What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love using Pipedrive for its simplicity and aesthetic appeal, making it a pleasant user experience. Many CRMs are not intuitive and visually unappealing, but Pipedrive stands out as easy to use and straightforward. I appreciate how it simplifies lead tracking with an intuitive workflow that follows the natural order of sales, which effectively addresses my pain points. I also value the opportunity to access various integrations and attachments, which is a fantastic feature. Pipedrive's modern and simplified features focus specifically on the needs of the sales team, unlike other CRMs that often come with unnecessary complexities. The initial setup was remarkably easy, which added to my overall positive experience with Pipedrive. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive has changed plans and functionality. So I wanted to speak with sales/support and make changes before rolling over our subscription. I reached out to them over 20 times on email, chat, and a meeting over a 30-day period. I tried to renew online but it said it couldn’t and to call support – I have been and they are NOT helping?! Support wasn’t resetting our subscription as they said they would, as we had discussed over and over again. And they lied about saying they would not shut down our account until they had sorted it out on their end; instead they shut us down – so we have been without a CRM for over 24 hours?!! Do not use Pipedrive – their support is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
