## ClickUp Reviews
 ### 1. Centralized Task Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamza A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like that ClickUp allows us to have all our files, applications, and tracking in one place, which is super convenient compared to using different software for each task like Jira, Slack, and Google Sheets. The standout feature for me is the ability to easily link tickets and comments in chat with the team or individually, all from one place, without having to open different tabs. I also appreciate the filtering system where I can view the whole team's tickets, my tickets, and the progress, whether in Kanban or sprint boards. It's a big part of what I like most about ClickUp.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing that we have a problem with ClickUp is that sometimes it's a bit slow. Because of all these integrations that ClickUp has, sometimes it behaves a bit slow. And the other thing that bugs me a lot is their call feature, the sync up. Which is a bit messy. It's not that very good. And sometimes the connection is not very good in that.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for tracking tickets, creating sprint plans, and team communication in one place, avoiding the need for multiple apps like Jira, Slack, and Google Meet. It centralizes all our workflows and enhances our overview.

 ### 2. Centralize and Automate Our Operations Efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the Kanban board, I think it's the one I use the most, I like the task list, I like the dashboards, I like the document section, I like the automations they have, I like the integrations they enable in a very simple way with other platforms like Google Drive, Google Calendar, among many others.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There are some improvement points for me regarding the API, I think it can be a bit better. The export of ClickUp data via spreadsheet can also be improved. I believe the main point of improvement could be to expand the number of automations and integrations that ClickUp currently provides. There are already many, but I believe they can improve even more.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage employees' tasks and connect departments, facilitating communication. It centralizes tasks, notes, and integrations with other tools, saving time and making my daily routine more efficient.

 ### 3. Streamlines Development but Needs Whiteboard Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathew T. | Head of Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp has helped us structure our delivery process, from onboarding all the way through delivery and post delivery. We use whiteboards and lists quite a lot. We've been able to build our own custom integration with Salesforce, which helps continue our support processes and communication between our delivery and teams. I'm very eager to get more projects into ClickUp so we can start building some really complex and interesting dashboards. The initial setup was very simple, and I'm very likely to recommend ClickUp to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The whiteboarding feature in ClickUp seems to be very limited in what you can do with shapes and designs. It's also not something you can really integrate or import into, which could be improved by enhancing the whiteboarding experience and connectivity. Additionally, the new UI seems a bit clunky when it comes to managing lists and identifying where different items are on the layout. It also feels like ClickUp, with more AI features, is taking up a lot more memory when running in the browser.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has helped us structure our delivery process from onboarding to post-go-live, improving internal workflows.

 ### 4. Great Interface, But AI Note Taking Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** H L. | Product Managing and Regulatory Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp features a very user friendly interface that is easy to follow thanks to its colour-coded design. The ability to assign specific icons to tasks and tabs adds a level of visual clarity that makes navigation simple. Additionally, the seamless integration with SharePoint, Outlook email, and calendar is a major benefit for keeping everything connected.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The AI note taking feature did not meet expectations because it lacks screen recording features and does not support all meeting types. The transcription service is also difficult to use due to time limits. These gaps forces the use of another software, which prevents the tool from being a true all in one solution. Furthermore, the high cost is a significant barrier that makes it difficult to provide access to more people across the company.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to set up tasks, collaborate with teammates, and record meetings. It helps me keep track of tasks, set deadlines, get reminders, and take meeting notes efficiently.

 ### 5. Versatile Tool with Room for Performance Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd Zeeshan N. | Design Engineer, Civil Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how ClickUp brings the process together easily with features like dashboards, where we can review data and exchange information. We can extract information in Excel, create task dashboards, and distribute tasks efficiently. The ability to see timesheets all in a single frame is really helpful. The automation features, which let us automate various tasks like tabs and drop-downs according to our organization’s needs, are valuable. Custom dashboards help us review and analyze our progress and track tasks effectively.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is slow, especially when there are a large number of tasks. Accessibility is also an issue, particularly when logging in through a browser, as I've faced several problems during login. Additionally, the filters were not working correctly, and I had to raise a request for that.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp simplifies task resource management and daily logging. It consolidates various data and task management features into one platform, making processes easy with dashboards for data review, task distribution, and timesheet tracking. Custom dashboards help plan, track, and reflect on tasks effectively.

 ### 6. Powerful but Frustratingly Inconsistent

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma S. | Digital Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I think ClickUp has a really good user interface that's very aesthetically pleasing and straightforward. I appreciate the attention to detail, especially when creating an agent. I really like the visual component that shows how you're creating an agent and seeing it being built, which is a nice element to visualize what's working in the back end. Additionally, I like that ClickUp allows me to sync tasks through email to the ticket when connected with Granola and Claude Cowork.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Agent automation is hit or miss. Sometimes the agents work, sometimes they don't. The search in ClickUp is horrendous. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, which is extremely tedious when I'm searching for a specific ticket. It doesn't pull the tickets up and gives me the spinning wheel of doom. The AI is sort of useless when searching by keyword. Initial setup was very hard, especially with custom fields, which were such a headache. It was really hard to move from Smartsheet due to adjustments needed for custom definitions, which is still a pain point at times as they show up across ClickUp as a whole.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for project management, tracking personal and company tasks across departments, solving visibility into department work, individual tasks, and cross-team coordination.

 ### 7. Enhances Organization with Superior Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love everything about ClickUp. The interface, the flexibility, and the customization make it a really robust platform. It allows us to mold it to our business, which is very unique, with features like reoccurring tasks and specific field options. I appreciate how it keeps us organized completely, especially in terms of due dates, deadlines, and knowing who's doing what throughout the whole process. It also allows us to streamline the process and have multiple people involved in different steps, ensuring deadlines are met. The initial setup was very easy for our team, and we use it seamlessly with our Slack channel, receiving ClickUp notifications right in Slack.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think sometimes it could feel overwhelming to the people coming in the platform. So if there's a way to maybe hide or have a beginner's view that kind of keeps the training wheels on while they're still adapting to the platform if they're not a tech minded person or a tech enabled person. The platform could be difficult or hard to use. So I would just recommend having a beginner's view that kinda minimizes it a little bit better or helps them and walks them through the platform, in those early stages when they're getting started.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp keeps us organized with due dates, deadlines, and responsibilities, streamlining our podcast process and ensuring everyone meets deadlines.

 ### 8. Comprehensive and Robust, but Mobile Lags Behind

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bertrand E. | Founder & AI Automation Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage operations and client on-boarding for my automation agency, and it serves as our central hub to track project milestones. It solves the problem of data silos by consolidating everything from task tracking to client docs. I like the ability to flip between 15+ different views without losing context, managing a massive backlog of tasks in List View and instantly switching to a Gantt Chart to visualize dependencies. ClickUp allows different parts of my brain and my team to work in a way that makes sense at the moment. The platform acts as the central 'brain' for my automation stack and integrates heavily with Make.com and n8n via webhooks. The API is very robust, which is essential for building custom AI automation systems. Also, getting up and running was surprisingly quick thanks to the Template Center, making the transition easy. 'Guest' permissions make it easy to bring in people for specific projects without giving them access to the whole agency. I find ClickUp incredibly powerful for handling agency operations and development sprints flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The mobile experience still feels like a 'lite' version of the desktop app. For a professional who is often on the go, it’s frustrating that advanced features—like complex dashboards or certain automation edits—are difficult or impossible to manage from the phone. The mobile UI could definitely be more fluid and closer to parity with the desktop version.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage operations and client onboarding, consolidate data, and trigger automated workflows. It solves data silos by consolidating our work into a single source, streamlining project milestones, task tracking, and client documentation.

 ### 9. Flexible, User-Friendly, with Room for Automation Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boone R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the flexibility and simplicity of ClickUp, which are the best parts for me so far. I appreciate that ClickUp allows it to be as simple or as complex as you design it, so it doesn't require everyone to be a certified project manager to use it. I find the extended functionality to have everything in one place really nice, and the connections to other apps along with built-in dashboarding, whiteboarding, and chat keep me focused in one place.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some of the relational functionality and automations have limitations. ClickUp provides the ability to create custom fields but accessing the data in them is not always possible for automations. There is definitely a learning curve with the initial setup.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for task management, CRM, and client onboarding. Outside of work it helps with family planning and task prioritization. It's flexible and simple, letting me integrate apps, use dashboards, whiteboarding, and chat to stay focused all in one place.

 ### 10. Great for Managing and Organizing Spaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JAHIR C. | Logistics Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

The way it allows you to manage and organize all your spaces is good, although I would like you to be able to add more spaces besides the main one. I don’t have many complaints, but I do have higher expectations for the improvements that could be added.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There’s nothing I particularly dislike. I just think there are still improvements that could be made within the platform—mainly giving super agents full access to all sections and expanding their functionality and control over the portal.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the long organization that one can take within their work environment benefits us by giving us more time to dedicate to other tasks.

 ### 11. Highly Customizable, Yet Overwhelming at Times

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley A. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love how clean ClickUp looks and it is visually appealing. I like how easy it is to customize it for my team's specific needs. We have a lot of tasks, and having a platform that makes it easy, and not overwhelming, to see all of our tasks for various projects is extremely helpful and brings stress down. I also like that I can use the different features to organize our processes for our team's workflows, especially since we do client-based work. It helps to be able to organize by project and then organize deeper by project phase, such as Discovery, design, and development. The spaces and lists features are particularly helpful for this.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes how customizable it is-- is overwhelming. Specifically tasks. There's too many features connected to each task. Also, the docs feature could be more intuitive/easy to use. It is hard UI to navigate. Overwhelming at first-- a lot to work through for our team switching over.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp organizes tasks, assigns priorities, and helps show clients process stages. Its clean, customizable interface reduces stress by displaying all tasks without overwhelming us and aids in organizing workflows by project and phase.

 ### 12. Highly Customizable, Enhances Team Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex J. | QA Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I appreciate ClickUp's intuitive and easily understandable customization options. Each developer can customize their own board view to see the information that's relevant for them, while management can tailor it for reports. I can create custom metrics if they don't already exist. I enjoy using the board view during sprints to easily toggle task name, priority, and effort estimation, and drag and drop tasks as I work through them. When managing a team, the list view filtered by team member, status, and effort quickly shows me the team's status and helps identify if any member is struggling. ClickUp's ease of setup when we switched from Azure was also a big positive.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

One thing that doesn't work as well is sometimes it's hard to realize when an action is just going to affect your view, or if it's going to affect the entire team. Sometimes while trying to customize their specific board, a developer will accidentally delete an important field for everyone, and then it's a headache for management to try and track down. Or they might save the board view after customizing, not realizing that saves it for everyone, unless they created their own private board first.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to break down tasks for sprints and keep them organized and up to date. It solves task organization and productivity visibility issues.

 ### 13. Efficiency and Fluency, with Potential for Improvement in the Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MENDOZA R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like using ClickUp because it allows me to have better tasks and the processes are faster, which saves me time and makes it easier to use and consistent. I find it efficient and it provides everything more smoothly, and I really like the way it performs. I also like that it can be used alongside other apps like Google Drive, Zoom, or Gmail to better organize my tasks. Thanks to ClickUp, everything is now more organized and better understood, which prevents me from worrying about wasted time.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I believe it is a good app and the best thing would be a more intuitive and simpler interface since not everyone masters technology in the same way.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to get work done faster and more organized, so I save time and no longer worry about wasting it.

 ### 14. Simplified Project Management with ClickUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Appiah B. | Community moderator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like ClickUp's dashboard, which is cool and so easy to use once you sign up. The whole app makes it easier to use, especially for a first-timer. You don't need too much time to have people explain everything to you. It's quite simple to learn how to use it. There's a feature that allows you to try creating things on your own within ClickUp, which helps to understand how the platform works before heading to the main projects page. This feature provides a sort of preview of how to use ClickUp's base functionalities.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't know. Maybe if the project developers could sort of add some sort of video conference, you know, something where teams don't just share test stuff, but they could also, you know, have some video conferencing. I think it would be a cool addition.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for work and project management. It helps by allowing issues to be reported directly, rather than using lengthy email processes. Each work section is clear, making it easier for the right people to pick up and solve problems efficiently.

 ### 15. All-in-One Project Management Solution with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fady S. | Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp as my main project management tool, and I like that it has become our all-in-one platform. It centralizes everything in one place, covering the needs of many different apps. I appreciate that we can rely on it for task management, sprint planning, presenting different views and timelines, dashboards, documentation, chatting, video calling, and writing notes. It helps us remain organized with spaces and folders and we can estimate and track time for each task easily. The ease of starting calls right where the project is and being able to turn a thread into a task or mention a doc in chat is really helpful. The onboarding process is very easy, and once you get into customizing, it becomes really efficient. We also use it with GitHub to automate issues and tasks creation across platforms.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The video calling is still not reliable enough making us need to use Google Meet and Teams often. The audio/video calling doesn’t ring or answer reliably. We also run into voice quality issues often making it an annoyance for the team.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage tasks and sprint planning, centralizing everything in one place. It simplifies organizing with spaces and folders, and facilitates communication by easily turning threads into tasks and starting calls from project channels.

 ### 16. ClickUp Streamlines Workflows and Collaboration in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriella D. | Paid Media Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is very useful because it lets me organize a large amount of information in one place, while also making it easy for others to collaborate. The platform integrates nicely with AI and has improved our internal workflows and processes.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There isn’t much I dislike about ClickUp, except that the navigation can feel confusing at times and it takes a bit of effort to find what I’m looking for.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp has been helping us organize all of our marketing campaigns. Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets and keeping assets scattered across separate folders, we can keep everything in one place. It also makes it easy to track where each campaign is in the workflow and see what stage it’s currently in.

 ### 17. Versatile Task Management with Room for Improved Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yazan K. | VP of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to communicate tasks and updates between me and my team, and for inter-department tasks communication. I like how it implements OKR space to work on objectives and related key results. ClickUp allows accountability on tasks, making sure everyone knows what is needed from them and when they need to report back their progress in a single place. It's a platform that works on all my devices, both mobile and desktop, and it offers a lightweight app that doesn't consume tons of resources on my machine. I appreciate the flexibility it provides, allowing me to get tasks and updates on any device I'm working on. The initial setup was easy, involving just inviting my team, creating tasks, and getting updates.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

If you require some control on what to be updated and where, such automation is difficult to implement without deep knowledge. I would suggest implementing something like a wizard to follow to allow the implementation of such things.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage task communication and OKR objectives, allowing accountability and centralized progress reporting.

 ### 18. Highly Customizable with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I find ClickUp to be really customizable, which is great for using it however I want. It works for our team and has been really easy to get set up. The platform's structure allows us to track clients across multiple stages of their relationship with us, and the ability to connect our MCP makes the information usable in AI.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The agents were not really what I was expecting. They were really difficult to set up and not very intuitive. And they didn't perform the way I think an AI agent should in today's world. Setting them up became too much of a headache to maintain, so we moved to alternative solutions. Initial setup of ClickUp was challenging. It took time to learn how to use it best, and we considered hiring a contractor for setup due to the specific way we wanted to use the tool.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp provides a single source of truth for our clients and knowledge base, allowing us to connect through the MCP connector.

 ### 19. Flexible and Intuitive, But with Limitations on the Basic Plan

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelo S. | CEO/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to organize my project development workflow and I find the platform flexible and intuitive. I like the flexibility of the interface that allows me to create customized interfaces to meet specific needs. A feature I value is being able to create a label, like 'clients', in views to have an overview of how many hours each client spent monthly. The system's features are great by default and the initial setup was smooth. Overall, I consider the platform excellent.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I believe that the cheapest plan has limitations that shouldn't exist. There is a type of report export that can only be used 5 times lifetime, after which an upgrade is necessary. This doesn't make much sense to me, as it wasn't a super hyper ultra special feature. I, myself, as an administrator, cannot log hours for another employee. I have to tell the employee to enter the task and manually register the time they used; a project manager cannot set this.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to organize my project flow, proposals, and accounts. It allows customizing interfaces to our needs, managing various areas in a customized way, and recording the time used on projects flexibly.

 ### 20. All-in-One Task Hub for GIS—Flexible, but Can Feel Overwhelming and Slow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rabia A. | Geographic Information Systems Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how everything is in one place tasks, deadlines, and communication. It really helps me stay organized and keep track of my GIS work without missing anything. The flexibility to customize views also makes it easier to manage different types of tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming, especially with so many features and options. It can take time to find specific things, and occasionally the app gets a bit slow when handling multiple tasks.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me keep all my tasks, deadlines, and updates in one place, so I don’t have to track things manually. It reduces confusion and makes it easier to manage multiple GIS tasks at the same time, which improves my productivity and keeps my work more organized.

 ### 21. Efficient Task Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhyey P. | Freight Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for ticketing my tasks and finishing them on time. I find the whiteboard feature helpful to visualize my organization and deployed assets. ClickUp helps me to manage thousands of assets and tickets, which is great. The chat feature is useful for communicating without leaving the app at all. I appreciate the dashboard that shows the workload of my team, helping me see how many tasks are assigned to each employee and who might need help. It was quite easy to transfer all our data from the previous platform to ClickUp. I also like that ClickUp is budget-friendly for our small business.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

We have thousands of tickets with lots of data and solutions. If ClickUp can allow us to use that knowledge, that would be great. If ClickUp builds a chatbot or something that has access to all these tickets, so we can ask any question to the bot for a solution, that would save a lot of time and improve the app even more.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for ticketing tasks and managing thousands of assets efficiently. The whiteboard helps in visualizing my organization, while the dashboard and chat enhance team communication and workload management.

 ### 22. Intuitive and Visually Appealing, with Some Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luisa M. | Propietario de empresa pequeña, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is a visually pleasing and intuitive platform. The color conventions for each state make it easy for me to know how the workflow is going and where each thing is in the process. The calendar or list views are incredible, as I can easily see what things I have assigned for each day, which ones are overdue, and what things are more urgent than others. Everything looks organized and not overwhelming at all.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The excessive amount of emails you send overwhelms me a bit, and it was difficult for me to find the function to deactivate it. When we upload files in CMYK, the color reading that the platform does is incorrect, the colors look dull or a bit grayish. The creation of Dashboards needs a bit more detailed explanation, I have noticed that the filters must be applied in a very specific way but I haven't seen anywhere where they explain that to me.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralizes my work, avoids confusion by recording everything, and its visual interface and calendar/list views make it easy to follow tasks, know priorities, and stay organized.

 ### 23. Eliminate the Chaos with ClickUp, Powerful Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love ClickUp's ability to eliminate the chaos of using multiple applications thanks to its centralization of multiple tools, which reduces costs, time, and the uncertainty of failure in external programs. Additionally, I like its flexibility, as it allows structuring processes from scratch in a way that spreadsheets did not allow. The technical part is quite powerful once I managed to understand the hierarchy.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

At first, I felt a bit lost due to the user interface, although it is an aspect that has already been updated. A minimalist and intuitive design could help improve space utilization and a customizable sidebar depending on the user's needs. The initial setup was a challenge due to the number of options and levels; it took me time to understand how to structure it so it wouldn't become chaotic.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralizes multiple tools, reducing costs, time, and uncertainties. I love how it eliminates the chaos of using multiple applications.

 ### 24. Flexible PM Tool with Great Collaboration, Needs Better Sprint Handling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth H. | Software Delivery Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really appreciate ClickUp for its flexibility, which is the main benefit for us. We run lots of different types of projects like events, marketing, and software development, and ClickUp allows us to handle all these with custom fields and templates. I love the Whiteboard feature as it's great for facilitating workshops and enhances the experience for remote team members, providing us even more flexibility. Custom fields enable each team to tailor ClickUp to their needs while standardizing data for reporting. As someone more advanced, I find the templates really helpful in setting up ClickUp in a way that makes it easier for other team members, saving them time on building templates for their workflows. Richer and more advanced feature sets, along with improved collaboration, really make a difference compared to what we used before. Overall, ClickUp increases work visibility across the team, reduces duplication of work, improves collaboration, and helps reduce reporting barriers.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Some things like automatically incrementing project/list numbers would be a good addition. I find it difficult to move between backlog and current sprint in terms of visibility, Jira and DevOps handle this well. I would prefer if the integrations with other tools worked better, including Outlook and OneNote especially, I would really like to create tasks directly from OneNote. It was quite easy for myself as an advanced user of similar Project Management tools, this was difficult for new users though due to the flexibility.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp increases visibility of work, reduces duplication, improves collaboration, upskills the team in project management, facilitates workshops, and lowers barriers to reporting.

 ### 25. Efficient Task Monitoring and Document Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nataly B. | Finance manager, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is not limited on time, which is useful for my workflow. I also appreciate that it sends email notifications, keeping me updated without needing to constantly check the platform. Additionally, I find it valuable that I can create tasks while reviewing the status of subcontractors, as this allows me to complete or change some documents efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It would be very cool if ClickUp is integrated to CSLB for example.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for monitoring tasks and creating subcontractors' profiles, uploading documents for authorizations. It allows me to create tasks while reviewing subcontractors, is not limited on time, sends email notifications, and facilitates on-the-go task creation.

 ### 26. Powerful all-in-one flexibility, but a cluttered UI and learning curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun J. | system administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

What I like most about ClickUp is how flexible and truly all-in-one it feels. I can customize workflows and views to match the way I work, whether I’m managing a simple to-do list or running a more complex project. Having tasks, docs, goals, time tracking, and automations all in one place makes it much easier to stay organized and collaborate with others without constantly switching between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

What I dislike most about ClickUp is that it can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that it takes time to learn the system and set everything up the way I want. At times, the interface comes across as cluttered, and it can also be a bit slow when I’m working with large projects or managing lots of tasks. I just wish it were more intuitive overall, especially for new users.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me solve the challenge of juggling multiple tools while still keeping track of repetitive tasks. For instance, I use ClickUp to manage onboarding and offboarding with checklists, so nothing gets overlooked during the process. Rather than relying on manual notes or scattered emails, everything stays organized in one place, and the checklist ensures each step is completed in a consistent way. It saves time, reduces errors, and gives me a clear view of what’s already done versus what’s still pending.

 ### 27. ClickUp Revolutionizes Our Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo R. | Fotógrafo & Videógrafo de Stock, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like how ClickUp organizes all the operations of my company. The whole team is included, including video editors, social media managers, graphic designers, and project managers. We basically guide ourselves through Sprints, with the weekly sprints folder where all the team's tasks are. The view functionality within the weekly Sprint folder is quite useful for filtering by assigned person and by day, so each person can see what they have to do today and previous pending tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

In general, ClickUp is a good tool, but there are some use cases where I haven't found an automatic way to perform certain processes, such as automatically moving all tasks assigned weekly to the Sprint folder. Also, sometimes it is a bit slow to open and load, especially when there is a lot of information inside. The learning curve at the beginning is a bit steep due to the detailed customization it offers.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me organize all the operations of my company through weekly sprints, where all the team's tasks are centralized, allowing each person to know what they need to do each day.

 ### 28. ClickUp centralizes work and optimizes processes with tasks, calendar, automations, and AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo O. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like how ClickUp centralizes all work management in one place. The task and calendar view greatly facilitates day-to-day operational control and helps provide clarity on what needs to be done. It is also very useful to quickly see what the team is involved in, which improves organization and decision-making. The automations and integrated AI add a lot and have helped optimize processes.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

The main downside is the slowness at certain times. Being a very robust platform, with many features and configuration options, navigation can become a bit heavy, especially in daily use. This sometimes impacts the agility in the simplest tasks.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp primarily solves the problem of disorganization and lack of visibility of tasks and projects. It centralizes work management, facilitates the monitoring of internal and client routines, and provides a clear view of what needs to be done during the day. This improves productivity, reduces rework, and helps the team work in a more aligned manner.

 ### 29. ClickUp: Time Tracking, Customization, and an Easy-to-Use Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Once of the main selling points for me (over other options) is that ClickUp includes a way to track time. Other than that, it's the following: Ease of use. Interface is aesthetically pleasing. Fully customizable. Most affordable option with available features.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Software is constantly being updated/changed. It seems like the colors for coding Spaces changes all the time but only slightly, so I have a bunch of projects in varying shades of green or purple (which is what I use for archived Spaces). Also really miss the stand-alone button that used to appear in the top right corner of spaces to show the LIST INFO. It's mostly little changes like that, but when using the system for numerous projects all day it adds up to constantly having to change and learn new processes...

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of multiple large projects at a time. Being able to create a template for various types of projects and then just duplicate and customize as needed. Being able to track down to individual details and track everything from due dates to date completed and time spent all in one place, and indicate status.

 ### 30. Robust and Customizable, Ideal for Creative Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristy K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp to manage all of my creative projects. The kanban board helps me see all projects at once and where each one is in the pipeline. I find the user interface very appealing. It's easy to track projects in multiple ways, and you can choose the way that works best for your brain. On my task board, I can see all projects, due dates, progress, and which department requested the project. We switched to ClickUp because it has more useful tools and is more user-friendly compared to our previous project management system.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It's a heavy lift learning everything that ClickUp can do. It's a very robust system, so digging in and figuring out how to make the platform work for you takes time. It took some time to configure it how I wanted, and I watched YouTube tutorials to help me. It was not extremely easy, but also not the most difficult experience.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage all my creative projects. The kanban board lets me see all projects and their status at once. The UI is appealing, and I can track projects in multiple ways, seeing due dates, progress, and the requesting department. I can collaborate with my teammates, assign projects, and keep track of their work with ease.

 ### 31. Great Free Plan, Intuitive and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mher K. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp includes a lot of things in the free plan and is comfortable to use. I find its most useful features very easy to understand with an easy-to-use interface. The integration with Slack is very good, and I also like using ClickUp with Codex to automate some things. The initial setup was very easy, creating lists and inviting people was a breeze. I think that ClickUp's paid plans are also very good, but the free plan is great for small teams looking to scale up.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I don't like the mobile app; it's not good and we usually don't use it because it's not convenient. ClickUp has become slower now, and some features may not be stable. Another thing is that they are heavily promoting their communication platform within the app, which isn't a very good replacement compared to Slack. It's problematic because ClickUp should remain mostly a task management tool.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for task planning, automating tasks, reminding about work, and managing content creation. It helps me streamline my small business operations, especially for organizing events, content writing, and task management.

 ### 32. Highly Customizable for Case Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Of Counsel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like ClickUp for its ability to customize. There wasn't a template that worked directly for me initially, but ClickUp allows for easy customization, so I was able to set up a working task and priority manager in no time. As I used it more, I realized I wanted to customize even further, and it was easy to implement those changes without messing up what I had already set up.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

It would have been great to have some more concrete recommendations on how to set things up. For example, I didn't really understand folders and channels. I would have liked to have a little more guidance on how to broadly set up a case managing system.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me keep an eye on priorities for a few dozen cases in my small law office. The ability to easily customize it into a working task and priority manager is particularly valuable.

 ### 33. Centralized Workflow Solution with a Friendly UI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brynn B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really like ClickUp's UI and UX. The user interface is beautifully created and crafted, looking really familiar but also really easy and intuitive to use. This helps me avoid feeling overwhelmed when managing my tasks. The setup was really easy, just sorting and connecting our account, and we were ready to go. This ease of use extends to my daily tasks as a content assistant, making scheduling and ensuring content is ready very straightforward. I also appreciate how ClickUp combines multiple software and services into one space, acting as a turnkey solution that saves time and costs by not needing to jump between multiple apps or pay for multiple subscriptions. I enjoy having everything in one place after transitioning from other tools like Slack and Notion.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think that there could be potentially more connectivity. I think the app potentially has a limited amount of other apps that it can interact with. ClickUp seems to have a limited number of connectors available as of yet, but I'm sure that that will be fixed in the future. It could be a little overwhelming at first for someone who comes in without an understanding of the software itself.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ClickUp solves the problem of scattered tools by combining everything into one space, saving time and avoiding multiple subscriptions.

 ### 34. Comprehensive All-In-One Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parush C. | Bid Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is an all-in-one project management tool where everything is in one place. The custom views cater to different ways of thinking, which I find really useful. I appreciate the free plan that allows small teams and freelancers to access professional-grade features without budget pressure. Automations, like auto-assigning tasks, improve efficiency, and the signing-up process is quick, offering workspace templates that help get things started easily.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think ClickUp could be improved with a simpler onboarding experience for new users. It would be great if it focused on optimizing load times and reducing delays when switching between tasks and views, to make the app faster and lighter.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is an all-in-one project management tool with tasks, documents, goals, and time tracking, all in one place. Custom views cater to different thinking styles, and the free plan offers professional features to small teams without budget pressure, while automations streamline tasks.

 ### 35. Good Tool track the tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aravindanarayanan M. | Lead Associate, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I'm using it almost daily for work. I like the easy user interface of it. We are able to create a task and manage it easily. We are able to templatize some of the tasks and create recurring tasks easily. It gives a more flexible option while creating a task.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Adapting to Agency structure is difficult. It will be a good tool for the product-based company, but not for the marketing agency.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the main task tracking and management. We are able to miss any tasks after using this also we can able to check the status in a single view. Prevoiusly we have tracked the tasks in Excel, which is hard to maintain.

 ### 36. Top-Tier Project Management with Powerful Automations and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley M. | O, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

ClickUp is a top tier option for project management and organization for projects and client information. It offers several layers of oganization and management, as well as automations to support your team's needs and help make things as efficient as possible. It integrates very well with other platforms (Slack, Hiver, Loom) to help with how your team performs and can support your clients.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes the updates made in the software can cause "wrinkles" in day-to-day operations.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps solve project management and streamlines all of the oprtational procedures as it is a place where we can keep client information, tasks, and SOPs for quick reference. ClickUp is the hub of operations for the team.

 ### 37. Versatile CRM and Project Management with Stellar AI Features

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like the fact that ClickUp is able to accommodate various situations or needs I have, whether it's in project management or tracking opportunities and needs. I also appreciate the AI functionality it offers. These features help me by providing visibility on the things I need to do and identifying where I'm lacking. It enables me to share what the team is working on and show what each member is contributing towards achieving our targets. ClickUp integrates well with my Google Workspace and Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Its licensing it forces you to have to buy a certain number of seats

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to track various opportunities and projects, ensuring visibility and team collaboration on tasks. It accommodates multiple needs, assisting in CRM aspects and project management. The AI functionality helps in identifying areas of improvement and tracking contributions towards team targets.

 ### 38. Robust Integration and Centralised Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I love ClickUp's easy-to-use UI and the value for money it offers, which I still think is the best out there, even though other apps have gotten better at this. The integration with Claude and ChatGPT has been a game changer for me. I use Claude as my daily assistant for planning and building my ClickUp system, and ChatGPT helps with writing simple 'Getting Started' documents for onboarding. I also appreciate how easy it is to work through my tasks as a Property Manager. Being able to email directly from the comments section connected to my Outlook account, and having relationship fields for property developments and contractors, makes communication and end-of-month reviews more efficient. Overall, these features have been great for cost efficiency, data security, and managing tasks effectively.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Not being able to change 'Name' in a list for the main task. I would also love to be able to access ClickUp university from within ClickUp desktop and be able to see my progress (and be able to track other team members progress to ensure they're learning what they need to)

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp centralises maintenance reports accessible to all team members, making 24/7 access convenient. It connects with Claude and ChatGPT, simplifying task management and communications, enhancing flexibility and efficiency. The integrations aid in custom app development and effective task management with cost efficiency and data security.

 ### 39. Intuitive UI and Easy Pipeline Setup—Loving It So Far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian N. | Senior Technical Consultant, Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

My organisation started using it recently, and we really like it. We’re still finding our way with it, but the UI is very intuitive and it’s very easy to set up pipelines. We’re also looking at adding more integrations so we can publish blog posts, news articles, internal newsletters, and similar content.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Nothing much to add yet—it’s still early days for us, but so far we’re really loving it.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone who works in media, I find it very easy to plan future posts in advance and notify colleagues to review them before publishing. There are also a lot of features included as standard, even in the lower packages. The platform’s performance is very good as well.

 ### 40. Indispensable for project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp includes all the essential features I need for daily work. It makes handling projects easier for me and simplifies managing multiple projects simultaneously, as I can plan sprints and maintain an overview. Working with teams is well implemented and makes perfect sense. The integration of tools like Google Calendar, Airtable, and Pipedrive also runs smoothly. ClickUp offers the best free plan of all the tools I have tried, and the setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

There was once the difficulty that when there are very, very many tasks in the lists, the lists either do not load at all or load very slowly. One thing I would have liked here is that more custom fields are also possible in the free plan.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp simplifies project management, I can plan sprints and organize projects clearly. Teamwork is well supported and implemented.

 ### 41. Intuitive for Project Management, But Overwhelming Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Data Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that ClickUp is easy to use and has both a web version and a mobile app, which makes it convenient. It's fast with a smooth UI, and I appreciate being able to use it on my mobile to easily see my tasks even when I'm not on my laptop. I find it helpful that you can assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and add comments. Plus, there's quite a lot of customization you can do. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes it feels like there are way too many features - it can get confusing. I wish there was a 'simple' mode that would only let you access the core features of a project management app. Also, I recently they started to push way too many AI features that do not add a lot of value.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for project management, tracking team tasks efficiently. It offers easy-to-use web and mobile access, allowing me to manage tasks on the go. We now have a centralized task management system, improving team coordination.

 ### 42. Centralized Tool for Efficient Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominic R. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like that everything is centralized and organized, which makes it easier for us to communicate within a project. We can cross off tasks and communicate on both high-level and small items that need to be done. The board list feature is one of my favorite aspects from an organizational perspective. It allows us to be more organized, especially given that our team size ranges from 13 to 20 people when including contractors. ClickUp helps us stay organized and communicate efficiently, enabling us to move faster as a team compared to using email or Google Docs, which would be inefficient.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I think there's a lot of features, and because there's so many, it's hard to know how to match. I'm sure there's things that we're missing because it's so robust. There was a learning curve at first.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for organization, accountability, and managing tasks. It ensures we get our projects done as a team by centralizing and organizing everything, allowing us to communicate and move faster.

 ### 43. Intuitive CRM with Solid Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rithish K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp as a CRM system and for admin purposes. I like that it solves complex workflows with automations and easy task-based profiles. Among the things I appreciate most are Tasks, Dashboards, and automations. Each task can have custom fields and can be updated accordingly, which I find really useful. The Dashboards are simple and easy to build, making them quite effective for me. The automations are a big plus since they make my work easier. Also, the initial setup was really easy, and it's easy to learn and navigate.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I feel ClickUp needs improvements for creating complex dashboards and enabling automations across different workspaces. These are the main areas that require enhancement for me.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves complex workflows with automations and easy task-based profiles. Each task can have custom fields and be updated accordingly. Dashboards are simple and easy to build, and automations make work easier.

 ### 44. Streamlined Ad Workflows, But Needs Mobile Optimization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anish C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I use ClickUp for managing our ads-making workflow and appreciate how it keeps the entire ad production workflow in one space. I like the way it organizes tasks, with clear options for pre-production, production, and approval stages, making things more straightforward. The features like task management, search, assignee options, and the ability to transition tasks smoothly from pre-production to production add a lot of value to my workflow. It enables our process where the copywriter writes the task, sends it for approval, and once approved by the senior writer, it is then assigned to us designers. We create the ad, attach the file, and send it for further approval, ensuring the entire team stays in sync and our marketing tasks are efficiently coordinated.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

In ClickUp, the mobile app is a bit heavy and it takes too long to load the images. Also, the notification system is overwhelming when managing multiple ad projects.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage our ads-making workflow. It keeps everything in one place with pre-production, production, and approval stages, simplifying the process.

 ### 45. ClickUp Made Document Prep and Reporting Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shruthi S. | Project Management Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Easy to prepare documents (no formatting headaches), easy to assign or work together from a single tool, reporting became easier as all the required data available in one place

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I’m still only a few months into using ClickUp, so if I run into any difficulties, it just means there’s still a lot for me to explore and learn. As of now, there’s nothing I dislike.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it’s a big help for document preparation and dashboards. I also use the AI agent to summarize or assist with pretty much any task, and the notetaker is really useful too. Planner is also very useful when scheduling a meeting

 ### 46. ClickUp: smooth task management and optimal visibility on projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

ClickUp is a highly effective collaborative tool that has transformed our team management. What I appreciate the most is that it allows us to have excellent daily task management. We benefit from optimal visibility on the progress of our projects thanks to clear and easy-to-follow deadlines.

Moreover, the tool is particularly ergonomic and easy to use. The interface is smooth and the UX (user experience) is really well designed, which allowed the entire team to adopt it quickly and without any difficulty. It's a real productivity boost!

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Sometimes, I encounter some slowness within the tool, particularly inside tasks when loading images and screenshots. This problem is more frequent when I share my screen in a video conference with an advertiser: the images take time to display and I often have to reload the page several times for them to finally appear. An improvement in the performance and fluidity of media display under these conditions would be appreciated.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp solves the problem of scattered information. Before using it, we lost a lot of time in countless email loops, and important elements sometimes ended up getting lost.

Thanks to ClickUp, we can now work collaboratively and very efficiently. The tool allows us to centralize absolutely all information—whether it's meeting minutes or task lists—within a single shared space with our clients. This provides us with total transparency, better organization, and a precious time-saving advantage on a daily basis.

 ### 47. Versatile Task Management with little Improvement required.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devdas M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I appreciate ClickUp as a one-stop solution for almost all business needs, excluding finance and billing. Its great UX stands out, making it easy to use once you understand it, effectively allowing it to work for almost everything. I like the task management capabilities, AI, and ease of access which make the platform valuable. Specifically, the attachments feature, time tracking, and custom attributes and tags make managing tasks efficient. The initial setup is incredibly easy, with even someone new to the platform unlikely to make mistakes on day one.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Tracking project profitability, a strong timesheet, and user-wise cost tracking could be great additions. At the moment, we take data from ClickUp and feed it to other systems to get these insights. Without profitability view, you are running blind. The timesheet feature in ClickUp is very premature. User-wise cost tracking can give better profitability insights.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp is a one-stop solution for my business needs, with great UX and flexibility. Its task management, AI, attachments, time tracking, and custom attributes help streamline projects and drive revenue.

 ### 48. Centralized Planning, Unmatched Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate S. | CEO | Certified DOO | OBM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I really appreciate how I can manage my entire business with ClickUp. It's so helpful because I have a lot of moving pieces, and having everything in one place means I can always find individual tasks, timelines, team members' progress, automate workflows, and manage recurring responsibilities. The best part is it's a central place to organize everything instead of keeping it in my head. It's really valuable to me and has been one of the most reliable tools since I started my business. I also like the way everything is centralized, not just for me, but for any team member or client's team, making it easy for everyone to check statuses, timelines, and what's upcoming. The initial setup made sense with its tree format, allowing me to set up folders and lists easily and expand from there. Overall, it's a really good workhorse of a project management tool, and I always return to ClickUp after trying other platforms.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

N/A

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp to manage clients, projects, launches, deadlines, and my team all in one place. It helps organize tasks, timelines, automate workflows, and track project statuses, making it a central hub for my business.

 ### 49. The All-in-One Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco S. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

Previous Response: What I love most about ClickUp is how it replaces multiple tools in one place. No more switching between multiple apps. It offers an unparalleled number of features compared to other software. It's also highly customizable to fit any workflow thanks to features like multiple views that let me set up projects exactly how I need, dashboards that give me a clear view of reports and stats, and automations that save me hours by handling repetitive tasks.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

Previous Response: The only downside is that ClickUp can be a bit slow or glitchy sometimes, but honestly, it’s not a big deal. With everything it does, a little lag here and there is totally fine.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickUp helps me structure my consulting workflow by creating custom templates for client projects, deliverables, and reporting. It integrates automation to reduce repetitive administrative work, such as setting up new projects, managing tasks automatically, and sending reminders. And it optimizes dashboards for real-time visibility into project progress, revenue tracking, and performance insights.

The results: faster client onboarding, time saved through automation of admin tasks, and improved client communication and transparency via shared dashboards.

 ### 50. Centralized Task Management with Improving Potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geovanny O. | Guest Services Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ClickUp?**

I like how ClickUp centralizes everything in one platform. I can see all the tasks assigned to me and keep notes in one single place, which makes managing my projects more straightforward. I love that I can track my hours and see my productivity, allowing me to identify areas where I can improve. Having project files within the specific task I'm working on makes things a lot easier as it keeps everything organized. I switched from Notion and have been loving ClickUp. Despite taking a couple of days to understand the setup, I found it very user-friendly in the end.

**What do you dislike about ClickUp?**

I find time tracking lacking because I would love to see the report for all of the tasks by a specific date range and generate reports of it. Also, if there is a task already archived, the time logs are not shown anymore.

**What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ClickUp for project management, tracking hours, and productivity. It centralizes everything in one platform, making it easier. I see all tasks assigned to me and track productivity, helping me identify areas for improvement.
