Honestly, there isn't much to dislike so far. Because it's feature-rich, the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new team members, but once configured for operational workflows like snagging and maintenance tracking, it runs exceptionally well. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using ClickUp, tracking property onboarding, snagging lists, and maintenance schedules across dozens of short-term rental units was scattered across spreadsheets and messaging apps. ClickUp has solved this by centralizing all operational tasks and accountability into one platform, allowing our inspection officers and handover teams to stay completely coordinated. Crucially, snag reports are now done in real time—before the inspection officer leaves the property, comprehensive reports with photos and descriptions are generated, whereas previously this process took a 24 to 72-hour timeframe. "ClickUp’s “Today and Overdue” Keeps My Day Perfectly on Track"

What do you like best about ClickUp?

My favorite section in ClickUp is "Today and Overdue". It shows me exactly what I need to work on for the day along with my calendar for the day. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There's SO much ClickUp can do, that when first starting, it is very overwhelming. I've noticed that when teaching my other colleagues how to use ClickUp they are also overwhelmed with all the options and places to click. What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves for me is organization. I know exactly what I need to do each day because I put everything in ClickUp. I use it for my Admissions Pipeline and I have several automations going to make it easier on me to push people through the pipeline. I have also connected my gmail so I can email family's from their task. and keep all communication in one task. I also use it for my content plan. Each week teachers submit content to me that happened through out the week. I export it as a CSV and upload it to Brain AI using a skill I created and it adds it to my content idea status. What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how flexible it is. We use it to keep our team’s tasks, files and folders in one place, and connecting it with Make saved us a lot of manual work, like generating Google Drive links automatically. The interface was easy to pick up too. Another thing I liked is the billing: when we removed a user from the workspace, the invoice went down right away. And the support team has replied quickly whenever we had a problem. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Nothing major for us. The only thing is that ClickUp has a lot of features and settings, so it took a little time at the start to figure out how to set things up the way we wanted. After that it was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before ClickUp, it was harder to keep track of who was working on what. Now every team member can see exactly which tasks are assigned to them and what they need to work on. Department managers can also see how much time each person is expected to need to finish a task, using the estimated time feature. On top of that, we set up our Spaces and Folders in ClickUp, and Google Drive links are now generated automatically for each task. That saved us a lot of manual work. What do you like best about ClickUp?

I appreciate ClickUp for alleviating so much stress, especially because the automations are fantastic. The AI is next level, and it really understands my business, my pain points, and what I'm trying to achieve, making it incredibly valuable. I've used other management tools like monday.com and ActiveColab, but nothing compares to ClickUp. The integration capabilities are great, as it's part of almost every aspect of my life, working seamlessly with my Google Workspace and Slack. Setting up ClickUp was easy for us because we were well-prepared with our business case and didn't have to start from scratch. What do you like best about ClickUp?

This platform is very clearly designed. It’s ideal for managing tasks across teams, and its features align well with what you need to stay on top of projects and keep everything organized. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Not much to add. We don’t use all of the paid features (so you might already have this function), but a clear, transparent roadmap feature would be great. Also, sometimes notifications go unnoticed, although it’s hard to pinpoint why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cross-functional project management. As a marketing professional, I’m in direct, close contact with the commercial and product teams. ClickUp is essential to our day-to-day communication, since it’s the main platform where we share information: everything from product updates to promotions, campaigns, and reports. Also it helps me keep all my tasks in one place, I do not have to use multiple platforms, which I had problems with in the past. What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has replaced a home-grown project portfolio tracker. Honestly, it checked all of the boxes, it has capacity, planner, tasks, subtasks, assignees, and custom fields. The AI features are also a huge time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Honestly, not much. At first, the onboarding felt a bit cumbersome when I was trying to click my way around, but using the Onboarding AI Super Agent solved that problem and did a great job configuring everything on its own, including the custom fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of fragmented time was being spent across the many projects in our pipeline. We didn’t have clear visibility into dependencies or blockers, and overall accountability felt limited. As a team operating with very limited capacity (almost 200% over capacity), being able to link so much information directly to tasks—notes, AI, documents, and more—has helped simplify project management and keep everything in one place.

We were already using a few AI platforms, but the integrated AI in ClickUp has been especially helpful. Getting high-quality answers (and I don’t say that lightly) has made a real difference. Another major benefit has been reducing the time spent on self and employee reviews. Now I can just ask ClickUp for a review (for myself or an employee), and it’s essentially ready to copy and paste.
