We found Rev to be fairly accurate, although the cost adds up fast if you rely on human transcription. The AI version is more affordable, but not always as precise.

Interesting list. Another factor for us was export flexibility. Being able to download transcripts or push them into docs/CRM matters for SMB workflows. Zoom AI meeting assistant works really well. Firefilies is right there. I have also tried Fathom and a few more. But went with Zoom at the end

The fireflies free plan covered most of what we needed before, especially at the start.

I recommend evaluating tools based on the amount of cleanup required after transcription. Cheaper tools sometimes cost more in time because of editing.
