"Automation and AI Tools Make ClickUp a Game-Changer"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Before shifting to ClickUp, we were using Redbooth for project management and if I do a comparision between two, there's a huge improvement. I love ClickUp for the automation features and ai tools. The dashboard is interesting and I like the visual appearance. Different sections for assigned jobs, completed ones, and on clients' review etc. are the best features. Adding media, creating docs, and whitepapers are some of the coolest things I love about ClickUp. It has definitely helped me work faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Project history: If need to check something when the project was initiated I had to go all the way to the top by scrolling the page. There's not shortcut.

Message window: when I'm writing a new message, the small window occupies the space and it doesn't allow to look at the other details.

Filters: since it has so many filters, sometime it creates confusion. Tasks disappear and it creates confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp is the backbone of my operations as a founder and consultant"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp gives me a true “work operating system.” I love how I can move seamlessly between Whiteboards, Docs, tasks, and dashboards without losing context. It’s the only platform where I can map an entire service blueprint, convert the nodes into tasks, build automations around the workflow, and then track execution—all in one place. It keeps my client work, product sprints, and internal projects unified instead of scattered across different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can get intermittently slow, especially on mobile or when loading large Whiteboards. For new users, the number of features can also feel overwhelming at first—there’s a learning curve before everything “clicks.” But once the system is set up, it becomes extremely powerful. "All-in-One Project Management That Keeps Everything on Track"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp brings all my tasks, projects, and communication into one place, which makes it incredibly easy to stay organized. I love how customizable everything is—from views and workflows to dashboards—so I can structure my workspace exactly the way I need. The ability to collaborate in real time, assign tasks, and track progress without switching tools is a huge advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can feel overwhelming at first because it offers so many features. The learning curve is noticeable, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with project management tools. Occasionally, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, and some advanced features require extra setup time. Performance can also slow down with very large workspaces. "Boosts Productivity and Organization Effortlessly"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an interesting platform that supports productivity, both individually and within a team. With this tool, I can organize not only my work but also my personal life. I found it quite intuitive, featuring a pleasant and user-friendly interface. It’s simple to add reminders, appointments, meeting plans, documents, and generally manage daily activities directly from the dashboard.

Additionally, setting up and integrating ClickUp with other tools and apps is straightforward. So far, I haven’t needed to contact the Customer support, but I have read that many users have reached out without any issues.

Since downloading the app, I’ve been using ClickUp regularly, adding new notes and tasks almost every day, mostly to help organize my personal life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

In my view, ClickUp is not significantly different from other similar tools, such as Notion. However, I do find that ClickUp's layout appears more attractive compared to the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A panel to rule them all"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the fact of having everything at my fingertips, tasks, documents, personalized dashboards, links to projects or discussions, search, and AI that works well... in short, it's an environment that makes you productive and above all allows large teams to always be aligned on all projects. The ability to create closed/private groups also allows clients to join operational discussion channels without having to use external messaging software. I just need one ClickUp window open to be able to work. TOP! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Being super rich in features, at first it may seem heavy to digest; if an environment is not set up well, you risk having to chase after tasks. I must say, however, that the procedures are well explained and the software helps you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Project management software is the most effective in today's world."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I enjoy all of ClickUp's features, especially its user interface, which allows me to see all my assigned tasks and their due dates. I can also see if any of my colleagues are stressed and need help. With its sleek and simple design, ClickUp is one of the best project management applications available. ClickUp enables you to uninstall a large number of applications, saving our team significant time and effort while ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. ClickUp allows team members to quickly download and store files and attachments, manage the status of each project individually, and flexibly combine separate workspaces for each project. By fostering collaboration and shared achievement, ClickUp helps improve team productivity and significantly increases the likelihood of completing work on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

All ClickUp tools function as intended; there's nothing objectionable about ClickUp; it's user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with various other applications. ClickUp is constantly making quality improvements, especially to its mobile applications, and we've been able to leverage the power of these new changes to ensure continuous workflow at all times. "A single platform that unifies work, reduces friction, and boosts team clarity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most is how much I can centralise in a single place: tasks, documents, discussions, deadlines and dashboards for different projects and teams. The hierarchy (Workspaces → Spaces → Folders → Lists → Tasks), custom fields and views (List, Board, Gantt, etc.) let me adapt ClickUp to very different workflows without needing separate tools. It’s also great for collaborative work: comments, assigned comments, checklists and automations make it much easier to follow who is doing what and keep complex projects under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the flexibility comes with complexity: new users can feel overwhelmed by the number of options and configuration screens. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they are areas where there is still room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp brought clarity and structure to our cross-team operations"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I love most about ClickUp is how seamlessly everything works together. The combination of Chat, Whiteboards, and Spaces allows us to brainstorm, assign, and track work all in one place. It’s flexible, visual, and highly customizable perfect for managing multiple teams and projects across departments. The Wiki feature also helped us replace scattered SOPs and onboarding docs with a single source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when trying to navigate the depth of features without guidance. Some team members found it overwhelming at first. Also, while the mobile app is useful, it’s not yet as fluid or complete as the desktop version. A few UI refinements could improve speed and intuitiveness overall. "Clickup is what Jira had to do, but didn't"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The new UI doesn't look that bad. Even when it's a "Notion-like" UI, it works a little faster, and it has implemented new features that are pretty cool, like AI, or docs, or whiteboards... Everything in a single place is pretty useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It's still noisy as hell, too many apps, too many places, too many features, so it's now a Slack, Docs, Jira, Trello, Monday, Idontknowwhatelse, and it feels too much, when we just want to handle some simple projects, it feels like we are going in a labyrinth of buttons and clicks...

I think Clickup should have a ramp-up wizard at the beggining with nearly nothing in the UI, then the user shuld be able to enable/disable stuff, so it starts simple but if you need something like "Chat", go enable it, "oh so you need a knowledge base, ok enable it" stuff like that but not everything at once, or we will get crazy.....

Honestly, I think I would switch to 4 instead of 6, but what I decided to go up is because in the enterprise grade, this could be a more complete tool and don't have to jump between multiple apps... (it could be "multiple apps" inside the same one, and not literally different UIs/pages, so that would make it easier, like for example what Atlassian is doing, that Jira, Confluence, Goals and others are different apps but inside the same place with almost the same UI, so it feels better that way) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Intuitive, and Powerful for Managing Business Operations"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love using ClickUp for managing my virtual assistant business operations, client projects, and even my personal life. What I find most valuable is its ability to keep all my to-do lists, deadlines, client bios, and more neatly organized in one place, so I don't have to waste time chasing down information. The intuitive interface makes it easy to start using from the get-go, yet it remains incredibly powerful as you learn and utilize more features. Additionally, its integration capabilities with my email, calendars, and CRM software are seamless, enhancing my workflow. I also find the available templates extremely helpful, simplifying the setup process and saving me time. I regularly assess other platforms, but ClickUp continues to meet my needs, and I've yet to find a reason to switch. I would confidently recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I haven't had any major issues with ClickUp so far. However, a reminder feature for when you've been tracking time for more than an hour could be helpful, but I think this might be more of a user error on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
