I really appreciate the fully integrated notes in ClickUp, which can be at a list level or space level and include wikis as well. The rich text feature with embedded images and links is fantastic because it helps me stay organized and keeps all my knowledge in one place. Plus, everything is searchable across the entire ClickUp organization. This integration allows me to have everything I need to operate in one space. Also, the idea submission forum is great because it shows ClickUp takes requests seriously, as most things I requested have been delivered or are in the process of being delivered, which makes me feel heard and valued.

ClickUp was easy to use from the start. The integration, dashboard and workspace features help me keep projects for different clients organized and on track. The ability to have tasks/projects be recurring cuts down on the time spent actually building your task list.

I use ClickUp for task planning, assigning tasks, and tracking progress. I find it makes it easy to share tasks and pass information to everyone involved in a task at once, while also monitoring task progress. I like the tag system and the ability to customize views and duplicate views, which allows different teams to see the same but filtered list of tasks most relevant to them. It's great that I can customize my view in the list view to immediately see various aspects of each task that matters to me without opening each task. The view duplication feature is particularly helpful because it allows my devs and designers to see and interact with only their tasks, and have those changes reflected in other views immediately.
