhelms new team members. It has so many options, buttons, and menus that the interface feels overloaded, causing visual fatigue. Additionally, the mobile app is very slow and does not sync well in real-time, making it almost impossible to respond to comments or update tasks quickly if you are out of the office.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve the dispersion of information by unifying task management, documentation, and team communication in one place. This directly benefits me by eliminating unnecessary sync meetings and endless threads on Slack, as the context of each deliverable is within its own task. Additionally, it reduces software expenses by allowing us to cancel subscriptions to other individual note and board apps.

 ### 38. Game-Changing Flexibility: Multiple Views and Custom Fields That Fit Our Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelanjana M. | Sr. Corporate Trainer/ Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The sheer flexibility of Views is the biggest upside for me. I prefer the Gantt Chart to see timelines, while my designers live in the Board View. The fact that we can look at the same data in different ways without messing up each other's workflow is a game-changer. Plus, Custom Fields let us track exactly what we need, like budget or priority level, rather than being forced into a rigid structure.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with a lack of transparency across departments. It was nearly impossible to see a high-level overview of project health without manual status meetings. ClickUp’s Dashboards and 'Everything View' solved this. The benefit is that I can now see potential bottlenecks in real-time. It has improved our on-time project delivery rate because we can pivot resources before a deadline is missed

 ### 39. Ideal flexibility but the interface is a bit confusing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah M. | Ui/Ux Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp because it is the program through which I manage all the details of my day in an organized and simple way, and it helps me arrange my work with complete flexibility. What I like about ClickUp is that it offers great flexibility that allows me to work with a large team easily without complications, and we can track who has completed their work and who hasn't yet. I also like the ability to create a work schedule with a calendar and dates and to seamlessly utilize Google Drive tools, which is very distinctive for me. Additionally, the program is supported by AI, which helps in easily obtaining all my needs these days, saving us a lot of time in our work.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The interface is full of features and may be confusing for new users. I also encountered slow loading recently.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the problem of data dispersion by organizing it all in one place, which helped me obtain accurate statistics. It also facilitates organizing work with great flexibility and provides tools like the calendar table and Google Drive integration. It has made a significant difference in saving time that might be wasted in traditional work.

I’ve started using CU to onboard my own private clients and it’s made a world of difference. From being able to ensure we’re all on the same page without having to hop on a call or go into the office, to being able to keep track and assign tasks from states and sometimes countries away, CU has improved everyday worklife with ease.

I think the best updates I’ve found are being able to integrate outside calendars and apps as needed. Maybe that was an option before and I didn’t know since I wasn’t the main admin, but I love it.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes the ability to move a task from scheduled to completed takes a few extra clicksZ

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Click up has made our whole process for working projects much easier. It's kept us on track and helped us grow our business.

 ### 41. Easy to Implement, Seamless Go High Level Integration That Scales with Powerful AI Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra C. | Owner/Certified Online Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The fact it integrates in Go High Level, allows me to replace a lot of tech (similar to how GHL does) and the fact that as I'm scaling, I can use the AI tools to help me. I also love the Support Team, they have been so helpful. I enjoy the trainings as well they offer to the public. They have pricing that works for any size company

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes, I get lost in the spaces - but usually that's because I over architect things.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, Braindumping, allowing me to have checkpoints automated in my tasks, bring team help in as I need it, also allows me to not lose track of my progress (even if I'm behind). The way it performs helps me because it gives AI suggestions to help round out workspaces etc.

 ### 42. Strong Collaboration Potential, Excellent Project Management Hub

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan B. | Recruitment Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Variable pricing is helpful for getting started and figuring out if the platform will work for a user. In my current organization, there aren't many integrations that I use, but I really appreciate being able to merge with google calendar and other google products if we do start adopting clickup more widely in my organization. There is definitely a strong learning curve, but I have seen ClickUp used in my previous workplace which had about 1000 employees, and it worked well as a platform to hold collaboration, shared notes and to do items. I also like the idea of having AI available to summarize status updates, give reports and pull answers from docunetation, but I haven't been able to use that much as of yet.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve and set up are challenging. Since I am really one of the only people using it in my current organization, I scaled it back to just one list that I use personally and it works well for me. However, I think that the learning curve is what prevented other people from adopting and using it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that ClickUp solves for me now is that it gives me a place to capture tasks, and actually keep track of them in a way that I can pick them up, work on them, set them down and revisit them later if I need to. I LOVE having the additional documentation of what got completed and when so that I can look back at work that I've done and see what I actually did, rather than just operate from memory and move on from things mentally when things actually never got done. With ClickUp, I can have consistent processes that help me ensure closure and completion.

 ### 43. An organized mess: little squares that organize the work and give satisfaction when finished

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego O. | Dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Wow, look, what I like most about that platform is that it's a complete mess but organized! I mean, the order it brings to the work is crazy. Those little boxes are amazing. You drag the work along and feel a sense of relief every time you move something to "Done."

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

You touched a sore spot! Because not everything is salsa and rumba with that platform; sometimes it also gets on your nerves and makes you want to throw everything away. The mobile app is a mess, on the computer it works decently, but opening it on the phone is a disaster. It's poorly optimized and sluggish at loading data quickly.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before introducing ClickUp to the camel, the office was a complete mess! It looked like a gallery on market day, everyone shouting and no one knew where they were going. Goodbye to forgetfulness, I used to lose track quickly with so many deliveries, now the platform sends me alerts about what's coming up, so I no longer look like a fool with clients due to delays.

 ### 44. Easy Keyword Search and Smart Task Linking Keep Work Connected

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralitsa P. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Easy keyword search, the ability to assign tasks to multiple colleagues, a clear timeline for activity and comments, and linked tasks that help keep everything connected are all strong points. That said, the integrations haven’t worked well for me. I tried several times to connect it with my Gmail, and it fails every time. The price is OK for what the service offers. I haven’t used support, but onboarding was very easy. I’m also not using the AI features much in this tool. Overall, the performance is very good.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The interface and overall dashboard view aren’t very clear, and they’re not easy to navigate. The integration with Gmail fails all the time, which makes it hard to rely on. The AI suggestions are helpful, though.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating tasks and following up with the team.

 ### 45. All-in-One Project Management That Keeps Work Organized and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANITA G. | Contributor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings task management, docs, project tracking, and collaboration into one place. I found the interface clean and easy to navigate after getting familiar with it, and the different views like lists and boards help organize work better.

The customization options are useful because workflows can be adjusted based on the project. I also liked being able to track deadlines, priorities, and progress without switching between multiple tools.

Another thing I found helpful was integrations and automation features that reduce repetitive work. Overall, it made planning and managing projects more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I disliked initially was that ClickUp has a lot of features, which makes the platform feel overwhelming for new users. The learning curve can be a bit steep during onboarding, especially when setting up workflows and exploring all the available options.

Sometimes the interface feels crowded because many tools and settings are available at once. While the customization is powerful, it can take time to configure everything properly.

I also think onboarding guides and AI-assisted setup recommendations could be improved to help new users get started faster and reduce the initial complexity.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ClickUp, managing tasks, notes, deadlines, and project updates across different tools was difficult and sometimes led to missed follow-ups or duplicated work. ClickUp helped bring everything into a single workspace, making it easier to organize projects and track progress.

Features like task management, priorities, views, and collaboration tools improved visibility and reduced the need to switch between multiple platforms. It also made planning more structured and helped keep timelines and responsibilities clearer.

The biggest benefit has been improved organization and productivity. Having tasks, documentation, and project tracking together saves time and makes project management more efficient.

 ### 46. Clickup is a solid project management software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth M. | Program Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp has a surprisingly easy interface to learn. I handle team member onboarding for my department, and new hires take to ClickUp quickly. The automations and AI features are superior to those of other products.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

A more robust mobile experience is still a want, however, I rarely utilize ClickUp in mobile.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clickup allows me to track tasks, projects, and overall department performance in one place. It allows me and my team visibility into progress across all tasks. I can easily establish who has the bandwidth to assist and even task things to members of other verticals. I have the option to be notified when specific items are complete without having to search for the task. This streamlines my work day. Clickup provides me visibility which is essential in a remote company with members across multiple countries.

**Official Response from Jessica Surita:**

> Hey Beth! Thanks so much for the review. We really appreciate the feedback!🙌

We're definitely working on improving our mobile app and eventually it'll have near feature parity as our website. Keep track of what's coming next on our mobile roadmap. In the meantime, logging into ClickUp from the web browser on your mobile device may improve your experience.

Also, please contact us at help@clickup.com so we can look into the slow-down issues you experienced and find a resolution. Our Support team is available 24/7 to help!✨

 ### 47. All-in-One Project Tracking with ClickUp Brain and Calendar Sync

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love being able to keep track of my work in one place. Being able to use ClickUp brain to help clarify tasks is also helpful. Since I am a Project Manager, I love being able to get the full scoop of a project to track progress as well as where my team members are at on a task that eliminates too many check in meetings, I also love the calendar sync feature.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Too many options cause many to feel overwhelmed, so I wish it was more direct and simple. I find it easy, but many of my co-workers struggle with it. They feel the notifications are overwhelming and don't understand how it works, so may just give up. It becomes another "task" instead of helping to complete tasks for some. So I wish we could remove constant notifications where a team has been tagged as that is where many unnecessary notifications are spun from. I also dislike how easy it is to accidentally add a new member instead of guest so it automatically charges the credit card on file. This has happened a countless number of times so I have turned off this feature, but it would be nice if it was more clear and let you know it would charge the card on file to proceed to provide more freedom for staff to add guests without having to control everything.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing my team into one place for communication, this is the prayer. Sometimes we have to share communication in ClickUp and then an email to ensure those who haven't adopted ClickUp get the message, but this is the goal and its helped in some ways. It helps us to see our work and keep track of projects.

 ### 48. ClickUp: total flexibility and automations that centralize the management of two agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier O. | Head of Digital Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I value most about ClickUp is the flexibility to adapt the workspace for two agencies with different dynamics. We have been using it daily for over two years, and it has become the operations center for managing teams, clients, and digital marketing deliverables. The interface allows organizing projects by client with customized views (list, board, Gantt) without the need for additional tools. Internal automations save us time on repetitive tasks like status changes or assignments. The integration with Google Drive, Slack, and other tools in the digital stack works well on a day-to-day basis. The performance is stable even with large workspaces and many active users. As for the price/ROI, centralizing the management of two agencies on a single platform more than justifies the cost. The support is good, with helpful responses within a reasonable time. The AI features for summarizing tasks or generating subtasks have also started to be useful in the daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main area for improvement I see is the pricing structure for users with limited access. In agencies where external people collaborate or profiles that need visibility on certain projects but will use the platform occasionally, the cost per seat can become high. It would be useful to have more intermediate access levels, for example, a "viewer" role or external collaborator with reduced permissions at a significantly lower price. This would make the tool more flexible for teams working with freelancers, clients, or occasional contacts without driving up the monthly cost.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is dispersion. Before centralizing management in ClickUp, task tracking, deliveries, and team communication were spread across email, spreadsheets, and different tools depending on the project. With two active agencies and multiple simultaneous clients, this generated errors, duplications, and wasted time. ClickUp allows us to have everything in one place: assigned tasks, delivery dates, the status of each project, and complete visibility for the team. This translates into fewer follow-up meetings, fewer things falling through the cracks, and a real ability to scale without losing operational control.

 ### 49. Flexible Workflows and Great Integrations, but AI Add-On Costs Add Up

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** João Marcelo L. | Analista de segurança da informação, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how I can create and customize workflows to adapt to my work style and daily office routine. While I think the customization options could be improved, ClickUp still has an advantage over other tools.
I also like integrating my favorite tools like Notion, Teams, and the best integration of all: Outlook. This way, I can turn various things into action items and streamline my work as a PM.The AI features are absolutely incredible. However, it's a shame they come at a high cost and require an add-on to my existing plan.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp's support and onboarding are definitely the platform's weak point. Paid courses and paid support, seriously? If you want to build cool things, you'll have to search a lot on third-party channels. What helps (a lot) is the community.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving challenges related to multi-project management and cross-functional team alignment. Furthermore, it allows for better time management and performance indicator analysis

 ### 50. Total control of tasks and tickets: clear data and great team support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael d. | Dirección de infraestructura y servicios, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The ability to control the team's tasks, the support from super agents to free up some of my activities, and the possibility of obtaining information from the data generated are aspects I value greatly. I loved being able to create a ticket table for requests from forms and, additionally, generate tasks with the necessary information to follow up on them clearly and orderly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I would like the lowest level of the payment system to have more things unlocked; for example, to be able to create systematizations without needing to pay more.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to create a service desk through the forms. I was extracting the information from a Google Docs and couldn't find a way to assign the fields to different columns. They helped me identify the necessary steps to resolve this situation and ensure that, when importing the data, everything was done correctly.
