This makes navigation simpler at times for sure. I have integrated to my email address which is helpful however definitely needs work for the feature to not become a giant mess. The speed of the system can lag a decent bit when working on large tasks or if you have several tabs open but for the most part performs reliably. I do not pay for the service myself however, from what I have heard from management it is on the expensive side for what we get out of the service. Phone support would definitely improve our feelings on this. The AI features have helped speed up a lot of the smaller tasks like writing emails and such. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** Customizable automations and options can become very overwhelming and turn into a mess to look at. The overall system can feel a bit heavy trying to navigate and teaching people to use it takes a lot of time because of all the nesting and options and scenarios. I have requested at least 2 features (that are listed with a TON of support on the requested features list - and have been for years) and they said they were going to change or add them over a year ago and there has still been no changes. I have integrated to my email address which is helpful however definitely needs work for the feature to not become a giant mess. I have repeatedly requested to prompt/allow you to choose if you want attachments on emails to come through to ClickUp and told them that every single email (imagine email chains!) with a signature creates anywhere from 1 to 10 image attachments with parts of their signature that get dumped into your project attachment list. The project attachments list is another area that is a mess and I have requested they add/repair. See the comment above. Also, there is no way to select multiple files and delete them. There is no way to organize them into folders or reorder them or anything. So navigating project docs can be a pain on large projects. I would LOVE to use it and replace Firerflies/Gemini, but unfortunately the notetaker joins once for each person in our organization who’s in the meeting, which ends up looking unprofessional. No Indian card is accepted. We have to mail them personally and ask them to charge the card "manually" for the payment to go through. Although ClickUp is aware of this issue for a long time, the fact that they have not taken steps to resolve this is a pain. About the software itself, they did not have useful templates like Notion to begin with. Most of their templates did not suit us. Their structure (Workspace > Space > Folder > List > Task > Subtask > Checklist) is super easy to understand unlike competing software. Furthermore, I am able to easily assign tasks without any confusions due to this simple structure. They also offer unlimited workspaces which is a huge benefit to maintain our clients. I cannot thank ClickUp enough for introducing the superb Claude MCP feature. I literally do not even have to assign tasks manually anymore. I can just voicenote Claude or upload a meeting transcript and ask Claude to assign tasks based on the voicenote or transcript and Claude does this automatically. No hiccups ever. They have EVERYTHING: Tasks (in list view, table view, board view, calendar view, map view, etc), Docs, Dashboards, automations and the best IA. You can share public links of tasks or docs. The tasks have a activity tab, so you can see all the history about that task. It's so flexible and professional. With ClickUp there are no excuses for not being extremely productive. **What do you dislike about ClickUp?** That's hard. I don't know what to write about it. Maybe the fact that I'm not in control of every ClickUp decision (but that happens with all the other platforms). But even ClickUp has a "Feature Request" forum, so we can add and vote on possible new features. I'm sorry, I said another thing I like about ClickUp in this question. I'm not capable of saying bad things about ClickUp. **What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClickUp organizes my personal life and my professional work life.
