"Flexible Team Organization with Powerful Automations and Collaboration"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

We use ClickUp every single day - all day long! The many different ways I can organize our team, automations, and collaboration options. I love the flexibility I have for making spaces and lists my own (not being limited to certain methodologies). I love the personal list and the ability to filter tasks based on my own criteria. The custom fields have also been very helpful. Customer support is AWESOME and has been great for the few times I've run into issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One of the downsides is that you really need to have your structure and workflow down before setting things up in ClickUp. If you don't, things can get really muddy. There are a lot of ways to organize your workspace, so you need to really think that through first. We struggled in the beginning because we didn't fully understand how to use ClickUp - for that reason, we set our spaces and lists up in a way that didn't really make sense. I also struggle with the Documents - sometimes I like to write my SOPs in ClickUp, but then need to transfer them to Word for the company - format does NOT translate nicely! "Clean, Sleek UI with Smooth Integrations for Hassle-Free Collaboration"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The interface is clean, sleek, and easy to navigate. The app integrates smoothly, which makes collaboration feel straightforward and hassle-free. The Gmail plugin also helps cut down on how often I need to switch over to my email tab, so I can stay focused in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

A large part of the Indian market (especially my clients) runs their business on WhatsApp. Because there’s no direct integration with WhatsApp, I have to rely on a third-party automation tool, which adds extra cost. If there were a way to integrate WhatsApp with Clickup, it would make things much easier for me, even though I’m not a big proponent of WhatsApp as a channel for business communication. "Streamlined Project Management with ClickUp"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I use ClickUp to manage projects, log tasks, and keep track of performance as part of the CS team. It solves my customer success workflow problems, enhances team collaboration, and improves project management efficiency. I really appreciate that it keeps everything in one place, offering super great visibility. I love the new super agents, and being recognized as a ClickUp Power User was a unique experience compared to other tools I've used. The automations are particularly valuable, making tracking seamless. I can train workspace triggers, automate status updates, task assignments, and more. It's like bliss having everything automated by the triggers I select. The initial setup was easy for me, and I found ClickUp to be somewhat similar to Asana. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I can't think of any specific issues, but maybe if they could introduce more formal invoicing and billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful execution system for fast-moving teams"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is extremely flexible and works well as a single execution system across teams. At GobbleCube, we use it to manage GTM, CSM, product, automation, and internal operations in one place. The biggest strength is how customizable everything is. Custom fields, task hierarchies, dependencies, automations, and views let us model our real business workflows instead of forcing us into a rigid structure. Once set up properly, it replaces multiple tools and reduces a lot of manual coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main limitation is reporting and analytics. ClickUp does not have strong native pivot tables or advanced data analysis capabilities. For teams that rely heavily on metrics, aggregations, and slicing data in different ways, this becomes a gap. We often need to export data to Google Sheets or external tools to do deeper analysis. Improving built-in pivots and reporting would make ClickUp significantly stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Tool for Support–Tech Coordination and Issue Tracking"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how customizable it is. As a company user, I can organize tasks in a way that genuinely fits our workflow, whether I’m working in lists, boards, or timelines. Features like task priorities, due dates, comments, and file attachments make it easy to track work and collaborate with team members in one place. I also appreciate that everything is centralized, so I don’t have to jump between multiple tools just to understand a task’s status, overall progress, or the latest updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp offers a wide range of features, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially for new users. In a very large or heavily customized workspace, it can sometimes take extra time to locate specific tasks. Performance may also feel slightly slow when you’re working with a high number of tasks. Overall, though, these are minor issues and they don’t take away from the platform’s usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp’s Flexibility Consolidates Our Entire Workflow in One Place"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s sheer flexibility is its greatest strength. As someone managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing AI SaaS company, I appreciate how it consolidates tasks, docs, goals, chat, and even lightweight CRM-like pipelines into a single platform. The ability to switch between List, Board, Calendar, and Gantt views without duplicating data saves enormous time. Custom fields, automations, and Dashboards let us mirror our exact sales and product workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest downside is complexity. While power users love the depth, new team members often feel overwhelmed. Onboarding takes longer than expected, and minor UI inconsistencies (like different menu locations across views) create friction. There have also been occasional performance lags when loading large Dashboards with multiple embedded widgets. Additionally, while ClickUp markets itself as a CRM alternative, it lacks native lead-scoring, email sequencing, or deep contact enrichment - so we still rely on a dedicated CRM for core sales functions. Mobile app functionality is improving but still feels like a pared-down version of the desktop experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the Best Task Management Tools"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its all-in-one flexibility. It’s more than just a task manager—it combines task management, docs, goal tracking, time tracking, calendars, and even dashboards in one platform. Some highlights:

Customizable workflows – You can create lists, boards, Gantt charts, or even custom views for teams and projects.

Everything in one place – No need to jump between multiple apps for tasks, docs, and project tracking.

Automation – Simple rules can automate repetitive actions like assigning tasks or updating statuses.

Integrations – Connects with Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, and other tools you probably already use.

Scalable – Works for solo users, small teams, or large enterprises.

Honestly, the best part is that you can tailor ClickUp to fit how your team actually works, instead of forcing your workflow to fit the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Notifications can be noisy – If you’re in multiple teams or projects, you can get bombarded unless you carefully set notification preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp has a steep learning curve, and it takes some effort to get comfortable with it at first. Still, once you get the hang of how it works, it’s worth the time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Customizable Task Tracking with Clear Dashboards and Reports"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s strongest feature, in my experience, is its flexibility and customization. It makes it easy to track tasks, stories, and sprints all in one place, which helps keep everything organized. The dashboards and reports also provide clear visibility into project progress, so it’s simpler to see what’s on track and what needs attention. Overall, it supports better team collaboration and helps improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I dislike about ClickUp is that it can feel overwhelming at first because it has so many features. The interface can also come across as cluttered at times, which is especially noticeable for new users who are still trying to find their way around. I’ve also noticed that performance can slow down when working on large projects with lots of data. A simpler learning curve, along with clearer onboarding, would make the platform much easier to adopt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, all‑in‑one productivity platform, versatile and scalable"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how comprehensive and customizable it is. It consolidates tasks, docs, goals, time tracking, and automation in one place, allowing me to manage projects and workflows without switching tools. The flexibility to tailor views (List, Board, Calendar, Gantt) and create custom statuses and fields makes it adaptable to any team or project type, from daily task management to complex planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp’s flexibility can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when setting up a new workspace or onboarding team members. The abundance of features means there’s a learning curve, and occasional interface complexity can slow down simple actions. However, once you’re familiar with it, the payoff is significant.
