**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

What I like best about Pipedrive is how easy and intuitive it is to use. It is quick to onboard, simple to understand, and offers the right level of customization for most small teams.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

What I dislike most about Pipedrive is that its connectivity across systems is not always as seamless as it could be. Some customizations may also require a bit of development work, though that is usually not a major hurdle for most teams today.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the need to clearly track sales activities and understand exactly where each deal stands. For me, it provides strong visibility into my process, opportunities, and active deals, while keeping me up to date on progress through each stage. It also reduces friction in the sales process by making CRM upkeep easier, which is especially valuable since sales teams have historically struggled to keep their systems consistently updated.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I use Pipedrive to manage my clients, and it is super efficient at helping me stay organized. I appreciate the many automations that sincerely save me time. The collaboration features are great for working with my teammates; I can easily change who is in charge of a client. Pipedrive is very easy to use and intuitive; I could easily use it even when I first joined the company. I particularly like the email integrations as they simplify communication, so I don't need to open my mailbox to look for emails with clients, which saves a lot of time. It is also connected to Ardor, which allows for a seamless experience.

There are bugs sometimes

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

It’s straightforward and not bloated. It integrates easily with other platforms and does a good job tracking Gmail data. I haven’t run into any lagging issues, and the price feels right for a small to medium company. So far, I haven’t had any support problems, and I also haven’t needed to dig into the AI features yet.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I should allow text messaging within the app.

Pipeline simplicity, some CRMs do too much and look too busy which distract.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Very focused on the right activities, and not on burdensome forms or tick-boxes.  The integrations between computer and phone access are instantaneous and really helpful.  I use it every day, whereever I am.  Having used a few other CRMs over many years, I firmly believe Pipedrive is the best for my needs, which are sales-focused with a lot of service follow through.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I don't use AI in my marketing, so it would be nice if the marketing of AI tools inside the platform which I pay for could be turned off.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete record of every correspondence with every customer, focused task lists, and I use it to schedule my every workday.  I assign myself the next task on every customer file, and get it done because of the Activities list, which is also sortable for type of task and time of day that I wanted to do it.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like Pipedrive because it's simple enough to learn quickly compared to other CRM products I looked at. Even though it's easy to use, it doesn't sacrifice the robust suite of tools it offers. The automations have been a huge help for us, particularly for scheduling emails and using templates. Integrating it with our Google Workspace allows us to send emails directly from Pipedrive and use templates from Google Drive, which is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I haven't really experienced it yet, but someone on our team said that the integration with Quo is not that great.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Pipedrive simple to learn and it doesn't sacrifice on the robust suite of tools. The automations and email scheduling help us a lot.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love how Pipedrive is sales and person oriented, and it makes connecting people easier with all the online platforms I use like 3cx and Teams. I appreciate the activities feature, which allows me to enter every aspect and track everything I need to do. Organizing my to-do list is easier than ever. The sequences feature is also a great idea; it's fantastic to be able to form a follow-up process exactly as I want. I also find it great to be able to label emails when they sync.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I could not find a filter to show emails from oldest to newest. Also, I cannot see the general company mails on the organization summary, which sometimes forces me to create non-person accounts just to view emails in the right place.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive as a sales assistant. It's sales and person-oriented, making it easy to connect people across platforms like 3CX and Teams. Activities help track all tasks, and the sequences feature offers great potential for follow-up processes.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

It is very user-friendly, even for non-technical people, and it offers many configuration capabilities. The customer support team is very kind and can help you in many ways. It is easy for the Admin of the system to setup pipelines, filters, automations etc.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Most of the integrations require additional payments, and some of them are buggy (Google Meet). We also experienced many system downtimes throughout last year.
Also, we can't connect Contacts to many Organizations.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline lead generation, convert leads into deals, and finally turn them into recurring paying clients.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I find the option on the deal card to see if someone has replied to an email really valuable. It helps me quickly identify responses, which is important in sales. The pipeline view is a major advantage, allowing me to focus effectively on different stages of deals. I also appreciate how easy it is to use the API. It’s set up well and works great for creating and updating deals, people, and activities. These features really enhance the way we manage our processes.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

There are a few little things that need improvement in Pipedrive. The pulse feature needs better filtering, as there aren't enough options. I recently used it and found it could offer a good opportunity to see things, but the lack of filtering options holds it back. I would like to filter using the custom fields I already have, which would make it easier to manage tasks in that view. Improvements in filtering would make it more effective.

Pipedrive helps us manage a high volume of leads efficiently, allowing us to filter easily and focus on specific types of people. It also enables us to see where leads drop off in the pipeline and track conversions through the funnel.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like the simplicity and intuitiveness of the Pipedrive platform, which makes it easy to visualize the funnel and organize information in one place. The interface is very intuitive, which makes tracking companies much more straightforward and simple. The initial setup of Pipedrive was very simple and quick, with no problems in setting up funnels and stages, thanks to its user-friendly platform that facilitates adaptation.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I believe that Pipedrive can evolve mainly in terms of more flexible, more personalized automations. I also believe that some reports we generate could be a bit more detailed and intuitive. In some cases, it would be interesting to have more visualization options and some more advanced filters so that, in more complex pipelines, we can retrieve information more easily.

Pipedrive helps me with organization by centralizing companies in one place, tracking interaction history, and visualizing the stages of each account. It prevents important contacts from getting lost, maintaining close monitoring of companies that require more attention.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

The clarity, free configuration, and accompanying functionalities are particularly noteworthy. No matter which direction you want to create data records from, all previously defined data fields can be created, and you will be notified of any important missing information. Despite the complexity of options lurking in the details, such as embedding automations or sequences, you are guided step by step and, even as a layman, you don't lose track of the big picture.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

It depends—if you want to get started quickly and try out lots of features later on, then I can definitely recommend Pipedrive. So far, I haven't really found anything that I miss or that isn't well designed.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had trouble finding a function to create closed and won deals as renewals in a new pipeline right away, and we solved it using the duplicate function, but with Automations, we built a custom function that can automate this step in the future.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I really enjoy Pipedrive for its ease of use and how simple it was to set up. The drag and drop tools made customer relationship management incredibly easy to manage. Using it with Gmail was smooth too. The light feeling of the app and how it reduced the fatigue of using a new software are aspects I really liked. Overall, I found adapting to Pipedrive much easier than expected, despite a slightly difficult start.

At first, it seemed a little bit difficult but it was easy to adapt.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other. 

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline. 

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve. 

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

I am very pleased that I discovered Pipedrive. It is exactly what I was looking for.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Right now there is nothing that we do not like about the program. We have gone through 3 different CRM programs and this one is perfect for me.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a simple, user friendly way to track deals as they move through the pipeline and easily know how much value is at each stage or what deals are growing stale. We have tried other CRM's but it we had to create custom reports, or create complicated fields. This was simple to set up and it functions exactly like an app called trello that we were using to track deals except this calculates deal values, and is a CRM all in one. I do not know why it took so long to find this.

I like using Pipedrive to organize upcoming events with clients. My favorite part is the to-do list feature, which lets me create tasks with my descriptions and set due dates. It helps me stay on task and organized, preventing forgetfulness. I also appreciate that Pipedrive is easy to work through and not difficult to understand. The guidance of the sales process is another aspect I like.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Right now I am linked to all of my coworkers and get notifications for each of their emails. This is something I likely can fix but I do not need everything they are getting/doing. I think it would be great if our company could use it with Cater Ease, a platform we create proposals/contracts on.

I use Pipedrive to keep track of events with clients and manage my tasks efficiently, helping me stay organized and avoid being forgetful.

I like Pipedrive's drag-and-drop interface because it's intuitive and visual. The initial setup was fairly simple because it has a similar interface to what I've used before. The ability to visually see your pipline in stages, as well the click to move vs. a manual input is great!

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Nothing really to dislike! I wish I knew more about how to integrate it with software but a lot of industry-specific software doesn't have API capability...yet.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive helps solve memory issues and bandwidth constraints with its intuitive and visual drag-and-drop interface. The odds of a rep rememberign to call back Tom in 5 months are increased to 100% when you set it in Pipedrive.

I like that Pipedrive is self-intuitive, making it really easy to use and set up. Having the support of an account manager is great for any additional information we need. The free webinars that are held regularly help us keep up to date with new services and features of Pipedrive that we weren't aware of.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

There are certain elements that don't align with how we would like to use Pipedrive. There are certain reports that can't be pulled from the data, certain deal pages can only be accessed a certain way. So there are a few gremlins but we found a workaround to all of those to ensure that it works smoothly for us.

Pipedrive keeps all our project and client information in one place, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and fragmented platforms. It tracks client communication and uploads files, ensuring our records are up-to-date.

The structure of pipelines, having deals with activities and all the communication related to deals on the same page. Also the leads inbox is great and analytics for most of the stuff needed.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The Insight goal dashboards cannot used so that the deals or the activities inside them are filtered based on the criteria. Also the demo/meeting activities don't have any text templates that you could save.

It gives me the chance to see if a client opens my initial emails multiple times, meaning they are still interested, so I can continue our conversations. I also like the individual profiles for accounts, as they help keep everything organized. The initial setup of Pipedrive was super easy, making the transition smooth for us.

I love the activity tracker and the automation features in Pipedrive. The activity tracker helps us keep up on deals that might go stale otherwise. The automation makes our processes more hands-off where needed. I also appreciate the custom fields because they turn the system into an all-in-one solution for us. They let us track metrics we wouldn’t be able to without them. It's nice to know that Pipedrive can really scale with us as our business grows.

We use QuickBooks Online for our accounting software. QBO integrates with Pipedrive but not well. When you create an invoice in Pipedrive, it doesn't email the client. You can't link an invoice that's created in QBO to a deal, so really we had to stop using the integration because it doesn't do anything. Either allow us to attach invoices that were created in QBO to a deal, or clients need to be emailed when we create an invoice in Pipedrive. It doesn't make sense for me to have to create the invoice in Pipedrive but then to go into QBO to send an email to the client.

Pipedrive gives us a streamlined sales process visible to the team, preventing deals from going stale with the activity tracker. Automation reduces manual effort, and custom fields let us track important metrics.

I love how it keeps a timeline of emails, notes, and lets me attach files to contacts and deals. I'm particularly fond of the smart CC feature because I can run different emails and businesses within Pipedrive. By putting emails in BCC, I ensure everything stays organized and attached to my contacts and deals. Specifically, it helps me keep all communications well organized by contact, allowing me to stay on top of everything at all times. The setup was easy, and once it was done, it works flawlessly.

I guess if there's anything I could mention, it's better integration into, like, iMessage.

It’s very easy for my sales team to use, and it’s made them much more likely to enter their data consistently.

Connecting with Outlook as easy as with Salesforce. We don’t want to manage our emails inside Pipedrive; we’d rather log only the emails and calendar events that relate to the deals we actually care about.

We couldn’t easily tell which deals were stagnant or unrealistic. Now it’s much easier to filter for the deals we’re most interested in moving forward and to follow up on them.

Some features require Pro to download the data we have entered. If we want information on how long it takes to complete a task on average for all cases, you need the Pro model to be able to gather this data. It is not helpful when you can add data but not extract.
