**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like Pipedrive because it helps me manage my prospects and current clients effectively. All my prospects are in one place, and I can visualize which stage each one is at. This ability to have a good visualization of project stages and pipeline is something I really appreciate. It allows me to group clients and have a better understanding of what activities need to be done.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I use the Projects feature a lot, and that could improve. It should have more reports and more project management tools. Also, the initial setup of Pipedrive is not easy, I'm still doing it.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive to manage my prospects and clients. It keeps all my prospects in one place and helps me visualize the stages they are in, so I have a better understanding of what activities need to be done.

Drag and drop; customizability; ease of implementation; robust report; incredible call quality directly from app-to-cell; Android and iOS apps perform effectively.

In short -- I am a huge fan of Pipedrive.

I need to finish doing the training modules in Pipedrive Academy - which is a problem with me, not Pipedrive.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our prior "CRM" (Jobber) lacked the capability to bring all of our customer interactions into one centralized hub. Pipedrive has solved those issues and is guiding our operational emphases in customer service, inbound leads, and invoicing.

The ability for the whole team to be on at the same time and making updates in real time. I love being able to leave notes on different deals.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

It can start with an almost overwhelming number of options to enter. Parring it down to make it work more smoothly was key for us.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication across various employees has always been an issue. We used to have to check in with different people in the store about one customer. Now all the information is in one place and it is easier to know what needs to be followed up on.

I find Pipedrive incredibly useful as my CRM at work. It truly shines in its ability to help me remember meetings and tasks, and I greatly appreciate being able to view all my leads and deals in one central location. This consolidation makes my job significantly easier and more efficient. Additionally, the feature allowing the linkage of emails to Pipedrive is very practical, streamlining my communications within the CRM framework. Another aspect I enjoy is the daily progress report available in the notification section. This feature is not only 'pretty cool,' as I mentioned, but it also provides a quick overview of my day's achievements, allowing me to determine if I've completed everything necessary before ending my workday. Overall, Pipedrive offers functionality that resonates well with my work habits, as indicated by my high likelihood of recommending it to colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I find the interface of Pipedrive too serious and lacking in modernity, particularly with the absence of customizable color options. It would be significantly improved by incorporating a Dark Mode. This feature is essential for those of us who work in the evenings, as Dark Mode aids in accessibility and enhances the user experience by reducing eye strain in low-light conditions.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like the order I have with Pipedrive, the reminders, my daily summaries, my calendar, and the notifications. Having all the tools that Pipedrive offers makes my work much easier, especially when handling a high volume of deals, allowing me to have order in my management and to complete my scheduled activities or those of higher priority. Once I explored the CRM on my own, I liked it because it is easy and intuitive. Additionally, it is the tool that helps me perform my work efficiently.

Perhaps the only thing that usually delays my activities is the synchronization of my emails.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like the user experience in Pipedrive. It's so simple, neat, and clean compared to any other CRMs. Pipedrive is very simple and easier to understand, especially when compared to something like HubSpot, which can be quite difficult with a lot of text. The setup was very easy, and I just got support which helped me with setting up.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think it is a bit costlier compared to any other CRMs right now. I think they should give us different pricing, maybe for startups or something like that. Or a discount or, like, country-wise based on pricing they should keep. Instead of keeping it like dollars all the time.

I use Pipedrive to store contacts and deals. It helps me create custom fields for each person and match them, improving data management and integration with APIs.

I'm still learning Pipedrive, but the integration with other apps and sending notifications could be clearer. I'd like to send an email notification to a salesperson when a lead has their label. The initial setup wasn't too bad, just took longer than I expected.

While Pipedrive's automation is useful, setting up complex multi-step workflows can feel unintuitive. Users without technical experience might struggle to fully leverage its automation potential. Creating multi-step, conditional workflows can become cumbersome. For example, if you want a workflow that sends different emails depending on customer type, updates multiple custom fields, and assigns tasks, you often need to create multiple separate workflows. It would be beneficial to introduce a more visual flowchart-style workflow builder where users can easily map out multi-branch logic in one interface and allow combining multiple triggers and conditions within a single workflow instead of forcing multiple separate automations.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like using Pipedrive to manage my sales pipeline as an insurance broker because it helps me stay organized and achieve my goals. I love being able to save proposal files for each deal and track commercial KPIs in a playful way. I appreciate being informed and making decisions based on sales information. The customization of the funnel and other parts of the system is something I value greatly because I can tailor Pipedrive to my tastes and preferences, allowing me to make changes to my funnel, stages, types of activities, and other custom fields, creating a very user-friendly environment. I also found that the cost-benefit ratio is excellent, especially with the Lite plan, which has everything I need at a very affordable cost. Although the initial setup process was complex in the first 60 days, I found it intuitive thanks to YouTube videos that helped me learn to use it better. Additionally, the integration with tools like Google Calendar, Google email, and Chat GPT is fantastic.

So far, there is nothing I don't like.

I appreciate how massive the impact is on qualifying leads, as it saves me a great deal of time from having to trawl through contacts on LinkedIn and across the internet. Having direct contact with the right people is a huge advantage, especially in an industry where reception desks often serve as hurdles. Pipedrive helps us bypass these, allowing for valuable use of time. I genuinely enjoy the way Pipedrive flows, which makes it quite beneficial for learning and training purposes. The integration with Xero and Google Workspace is seamless, enhancing productivity by creating a unified ecosystem. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the quality onboarding process that streamlined our transition to Pipedrive.

Customer support and product knowledge are excellent. Whenever I need help, our account manager is always available and ready to assist us, ensuring there is a solution for every issue we encounter.

There are a few features that could certainly use improvement. Some of the basic functions feel a bit clunky, but overall, none of the issues are major.

The whole process runs smoothly, and at no point have we felt the need to make any changes. We have gained much more clarity regarding client ownership, and we've made significant progress in reminding ourselves to follow up, an area where we previously struggled.

Pipedrive is extremely easy to use and keeps my sales process organized without feeling overwhelming. I really like how clean the interface is and how quickly you can move deals through stages. The automation features save me a lot of time on follow-ups and reminders, and the visual pipeline makes it simple to understand where every opportunity stands at a glance. It’s also great that onboarding new team members is quick because the platform is so intuitive.

The main downside is that some of the more advanced features, like deeper reporting, custom automations, and certain integrations are locked behind higher-tier plans. At times, it also feels like there are limitations around customization, especially for companies with more complex workflows. The email sync can occasionally lag, and while the reporting is good, it could offer more flexibility for detailed analysis. Overall, the core product is strong, but some improvements in these areas would make it even better.

Low learning curve. Customizable, add the fields you need. Sales teams have filterable views to stay on top of lead nurturing. Easy to see the status of all clients and filter by status. Reporting makes sales teams easy to supervise. 

Their onboarding process provides a free live demo and Q&A before you're a customer. And when you sign up you'll get an Account Manager assigned who assists in implementation and training.  

My client uses it for their admin and sales team. And I love being able to see all the current clients and their status as that is useful to me when I'm creating content and doing strategy.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Has invoicing, but that only integrates with Quickbooks. I'd like to see them add more options.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client uses it for their sales team's lead nurturing. The Pipedrive online form builder integrates with their email solution. The client doesn't need to use a separate email solution because Pipedrive can manage email automation and drip campaigns. You can connect it to your existing forms; it is just easier if you use theirs as the integrations are already done. 

The built-in graphs make it easy to see sales performance overall and for individual team members. And the ability to add custom fields means all the information on each client can be captured in one place. Anything that eliminates individual spreadsheets and docs is a positive.

I appreciate how it efficiently helps us keep track of projects and provides us with overall statistics of our activities, making project management, tracking, and scheduling seamless. The transition from our previous software, Monday, to Pipedrive was driven by its ease of use, and the initial setup was pretty straightforward, thanks to the assistance from the provider. This seamless setup allowed us to familiarize ourselves with various tools that might be useful, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

I like how Pipedrive allows email campaigns to be edited and managed on one platform without relying on other apps. I appreciate the click rate feedback feature, which helps in assessing the effectiveness of the campaigns. I also think Pipedrive manages CRM and campaigns well, making it easier to handle customer data and email marketing. The initial setup was very easy, and I find that to be a big plus.

The pricing is high for Pipedrive. I find the sales inbox aspect somewhat redundant because we already have another system to manage our inbox.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive is most helpful by helping me organize my sales workflow, tracking my activities and logging my email conversations for each deal. I find ease of mind by being able to see each deal I'm working on in one place. It saves me time because I don't have to create/type reports to my superiors. They can run their own dang reports to see what I've been doing and what's going on in my pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The downside of using Pipedrive is that it can create "blindspots" if I've set an activity in the future but conditions change where the activity can be executed sooner than I anticipated. Also, I wish that I could lock in a default filter for each pipeline.

Handling more deals at one time, allowing me to make more commissions.

It's not complicated, which makes it the most straightforward CRM tool I've tried. It doesn't require too much configuration, unlike other CRM tools. Setting up the workflow was quite straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Well, sometimes you have to go back and forth to make sure that you have a consistent follow-up or a consistent configuration of your workflow and then some context. But yeah, it's a bit of a minor nuisance for the features that it offers.

I use Pipedrive for managing leads, sequencing reach outs with emails and calls, tracking to-dos, and handling both investors and potential customers.

I have been using Pipedrive for about a year to manage my pipeline of deals, and I really enjoy its capabilities. The initial setup was straightforward and not difficult, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly interface. Even though their customer support was good and someone helped me out, I found it easy enough to navigate without any assistance. Pipedrive has really helped me with time management by having everything in one place, and it offers a visually compelling way to manage my sales funnel. I particularly appreciate the pipeline lists and the ability to visualize deals from beginning to end, which enhances my understanding of the sales process. Another feature I find incredibly useful is the capability to create multiple pipelines, which I utilize for different business lines. I am also considering upgrading my subscription because I am quite satisfied with the service, provided the pricing remains reasonable. Its overall functionality is excellent enough for me to rate it a nine out of ten, indicating my high likelihood to recommend it to others.

I appreciate Pipedrive for its ease of use and straightforward interface which makes it easy to manage and navigate through. It’s ideal for small businesses like ours because it’s not only easy to use but also cost-effective compared to more complex CRM solutions like HubSpot or Salesforce. The cost-effectiveness of Pipedrive was a major influence on my decision to choose it. Additionally, Pipedrive’s features such as the ability to track lead flow traffic statistics, source implementation, and activities tracking are invaluable. The permission-based levels and lead generation functionalities are also beneficial. I find the pipeline management and activities tracking highly effective, and I am pleased with the security measures Pipedrive has in place. The newly added AI polls and the ability to integrate with Zapier to create automations have notably improved the workflow. As long as Pipedrive maintains its cost-effectiveness and security, along with innovative features like AI, I would consider purchasing it again in the future.

I dislike the limitations in the reporting section, particularly the restricted number of filters that can be applied per report. This limitation makes it inconvenient for tracking custom metrics. Although I understand there are different pricing plans, I believe that comprehensive reporting should be a core feature available to all users, regardless of the plan.
