I like how user-friendly the interface is. Everything was very intuitive for me to learn how to use. I also like that there is a desktop app, a mobile app, and a web-based solution that all work very, very well. Having an app on my phone that works well is really nice because sometimes at night or when I'm not actually working, I remember something I forgot to put on my to-do list. I can just open up my phone, add it very quickly, and then get it off my mind to worry about the next day when I start work.
