We keep track of our OKRs, workflows, sprints and even use it as our CRM. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** There is a steeper learning curve to Clickup compared to other tools such as Trello, and it is not as popular with some of our remote teams, so they do spend additional time getting to know the tool and finding their way around. **What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to have all our different teams together on one tool, which also makes it easier for management to keep a close eye on project status. We also like that our clients can be included as a guest on their file, and we can get direct feedback from them, eliminating lots of back and forth emails. ### 4. I have only scratched the surface with what the app can do, and I am SO impressed. I am still on the free version for what I need it really does the trick and I can see it phasing out some other project management tools. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** It can be pretty overwhelming when you first login, as the interface is pretty intense. **What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love not having to flick between GDrive and Sheets and other project management tools - they are all housed under the ClickUp roof. ### 5. Is necessary see some videos and tutorials to understand better the best way that you can create a project manager. Other point is create a baseline to compare the evolution with was planned. I can find the answers if I need to know how to do something. I started using ClickUp for my girlfriend's business and finally used it daily for my consulting business. I track my time with ClickUp now. I use the internal chat for tasks (comments at the task level can even include emails and their responses) or at the project level if not related to a task. It's easy to use if you have someone knowledgeable to help you build the basic structure! **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** With all its options, the good can be bad. It becomes complicated very fast if you don't take the time to think of your needs and the required structure. The only thing it can't do for me is invoicing!!! **What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using spreadsheets for my prospecting, follow-ups and sale progress tracking. It was so easy to make a mistake, change or even delete some information accidentally. Comparing it to previous productivity platforms I've used, it allows me to set up systems efficiently without getting too caught up in the technical details or aesthetics (a quirk of mine), it also solved the majority of the issues I had with other platforms. Some of my favourite features would be the home page where I mostly work on a daily basis, the ability to set up repeat tasks, docs, and automations. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** Areas of improvement that I've noticed would be mostly the lagging and refresh rate when working on complex lists or updating items on the home page. Also, the mobile app isn't as 'mobile friendly' as I would have expected and with the inability to rotate the app into landscape view, it can be hard to use on the go. Lol! The biggest issue I had in the past was keeping track of multiple projects with competing deadlines at once. ClickUp makes is so easy to track each project and its status on a single screen. My second biggest benefit are the automations. We try to automate as much as possible to get data in and out of ClickUp and it just works. Even the internal automations are great. Being able to auto-assign due dates has been one of my favorite. ### 23. As a business owner and consultant, I've tried them all. I've found ClickUp to be the most feature-packed of the bunch at the most competitive price. I love the integration of so many features in one place: very customizable task management, whiteboard, dashboard, and document storage and editing. I also truly appreciate the vast number of available templates to help me get started on a new ClickUp implementation quickly. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** A few of the features could use some improvement before they can become a true replacement for other apps. For example, the whiteboard has more features that some others, like Microsoft Whiteboard, but lacks features that some standalone whiteboard applications have. I would love to move my whiteboards fully into ClickUp, but it's not there yet. Likewise with the Docs feature; it's good. Really good. But it can't yet fully replace Google Docs, or some other standalone document platforms. Lastly, I would love to see more customization and arrangement options for the forms feature. I currently use Miro for whiteboard, Coda for docs, and Jotform for forms. If ClickUp can build these features up to the same level as these standalone applications, it'll be king! Hopefully ClickUp 3.0 brings significant updates to these features. **What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClickUp has been very helpful in managing the multiple tasks that I need to complete as I build my business. In every previous solution, I found myself forced to use more than one tool (tasks, kanban, docs, timer, email, automations...) so that the entire infrastructure of my business was interconnected. In ClickUp, I found, even in version 1.0, almost all the features I was looking for, making me definitively migrate from the then-used Trello (in one company) and Monday (in another). In its version 2.0 and with the addition of home, docs, mindmap, and whiteboard, it has already placed itself as number 1 compared to any other tool on the market. Eagerly awaiting version 3.0! The ClickUp interface is modern, but it has a learning curve that requires some time for the more advanced features. Tasks and projects can be organized into lists and boards, and navigation is simple and straightforward. Features for all types of teams. It includes time management features, budget tracking, Gantt charts, shared calendars, notes, and much more. It allows you to customize your task and project management experience. You can choose from a variety of project templates and set your own custom fields for tasks. ClickUp is perfect for team collaboration. Comments, assignments, and sharing features allow team members to work together effectively. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** Learning curve: With so many features, it may take some time to fully learn how to use ClickUp. However, there are many resources available to help you get familiar with the tool. Pricing: ClickUp offers a free version with limited features, but to access all features, you need to subscribe to a paid plan.
