**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

As a Marketing Operations Manager, my biggest win with ClickUp is the flexibility of Custom Fields and Dashboards. I can build out granular tracking for creative assets, input live campaign parameters, and set up formula fields directly within our workspace. Instead of jumping between spreadsheet trackers and a project management tool, ClickUp serves as a single source of truth where data architecture and actual execution live side-by-side. The native Looker Studio integration is also a massive plus for blending project velocity data with external ad performance metrics.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The platform performance can feel sluggish, especially when dealing with massive workspaces that contain thousands of active tasks, custom fields, and automated workflows. When jumping between custom filtered views or loading heavy dashboards, I frequently experience page lag and rendering delays. In a fast-paced marketing environment where data architecture needs to update in real time, these minor speed bottlenecks can add up and create daily operational friction for the team

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before bringing ClickUp into our workflow, our marketing data and campaign tracking were fractured across multiple spreadsheets, chat apps, and disparate project boards. This fragmentation created massive visibility issues, manual tracking errors, and operational drag when handing off tasks between our creative teams, paid media strategists, and web developers.
ClickUp solves this by serving as a single source of truth for our entire operation. It allows us to centralize our campaign roadmaps, integrate our reporting tools, and use robust automations to handle task transitions automatically. The primary benefit has been a drastic reduction in human error and administrative overhead—giving us the clear structural visibility we need to launch and scale large-budget, multi-channel campaigns efficiently

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

My teammates can check on a project from wherever they are, whenever they want. They no longer have to contact me for a real-time update. With Brain2 and Chat GPT built in, I can get specific answers that apply not only to my industry, but also to my business.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It does take some time to enter projects and tasks at first, but the time savings show up quickly. Having one place for the whole team to collaborate means we’re no longer constantly switching between apps. Just jump in and start using it! ClickUp University allowed each person to learn at their own pace before having a training session with ClickUp support staff.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve gained work hours back and can actually move projects forward now that I’m no longer creating update reports that are already outdated by the time we meet to review them. The dashboards and reports are customizable, so the CEO can see what he wants to see, and each Director can stay focused on what they’re managing without having to scroll through all the spaces.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I liked most about ClickUp was that it brings several things together in one place. Before, I used several different apps and ended up getting lost. Now I can organize tasks, track projects, and share with the team in a much easier way. At first, it takes a little time to get used to so many options, but once you get the hang of it, it helps a lot in daily life and saves time. Sorry for bad English Sorry for bad English

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I liked least was that at first I found the interface a bit confusing, there are many options and it takes a while to understand where everything is. Sometimes I also felt that some pages take a while to load, especially when the project has many tasks. I think if it were simpler to navigate it would be much better, but overall it doesn't really get in the way.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, I used to miss deadlines and some tasks were scattered in various places. With ClickUp, it became much easier to track what each person is doing and organize everything in one place. This helped the team communicate better and avoided rework. There are still some things that could be simpler, but overall it greatly improved our routine.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The custom views are what I rely on most. I set up filtered views per client account so I can see exactly which QA tasks are in progress, which are waiting on a developer, and which are ready to re-check without scrolling through every project. Switching between a board view for triage and a list view for detailed QA passes saves me from losing track of bugs across multiple accounts. For everything it does, it's worth the price. It's not just task management—they've added Brain (the AI), note-taking, and meeting recording with transcripts, which are genuinely useful, plus timesheets for tracking where my hours go. Instead of paying for three or four separate tools, it's all in one place, so the cost is easy to justify.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

My main frustration is the mobile app. When I'm away from my desk and just want to quickly check a QA task or update a status, the app feels slower and more cramped than the web version, the custom views I rely on don't translate as cleanly to a small screen, so I usually end up waiting until I'm back at my computer.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working QA across several client accounts, my biggest risk is a task slipping through the cracks. ClickUp closes that gap, I can pull up any task instantly, trace its full status history, and read every comment on it, so I'm never guessing where something stands. The integrations do a lot of the heavy lifting: it pulls status straight from GitHub, so I can see whether a dev fix has actually landed without leaving the task or chasing anyone for an update

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like best about ClickUp is that it has become an all-in-one tool for our team. Since adopting ClickUp, we’ve been able to bring more of our daily operations into one platform instead of relying on multiple tools. We’ve replaced tools like Trello for project management and reduced our dependency on Slack by keeping more communication and updates within tasks. We also use ClickUp Docs for documentation and Dashboards for reporting instead of managing everything through separate spreadsheets. Having everything connected in one place makes it easier to manage workflows, track progress, and keep the team aligned.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I’d like to see improved is the AI capabilities. While ClickUp has started adding AI features, I think there’s still a lot of room to make them more powerful and better integrated into daily workflows. More advanced AI support for things like automating repetitive tasks, summarizing project updates, and providing smarter insights would make ClickUp even more valuable for teams managing complex projects.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps us solve the challenge of having too many disconnected tools and processes. It gives us one central place to manage projects, communicate updates, document processes, track progress, and create reports. As a Project Manager, this helps me improve visibility across tasks, keep the team aligned, manage priorities better, and make sure important details don’t get missed. Having everything connected in one platform saves time and makes our workflows more organized and efficient.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is how it helps me keep my team organized while giving me complete visibility into every project in progress. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to track priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure every deliverable is completed on time.

Another feature I really value is the AI Super Agents. They save me a significant amount of time on copywriting tasks by helping me quickly generate, refine, and adapt content, allowing me to focus more on strategy and execution.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing I don't like is that ClickUp isn't very intuitive when you're first getting started. It takes consistent, day-to-day use to really unlock its full potential because many of its features aren't immediately visible or easy to discover. There are so many capabilities available, but it takes time to learn where everything is and how to make the most of them.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves one of the biggest challenges in project management by keeping all information in one centralized place. Instead of searching across emails, chats, and documents, everyone has access to the same up-to-date information, making collaboration much more efficient.

It also strengthens team alignment because everyone can see what their teammates are working on and understand how their own tasks impact the overall workflow.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I truly love is the flexibility it has to connect the development workflow with quality assurance without it seeming like a game of broken telephone. Before, that transition was a headache, everything was left hanging and nothing was fully completed or there were duplicated issues. Now, with comments on tasks and ClickUp Docs, everything is centralized.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The learning curve is a difficult wall to climb; if someone new joins the team, it's not easy for them to understand everything on the first day. They should be given a personalized intensive course of at least 3 days so they don't get lost.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The broken phone was a constant problem that we couldn't solve among thousands of tabs in the browser and more than one platform for each thing. With ClickUp, it is as simple as having everything in one place, without rushing in Drive, Slack, Gmail. We have everything in Docs and in the comments of each task.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

For me, the real before and after with ClickUp was the issue of customized views within the same list. Elsewhere, you either adapt to a strict Kanban board or an endless flat list. Here, in the development team, we managed to have the developers see their tasks on a clean board to avoid overwhelming them, while I can instantly switch to a Gantt or timeline view to see how delays impact the sprint without messing up their screen.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it feels heavy, especially when the sprints are filled with tasks, dependencies, and relationships. If you have a huge backlog with dozens of custom fields (which is our case for mapping test environments and commit IDs), the platform experiences quite an annoying lag when switching views or loading thread comments. That intermittent loading animation gives me mini heart attacks when we are in the middle of daily synchronization or at the end of the sprint.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The truth is that before implementing ClickUp, the day-to-day was a constant game of broken telephone. We had monumental disorder: business requirements in a document floating in Drive, bug reports in an Excel sheet that no one opened, and the technical team's questions lost in the infinite scroll of chat channels.

In the end, no one knew for sure what was "ready to test" or what was going to be deployed in the next sprint. Now everything is different.

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Interface and easy learning curve to start using it as a newcomer. Also the Tools are really useful and the integration. Having access both in browser and devises is a huge plus so it helps me update my task. The response is always fast and working. AI tools are interesting and intuitive, and always show tips and help for the new features.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Pricing plans leave too limited key features out from free accounts, and sometimes is not has handy compared to other platforms. AI just can be explored if you pay so it leaves a lot out of testing and loses the appeal.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had problems to keep track on my different projects. This platform helped me a lot on separate and organize my task and subtask, but also to share ir with my team and help us know who is working on what and the progress of the project

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is that it brings almost everything my team needs into one platform. The UI feels clean, and once you get used to it, it’s easy to navigate. I also like being able to switch between List, Board, Calendar, and Dashboard views depending on the project and what we’re trying to track. On top of that, it integrates smoothly with tools we already use, which helps reduce context switching.

In terms of performance, it’s been reliable for day-to-day work, even when we’re managing projects with a large number of tasks. From a value perspective, it includes a lot of features compared to other project management tools, so it’s been a solid investment for our team. The onboarding resources and documentation made getting started easier as well, even though there’s still a bit of a learning curve.

More recently, I’ve started using ClickUp AI to draft content and summarize information, and it’s been a helpful addition that saves time on repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp’s biggest drawback, in my experience, is the learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it can feel overwhelming for new users at first. I’ve also noticed that pages with a large number of tasks, or more complex dashboards, sometimes take longer to load than I’d prefer. And while the platform is very powerful, certain settings and workflows aren’t always easy to locate without spending time digging through the documentation and exploring on your own.

I’d also like to see the AI features continue to improve, especially with more context-aware suggestions and deeper integration into everyday project management tasks. Overall, these issues are relatively minor compared to the value ClickUp provides, but there’s still room to make the experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has helped us keep all our work in one place instead of spreading tasks, documents, and project updates across multiple tools. It’s made project planning simpler by letting us assign work, track progress, and stay on top of deadlines without constantly having to follow up with team members. The customizable workflows and dashboards also give everyone clear visibility into what’s in progress and what’s blocked, which has improved collaboration and reinforced accountability. Overall, it’s helped us stay more organized, reduce manual coordination, and spend more time actually getting work done rather than managing the work itself.
