I don't always need to schedule an activity so having that pop up after winning a deal seems a bit much.

What I like best about Pipedrive is its visual sales pipeline—it’s easy to customize, drag and drop deals, and get a clear overview of progress at every stage, which makes managing leads and follow-ups much more efficient.

What I dislike about Pipedrive is that some of its more advanced features—like workflow automation and detailed reporting—are only available on higher-tier plans, which can limit functionality for smaller teams or startups on a budget.

Pipedrive helps solve disorganized sales processes by centralizing lead tracking, follow-ups, and deal management. This keeps my workflow focused and boosts productivity.

Nothing. It's like using a rip off of every other CRM.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The basics of a CRM is hidden behind multiple paywalls. 
In Czech Republic and Slovakia it's not even run by Pipedrive it's run by another company called Davame. 
Buyers beware, every step is another way to scam you out of more money.
You need to pay full price to use anything close to its competitors.

It was meant to help with CRM but so far a pen and paper is more useful

I wish there was a way to integrate a workflow or visual task management board into Deals. My pipeline workflow involves requesting, sending, and receiving documents and other items, and I need to be able to quickly check the status and history of several tasks without having to navigate several clicks.

Pipedrive is very intuitive and provides a great action based feedback. The team has also really quickly picked up and implemented the tool, and customer support has helped where necessary. The frequency of use has picked up versus of our previous tools due to the ease of integration.

Some views can be difficult to find, and it not clear to us if we can build company dashboard or if it user needs to build their own dashboard.

Pipedrive has been really help for us as an organization tracking customer notes, scheduling customer contact and using email campaigns.

Some limitations as management in the ability to create rules about how often customers should be contacted as a way to remind territory managers.

It is helping us reach more customers through email marketing. We can also track notes and visits more effectively which especially helps when there is a transition with employees.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive is super intuitive and easy to customize. 

I built my last business, a nonprofit, around Pipedrive, and I'm building my new tech startup with it, too.  There was very little training required to onboard myself to Pipedrive, and I did it all via video tutorials. I especially love that I can add and rename fields on the fly.This was a huge upgrade from Salsa, which I used at my nonprofit before Pipedrive. Before that, I was grinding myself and my team to use Salesforce, which required advanced admin support anytime we needed to adjust something. 

Pipedrive's interface is modern, friendly, and logical. I love spending time in it, and I recommend it all the time.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The "Notes" field for documenting conversations is too small. I wish it retained formatting in its activity preview, too, instead of showing  my notes in one long string of text.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping a consistent cadence of outreach. I appreciate how easy it ease to follow reminders for the day's activities so I don't lose track of our stakeholders.

I like that Pipedrive incorporates a calendar and email along with the normal CRM attributes. Its a nice "all in one" feel

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The aspect of followers and groups is a little perplexing. I had a coworker upload all of our clients into Pipedrive and now he's a follower for every organization and there's no way to bulk delete him off. We have to individually remove him from each account.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of quotes that we've sent out to customers. We send out dozens of quotes per week, per salesman and its difficult to keep track of them all. Pipedrive helps schedule follow up activity and close the sale

It's game-changing having a centralized place to store and manage sales outreach data. Visibility of the Sales Pipeline is what we needed to win and Pipedrive has given us this and more.
Pipedrive was simple to implement and integrate into our current workflow. I am NOT tech. savvy, yet was able to get off and running easily. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly by the incredible Customer Support Team at Pipedrive.
I am excited to open up Pipedrive every morning when I start my workday.

Just a few simple lay-out changes woud make it easier for us at High Pine Custom Apparel. I would love to see multiple columns for each stage under the Deals tab- (qualified/contact made/demos scheduled/proposals made/negotiations started) .

Pipedrive is helping significantly with Sales Projections through pipeline visibility.

The ability to have multiple, customisable Pipelines has been a real game-changer for us. Tracking both our paid product sales and our partnership activities on the same platform is extremely helpful and has freed me from a sea of poorly connected Google sheets.

Onboarding and customer support were also brilliant. Shout out to Ahlam for patiently answering all my questions and pointing me in the right directions.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The cost is higher than a few other CRMs we were considering, especially for the pro plan. In the end, we decided it's worth it to have the usability that Pipedrive offers.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our partnership activities go through multiple phases, much like a sales pipeline. Being able to track where along the pipeline each partnership is at any given time, in a tool visible by the whole team, has been super helpful.

We've now had Pipedrive implemented for c.4 months, having moved across from Zoho. 

It was completely easy to get used too. Whilst not quite 'modular' in nature compared to what I was used to, it's still a simple intuitive system. 

The web visitors module is useful and we have seen some success targeting leads using it.

There aren't any I can think off right now.

Tracking activity across all deals.
Submitting invoices to be processead.

I have used nearly every popular CRM and countless of smaller boutique CRMs. I have finally landed on Pipedrive as my favorite. It is simple, easy to use, reasonably priced, and yet powerful enough for most teams.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Easy navigation, simple interface, smooth operation. Integration with the application on the phone, which makes it easy to create activities from conversations with customers, integration with the mailbox, or mailing campaigns and webinars.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Integration with the mailbox works great, but what I don't like is creating emails in pipedrive itself, I think you should improve the text formatting to be similar to what outlook offers. I don't like the difference between the style sent from Pipe Drive and Outlook. This discrepancy is annoying, I would like my clients to receive messages in the same style from me, regardless of where I send the message from.
Integration with AI in composing messages definitely needs improvement. Using external tools works better.

Our team uses PipeDrive as a tool for all sales activities, from recording daily sales activities, preparing offers, to closing sales and after-sales support. As well as an additional tool that supports monitoring our clients' activity during webinars. Thanks to that we have everything in one place.

Super easy and fast to rollout. Pretty much the exact opposite of Salesforce which takes consultants, time and money to deploy for a small team. Very easy to train new team members on and really like the feature-set and email syncing.

I love the work flow and how easy it is to customize my pipeline of clients. I had used Pipedrive at my old Life Insurance job, and now that I'm in sales again, I've decided to pay for Pipedrive on my own because of its great interface. The app is also top notch and great for capturing notes from meetings when I'm out meeting with clients.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I wish you didn't have to pay and upgrade to advanced to get the auto email syncing/integration. Not a huge deal as you can still manually link the email to your deal with a BCC address, but would still be nice to have included in basic.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my deals. If I wasn't using Pipedrive, I would be relying on making calendar events everyday to remember which client to follow up with. Those can so easily be missed and if you decide you want to bump it back by a day or two, easy to get cluttered on your calendar and moved/ deleted. Pipedrive ensures I can see all my activities that need to be done, and also all my open deals.

I love how streamlined Pipedrive actually is. Everything is practically integrated. Emails synchronize and link with existing leads.  Leads can be easily turned into deals. Contracts can be executed within the workflow. Lead activity takes no time to complete. It's been refreshing using Pipedrive versus other CRMs I have worked with in the past.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Adding email banners and photos to my signature was a bit painful. It crashed the whole process and required a week or so of support, but they were on top of it. I also wasn't fond of the email campaigns. I couldn't choose specific contacts/leads to run a campaign. It was defaulting to send to every lead I had ever created. Also too, there are icons on the left that are just not useful. I don't use projects or campaigns or no longer need the setup guide. These should be hidden or removed. More customization is needed there and less clutter.

Information spread across multiple platforms and systems.

It is difficult to get a full picture of past interactions with potential customers/partners.

Difficult to track and interact with new customers who register through our website.

Multiple sales pipelines, making it difficult to assess progress.

Information can be lost or forgotten. 

We have no real data analytics, which means we lack insights into customer behaviour, preferences, or purchasing patterns.

Navigating through Pipedrive for the ordinary user is a super simple thing to do. Being able to go around, make changes to how leads are is detrimental to what I need to use it for. In terms of providing customer support, it is very much at par with the current well-known platforms as well. I pretty much use Pipedrive every single day and at the same time. Implementation of our workflows is quite easy, and at the same time with integration as well.

The automations you can set up in your pipeline.  Having pre-written emails that will auto-send every time you move them to a specific deal stage will save a ton of time, increase touches to key customers, and overall give us a stronger presence with customers.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

So far I think it has just been the differences in how it operates compared to our old CRM.  The top one would be that those automatic emails you can set up to send do not get shown in your activity tracker.  You have to create an activity after the fact.  Just an extra step that is a little annoying and can be easy to forget.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a service industry, we don't always have a widget to sell.  As an account executive, the closest thing I have to that is a maintenance contract, but when it comes to service calls to fix things, it can be very random.  I appreciate how the pipeline has a setting that keeps track of if a deal has gone too long without contact.  Helps me prevent things from slipping through the cracks.
