
I like the organization that Pipedrive provides since it helps us understand what's going on with a file when a customer calls. I find emailing clients using templates very helpful instead of writing the same thing repeatedly. The ability to pin important notes at the top and email with ease is a plus. I appreciate being able to call directly from Pipedrive and enjoy the numerous integrations available, such as HubSpot for backup, Apollo.io for identifying website visitors, and DocuSign for easy customer linking. The marketplace having a ton of integrations is a huge benefit as well. Pipedrive being cost-effective compared to our previous tool was another reason we switched, and setting it up was easy.
