What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like the organization that Pipedrive provides since it helps us understand what's going on with a file when a customer calls. I find emailing clients using templates very helpful instead of writing the same thing repeatedly. The ability to pin important notes at the top and email with ease is a plus. I appreciate being able to call directly from Pipedrive and enjoy the numerous integrations available, such as HubSpot for backup, Apollo.io for identifying website visitors, and DocuSign for easy customer linking. The marketplace having a ton of integrations is a huge benefit as well. Pipedrive being cost-effective compared to our previous tool was another reason we switched, and setting it up was easy. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love how Pipedrive has improved my workflow in a big way compared to our previous CRM. The ability to separate leads and deals is great, and being able to see when emails are opened and which links are clicked by my contacts is a game changer. I also really like the 'next action' tool, which prompts me to set the next step for each lead or deal, helping me stay on top of my pipeline. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I like sequences to send emails to my leads. But there's no way to pause that to make sure that the emails don't get sent over the holiday season. Also you can set the emails to be sent after x number of days, but it's always the same time. It would be great if you could vary time (example: send 2nd emails in 3 days + 37 minutes). What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that Pipedrive is relatively versatile, even though it wasn't built with venture capital investment in mind. It is generalist enough to accommodate various business models. It is relatively easy to set up and also offers great value for money, even with the price in dollars, it is competitive compared to other CRMs on the market. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I think Pipedrive could have a native integration with LinkedIn and eventually with WhatsApp, which are two platforms where I have a lot of contact with business partners. Unfortunately, it still relies heavily on email communication, which has been used less and less. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love Pipedrive. It's simple to use and makes tracking my notes for each project easy. I like how you can create deals and move them according to the stage of each project. From start to finish, I can add notes depending on the stage, all the way through to production and install. I also appreciate how easy and simple it is to navigate and how quickly I picked it up from the first day of use. It's great for seeing workflow for everyone utilizing it. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I felt the monthly cost is a bit high and seemed like a stretch for our management to approve. Maybe because we are trying it out. Only improvement would lower the monthly cost so more team members have access. Only sales are granted access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like how Pipedrive allows you to suggest a follow-up date and reminds you every day of who you need to follow up with based on the date you set in the activity. This feature is really useful when prospects either ghost you or show interest, as it keeps you organized with all the details for following up. Additionally, I find it convenient that Pipedrive syncs with Moraware. The initial setup of Pipedrive was totally fine for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

A couple of the prospects were duplicated, as far as I already made a follow-up date to call the customer in 2026, but those particular prospects showed up as 'overdue' like I missed their follow-up call. I like Pipedrive's intuitive, user-friendly interface as it makes navigating so simple and efficient, which allows me to manage my sales pipeline effectively and avoid missing follow-ups or opportunities. What's particularly valuable for me are the AI-generated insights that help me analyze leads right from my dashboard, giving me a clear analysis of my leads and helping me identify trends to create targeted strategies to increase sales. Integrating Pipedrive with Outlook syncs emails and calendar events directly with my pipeline, keeping all activities centralized and making my workflow more efficient. The initial setup was very easy, taking me only a few hours to learn almost everything. Overall, these features make Pipedrive a valuable tool for streamlining my workflow and driving results. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I find Pipedrive very easy to take in hand and it's highly customizable, which allows me to adapt it to my needs. It's great that I can use the deals section in a unique way, like checking currencies more graphically, even though it's not designed for that. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive to organize and structure my deals, which helps me avoid losing track of my progress and follow a guideline to maintain consistency. I'm typically not great at organization, so Pipedrive really keeps me focused and also provides accurate data for my management team. What I like most is that it's super easy to use. As someone new to CRMs, it's been easy to pick up and learn. Entering data is straightforward, which means it doesn't feel like a chore. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love the ease of Pipedrive and that it is not over complicated. I use it for my sales job, and it helps me keep organized with the deals I'm working on and the different stages other deals are in. It also automatically reminds me when I need to follow up with a customer. I switched from Salesforce, and the initial setup was very easy to learn, plus all of our information synced very easily.
