What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I really like how easy it is to manage affiliates with Pipedrive. It's also simple to create deals and organize a lot of information in one place, which makes my tasks much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I would say that there could be more features inside the deal. It could also use more space inside the deal to add, for example, contracts or sign contracts, and more integration with things like Google Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main benefit I receive from using Pipedrive is the ability to keep everything in the company organized and highly visible. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Great & clean UI/UX with easy to create pipelines, deals & stages. Direct drag drop features help in deal movements. It also has multiple activity scheduler, which creates efficiency. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

One of the best things about Pipedrive is how easy it is for me to organize my day in there! The first thing I do every day is open my Pipedrive account and see what I have to do for the day on my activities page, so it's my most used work platform. I can see all the activities I have to do during my work day, and it was super easy to integrate my email with my account and now I don't even need to open another tab to see what's on my calendar and on my emails. Besides that, the insights page is so helpful to analyze me and my team's performance, which makes it way easier for us to decide the best strategies for us to follow. I've been using Pipedrive for almost a year and I never had any problems with it. The one time I had to contact Customer Support (which only happened because I had some doubts) they were super fast and had easy-to-understand answers. I saw it being implemented in 3 teams I was part of during my journey in my current job and in all of them we had a very pleasant process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I think it could have a better way of visualizing people connected to a business and their contacts, it's actually really easy to end up becoming a bit of a mess for bigger entreprises. As someone who is a big fan of Salesforce, I recognize it has its place for large enterprises. But for leaner, faster-moving sales teams, Pipedrive is a better fit. It’s simple yet powerful—robust enough to support sales teams while avoiding the complexity of Salesforce, where even basic tasks can take several minutes. The intuitive interface makes it easy to learn—especially if you’ve used Salesforce before—and effortless to use every day. I can quickly log activities and manage tasks in the background, without disrupting my workflow.
