I've found ClickUp helpful for task management because it ensure tasks are followed up and assigned to right team with ease and also for team communication. Release management is not easy.

When moving tickets from sprint to sprint, it sometimes leaves tickets in both sprints and complicates things. Practically making a clone ticket in the other sprint.

If a move as a subticket to another sprint would just sever any connection between the ticket and its parent ticket without notifying me.

ClickUp has been an excellent tool for managing our daily projects ,tracking tasks across construction sites and collaborating across team members. It's a simple to use tool with quick implementation process and handles tasks efficiently. Its major feature is managing tasks in an organization-wise way, especially for the IT industry. I really love its interface—it's clean, easy to use, and doesn’t require a learning curve. The 'do' view used with statuses like 'to do,' 'in progress,' 'follow up,' 'completed,' and 'missed opportunities' helps keep projects organized. The ability to record video clips is incredibly useful for giving feedback to remote staff and creating quick tutorials, saving me time compared to using OBS. The comments feature is valuable for keeping all task communications in one place and speeds up feedback by allowing me to tag colleagues, who get notified via ClickUp and email.
