"Streamlined Proofing, Effortless Setup"

What do you like best about Ziflow?

I love how Ziflow immediately made our internal proofing process at Ideal Cabinetry more efficient from day one. The platform's intuitive design significantly eased the training process for our employees, making it straightforward to onboard the entire team. I appreciate that Ziflow effectively streamlines decision-making delays by allowing us to monitor project progress in real-time. We can see who has viewed the necessary documents and identify those who haven't, which eliminates the need for redundant follow-ups typically associated with email chains. This feature saves us considerable time and resources. Furthermore, the ease of integration with Adobe makes our workflow even more seamless. The setup was extremely easy, which reflects Ziflow's user-centered design. I am confident about recommending Ziflow, as signified by my rating of 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about Ziflow?

I find Ziflow's filing system to be lacking in complexity. It would be more helpful if there were an option to add personalized folders for final work. We like to hear Ziflow makes managing feedback from clients easier! You can always click into previous versions to view old comments. But, you can also copy comments and markup from previous versions to the newest one with one button click. This is useful when an update wasn't made or the comment is still relevant. Found it very easy to use and intuitive to learn. Worked well for adding comments to a variety of media, including video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It didn't seem to push workflow across a work team, necessitating repetitive messaging that yes, I have the route and I am finished with the route. Could also be difficult finding past routes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
