"A Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like that ClickUp is flexible and lets us customize it to our needs. We can set our own tags, design our own layout, and even different team members can choose to display it differently. I also appreciate being able to move tasks around, control my notification preferences, and revisit past tasks to see our progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

We do most of our chatting on Slack and Google Meet. ClickUp works best when you have another thing for that level of communication, but it would be nice if it was all in one place instead. Also, the drag and drop interface gives us problems sometimes, when we are moving a task sometimes it likes to fall in as a subtask instead of getting its own line and it's hard to avoid. It tends to default to sticking tasks into other ones as subtasks, but it should default to changing the order. It should be harder to move a task into a subtask because that's not likely to happen much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Interface, Great for Project Management"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is the simplicity of the interface. We can interact and create activities easily. The usability is very good, I can open activities, see subtasks, and add comments with ease. The expandable lists model is great for organizing projects with high task demands. Additionally, ClickUp is free for many functions, which is very useful for me. I find ClickUp simple and powerful, especially in the way it organizes tasks in the interface, which I really liked. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The pricing here in Brazil, I think it is very expensive. I would like to have access to all the features, but in my current situation, if I had to pay the subscription for all users, it would be unfeasible for us to use it. Initially, I had some difficulty understanding how file references between lists work. One of the main features that is widely used and not so clear is the way you can have a folder and point a task within it to other places and maintain an organized referencing system. "Streamlined Project Management with Minor Date View Challenges"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I find ClickUp really helpful for managing all the projects and admin work. It greatly assists with time management and allows me to see what each of my employees is working on. I like how it helps in delegating tasks to employees effectively. The 'Spaces' feature is particularly valuable as we create distinct spaces for each company and organize tasks in folders, making task management much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The start time feature in ClickUp doesn't work so great. We need to see when a project starts and when it ends. While the due date works fine, the start date doesn't appear on different views. If we could have a start date that appears on a list view, or other views besides the calendar, that would be helpful, as it currently only shows the due date, which limits task visibility. There's also a bit of a learning curve, as we're still learning after a few years and there were some initial confusions with templates and other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable and Client-Friendly, Yet Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the client-facing dashboards we can make so clients can see the status of their projects, as it allows us to show them what stage it's in and if there is anything ready for their review. We love being able to communicate between our teams and projects and the ability to comment on tasks and subtasks so our team is always updated. It's great that there are so many things to customize, like statuses. The initial setup of ClickUp was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I would love a better task tracker for clients that is more interactive. It would be great to have a CRM integrated with ClickUp. It would be nicer to see tasks moving in real time and be able to hide certain things from the client. We need to have it so the client can comment directly and interact. "Smooth Project Management with ClickUp – Easy Sprint Creation & Great User Experience"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

My experience with ClickUp has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to adopt without a steep learning curve. One of the standout features for us has been the ease of creating and managing sprints. The flexibility to customize sprint boards, assign tasks, and track progress in real time has greatly improved our workflow efficiency.

ClickUp has also provided a seamless user experience with its clean interface, quick navigation, and robust integrations. Whether it’s setting priorities, monitoring timelines, or collaborating across teams, everything feels streamlined and well-structured. Overall, ClickUp has simplified how we plan, execute, and review our projects, making it an excellent tool for agile sprint management in our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While ClickUp offers a lot of useful features and makes sprint creation and management very smooth, the biggest drawback we’ve experienced is the UI performance. At times, it takes a considerable amount of time to load, which slows down our workflow and interrupts the overall user experience. For a productivity tool, speed and responsiveness are critical, and this is an area where ClickUp could improve significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CLICKUP: ALL your organizational needs under one name!"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Easy to use and set up, CLICKUP is very straightforward. I did not need any introductory documentation or help videos: everything is just there at your fingertips; you need to decide what you need and look for it.

It helps you stay organized by allowing you to regulate the "work" periods, forcing you, in some way, to take breaks every now and then, so you can stay focused with your mind on the end zone.

Clickup is my almost daily friend. It integrates easily with all my other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Even though I am using my work email to sign into CLICKUP, there is no way to create two-way sync between them: CLICKUP has to have precedence, i.e., from ClickUp to my other calendar unless I am using GOOGLE.

The feature is planned in an upcoming release though, and i just can't wait for it to be online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love to see this sodtware working"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love that I can do almost everything in one place — tasks, docs, dashboards, even brainstorming. It keeps my work organized without needing five different apps. The integrations and automations save me tons of time, and the visibility across projects is a huge plus. It feels like a real hub for collaboration and planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest upside is how customizable it is. Whether I’m managing big company projects or simple daily tasks, I can tailor the views, workflows, and reporting tools to fit what I need. The AI features are also a time-saver — creating summaries, updates, or drafts in seconds. It honestly helps my team move faster and align better without extra busywork. "Robust Project Management with a Generous Free Plan"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Very solid project management software. Its free plan is very generous and has all the necessary features to get started such as kanban boards and ability to create tasks. The form creater is also very easy to use and pretty robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The cost can add up for a small business with many employees if you want to upgrade to the base paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable tool for organizing daily office tasks."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp makes it very simple to organize and track my daily office work. I can quickly create tasks, set reminders and follow up on ongoing activities without confusion. it didn't take much time to get started and I find it smooth to work with it on everyday. I also like that it connects well with other tools we use, which save time and effort. The customer support is also helpful whenever i need guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes there are so many features that it feels a bit overwhelming when i only need to do something basic. A few setting take extra effort to figure out and some integrations need additional steps before they work properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creative Flexibility, with Solutions for Real-Time Collaboration"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really like ClickUp for its freedom to adapt your company to the style of the platform, as if it were a blank canvas, we can use creativity to innovate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I don't like the real-time update for multiple users, as it can be disruptive at times. However, they have the solution of creating different views, and that helps with my "problem." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
