I like the integrated nature of the MS Office products with Teams. This makes it simple to pick up a Word doc, share a PowerPoint or any other tool from Office.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

Video meeting tools, Teams and its competitors, use lots of RAM memory. Your workstation should have a minimum of 32GB RAM to avoid "low resource" slowdowns

Easy to follow conversation chains and the related documents for that discussion.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand V. | Technical leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

The best thing about Microsoft Teams integration is that Communication and Appreciation are helpful for fellow collogue.
We can pass the information very quickly in MS teams.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

I can say we need the internet to run the show. There may be data loss due to this situation. for custom-made apps; the integration mechanism can sometimes be painful

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have successfully integrated our custom-made chatbot to answer the common queries of employees. Additionally, we have combined the Jira app with the teams to track our daily tasks.

  ### 7. Great tool for seemless appreciation and recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish K. | Technical Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

Great tool for seemless appreciation and recognition, easy UI, great app to be connected, supports multiple languages and emojis, GIFs etc and allows the sharing and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

Needs internet connectivity, offline appreciation- records are not cached until internet recovers, sometimes quirky on low spec machines, specific to internal org only, doesn't allow external org sometimes

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highly interactive and useful since introduction of Empuls app on MS Teams, helps appreciate, redeem and check status on the go, great user friendly app with high level usability and efficiency.

  ### 8. Seamlessly Integrate your business apps with Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haniel L. | Cloud platform developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

You can integrate any custom-made app or built-in ones with the Microsoft teams which provides great flexibility of using apps within the teams application. It is very convenient to build solutions like custom chatbots and integrate with Microsoft teams using Power Virtual Agents.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

The inbuilt integrated apps like yammer and stream connector are of minimal help in everyday use. As for the custom-made apps, the integration mechanism can be sometimes painful. There are so many things that can go wrong and you would end up with a nonfunctional app. Having clear documentation is a must which unfortunately is lacking.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with Microsoft teams has helped us to integrate customized or inbuilt apps to communicate within the organization using Microsoft teams. We have successfully integrated our custom-made chatbot to answer the common queries of employees. Additionally, we have integrated the Jira app with the teams to track our tasks on daily basis.

  ### 9. Simple and Useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

I currently only use the zoom integration with Microsoft Teams. It was simple to integrate - simply clicked 'add' in the teams app store. I prefer to use Zoom meetings with our external contacts - as it eliminates them having to set up their settings for Teams - as most of them do not use.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

No dislikes as I currently do not integrate with anything else. However, it does link - obviously - to our outlook calendar. I do not like that even though a zoom meeting is scheduled, it still gives the teams button to join. This has confused several staff members in the past, and recently - causing delay in meetings' start times.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using zoom meetings with external contacts - within the teams app - that is always open on my desktop for internal office purposes. Love having the option to use either in one app.

  ### 10. Microsoft Teams for collaboration, IM and file share is ideal

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

The file sharing is perfect to store shared files. We have a great administrator that has organized the files and worksheets for the team to upload easily. As long as it is set up thoughtfully, it keeps everyone organized

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

The meetings don't allow for a smooth transition of slides. Hangs up sometimes and boots the presenter off. It's not often but when it happens, its disruptive to the meeting attendees.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating and storing everyone's files in one place. We use it for our weekly meetings and especially expenses where everyone puts all their costs and uploads invoices.

  ### 11. Not bad, gets the job done.

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

Easy integration with my Teams application so I can send quotes, docs, info via Teams or the system iteself making it a one stop shop of sorts

I am not a big fan of Teams in general, this application has the same kind of qwerks as Teams with some weird UI and multi-step interfaces.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams Integration:**

It takes a bit to get use to, especially if you haven't used Teams before and is a bit complicated to set up but they have good articles and support.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua M. | Program Financial Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

I like how smooth teams work and is integrated with the messaging systems.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

It's not as intuitive as Webex for screen sharing and the one function I really wish it had was the ability to call into the meeting for the audio portion like Webex has. This is really handy for low bandwidth situations.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams Integration:**

I recommend Teams, though I think at this point I think there are things that need to be worked on to make it perfect. ie call in for meetings, easy sharing and the ability to save all past conversations in the conversation history folder in outlook.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team integration in a mostly virtual environment. It has made it possible to stay connected as if you are in person.

  ### 17. Teams is a great workplace tool that replaces Skype and Zoom

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa M. | Programmer Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

The fact that it can integrate into most office / Microsoft products and allows easy scheduling of meetings. I enjoy being able to utilize this product to remote troubleshoot other users. I enjoy being able to cleanly integrate the product into other microsoft products and create meetings and groups. Teams also has the ability to create assignmetns and such, which is great for team projects that have tasks that need delegating. Honestly, Teams is a great tool for the workplace. You can easily integrate it into cloud storage also and share files between other people in your organization.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Teams. It does what it says, it has a friendly interface, and I have no issues with the product. The only thing that I've ever noticed that I didn't like, was that it pops up in the foreground when you restart your computer. I would prefer for it to launch in the background like it stays when I am not actively using it. There may be a setting somewhere for this, but I haven't seen it or used it.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams Integration:**

If you use Skype and Zoom, Teams is a great tool to converge the two technologies and add extra features.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have Microsoft Teams with our Office 365 integration. We utilize this service as a replacement for Skype, allowing quick communication and meetings. We are able to create groups and set up meetings like you do with Zoom as well. We can share screens and do remote troubleshooting with Teams. It integrates cleanly with other microsoft products.

  ### 18. Microsoft Teams Recomendation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Horacio Z. | Professional Insurance Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

The most helpful thing you can have with the Teams integration is the colaborative work between your co-workers o even another person who have an outlook account (could be hotmail, outlook), you can edit or view who is working on real time your documents. Also the chat on the document is very helpful to share ideas over the document, you can make videoconferences and calls, all of this in one single place.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

There are so few things that I dislike about the integration. It could be that when opening a document over on your computer, it could take a long time to open with your desktop applications, you can work faster than your computer with Teams application, but it doesn't have all the tools you can work on your desktop.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams Integration:**

You will find the Integration tools handy and easy to use. You will not regret

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the company always the remote work was very complicated to point it in the right way. When the company acquires the integration with Teams, this challenge was decreasing until we could work collaboratively, even in my position, which was a remote one. With these tools, we could solve the issue with real-time work, and we could be more productive.

  ### 19. Integrating Microsoft Teams with Your Applications and Activities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernanda M. | Specialist, Non-Profit Organization Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

Microsoft Teams is the centre for teamwork in Office 365 that integrates all the people on the team, content and tools the team needs to be more effective. We integrate with the main institutional communication applications such as email, Sharepoint and office365 resources.
I see that there are Microsoft partners that perform integrations with other technologies that we use, but we intend to develop the integrations within our framework.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration?**

Nothing. The product suits our needs adequately.
What I miss most is having more complete training on integration technologies on the Microsoft platform. For example, I've browsed the knowledge base and I see a lot of stories, reports, and blogs talking about the smart bot creation feature, but there's no detailed documentation or video courses to teach you how to do it.

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with Office 365, Sharepoint and various corporate tools made the team more agile and also made the service more shared.
One of the integrations we made was with the Microsoft Power Platform in particular with PowerBI. This integration helps users accelerate development with low-end tools.
code to analyze data using Power BI, creating custom apps using Power Apps. Soon we plan to use the integration to create smart bots using Power Virtual Agents.
