**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

What I value most is how simple and intuitive Pipedrive is to use, which matters a lot when you need a whole commercial team adopting it consistently. The level of customization stands out: I can adapt pipeline stages, custom fields, and activity types to fit how we actually sell rather than forcing our process into a rigid template. Over the past 7 years of using it across our 10-person sales team, it has evolved in a direction that fits our organizational needs well, which has eliminated any need to migrate to another platform. The initial setup was genuinely fast - we were running our first pipelines within a couple of days - and onboarding new team members has been straightforward thanks to the clean interface.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

There are a few minor limitations, mostly around the management of certain data and how some objects interconnect. For example, you can't link a single person to multiple organizations or defining Analytics for Projects could be smoother. That said, these are small frictions and negligible compared to the overall benefit we get.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive solves the continuity of information within our team and prevents data loss during turnover - when someone leaves or a deal is handed over, the full history stays in one place. Concretely, it gives us constant, shared access to crucial client information so we can manage over 500 active clients effectively and plan follow-up actions without anything falling through the cracks. Since adopting it, our follow-up consistency has improved and we've cut the time spent on manual handover notes. This fluidity of information is the single biggest benefit for us.

Two quick tips beyond the text itself: the notice also mentions making sure your contact information is complete, so double-check the profile fields (work email, LinkedIn, company) are filled in - that's often what actually blocks "professional experience" verification. And the more you can replace a vague phrase with a number or a named feature, the faster these tend to clear.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

The simple user interaface and the drag and drop nature of being able to move things from 1 pipeline to another.

The performance of the software and how quickly automations can be kicked off to make life easier for the user. 

I have not yet tried some of the more advanced integrations; but I can say that the simple Outlook and calendar ones are working very well. 

The pricing is very much on par if not better than the competitor sites and I think the incentives to get discounts as well as starting small with the "starter packages" works really well. 

The AI report generator works nicely to get you out of the blocks as well.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Some of the reports can be restrictive and there is a bit of additional customisation that would make it phenomenal

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales order; tracking and understanding our pipeline and how much cover we have; as well as how many of our sales people are shooting the lights out and how many are not.

What I like about Pipedrive is that it simple to use and organised it makes sales process easy and straightforward instead of overwhelming and the main thing that i like about Pipedrive is that It is been trusted over many companies in different countries and I also like the automation feature because it saves our team a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive feels a bit limited if you need very detailed analytics. There’s also a slight learning curve when setting up automations and integrations for the very first time. Making it a bit harder for first-time users to settle with the platform.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive lets me track my sales process from start to finish in an organized way. It keeps all my leads, deals, follow-ups, and customer information together in one place, which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything. It has streamlined my workflow by giving me clearer visibility into my sales pipeline, reducing missed follow-ups, and automating routine tasks to save time. As a result, I can focus more on closing deals instead of spending so much time on manual administrative work.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

In my work, I deal with multiple coordination activities, follow-ups, documentation discussions, and tracking tasks across different project stages. What I like most about Pipedrive is the visual pipeline structure because it makes it easier to track ongoing activities instead of manually maintaining follow-up status in spreadsheets or scattered emails.

For example, during vendor coordination and project-related follow-ups, I used the activity reminders and customizable stages to track pending discussions, approvals, and document-sharing activities. The drag-and-drop pipeline view helped quickly identify which tasks were delayed and which discussions required immediate follow-up.

I also found the email synchronization and reminder notifications useful because they reduced missed communications during busy project schedules. Another advantage was the clean UI  even while handling multiple activities simultaneously, navigation remained simple and organized without feeling overloaded.
From an integration perspective, using it alongside email and calendar workflows improved coordination visibility and reduced manual tracking effort.

The onboarding experience was straightforward because the setup, pipeline customization, and workflow organization were easy to configure without extensive CRM training

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

One limitation I noticed is that advanced reporting and analytics customization still feel somewhat limited when trying to track more detailed workflow metrics or compare multiple activity trends together.

I also experienced occasional synchronization delays between email/calendar integrations and activity tracking, especially during heavier workflow usage.Another challenge is that while the platform works well for pipeline tracking and coordination activities, handling more complex cross-functional workflows sometimes requires additional external tools or manual adjustments.

From a UI perspective, certain detailed customization options for dashboards and data organization could be more flexible.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Pipedrive, follow-ups, coordination activities, pending approvals, and communication tracking were mostly managed manually through spreadsheets, email threads, and personal reminders. During busy project schedules, this sometimes created delays in tracking pending discussions or remembering the latest activity status.

Pipedrive solved this by providing a centralized workflow where activities, discussions, reminders, and follow-up stages could be tracked visually in one place. For example, during supplier coordination and internal project communication activities, I could quickly check pending actions, scheduled follow-ups, and completed discussions without searching through multiple emails or notes.

The automation reminders and activity tracking also reduced missed follow-ups and improved response consistency during ongoing coordination tasks.

From a workflow perspective, this improved visibility, reduced manual tracking effort, organized communication activities more efficiently, and helped maintain better continuity during project-related coordination workflows

I like that Pipedrive is easy to use, especially for entering customer information. It's very important for me to use it and customize it for my own business. The open fields, which can be later categorized or recategorized, are very helpful. It's also great for sorting customers by price, product, stage, location, address, and category—making it easier to keep track of them. I find it very useful for determining how far along customers are in their sales journey, whether they're ready to buy now or need more time. Pipedrive helps us schedule services by setting calendar reminders, which is crucial for follow-ups. Additionally, I appreciate that it allows us to store and access customers' information, purchase history, and service history efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

We haven't explored features like custom calendars or AI responses because we want to keep things personalized for each customer's needs.

The UI is better than most of the competition. Customer service is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

They mislead you regarding email marketing campaigns. They tout all the amazing features in the marketing materials but fail to disclose their double opt-in process they require. If you want to email your contacts in a campaign where you can see performance metrics, they can require you to get every single one of those people to "opt-in" to your emails even if you have been emailing with a person for 20 years. It's very misleading and if these features are important to you, know this before you invest a lot of time, money and energy into the platform.

Pipedrive is a CRM. I can organize my contacts, deals and leads in one place.

Provides quick snapshot of my day and the tasks I have.  Allows for easy personalization so that I can see my data in the way that helps me the most.  Great value as a full functioning CRM platform at a very competitive price.  Utilizes APP integration and AI to provide more functionality

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Onboarding was not as comprehensive as I had hoped.  Also, migrating data from one PipeDrive account to another was incredibly challenging and I was surprised at how much data was lost

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides the C suite with a snapshot of all business and statuses of each deal in progress.  This means they don't have to reach out via email or phone to ask "what's going on with....".  Instead we can spend out time working on the deals that need more attention

I like that Pipedrive links emails to deals and offers deal tracking. The integration with Slack and Trello is particularly useful. I appreciate how one click when a deal is won can trigger Project Set Up in Trello. The initial setup was easy, and that made getting started with Pipedrive straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Emails don't always get attached to deals when sent in Google Mail, and I have to re-sync often. The scheduling can be tricky to set up - when giving people a range of meeting dates and times they choose one and the google meeting isnt automatically created.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive to track sales leads, deals, emails, follow-ups, pipelines, and forecasts. Emails get linked to deals, and I love the integration with Slack and Trello, where a deal won triggers a project setup in Trello.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

As the CRM Owner in my company, I use Pipedrive very intensively every day and am always impressed by the well-thought-out data logic and the structure of the system. It is fundamentally clear and intuitively designed and structured, making it very user-friendly. Clear sales funnels, straightforward analysis tools, and easy access to the linked elements of a deal are everything most sales employees need. Implementing Pipedrive into an existing team is therefore absolutely no problem.

However, if you delve deeper, wonderful opportunities for automating processes and structuring the data foundation reveal themselves, allowing you to keep a very close eye on and control the output of the sales team.

At any time when problems arise, they are addressed very quickly and easily - I have rarely had a conversation that did not help exactly where I was stuck.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

As easy as it is to implement Pipedrive into workflows in the sales team, it is sometimes difficult to establish good connections to other platforms and systems. It is definitely possible! The API support is great for individual solutions, but unfortunately, the native apps and integrations provided by Pipedrive often have limited capabilities here.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pipedrive to unify our sales processes, automate them, and thereby make them especially more efficient and effective. The Pipedrive Workflow Automations are the tool I currently find most useful - but also the insights and analyses that can be built in conjunction with the right field architecture are very valuable. Finally being able to see what the team is actually doing and how successful they are has allowed us to both further strengthen our peak performers and design useful tools for the rest, which support them in processes like hunting.
